But here it is, the six three decision extends a line of Supreme Court rulings rolling back campaign finance regulations as violating the Constitution's free speech clause.

Sure, they want to restrict everything that you do regulate and control everything that you do. You got to keep in mind one of the great lines ever liberals don't care what you do as long as it's mandatory as long as it's mandatory. So we got that the party overruled a 2001 Supreme Court decision that upheld the caps as a means of tackling corruption and preventing the circumvention of separate limits on direct contributions to candidates. So the ruling gives Republicans a much needed financial boost ahead of what promises to be a difficult midterm election for the party through may.
The Republican National Committee and its affiliates focused on House and Senate races had 256 million dollars in the bank twice the amount held by their Democrat counterparts.
So that is a little bit odd, so they don't really need the boost if they've got twice as much money right now. But in any event the conventional wisdom, which is often conventional and sometimes wisdom, is that this will help Republicans and midterm elections. And that's fine with me now. The Democrats just want to restrict and control and limit and rule against and all that in the three as the three women if they indeed are really women. Democrat justices on the Supreme Court have ruled against freedom of speech because and freedom of expression because they don't believe in protecting and defending the Constitution.

And obviously I've been busy here and I haven't read the opinions or anything but I'm going to bet that the court has said that Congress would need to act on this and you can't just drag everything into the courts and let the courts decide policy matters and constitutional matters for you.
