Now, it's Red Eye Radio, Gary McNamara, and Eric Hurley
“talk about everything from politics to social issues and”
news of the day, whether you're up late or you're just starting your day. Welcome to the show from the Relief Factor Studios. This is Red Eye Radio. On across America, we are Red Eye Radio. He is Eric Hurley, and I'm Gary McNamara.
Wow, yeah. MS now, that's formerly MSNBC, hosts are calling out disturbing conspiracy theories spread by left-wing commentators claiming that the White House correspondent's dinner shooting was a false flag, said MS now host Eugene Daniels, one thing that I'm disturbed by as we woke up this morning as seen folks on the
internet that saying, this was a false flag, and that we are all basically in
cohoots to do this. Now, here's my question. Would they at MS now be pointing out these conspiracy theories if it did not involve White House correspondence, the media, their own group, that interesting.
“He continued, and I think as someone who for all of us was in the room who had to jump”
on the ground, who had to text our family and friends, and tell them that we were okay calling our moms like so many other people as country have done for decades to see people say those kind of things, it is frustrating and disturbing and it shows that the issues that we have to try to fix in this country, Daniels, the former White House correspondent association president spoke about shots being fired at the annual media event, which featured
a president Donald Trump, so let me just see here, as details of the event came on, some left far left commentators, including Twitch streamer, a son, Piker, we talked about him when you were out last week, flow to the idea that the shooting was pre-planed. By the way, there are some Democrats that actually are aligned with him, some mainstream Democrats, shooting at the White House correspondent's dinner, and all these cultists instantly
start talking about Trump's ballroom, Piker Road on X, Trump is just lody-dough fine after another alleged assassination attempt, and he demands, let the show go on. Yeah, in simplest, okay, then they move on to somebody else, but that's, you know, the Tom Piker, I mean, the guys, he's an absolute nutcase, absolutely a nutcase, and there are some Democrats that are falling in behind him, yep, look, one thing you can say about
the right, it wasn't long, it didn't take long for outrageous statements from Candice Solan, what's his name? Tucker, I took her Carlson for them to be no longer part of the mainstream. Right, right, I mean, they were, they were moved very quickly, very quickly to the side. And I asked last week, I said, this is before this shooting, I said, will Hassan Piker, will more Democrats now he is so incredibly radical in his, you know, death rhetoric, where
he's not even attempting to finesse it in any way, no, and so will they look and go, okay, this guy's of, of no use, you know, to us at this point, but yeah, it's, when you, by the
way, just so you know, I have no experience, I've never been to a ball, I just want to make
that, it's a whole ballroom theory, or not theory, the whole ballroom thing has come up again, by the way, Thutterman said it's a great idea because didn't think about a much before, but it's a great idea now. Well, certainly, again, with the events at the White House fully
“controls, you do want to have a secure place, you want to have, and again, I think, the”
secret service did their job, there will be a lot that we will learn, and are already
Learning about what can be done, or, or can't be done, what can be controlled...
controlled at a, at a hotel, where it's not government property, it's not going to be
“staffed by federal agents to the extent that you needed to, always, and you look at it at”
the whole ballroom idea, there should be, there certainly should be a place where gatherings can happen like that, where, and you entertain heads of state, it may look like they're dancing and dining, but business is being done, it's part of the handshake, but it's also part of the ceremony in celebrating our military, in some case, rewarding our military, or awarding things to our military.
Hey there, I'm Paula Penn, I help people make the smartest money decisions possible. You not ever worry about your salary, you need enough to make sure that you aren't in a bad
“financial position. Once you have that, your salary becomes moot, what matters from that”
point forward, upside gains, any type of ownership stake or ownership potential, that's the money, remember, you can afford anything, just not everything, afford anything, follow and listen on your favorite platform. Well, you and I didn't spend much time at all in the ballroom. No, because like private money doing it, it should be bigger, more secure, yeah, good idea, all right, fine. Yeah,
but this wasn't, I mean, the time that the leftist media spent on this enormous amount
of time was just TDS. Yeah, all right, we're like that, let's do it fine. It's, we never,
nobody ever paid attention to any renovations that were being done before Trump wanted
“to do it. Well, no, I mean, you think about any changes to the White House at all. What?”
What? I mean, it's a big deal. It's not a small thing, but does it have, again, a good purpose, and as you mentioned, if it's being privately funded, then why is it a controversy? Well, because Trump's doing it. Now, the question I have to ask, if you've seen the limbs of TikTok over the weekend, oh my gosh, every single liberal person from politicians to other teachers, I mean, they are just scanning social media to find anybody who is
pro-assassination, or pro, or pro-assassin, or disappointed because the assassin, the alleged assassin was not successful. Yeah. Yeah. And you go to lips and TikTok, it's just to, and they keep going on this person. And they'll tell you, this person's a schoolboard member. This person is a, this person is a teacher. This person owns this particular place. Here's who this person works for one person. This person works for FEMA. Yeah. And they're
just, and, and to me, that's, that's one of the things here, because as we started out the show and I said, the thing isn't necessarily here, what politicians are saying. It's that the people that they're talking to believe it. Oh, yeah. That when you, when you've said, you know, started with Bush's Hitler, and then we just kept going on and on and on and on that after 25 years of using the Nazi rhetoric and not understanding that the Nazi rhetoric
is different than saying you're a terrible president, or you don't care about the Constitution, that there's a difference between saying that and saying this person believes, communicating
this person believes in a narrative where six million people need to be eliminated. Right.
That's the message that you're sending. Donald Trump has buttoned a public, my God, for half a century. He's held basically the exact same opinions before as he holds now. He used
To be the darling of the left.
a prime time show at NBC, great without being a darling of the left darling of went on four years? It was successful. Why it was embraced? Well, you know, the funny thing is, almost all the people that I know that love that show, we're centered to left. Yes,
same. I never once I would never watch the show. No, I've seen clips from the show. Yeah,
they made the news or whatever, and the catch line of the show, you're fired, and beyond that, it was, it was of no interest to me, but the left embraced it. He was a darling of
“the left, and remember how he was treated on top shows, and inevitably the question would”
come up. Are you going to run? Are you going to run? And then the inevitable second part of that question is so what would be your party affiliation? And that is, again, when
you look at the ideas that he's talked about, consistent throughout. Yeah, what he is promoted,
consistent from the beginning. And now you attach his name to it, and everything goes to for the left, everything goes straight to hey. I was reading the Fox news. It was like, uh, uh, the next golf tournament is going to be played at Darrell. Liberal just found that out. Now they're living at the PGA is going to be at Darrell, which is from property. Right. But what I find interesting is these people, because this is a difference. Now, you see
the people at the no kings, you've seen them interviewed. Mm-hmm. They believe, you know,
they believe Trump has executed Americans. Yes, but he's actually executed this. And so when you hear it over and over again, even though this was a guy who was mainstream loved by the left just 15 years ago, right, is now Hitler. Right. He hasn't changed. But they've kept it up over and over again, where these people think about it. How's how either brain
“wash or delusional you have to be to go on your social media page and say, Oh, dog on it,”
I wish you success. And, you know, would have been successful. I'm taking out Trump. Right. And thinking that nobody's going to notice it and report it to the lives of TikTok, make you famous and you lose your job. Right. And then you're like, Oh, I don't know if freedom is speech, freedom is speech is nothing to do with your job and the private sector. Right. And the private sector or the arena of ideas, they're promoting why you upset. Well, they
went promoted it. What the hell were you trying to do? You were promoting it. Right. Lips of TikTok just said, Oh, you want your friends to know. We'll let everybody know. There you go. You got your promotion. How many people have lost their job? Just in the last couple of months doing stupid stuff? Again, it happens almost like once a week, there's somebody, you know, like losing their job because they did something stupid on social media.
Yep. And most of it is against Trump or promoting violent action towards others. Right. It tells you where their brain is. It's filled with nothing but hate. Yeah. They believe they're justified and saying these things, promoting these things on their social media page. They believe they're the hero. It is, look, in the wake of the killing of Brian Thompson, the man charged with shooting him. Luigi Manjani becomes a hero to them. How is that?
“Why default you have to apply it to what happened Saturday night? That the alleged shooter”
is a hero just for making the attempt. That's where they are. Whether they actually say that or not, when they say they're disappointed that it didn't happen, believe them. They're
Disappointed.
on lies that they themselves repeat. See the guy that owns a brew pub in Wisconsin and said
“all, it's too bad because he's offering apparently if somebody assassinates the president”
and it's free beer for everybody in this place. And it would have been free beer if it would have worked out. Wow. No. You're willing to put your established, not just your own, in that case, that's his job too, right? But also his establishment is an entire professional name on it based on that hatred. We are right, I radio brought to you by FPPF fuel power max. It's a common road rumor that it's impossible for one truck owner operators and
even carriers with just two or three trucks to get freight direct from the source, the shipper. Yet hard one experience from untold numbers of owner operators with authority
“disproves the notion. Search your home base area and, later, frequent freight destinations”
to find all the manufacturers, distributors and other shippers in the area. Once you get that list, ask yourself of those companies know who you are and what you do. If not, you're leaving opportunities on the table. Strive to own your backyard, to build a solid foundation for the business. For many a small fleet, it's the loads outbound from home that are the bread and butter. But you can take that same approach to the destination area identifying shippers there and getting
on the phone to make sure they know who you are and what you do. Owner operator business 101 is provided by overdrive's partners and business program. Red Eye on Rotella Radio. We're on Rotella Radio. He is our opponent. I'm Gary McNamara. I don't know who came up with the idea. I don't know if the president saw this or whatever. But I just saw on social media. I think it was a really interesting idea. Changing the name of immigration and customs enforcement to national immigration and customs enforcement. Nice would be the acronym. Yes. So, everyone in the mainstream media would have to say nice agents today.
I like that. Please make that happen. I have never wanted something to happen so much in my
whole life. Please make that happen. Well, except the bills when you're in a super bowl or a seabers winning. Well, it's right up there with that. Right up there with that. Please make that happen. And today, nice agents. And you can see the activism left. Don't say nice. Then they have to come up with a workaround. Not so nice agents. They have to think about how,
“seriously, think about how hard you have to work to promote hate. Think about how much of an effort that is”
because if you think about the lies, think about everything that you have to maintain to promote the hate for one person. Well, you know, that's why we said with with Rokana when he, he's as mainstream as you can get with the Democrats. And when he came out and said, well, no, we just don't want to fund ice because of their raids on American citizens. We're like a lie. That's a lie. I know it's a lie. And so they have to why and so they have to lie in order to make a point. Yes, that that is in true, but I go back to the very beginning. I go back to
identity politics, the radical transgender movement, identity politics, judging people as groups instead of
individuals, which they do, the victim oppressor relationship, you're a victim, you're never going to make it because
there's somebody out there who's an oppressor keeping you down. What you get out of all of this is envy, jealousy, yep, racism, yeah, a sadgeny, yeah, sexism. Well, are all those words, the definition of eight. Yeah, right.
You're listening to Red Eyed Radio from the Relief Factor studio.
We are Red Eyed Radio. He is our currently and I'm Gary McNamara. Okay, just a couple of sports things,
all right. Okay, what do you got? A couple of sports things. First off, I have no interest in the NFL
draft at all. Zero. No. I mean, I have no idea what this insanity is and the amount of time people spend on it. Look, we live in a free country. You can do what you want. I just don't understand it.
“Now, I will say going back maybe 40 years ago when the NFL draft was on a Saturday. I do remember”
starting at whenever it started at 11 or 10 a.m. Yeah, being at the local bar that would open up and then we walked all around. This is in Buffalo where they had all and we'd be in the bars. And they're all right. The bills made their second draft. And it's this guy. Yeah, everybody do is shot. Right. But I had no idea. Something tells me it was more about the drinking. You mate. You might still have the camaraderie. You might be right there. Yeah, you know,
you might, you might be, you just might be right there. It might not have been about football. And all exactly. I can justify day drinking. Right. Exactly. But I just, I look at,
you and I also look at elections different. We've always said elections are draft day.
We don't, I don't get too excited when my party wins. Or the party that I voted for the people, because I'm no longer a member of the party. Right. But we're going to spend for 20 years. But you and I are closer affiliated to the Republican party, obviously. Absolutely. And absolutely. There's no way I'm ever going to vote for a Democrat. No. However, it's a lot like being a billsman because they may win every once in a while. But they haven't won well in a big way in a
long time. I would say this. They may draft. Yeah. The drafts may seem interesting and may even make me have a positive point of view. Yeah. But 60 years without a championship makes you understand that you may be overdoing it when it comes to who you pick in the draft. I will say this. The 24 election was a great draft day as a comeback for, it'd be like Johnny football being
“drafted all over again. For, for Trump. And right now, I think we're in the middle of, you know,”
we were not quite halfway through his second term, which means we're not quite halfway through
the Super Bowl. To see if this is going to be a win, I believe so far it is. And the team is performing well overall. You see the Wall Street Journal at a turtle page last week. He's doubling and tripling and quadrupling down on all the tariffs. He wants to tariff everybody. Yeah, it does. He does. It's just like my god. He just does. And the clock is ticking you and I wonder, okay, look, it's he has this much time basically on his new justification on his tariffs on the latest justification.
But it eventually is going to be over at that point. But you and I wondered, would he back away from the tariffs before the court hands a May second defeat? And we've, I've come to the conclusion,
“I think you're, I think you're like minded on this, I don't believe that's going to happen.”
I don't think he's going to do it before the court does. I just going to play it's up out. And that's by the way, that piece in the Wall Street Journal is an observation of what's going on right there. But we're halfway through, not quite halfway through this Super Bowl. And I want my team to win. I want this president in particular to win. Don't support tariffs across the board. We were, I'm very limited when it comes to support for tariffs. I believe they can be
very useful. But in terms of the impact on the economy, it's been clear, even the White House admitted that in December when they issued the exemption for 200-plus food products. And they stated the reason was to save family money. I just hope that doesn't become his Scott Norwood wide right in the Super Bowl from somebody who was going to buy the bills. Yeah, right exactly. But the other, the other sporting thing, the fifth PGA tour signature event of the year
will be contested this week, the Cadillac Championship at the Blue Monster Course, Trump, National Darrell. The tournament has been on the calendar for nearly a year. But for the
Non-Golf fans out there, it's a new opportunity to bash an organization for d...
anything involving Trump. Next week's Cadillac Championship marks the first time the tour is held in event at Trump, Darrell since 2016, the WGC Cadillac Championship was hosted at Darrell from
“2007 to 2016. But the event was moved to Mexico City. Remember that controversy in 2017,”
Trump's first year in office, the Trump organization purchased the property for 150 million in 2012.
The PGA's tour history at Darrell in the events announcement in July of 2025 are being overshadowed by some of the folks, just now learning the details, and they are not too happy with it. There were some things that, like, worry, Mac and Royal, more worry, Mac or Roy isn't going to play in it. And they're said, is it because of Trump? Is it because of Trump? That started, but as we get near the end of the week, let's watch it all start again.
Yeah, of course. Anything with his name, it probably, it probably will, but the other thing is
“want to get this in before the hour ends. Here we go. Backers of the proposed California”
billionaire stacks believe they have gathered enough signatures to get the initiative on the November ballot, according to people familiar with the campaign, likely kicking off a
bruising battle over the initiative. More than 1.5 million people have signed a petition to
get the one time 5% well tax on statewide ballots in November. People said county election officials must tally the signatures verify them and send them to California's Secretary of State before the measure can appear in the ballot. People familiar with the campaign said they expect that there will be more than enough to clear the required 875,000 signature threshold even after accounting for ineligible or invalid signatures. The tax was proposed by the
Service Employees International United Healthcare Workers West that represents more than 120,000 healthcare workers to offset cuts to healthcare funding in President Trump's signature tax and spending law last year. It passed the tax would apply to assets of individuals who
resided in California as a January 1st this year and who have a net worth of 1 billion or more
at the end of the year. The proposal still faces several hurdles before taking the fact that campaign needs to submit the signatures by early May to ensure election officials have enough time to tally them and certify the initiative for the November ballots. The proposal needs approval from a majority of California voters to pass. Attack ads are likely to paint the proposed tax as a long-term fiscal disaster for California, which relies heavily on the its wealthiest
residents income taxes to fill state coffers. I'll say this though. Whether it's that state or other blue states or learning not learning, leaning towards taxing the rich, the blue states doing it, that capitals moving out of those states. We know that. They have nowhere else to go, so they eventually have to tax their own people and the one in the realtors and New York City are going, oh my god, the whole thing about the five million there. They're all trying to do it
because if you look at the polling, if you look at the polling was just done last week for tax week. Yeah. The majority of Americans believe that they pay too much in taxes. Well, it's almost a majority of Americans were getting closer to a majority of Americans. Not paying anything. Right. In taxes and getting a check cut back to them. Right. And they're still saying I'm paying too much. Right.
“And so it's like, okay, I think it'll pass in California. If it now, the only thing that gives”
me hope is remember a couple of years ago when they had all those initiatives on the ballot and they failed. I was thinking of that as you were going through the numbers there and I thought to myself, it's happened before. In recent years, where the public in California voted on these initiatives and basically lead war pro business, pro conservative and those initiatives failed. That could be the case here. We'll see, but you can't take the chance if you're a billionaire in
California.
If you live in California, you're doing business in California. You mean a lot to the economy of California. And you've got to make a decision, which is not going to be good for California because
“ultimately you know that this effort is going to continue even if it fails here. That's why you see”
so many billionaires now moving from these blue areas because they know it's only a matter of time before it does happen and they've already seen in some cases, measures that hurt their business, hurt their bottom line and they're going to take not only their own personal wealth, they're going to take their business somewhere else. They no longer believe that's what's happening in the blue states is just a short-term temporary thing. Right. They now believe
or just some obscene idea or absurd idea or or obscene. Right. Absurd idea out of the blue and it's not going to come back. No, it's you're right. They know they are intent on getting this
“done whether it happens right away or not. And I believe California eventually will.”
Because you're you're seeing the radicals and and it requires again requires a number of lives to be told along the way as to in this case who pays taxes and who doesn't well we assume that most people can see and go away. And if the billionaires move we're going to be stuck with the taxes you can't overtax them. Hulk will said that in New York we all know that but still the public is completely and totally BSed by corporate taxes. Yeah. Constantly all the time. Yep.
Yep. We're going to punish those corporations. You idiots are putting a stealth tax on you. Right. And people share it. Yep. Please pretend you're punishing the companies but you're actually punishing me. Please do it again. Thank you, sir. I have another. Yep. It's like they're Kevin Bacon and Animal House. Exactly. Give me another one. Give me another one. Please. Thank you, sir. Give me another. Let's pretend that you're punishing the companies when you're actually
hurting the poor and the middle class the most. And it's the biggest lie the Democrats have ever had
and they continually still today have tremendous success with it. And the non-critical thinkers
the left who live in these blue areas keep looking around going can't believe it's so expensive to live. Oh, but it's worth it. Whoa, they're so expensive. Well, the tax those companies again because they're making incredible profits because the prices of goods are so high. That's right.
“All right. There goes again. Thanks for more expensive at five years. My life is miserable and I'm”
paying higher prices because billionaires and big companies. Wow. Wow. We are Red Eye Radio. We'll be right back with more Red Eye Radio with every currently and Gary McNamara. We are Red Eye Radio. He's our crony and I'm Gary McNamara. This hardly had a blip in the news.
Yeah. You see that Carter Page and the Trump administration settled on a $1.25 million
settlement for the wrongdoing that was done to him by as we all know the Obama administration because that's what started it all. Right. Right. The solicitor General wrote in a filing with the Supreme Court that the Trump administration page had agreed to settle his claims against the U.S. government on Tuesday. The brief was submitted in response to pages appeal of a lower court decision to Smiths and his lawsuit against the Justice Department.
The FBI and eight named individuals among most page named his lawsuit, Rep.I. Director James Komey, Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, ex-officials coming Klein Smith, Peter Strock and Lisa Page
along with the slew of unnamed FBI employees. They basically, in essence, destroyed his life
and his reputation by remember saying the opposite of what he really was. Right. Exactly. And then lied about it officially in order to, you know, eventually get the warrant on him. I mean, that was, that was, you had to keep that lie going. That was the, that was the
Pfizer warrant that they, they got to spy in the Trump campaign.
you know, well, he was a, basically, a spy or, yeah, intelligence official, whatever.
“He was working with the CIA. Right. But he was, he was an asset for the U.S. He was not”
right. Yes. And they, and they reversed it. Yeah. And lied about it and said he was a Russian agent.
Right. And actually, he was right. And they can, and they got away with it because of, if you
“looked at his travel, that his behavior, they could make it look like the opposite. But he was working”
in the interest of the U.S. not Russian.
