Vladimir Putin has acknowledged these strikes.
There are real problems in Russia now because of these strikes. Russia's defense ministry today said, "Yes, these overnight strikes that we experienced last night were in retaliation for the long-range strikes, and they said that they suggested that more were to come." “Louisiana's Republican attorney general has been indicted on 16 counts, including intimidation.”
The charges stemmed from letters she sent to New Orleans City officials, Mel Bridges with conversation, "W-W-N-O" explains. A grand jury in Orleans, Parrish, indicted the state's Republican attorney general, Liz Murrell, on eight counts of malfeasance in office, and eight counts of intimidation. The letters went to five Democratic City Council members, the mayor, the city attorney,
and a retired judge. The dispute began after the state legislature combined the Parrish's criminal and civil clerk offices. Murrell argued the Parrish's civil court clerk should take over, and she warned the city officials that she'd take legal action to remove them from office if they moved to fill
the seat. Murrell calls the indictment "retalliatory, mirrorless, and unconstitutional." Republican Governor Jeff Landry posted that he would quote "part in her as fast as the law allows." For NPR News, I'm Mel Bridges in New Orleans.

on interfaith and ecumenical relations. It also promotes the Latin mass during a ceremony in Switzerland this week, a bishop affiliated with the group consecrated four men as new bishops without Vatican approval. Now, the church has issued a statement saying the decades long attempts to bring the society of St. Pius the 10th back into alignment with Catholic teaching have proved vain.
Because of that, the Vatican's office of theology has formally excommunicated both clergy and lady who are formal adherents of the group.
