President Trump is heading to Ireland, where he'll meet with that country's president
and prime minister, before boarding Air Force One Friday night Trump once again told reporters that Republicans will do well in the November midterm elections.
“"We're going to have a big, I believe, you know, you never know, you look at statistically”
when you're the president, Republican or Democrat, for some reasons weird things happened in the midterm, but I think we're going to have a great win in the midterm." Also said thousands of people were turned away from the Republican Convention and Dallas this week, even though cameras showed many empty seats during the events. Saudi Arabia has shut down a major oil pipeline after it was attacked by drones launched
from inside Iraq, the pipeline bypasses a straight-of-war move by pumping crude oil toward the Red Sea. The BBC's Peter Hayat reports.
Saudi Arabia said the drones were launched from Iraqi territory, and Iraq had responded
by sacking a military commander from an area where pro-Iranian Shiite militias are known to operate. The pipeline has been moving four or five percent of global oil supply in recent months. Its part of Saudi Arabia's effort to get round the restrictions on using the straight-of-home moves.
“So closely it now means the flow of oil from the Middle East has been reduced still further,”

India is hosting the Brick Summit this weekend with Vladimir Putin, Xi Jinping, and Iran's
President of Masood Pasechkin, attending the multi-country group seeks to give voice to emerging economies to counter the West. But as NPR's Amkar Khan-Kandakar reports, it has a mixed record. The Brick's acronym stands for its Fondo countries. Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Korea.
But today it has expanded to include nearly a dozen countries, and represents around half the world's population.

But analysts say they're internal rivalries and differences on the recent wars in Ukraine and Iran have time-meat progress. One thing they do agree on, reducing dependence on the U.S. dollar for trade. And this year, India plans to push for a special Brick's currency. President Trump has previously threatened 100% tariffs if they try to replace the dollar.

The tripalase says the national average price for the fuel reached slightly less than $6.6 gallon. The latest record high is up from 585 last week and about 371 from this time last year. The higher prices mean more cost for moving consumer goods across the country. New Numbers show American attitudes towards schooling is at an all-time low.

Only 32% of Americans say they're satisfied with the quality of K through 12 education in the United States. The pole conducted by Gallip has measured the public's attitude toward schooling, both
public and private for the last 27 years. Satisfaction rates are down 11% in the past two years. At the same time, dissatisfaction is at a record high of 67%. Schools have been trying to figure out how to rebound from learning loss following the COVID-19 shutdown.
