“if Republicans retain control the house and Senate this November.”
"If we win the midterms, we will on the other hand provide a, let's call it, Trump dividend $5,000 for every adult citizen in our country." Trump previously pledged to use savings from the Department of Government Efficiency and revenue from tariffs on foreign imports to distribute payments of $2,000 or more, but neither ever materialized.
Trump's latest idea for a dividend comes from a persistent inflation he had pledged to get under control and rising interest rates. A decision by the U.S. Supreme Court ends on certainty over Missouri's congressional districts heading into the November midterms, the justices Thursday rejected a new map back by President Trump.
It had been drawn up to help Republicans gain an additional seat, but now the state has poised to revert to its former map approved in 2022. A group of Latino civil rights groups in the City of Denver, Colorado, filed a lawsuit
“in federal court, seeking to bar the government from doing immigration enforcement to polling”
places as fall. Such enforcement activity widely considered to be illegal, but impures miles, parks, reports that Trump administration officials have not ruled it out.
Here's what Homeland Security Secretary Mark Wayne Moan said earlier this month about the
idea of immigration enforcement at the polls. Mexico will get less water from the Colorado River under a new agreement with the U.S. analysts say it's a sign of strong cooperation despite political differences.
