It looks like somebody was bent over and had their head in the window of the ...

it either heard me or smelled me and he pulled his head out of the tent and stood straight

up and that that shocked me. You don't make people that big.

The way it moved, almost as it was gliding across the beach, I've never seen anything

moves like that in my life. They were screaming at each other in gibberish, it sounded like a language and they were shunturing away, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. I know what a bear looks like and there is no way on this planet, the water I saw bears. Hello, it's a buddy out here and what's going on out there, it's sort of a vices about

six months and nine on all. Easy a palter? Yes, I'm looking right here, oh. This is Nanka from Cold Lake Alberta, Canada, where this seems to invite him in the best place

to share your encounter story, fast-quatch fondacles.

[Music] Welcome to the show. Tonight we'll be speaking with Braden and Braden comes to us from Washington State. He's actually just north of me and I know the area well, it's notorious for sightings if had many eyewitnesses on over the years from this area and he moved into this home

kind of help his grandfather out, his grandfather's getting older in years and he's there just trying to help him out.

Braden told me he was you know when a bear first moved in, but a really weird thing started

happening around this property and I'm not really a big believer in big foot, but I'm not really sure what's going on here. So I asked him to come on the show and kind of share what's been happening at that property. We're also going to be chatting with Curtis and about 40 years ago, he was he's in northern California, he's playing hide and go seek with his brother and his friends, three other

individuals showed up while they were playing this game, but there weren't kids and there weren't human and all kind of like Curtis going to it. If you've had an encounter and you'd like to be on the show, shoot me an email. My email address is [email protected] and if you get a chance check out saskwatchchronicles.com, you can become a member and get additional shows.

Let's jump into it tonight. I want to welcome Braden to the show, Braden thanks for coming on. Hey no problem, appreciate you having me. Yeah and you moved into this property, it was your grandfather's, or it was still as your grandfather's property, if you would would you start from the very beginning, what were some of the things

that you'd noticed right off the bat and what's been happening since you've been there?

So my grandpa has this property, he's probably lived here about 30 years, something like that. He had some renters because it's just him, he had some renters who were, you know, helping him out financially, he doesn't get a lot. So when they moved out, he kind of needed someone to move in and helped take care of the place in him. So I took the opportunity and me and my girlfriend moved in, started helping him out with

rent and stuff. I started getting, I got this feeling because I worked night shift, I worked

swing shift so I get home at 2 o'clock in the morning every morning and at first I kind of

just chalked it up to it. Oh, it's a new environment, you know, I'm uncomfortable because it's, you know, dark and super quiet and it like this kept growing and growing. This is feeling of like someone is staring down my back. It'd be whenever I pull in the driveway. So I'd like pull down the driveway and the way that I park,

I have like this transformer and like an in-ground transformer about 30 feet ...

down the solar driveway, it's like adjacent to the house and then I stare towards this big open

field on the, in the field, a little bit pasted, there's some trees and then to my left, there's some trees. So it's this, you know, kind of just like a field surrounded by trees. I just would, you know, sitting in my truck and I'd look at my windshield and my window and just feel like there's something watching me. I actually just started talking to my girlfriend about it and she's like, yeah, you know, I was getting that feeling too because she leaves really early in the morning. She's like, I don't

really like getting in my car in the morning because I told her I was like, oh, you should

let your car warm up. She's not really a car person. She used to just hop in it and go and I was like, well, you should probably let it warm up a little bit. She's like, I don't like sitting here. They got to the point where I was so uncomfortable that I would actually call my girlfriend and wake her up at two o'clock in the morning. So she would come outside because I didn't want to get out of my truck anymore and that kind of the type of person who, you know, I climb in machinery

all day and that's active and, you know, I hunt all the time and I'm a bushwacker. So, you know,

I just walked through the bush, never have a problem with it, but I've never had a feeling like this,

ever. It's just like something staring into your soul. I actually went out and bought a rifle and kept it in my truck and that, you know, kind of made me feel better a little bit. Then one night me and my girlfriend were laying a bed and it was after I got home. So I just got off work laid down for a little bit and not even a half hour later. I kind of was just laying and staring at the ceiling. I guess trying to fall asleep and it sounded like something was

shuffling outside and my girlfriend has passed out at this point and I kind of like nudged her awake. I was like, do you hear that? And she's like, what? And then listen. And then we could hear this like murmuring. She's like, is that someone talking? And I'm like, why would someone be out here at, you know, 230 in the morning at this point? I was at our, you know, house whispering. And I kept getting closer and closer to like our bedroom area. And the way our room is is there's

a window on either side of it. So you can be on either side. But we always have the curtains drawn.

So I'm sitting there and I'm listening and it's on my right. And then I hear it on my lap. I'm kind of sitting there. I'm like, what the heck? How is it on both sides? And then I thought about it,

you know, kind of half awake at this point. Is there two of these things out there? You know what I mean?

Like, what is this? In my head, I'm thinking, okay, there's two people on our property at two o'clock in the morning. But we have the ring cameras that the tech movement. And if you come down the driveway, it's going to see a, and there's only one blind spot. And that's two, like, we have a pond on our property. And it's towards the pond. And then past the pond is like a little bit of a field, probably 100 yards wide, and then warehousing. I don't know if everyone knows what warehousing

is, but it's like thousands of acres of just timber land. And that's like the only side that doesn't have a camera on it. And out of respect for you and your grandfather, I won't say what town you guys are in, but as you're going down at five, if you blink, you'll miss it. And so I don't see anyone coming up to the, you guys is window at night. What was it you guys were hearing? It was a people moving around and like mumbling? Yeah, it's like people are walking around. And it sounded like someone

mumbling. It's like, I don't even really know how to describe it. It's just like, maybe, maybe, maybe,

I like that. Like it was like a deep tone, but it was quiet. That's why I were thinking it was a

person. And I was like, I don't really know any animal that would make a noise like that. It's like it wasn't this getting, what was going on? Because I mean, we're new, I guess, we're new people. And this is within, I don't know, probably three weeks of us moving in, which it was still summer at this point. It was just creepy. I didn't really want to move, because I didn't know what it was. I had my rifle at this point, but it was in the living room.

And I didn't want to get out and go get it. So I started sleeping with the rifle in the room, well, let's put it like that. And then probably a week after that, I still got that feeling coming in the door, like something's breathing down your neck. And it's only when you're sitting in the truck, the sitting there, it feels like something's staring at you. You get out and you feel fine and tell you to turn your back to open that door. And then you turn your back to open that door and

it's like it's something's sprinting at you. It's like a wall, I suppose. And it's just the creepyest feeling.

The feeling just persisted for a little bit.

But one day I was laying a bed and I heard something walking around again. And my girlfriend

is just passed out at this point. I tried to wake her up. She was just not having it. So I was like,

okay, whatever. So I put my phone on record. I set it down on the end table and I just, you know, kind of laid there trying to be as quiet as I could. And I actually caught something tap, tap, tap on the walls. It was, yeah, it was terrifying. And I was like, what the heck? Because I was like, okay, animal, maybe walking around it there. But then it tapped. And then about four minutes later, it tapped again. And it was this tap, tap, tap, tap. But the tapping moved. So I knew it wasn't

something in the house. It's like it just tapped the wall on the outside. It's like,

well, you can't hear that. But it's just like, a tapping. And at first I was like, okay, maybe it was

me. And then I was like, no, that was definitely outside on the recording. And I showed it to my coworkers. And like, it's pretty quiet on the recording. So we all got in my truck and like, turned up the stereo. And this listen to it. And they're like, that is creepy, man. I don't like, I know. Because I had kind of been telling them about at this point, the other ones that encouraged me to get like a rifle. Because they were like, oh, it might be like a cougar or something, stocking me.

And I was like, okay, it makes sense. I come home at the same time every day. You know, I'll buy myself. And then, you know, I started putting two and two together. Because I started watching

your podcast. And I was like, when I get home, it is really quiet. Like, I mentioned the transformer

box earlier. It's about 50 feet away. And I can hear that humming when I get out of my truck.

Like, it is dead silent. And I don't remember if I told you or not, you don't have to put this

in if you don't want to. But I don't remember if I told you or not about my girlfriend calling me about the the coyotes. I was at work one night. And my girlfriend called me. Because we have coyotes in the area. There's also like a wolf, same year, sanctuary type thing. So it's not unusual to hear like coyotes, howling and stuff. But she called me one night kind of freaked out. Because I, I was taking my rifle with me to work at this point. Because I like keeping it in my truck for when I got out

at night. And she called me and she's like, hey, it sounds like these coyotes are killing something. And I was like, okay, it's probably just another animal or something. She's like, no, it sounds like a dying bird or dog. It's like something like yiping and howling. And she's like, I don't know what it is. And I was like, okay, well, it's probably going to be over in like two minutes. Because if

it's a packet coyotes, I mean, it's going to kill something pretty quick. So I was like, okay,

it's probably going to be over pretty quick. And then she's like, no, it's been going on for like 10 minutes. And I was like, what? And I was like, that's a pretty long time for a packet. Because it's a pretty big pack out here. I've been kind of looking into it because I want to start hunting them because the neighbors down the road, they're getting their calves and stuff are getting a killed by them. So like I said, pretty big herd or pack, I guess. So I was like, well, I don't know what

it is. I guess I'll try to check it out when I get home. And she said it went on for like another couple minutes after that. And then at the stop. But she said it was the most unusual sound of something it killed that she's ever heard in her life. She's like, it is sound like they were tearing something up. After that, she started making me leave my rifle at home because she didn't feel comfortable. And then the reason I emailed you was the night that I emailed you, I got it.

I like was sitting in my truck and you know, I was getting that feeling again because it kind of went away for a little bit because we started having the freezing started. So it started getting in the 20s and 30s. The feeling gets kind of went away. And I was like, okay, well, maybe I'm to see you still living here. Maybe it was an animal, you know, kind of doubting myself. And you know, telling my coworkers that work, they're kind of making fun of me. You know how that

goes. You know, oh, yeah, you got you got a cryptid on your land. And you know, let's go and get you, you know, just how it goes. And I was like, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. And I was like, and then it went away. So I was like, okay, maybe I'm in my head. Well, recently my girlfriend actually came to me with this. She's like, you starting to get that feeling again, aren't you? And I was like, uh, a little bit, yeah, because it started warming up again. Because now it's probably in the 40s and 50s and 60s.

And she's like, yeah, me too. And I was like, oh, okay, maybe we're just becoming paranoid again. And the night that I emailed you, I sitting in my truck and just got home, I kind of got that feeling like something was watching me. And I was just kind of scanning the tree line, starting from my

Driver's side window out to my windshield.

down and started grabbing my lunch pale on stuff. And I caught something out of the corner of my eye. And I kind of glanced up. And then I saw two eyes staring at me up in her tree on the, on the other side of the field. And I was like, what the heck? And I was like, okay, raccoon. And I'm like, well, is there a pretty far apart for a raccoon? And I don't remember raccoons having red eyes.

And I grew up on a farm as well. So I always kind of raccoons because I would kill my ducks and

chickens. So I was like, pretty familiar with them. And I mean, I think they can have red eyes.

I think in some cases, but I was like, that's too high up and too far spread apart. Like, the eyes are just farther apart. And I was like, this got this feeling like, I don't even, I don't know how to describe it. Just like, like, I just needed to get inside that second. And it was just the feeling of, I need to protect my girlfriend because I knew that she was sleeping. And I wanted to leave. But she leaves the door unlocked for me. So I can come in at night because

we didn't get a set of keys from my grandpa lost him a long time ago. And we live so far out here.

I don't really worry about it. Well, she leaves the door unlocked. And I was just like, no, I got to get out and go inside. So I got out and I walked over to the door, just my eyes locked on it.

And the way the door is, you have to turn to reach up, to open the door and then climb up the stairs.

So I reach up and I turn my body away and I open the door and, oh, it felt like something sprinting at me. Like, it was a fight or flight at that point. It was terrifying. Did you get your rifle and go back out to investigate those eyes? No, I don't want to go over there. I'm good. How far away from you were these red eyes that you were seeing?

Maybe 100 yards. Yeah, I just don't see a raccoon like striking the fear in you as you're getting out of your truck. You know, red eye shine. I would imagine is possible with raccoons. You would almost have to have the right lighting conditions to get kind of that red eye shine. You know, this year, an experienced guy grew up on a farm. Most of the time raccoons, their eyes are going to be kind of an orange amber color or white. I don't know that I've ever

ever seen red eyes from a raccoon. But again, I would imagine it's possible. You know, if you had

the right lighting conditions, how big were these eyes that you were looking at?

Um, the thing is at this point, my truck had done shut off. So my headlights were off and thinking back to it now. It is kind of weird because the only light around me was the shop, which is way behind me. Probably another 100 yards behind me. And it's just a little shoplight that lights up the door. You know, I'm talking about like a porch light. But for me to be able to see

these eyes, I never saw a figure anything because it was one of those new moon nights.

Or well, it was it was dark out. I don't know. It was really dark. It might have been like a half moon. I'm not a hundred percent sure. But it was, I could kind of see the ground out there. And then I just saw these two eyes. I don't know where they would have got the light from to shine. Maybe the moon. I'm not a hundred percent sure. But I don't know. It was definitely high enough up where I knew it wasn't like a deer or something because I know how the the tree sits right there.

And yeah, for it to be kind of level with my head with me sitting in there because I have a three inch lift on my my F350 on 34. So I mean, for it to be sitting level with me, kind of spook me out. That is a nerve-ing. So it's not like these eyes were like 50 feet up in the tree. I mean, it's pretty level with you. But still pretty high up with that truck you have. How big were those eyes? They, they seemed decent sized. Honestly, like they didn't seem like

little tiny cat recognized. They seemed bigger like a predator because you'll notice with like big cats and bears. They usually have bigger eyes to let more light in so they can see at night. And they seem bigger like that. That's the only time I've seen them. My girlfriend told me that she has had a spook where she saw some red eyes out there. And I wasn't home at the time because she

Got off work because it's certain she gets home about 630.

with this time of year. And she's like, oh, I saw some red eyes and I was like, oh, yeah, that's

probably like, you know, a coogers. Well, coogers usually have yellow eyes, but I was like, it's probably just, you know, something else. I, you know, don't be worried about it. You're fine. Raccoon or a coyote or something. But she's like, I don't think so. I don't know. I should have believed her. I guess. Yeah, you definitely should have. You know where I would start is with your

grandfather. Have you ever sat down to talk with him about what's been going on around this property?

Um, honestly, I haven't. He's kind of a really quiet reserved guy. But I've been talking to my girlfriend about it because I've been talking. I've been kind of hesitant to email you. I don't know why but as I say, hey, I want to email a sky because I think this is going on. And she's like, thinking about it, there's no cameras on that side of the house. And I was like, yeah, she's like, that's where all the apple trees are because we have apple trees. And we also grow grapes.

But they're all on that side of the house without cameras. And she's like, and she's like, have you ever seen your grandpa outside at night? And I'm like, well, thinking back to it a couple years ago, me and him were digging a pond on his property with tractors. And we had gotten this tractor kind of stuck in the mud because it's all clay out here. And I was like, okay, hey, let's go grab the truck and pull it out real quick. You know, we're already all muddy and stuff. And it was just

starting to get dark. And he's like, nope, let's go inside. And I was like, well, it could sink deeper overnight. He's like, oh, it's fine. So it was just odd to me that he just wanted to go inside so quick.

And he always carries a pistol on him. And it's always he always carries a 45 on him on his property,

no matter what. Yeah, it's this weird to me. Yeah, I would probably start there first with your grandfather. Go get a bottle of whiskey, sit down with them and have a real conversation. And he'll probably open up and tell you about some of the things that have happened around there. Everything you're describing around this property sounds like they're there. You know, that feeling of dread, that feeling of being watched, these weird red eyes that you're seeing,

things are tapping on your home. You know, one thing that I think is weird with Sasquatch, and you're

often hear this with eyewitnesses who have these things on their property, they'll often say, you know, I'm laying in bed. And on the wall on the outside, something starts tapping or something starts scratching, slaps against the home. People will report this mumbling that they hear. To me, it sounds like they're there. One thing I want to ask you about that mumbling, did it sound like this era sounds? Um, kind of, but imagine that, but like super quiet,

almost a really faint whisper. Just enough where you can hear it. But if you were like,

I don't know how to TV on or something, you would never know.

Yeah, like I said, I would start with your grandfather first. And you know, one thing that you

can do, if you want to get them to back off, go buy cheap lights, and you can get cheap ones off

Amazon. You know, I know when you're living out there in the country, that's the last thing you want to do is really light up your property, like a football stadium. But for whatever reason, I wouldn't this is report that when you light a place up like that, it gets them to back off. And it might help you, you know, when you're trying to go out to your truck or coming in or making your girlfriend feel more comfortable, I think they'll back off. 95% of time, they'll back off when you light the

place up. As secondary option, you can do is go buy game cams and put them around the property. And the cheaper the better. I mean, go to Amazon by like a four pack, the cheaper the better. I highly doubt you'll capture anything. But they, you know, coordinate witnesses, they back off when you start putting those up. But your grandfather must know something. I mean, there's no way he lived there all those years and doesn't know what's going on. I would definitely start with him.

Right. And what's weird to me is since my grandma died probably five years ago. He is like closed off most of the house. And he lives in like these three rooms. And he actually doesn't have windows in them. Like you will not go in parts of the house at night with windows in it. Because you have like the kitchen has windows. And he has that like doored off. And then he has like this

Little man cave room, which had windows.

stuff against the windows. And then his bedroom is blocked off too. Like he put shutters on it.

Which I remember when I was younger there, those windows are always open. You know, even when

people won't tell you anything, you can always look at their behavior. And it says more than they'll ever say. One of the very first properties I ever investigated. I remember I watched into this old lady's home. And she had blankets over, I mean, really thick blankets over every window. And I thought, hmm, okay, well, let's have a conversation. How long have you guys been there,

Braden? Eight months now. Like, it's not been that long. That's why at first I was like,

oh, maybe it's just some curious about us because there's new scent in the area. But it's to the

point where I'm not really feeling that anymore. Yeah, while the bad news is that I think that they're

there, the good news is you can make them go away. And I don't have any love for sask watch. So if people want to shoot them, I'm all for it. The only time I tell people not to shoot at them is when it's actually on their property. You know, you can be a big for a researcher and go off to your research location and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah and shoot all you want. But you get to go home. But when you do that on your property, homes about 100 yards away. And they know you're there.

They know they watch the shoot at them. And thanks can go south pretty quick. But I would really

recommend that you put up some lights at you. I mean, I would light that place up. And I get,

I can't guarantee. I would put a lot of money on the bed that they'll back off. The red eye shine. Was that the last thing that happened there? Yeah, and that was Monday. So that was the last thing that happened or now. I'm just, I just know that I've been listening to your podcast

for a little bit now. And I know how what usually happens next. And that's what I fear the most

I suppose. You're talking about assigning, actually seeing the creature. Yeah. Yeah, usually starts out this way. It starts out with the things that you're describing. And it's unnerving. And I would be unnerved in that situation. Usually when it starts this way, people think their place is haunted. The tapping on the walls, the scratching on the walls, the slaps on the home, this weird red eye shine that they're seeing that feeling of being washed all the time. It usually does ramp up to a

sighting. The good news though, I think if they were going to hurt you, they would have done it a long, long time ago. You're easy pickens coming out from the home to your truck, from your truck back to the home. There's plenty of opportunity to harm you if they really wanted to. And they

haven't yet. Prior to all this happening to you, what was kind of your take on big foot?

When I was younger, I believed in it. It's cool. It might be real. I'm sure people are seeing something, but I don't know. But now I'm pretty convinced. I'm pretty convinced. And I think I know why they go through our property. Our property is like the only one where it's just like a field that's like completely surrounded by trees. And then there's another set of like forest, I guess. It's kind of like a bog because we live by a lake. And it's like all trees to the lake.

So it's warehousing our property, more trees, and then the lake. So I have a feeling that whatever it is, it's trying to get to the lake at night. And we're just kind of the past through. Yeah, it could be. It could be that they're passing through and stopping when you guys are coming and going. And I honestly would try the lights. I would light the place up. You have to let me know if you do that. Let me know if it works for you or not. I got a good feeling that

they will back off. Let me ask you, I ask everyone on the show. What do you think Seth watches? What's your take? I think it's flesh and blood. I think it's an animal to say anything else. Some of the stuff is unexplained to me. But I think eventually we will figure it out. In my lifetime, I don't know. Eventually I'd imagine we figure out what it is. Because I mean everything, if you look at animals as a different subspecies, we're humans, and then you have primates.

Then I'm thinking there's another step in there, if that makes sense.

lost link, but like this another side species, they're like us, but they don't live in civilization.

They made their own way. If that makes sense. Yeah, that does make sense. That makes

complete sense. When you're out there, try some of the ideas of thrown at you. It's what I would do if it was my property. I would start with the lights. I would start with cheap gamecams. And if none of that works, give me a call. I have five other ideas to throw at you. And you have my cell phone. Give me a call anytime. You ever have any questions. I'm not sure I can answer them, but I'll give it my best try. And be safe out there, brother. But thank you again

for coming on. Yeah, no problem. I appreciate you having me.

Next up on the show, I want to welcome Curtis. Curtis, thanks for coming on. Hey, thank you very much for having me on your show. Yeah, I really appreciate you being here. And you had this encounter back in 1983 in Northern California. If you would, would you start from the very beginning? What were you doing in what happened? Yeah, so I guess I've started out that I have an identical twin brother. We're actually involved

with doing a playing like a hide and go seek game, slash war games against because there's like a team of three on each side. There's just two teams. So there's six of us all together.

So that's what we're doing. We decided to play, because we didn't have anything back then in

83. We didn't have any, we didn't have any computer games enough like that. So we kind of had to make a par own entertainment. So we just came to why those are the towns called why Rika California about

20 miles south of the Oregon border, but that whole mountain range is basically it's got about

three or four other national forests on that same mountain range. And that goes all the way from the middle of Satan and it goes all the way to the coast where it goes to the redwoods. And there's just little small little villages and stuff mixed into that whole mountain range. You know, a lot of Indian tribes and stuff like that. But there's no, no major towns at all. There's just little small communities. We just got, we just came to the town. We just my aunt was happen to be living there

and we had never actually been in why Rika except for a passion through and get gas and that's it.

We didn't know the town at all. So we showed up my aunt lived in a, you know, an apartment complex in just the small community area. And the town was only a, I don't know, I had like 3500 people at the time. And it's double sense. But the apartment complex that we were staying in was just the maybe an eighth of a mile or even less, whatever, maybe if five, 600 yards away or whatever, I'll call it. But where we were located right next to the edge of the forest.

Now next door to my, where my aunt was living was an elementary school from grades one to six or something like that. And I only mentioned that school because that's where we actually had our encounter. There's already at night time. It was real hot during that summer. There was a summer of 83 school. Behind the school is a, is a playground and it has some lights for a night time when you're if you're out there playing it at night. But on the very west side of the whole perimeter of the

school is a just a field of a soccer field slash baseball field. When we, when we decided to play this game, we just met up with a couple of other brothers that were just having me in the neighborhood just a couple days prior to that. And we don't even, we've only been in town for about a week or a week and a half anyways at this, at this particular time. It was just not one night in the evening. It's just about seven or eight at night when the two brothers came over to visit us. And

there was one of the two brothers that actually suggested we play this game of war or iron seeker or whatever you want to call it. But so yeah, so many of my brothers said, yeah, okay, let's just go for it, I guess. And then we also recruited my younger sister and she had like a temporary boyfriend that just that she just started just messing around with two. But um, so now when we start to play

This game, there's already about eight, there's my eight, eight, 30 maybe a n...

gone down, but there's no winter, nothing. It's just totally, there's nothing with bright lights

from the stars. So we had a lot of ambient lighting. We got school lights also, that was given us

pretty good lights. So the only rules we had in this game is we had to stay within the property of the of the school. And we can also be on the other side of the fence, the big chainling fence on the west western perimeter of the school. And that's an eight, eight to ten foot chainling fence that whole piece of property is owned by the city of Wyrica. And it's all undeveloped. There's nothing which is tall weeds and grass. There's some shrubbery around. There's a few trees, just small trees,

some falling small trees. There's a lot of rolling hills, little rolling dirt mountains as well. There's all pretty tall grass and weeds also. So now my team's laying down by the baseball

diamond and now my brother's laying, his team are laying down basically facing right where we were,

you know, just catacorned from where we were at. Now my brother and then, like I said,

there was just, they're never there for about five minutes, just like we were before we noticed

anything. But right out of the shadows of the, between the school and those two, the two little storage shifts for the maintenance workers came walking three figures. This came walking right out and going right straight towards the, towards the eight of the eight foot chainling fence. Now for them to do that, they had to walk right in front of where my brother and his team were laying down. So now my brother and then they can, they can see these saw squashes. They're only like

50 to 70 feet at the most, maybe 60 feet or so. But, but they just walked right straight past, we're walking straight past my brother's team. My brother and then they're, well, they're staring

at him first, but then they, they witnessed these, these creatures is walking right straight to the

field, probably good 10 seconds or 15 seconds by time they got to the, the chainling fence. These creatures were about, I'll say, between six to the, six, five at the most. When these bigfoot's got to the fence, one of them was about two, maybe a couple of inches taller than the others, the other two that were there. The biggest one out of the, out of the three, just, lifted up its, its hands and just, um, describe the whole the top of that fence. Like I said,

that was an eight to ten foot high and chainling fence. And he just grabbed the whole the fence and just just jumped it so fried over without without even putting his feet on the, on the chain link at all. He just, they did it all one motion, just jumped right over. The other two saw squashes, they just, um, they just had to walk around, they walked all the way back down, down the fence lined back towards the, a property line of the apartment complex. And these, oh yeah, oh yeah,

they just walk right around the fence because there's no, there's just nothing but a post right there. So there's another, there all three of them are on the other on that, um, that property that's owned by the city. So now that's my brother's side of the story. Now back to where I was at, I was the same thing. I was, I mean, my team were right there. My sister was on the left hand side of me and then on the left side of her was her boyfriend. So then, all of a sudden, my sister nudges me

and says that she sees the other team. So, and this is the same, this is the same three figures that was walking from the corner of the side of the school. By the time they were coming into the field, we could see him, but I, we couldn't see him as well with my brother, because I was about also at least a good hundred feet away from these creatures at the time. So all I could see is these three shadows walking across the field going towards the chingling fence. We didn't, we didn't sit there and

stare at him either. We just knew, as far as we were concerned, I was my brother's team. So we didn't have any any kind of fear, nothing like that. So we were staring at him and saying, we knew exactly which way they were headed. And then it's now behind this right there at the chingling fence, there's

a man gate, they just cross right over into that, onto that piece of property. So that's what we chose

to do. And as these creatures got to the fence, I wasn't looking at them. So I didn't, I didn't even feel or hear the fence move whatsoever. So at this time, I didn't know exactly what they're doing. We were just walking, we were just crawling through the fence to get the other side. So that was having like element of surprise on our side, just, you know, of course there's the other team as far as we were concerned. So now we're crawling down the fence line.

We get about a hundred feet down, basically in the same area where we thought that that's where

my brother's team was supposed to be at. So we get about a hundred feet down. We decided just to sit down and rest. We had our backs turned resting on the chingling fence and we were on the city property

There.

for the other team. I'm doing my scanning. So now when I'm coming back and just slightly too

my right next to that shrubbery was a dirt mound that's like it was full of grass and weeds.

But there's two figures that were sitting or squatting on this mound. And I can see the top of their heads down to their shoulders because they're just above that shrubbery so I can still see I had some ambient lights I could tell that there's two figures there. But there are about 20 feet away. So I couldn't, you know, but at this time I thought that was my sister and her boyfriend. So I wasn't, I wasn't even concerned there this whole time. So now I'm going on for a couple

minutes. So now here is I'm scanning around. Now I just have to be looking, scanning down the field

back towards the apartment complex area. And then I seen this, this bigger figure come running

right straight around the other two that were already 20 feet away from me. So this was about another five to ten feet behind those two. So I just thought it was another, I just thought it was another team, the other team just one person from the other team I thought it was. But this creature or figure which is called figure for now. But this figure came running and it was like about 30 feet away from me. And it was, and it was running very quick. And even before I get on my feet

because at this time I thought it was just another person on the other team. So even before I get on my feet, this creature was already, it already stopped between 10 to 12 feet from me as I was getting on my feet. So I guess I can't figure what had, you know, mind I'm just not really worried

about the time delay or whatever. But the fact is I was already coming up on, I was coming up

on my feet and this creature already stopped. And when it stopped, this is when I, this is when everything got confusing to me because I knew that there's something wrong. I can see the, um, when it stopped, there's already, there's bent over a little bit and it had a slight bend in its knees. So I couldn't judge exactly how tall it was. Plus there's like in a little groove right there in between like the dirt mountains and stuff like that. There's some ditches and stuff. So I couldn't figure

how tall it was. But at this time I wasn't, I didn't care about what, looking for the size. I was just thinking there's the other team. But when it stopped, we're both looking each other. It's looking at me. I couldn't see the face. But I can see the hair. I can see the individual hairs coming from the top of the hair and it came all the way down with the shoulders. And when it was looking at me, it was kind of like, it was turned a little bit to its right, which means I was looking

at a slight side a little bit. But it was looking straight at me. So I can see, but I can see the hair coming down just that one side individual hair. I was probably at least two or three inches long

probably that's what look like. And the color looked about as either a dark brown or a blackish

color, but I couldn't tell. This was about a four to five second staredown. And this is when I

went to a shock because I knew it wasn't human. But my mind just didn't want to tell me that it was a big for either. So that's where the confusion was going right there. I thought of a big for what was totally different than what I thought. When I watched the movie in the four, about five years earlier, I watched the legend of Bonnie Creek. So after I see that movie, this was supposed to be just nothing but a monster that was out of terrorized people. So that's

why I was confused because it was going to big for it. It should have made some kind of aggressive move towards me in my mind. For whatever reason I started shooting, I started to blast the way, hoping that was my brother's team. You know, I started going bang, I started yelling out bang, bang, bang, right? So I didn't have any guns. I didn't have no fake guns or anything like that. I have my fingers. All I'm doing is going bang, bang, bang, and I'm just yelling at my

top my lungs. So when I did that, the two that were sitting on the mound, they stood up. They all stood up. Now these two were actually standing on the mound and they're elevated and hyped a little bit. So anyway, I was just now as really confused because now I can see the hair come around them as well. They all three turned around and they started booking away from me. They just started leaping through the grass, heading towards that residential street about four or five hundred yards away.

And there's also some houses right there. So some backyards, it's got some lights also in the backyards of these houses. Well beyond those houses was a street and then beyond that would be the start of the mountain. Even though it's real steep, we could a person can't just climb up that

As far as a human is concerned.

Just on the south side of the apartment complex, you know, right up to the cemetery at the

right at the ridge of the mountains. And then you can take a trail that goes all up to the top of the

ridge, which we found out later. But now when these creatures took off and they were they were probably about once they started leaping through the field, then I started yelling out deer. This is what I went through a deeper shot because now I'm still trying to get trying to gather my thoughts of what I'm looking at. When I know they're on, I know they're on two feet and they had two worms and I know they didn't have you close on either guy. You see the backs of

them when they're run away from me. But all you could do is you yell out deer and I just started yelling that thing out. I started yelling out deer to the top of my lungs and I was in so much confusing that I wasn't in fear yet. I didn't, I wasn't in scared yet. I was just totally confused. So as these creatures got about maybe 50, 60 yards away, they slowed down and then they, they're just

this couple of the steady pace walk heading away from them. But they kept, they kept turning their

bodies around to look at me to make sure I wasn't following them or whatever. I know it's my sister and her boyfriend were standing right next to me. And apparently they, they, they can only see what I was looking at so they couldn't verify whether or what it was either. They just thought it was just, they didn't know if it was a human or not. But as far as where they, their perspective was. So now I, now I hear my brother and his team coming from the apartment complex. I can hear

me yelling my name and meanwhile I'm still confused. I'm looking at the ground. I'm just kind of, I'm just dumbfounded. I just, I just, I didn't even know what to think. It was, I had to turn around. I turned around, I grabbed the hole on fence and I'm just looking up and down the, you know, looking down the ground, looking up at the top of the fence. So I waited for my brother's team to get there, come to get to us because they can hear me, they can then they, they can see me on the other

side of fence. When my brother and his team got to the fence line, all I can hear is my brother tell me that, that they just saw a big foot. And that's all it came out of his mouth. As he says, "We just saw a big foot." And that's when I went to a deep shock. I mean, that's when the fear, probably the worst fear that I've ever had before that incident, or even after that incident, no matter what, that was the worst fear I've ever had. Not the fear that they were coming back,

that they'd come back and give me. I just put me right back in that spot of me being that close to a creature that should have been, either folklore or whatever I call it, you know, legendary thing, but when I went to that shock, I went totally blank. All I know is that my brother told me later

that, that all he always seen me do is grab a hold of that fence, the fence, that just grabbed

hold and just used my arms and just crawled all the way up to the top of that fence and threw myself over the fence. The next thing that came into my memory banks was me, I was on the other side of that field. I was over close to the apartment complex in the grassy area. And I just dropped my knees. Then now, I'm just, I'm just, I'm shaking like crazy. I had the worst experience at that particular time. And I had tears just coming out of my eyes. And I was in total, just totally shocked. And

I took about 45 minutes before anybody, before I can even start really comprehending what was going on and building, and so that we can all sit around and then talk about what was going on,

you know, because that's what we did. We ended up sitting around a circle right there, but we

were still quite a few yards away from the fence, but we were right next to the apartment complex. That's when I found out when my brother's part of the story was and what my sister and her boyfriend what they saw. And then when I told my story, that was everything just clicked in the place, you know, and that's basically it. So everything after that, it was just a matter of deciding if we were going to go and tell somebody or not, throughout that discussion, we decided not to

especially me and my brother, because we were pretty shy. Me and my brother and my sister,

we just came to town and we moved around a lot. So we're always trying to make friends where we could.

So that's basically my story right there. At what point did it kind of click? It wasn't your brother, because I find it fascinating how the mind deals with stress, trauma, and shock. You know, you're yelling deer, deer, deer, and obviously these aren't deer. But at what point did you kind of realize, oh, that's not what our brother. It was basically right when I stood up and was

Looking at him.

when I noticed there wasn't a bit, but it wasn't my brother's team either. So I don't know why

I came out of my mouth. I just started yelling at the other team, I just forward up a reason.

And then when I'm shooting at him, then now when I see them leaping up in the field, leaping through the grass like that, now then I just started switching from the other team and I just started saying that it's deer. I just kept yelling out deer, knowing where a fact that they weren't deer, they did not have four legs whatsoever. They were running at a pretty, pretty, and you see them. When they were leaping up, you could tell that they're pretty wide, what he called that,

stances, you know, they're making some pretty good distance until they slowed down. Of course, they slowed down. They're still going at a steady clip just out of a walk, but that's when they're looking back at me. I'm trying to make sure I wasn't going to either following them or whatever. I'm not, of course, I can't tell you what they're thinking either, but all you can say if they weren't,

they were not aggressive. They were non-aggressive whatsoever. That's why it confused me the most,

because I was thinking that if a big foot, the one that I know of, the only one that I knew of at the time was the legend of Bobby Creek, that was my only image I had, my mind of what a big foot would have been, would have been a dangerous creature. Yeah, I could see that, you know, the legend of Bobby Creek, you have in your mind what you think a Sasquatch is, and then when he's seen in person, it's completely different sometimes, anyway. Why do you think that you went into shock later after

it was all said and done? It was just the words that came out of my brother's mouth without me seeing anything when he told me that he saw a big foot, all that didn't use a confirm that that was a big foot, because if they saw a big foot, and they weren't even in shock like I was, they actually watched these big foot, go all the across the field, and at this time they weren't, they weren't

like in fear because they knew that these creatures are already walking away from them, and these

creatures didn't even acknowledge my brother's team whatsoever, so they didn't even look at my brother's team. At a certain point, my brother's team were already at a certain comfort level knowing that, okay, they're not going to, they're not in any immediate danger of any kind. So by the time they got to me, that's when that's when everything, that's when I became 100% for fact that it had to be a big it was definitely for me because of my brother's soon where he saw, and I experienced what I experienced,

there was no other way of looking at it. Yeah, like I said, I'm fascinated with the mind, especially when it's in shock, and I could see your brother saying, hey, we just saw a big foot. I could see your world come crashing down at that moment realizing, your mind's not fooling you, you know what you saw. How far away from you were these creatures, and if you would, would you describe all three of them, and realize that it's dark out? The one that came out that came

running towards me, that was, of course, I can see the, I can see the individual hairs from the basis, back the middle of the shoulders, down the middle of the arms base area, I can see pretty clearly, and there's all of them here. I thought it could have been a jacket, it went, you know,

the particular second or two, but but then I noticed that the hair was just kind of right straight

down the, right straight down the side of its head, and right down to the, through the shoulders, like I kind of get a slight angle. I didn't see a neckline of any kind. The size was hard to tell. It was definitely pretty wide though. It was at least a good three feet wide at the very least, but it's kind of hard to tell even with that, with that one right there, you turn that, you turn that out of the slight angle towards me when I was looking at it, so I couldn't get a

direct look at straight Adam, except I seen his head, of course, but I couldn't see any face of features. There's no glowing eyes. There's also no smell. The other two were nice to it, if that was the only time I even looked at them is when they, when they stood up, because I thought

that was my sister and her boyfriend at first, but they're standing on that ledge on that dirt mound,

and they're already about the same height I was and I was already two feet up, and they're about 20 feet away. So all I could really see in detail on them was just the hair going down, pretty much the same as the other as that first one, and it just went right around, just right around his head, all the way down to the round of shoulders, and that's it. That's basically what I see. I've seen, I've seen the most here when they actually all turned around and running away from

it, and then they got away from that thick brush that was right there with the ambient lights. I could definitely tell it there, and it definitely, definitely see that there's no article of clothing

Whatsoever.

or on their backs, but like I say when they're facing me, of course, it was kind of like a shadowy

area in front of them, so I couldn't see exactly what their chest would look like. I couldn't see

them if they're male or female of each kind, but they do see if they did seem like they're younger. You'd mentioned that one of them was taller. He was like six foot plus, I mean, how tall do you think he was compared to the other two? The taller one was about at least three inches taller than the other two, and I want to say anywhere it could have been six foot three to the six foot five or so, probably. That's just roughly rough guess, because I didn't have anything to really

gage it on myself, because like I said, there's like a big ditch in everything right there,

right next to where they're at too, and I couldn't tell with if this sucks question inside of

a ditch, it was not on one of the dirt mountains at all. Not the other two, like I said, there are a few inches shorter, and they're just a little bit down from me, so there, and I was five seven, and they're already there about even about even sizing, they're standing up, they're about even with me, right about three feet down from my elevation, from what I was looking at them. And I know from talking to you off the air that this was the only time that you saw them,

makes me wonder why they would choose to go through there, maybe the cover of darkness. I know you had mentioned a drought in the area, and often times people were run into these things,

when there's some sort of disaster like a drought, but it really makes me wonder why they were

passing through. Yeah, of course, going through all the theories and stuff, I mean, like said, it was, I think it was a four to five year drought going out at the time, and it was a July, we stayed indoors almost every day until it did get dark around, so we could do stuff outside anyways, because the temperatures were exceeding like 110 degrees, and so that means it was like, it was like at least in the upper 90s, it was like 99 to 100 degrees, even during the night time

when we were playing this game. And I kind of get the shock, I mean, I know that you had mentioned on the air and off the air, you and your brother had just seen the legend of Boggy Creek, and I mean, those were really vents that wasn't made up, but if that's where you have in your head, as far as what you're going to run into, I kind of get the shock now, you know?

Yeah, that's why that's why I wouldn't do a confusing, because that's the only thing I had,

I didn't know anything else. The only other thing we watched was a Leonard Nemoy back in like 78, also, we've seen that at the same time, we were about 10 years old, me and my brother were about 10 years old at the time, and we watched both those series, but like said, there's no mention that I remember, at all that they were saying that they were, they're like really calm, calm, creases, right, like that. As far as I knew that these creases were going to be, you know,

we're pretty dangerous, like animals. And your brother and his friends were actually a lot closer. When you guys spoke, did he go into any more detail about what he had seen? Well, he was able to see the fur or hair a lot better, and I mean, he's going to tell me that he he definitely seen it, look more like a brown, brownish red, or whatever, but like when I said, a little bit darker around that, even I can still see some of the detail, but, yeah,

but there are about, and these creases are about, I'd say at least a 50 or 60 feet away from where my brother's team was laying down. They know the same thing I did, they noticed that the one was a little bit bigger than the other two, and they said they're definitely over there, they're definitely over six feet, like they're ranging between the six, six, one, the six, five, or whatever, you know, what do you think that the larger one kind of rushed to you?

You know, after looking back at it, when it was looking at me, it was like there's been down a little bit to hunched over a little bit, and it was looking up, it was like, it was almost like it was in a head, and one of his hands up, like it was trying to, I don't know if it's trying to tell me something or want me to, I don't know, they're being, they're definitely being very calm and very, there's no aggression whatsoever. When you say it had its hands up,

it was like, it's palms up? Yeah, yeah, yeah, had it's on its left hand, just had it just kind of looked, like looking up at me, like it, I don't know if it was wanting to give them something

or what? I mean, something like a kid would do, I guess, so that's why I'm thinking of

them, it could have been like a juvenile big foot, I don't know, I mean, you know, I'm still kind of lost on that, trying to figure out exactly what A's group that I'm looking at, you know,

Even right now trying to figure out the only thing that I know for a fact is ...

else that could have been, it was a big foot. I only had two choices to see if there's somebody

three people running around in a, in a, in a, in a, in some kind of suit, try to fool us, or it was a, or it had to be saucequads. That's the only, that there's only two, that's the only two logical things that could have even happened, and I just don't see anybody trying, nobody knew we were out there playing, playing a organ anyways, there's nobody else even

on the streets. Yeah, I think it's fascinating to hear that you took your hand in the motion of

a gun and went bang, bang, bang, bang, and they took off a sesquatches like the Sam people, they're, they're easily startled. Thank God that, you know, there was no aggression on their end, and who knows, they might have been younger, ask everyone on the show, what do you think sesquatches,

what's your take? Doctor, isn't I always considered them as being, they're definitely more

human-like than they are than they are animal. I don't know, it's hard to say if there be more human or not compared to being an animal, it's hard to say, but when I started hearing stuff like the, like the Sierra sounds, which I just started learning about that here in the last five months or so, that they're chattering, like the way they're chattering and stuff, is just the way they communicate with each other. So it's more, they got way more intelligence than just some animal out there.

That's for sure. And they're definitely, there's definitely nothing paranormal or anything about

these creatures. There's no, there's no orbs, there's no, uh, nothing like that. I see nothing paranormal about these creatures. It looked, there was definitely totally just, um, flesh and blood.

That's what I witnessed. After all this time, I'm definitely thinking that they're,

I'm thinking that they're definitely more of a human, some kind of human aspect thing. To me, it's just kind of logical just to think that they have more than a higher, higher intelligence than just being an animal. Yeah, well, I know it was a briefing counter and you know a lot of times in briefing counters, people rarely talk about anything paranormal. They rarely ever talk about anything strange. Normally, you'll find that when these things are on people's property,

man, I don't think they're a human, but it's hard to argue with people when it comes to their behavior. There's a lot of their behavior is very human-like. There's no question about that. So make sure wonder. I know this happened to you over 40 years ago, and you know, it was a real briefing counter. But I really appreciate you taking the time to come on. I really enjoyed chatting with you Curtis. Thank you so much for sharing it. Okay, well, thank you for

having me, and you have a great day then. Thanks again Curtis. And that's it for tonight, everyone.
