Below my friend and welcome to this guided meditation.
place and give yourself a few minutes to just be here now. Life gets busy. The world seems
crazy. Everything is uncertain. Everything is hectic and moving at a million miles an hour.
“And so it's really important that we find time to just be and let those few minutes be”
here right now. So as you begin to slowly breathe into your nose and out there mouth,
deep into the diaphragm, exhale, nice and smooth, begin to gently close your eyes and
be here with me right now. There's no goal of this meditation. There's no judgment. There's no perfection. There is just here and now with you and your breath into the nose, the
“deep into the diaphragm, hold that breath and exhale, nice and smooth. Just remember your”
breath is your life force. It's your anchor and no matter what's happening in your life,
you can always come back to the breath and into the nose. Yes, thoughts will come. You will
feel a pull away from this moment right here, but the goal is never to be free of thought. It's to unhook from the current thoughts that are coming and just letting them float away. That is meditation. You are meditating. Now breathe in the nose and out to the mouth and allow those thoughts to just pass by on hook, on clench, just be here right now. You are honoring yourself. You are honoring your life by returning to the breath, over and
over and over again. Now repeat silently after me. I am capable. I am enough.
“I am strong. I am valuable and my life is worth living. Breathe that all in and out.”
One more big deep breath in, and out. Give yourself as long as you need, but you've done a beautiful job being here right now and giving yourself this time to recoup, rejuvenate, and just be.
