After infighting and delays, the Senate passed to build to fund ICE and border patrol until the end of President Trump's term. This could have been easy for Republicans, but it turned into a protracted fight after
some Senate Republicans bucked at Trump's fund for his allies who say they have been persecuted by what he calls a weaponized government and PR Sam Greenglass explains.
There's always been this small camp of Republicans willing to criticize the president.
“What I think this blowup did is revealed maybe more widespread frustrations below the surface.”
And it also tested how far those frustrated members are actually willing to go to push back. These tensions were already simmering as Trump started endorsing primary opponents to incumbent members of his own party this spring, but the thought of taxpayers possibly compensating January 6 rioters may have been a breaking point for a broader swath of lawmakers who
lived through that day. And PR Sam Greenglass reporting, two days into a U.S. brokerate ceasefire Israel is expanding its target zone in Lebanon. The Israeli military issued new warnings today to villages in southern Lebanon and PR's a Jain or RAF reports from Beirut residents were told to leave.

The hardest tissue in the body is toothed an animal. NPR's net rot reports a new study looks at how it's evolved to change with human diets. Enamel is the pearly white outermost layer of teeth. It's founded many vertebrate species. And unlike bones, it can't repair itself, so it needs to be especially durable.
The new study published in the journal Nature looks at the structure of Enamel on the nanoscale, very close up. Pupigilbert, the lead author, is a physicist at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. "Well, you see that there are very paranormal crystals that are apparently like three here in Eponite only few weeks."
But they found in species such as meat-eating early humans that ate harder or tougher foods, those parallel crystals were slightly as skew. Tiny adaptation the study finds it helps fractures in Enamel's stay small. Nate Rott and PR News Illinois State Treasurer Mike Frerix brought a gift to Chicago native Pope Leo at the Vatican
