I'm fired up, let's go! Welcome to our humble home! Welcome to our "Mojo Dojo Casa House" "Me Casa, Hey, Su Casa, What a lie!" What's up, man?
Welcome to our hump day. We hope you have a hump tonight. We hope you have an Aaron Rogers sort of hump night. And we're going to talk about A.A.R. on a little bit.
“That's actual audio from Aaron Rogers' bedroom antics.”
That's not Iowa, Sam at all. Hey, Sammy! We got the N.E.G. here super-producing. We got Isaac low in front. And of course, we're Cabino and Rich on Fox Sports Radio.
Let's rock. Oh, yeah. How do I? Isaac could smile on my face. And I hope he enjoys work with us the way we enjoy work with him.
What a nice fellow. Swell, fella, for sure. Oh, boy.
And it's always a pleasure working with Isaac,
as a consummate professional. That's the title I used for Dan Byer, but Isaac's right up there with the best of them. I mean, you got to come up with a better one. You just--
I think I'm all the same. I just gave it to you. I know. But we got midweek major on this hump day. We got Iowa Sam with the biggest stories and sports and pop culture.
We decide are they midweek or major stories, Tom Brady's in the news, Aaron Rogers' news. But the biggest story today is Megan Fox's ass and my right. Have you guys seen this?
Have you guys seen this? Megan Fox got his work. Obviously, I got to give credit where it's doing it. And it has nothing to do with Megan Fox. It has to do with KFC.
Because he said, look, she was already Barry Bonds. She was already a whole family. So she was already Terminator days. I'm sorry, transformer days. Now, she was already like Barry Bonds in his pirate uniform.
But with the BBL and the blood implants, her butt works, she got done. She's like Barry Bonds on the judge. She's a Barry Bonds on the judge. She was Barry Bonds on the pirate.
Now she's just like next level. I like the old Megan Fox. Well, hey, before she was like a vampire. Apparently, she got worked done guys. I'm just kidding.
But not really. Look it up on really. It's a big story. But we're broadcasting live in the Fox Sports Radio studio. And if you miss any of today's show,
any show ever catch the podcast, search, govino and rich, wherever you get your podcast, be sure to follow rate and review. And of course, we're streaming live right now. And since we're streaming live,
it's fun. Feel free to just throw up a quick picture of Megan Fox's new butt. While we tell you what's coming up on the show. And if you guys need inspiration, we got you. YouTube.com/atcovino and rich FSR.
We're streaming live.
The live chat is up. Atcovino and rich FSR. And let's go.
I want to talk about Aaron Rogers.
“But I want to tell you, I just came straight from the gym.”
And call me Dickie Columbus. I know you guys like to say that something doesn't exist until I discover it. We don't like to say it. We just say 'cause it's true.
Yeah, you like to say it. For example, I used to talk about going to the sauna for years. And we're going one of rich years and out the other. And he would criticize me and ask me about the benefits. And why do I waste my time?
Now he's like the biggest spokesman for the sauna. Well, I just think that the combination of some of the things I'm doing might be working. I don't know. I feel like everyone around me is getting the sniffles in their sick.
Vitamin D, sauna three or four days a week. And I'm on the NAD+. I don't know if that's doing anything. But I'm sorry. I'm distracted by Megan Fox's butt on our YouTube channel right now.
Remember that time? Back in the day, I told you about the show, Penguin. Yeah. For weeks and weeks and rich ignored me. And then rich watched it himself finally.
It comes in and acts like you never mentioned that.
That's the thing. It's not, it's not that now he's excited about it. He acts like you never said it. And he's the first to tell you about it. That's why I sticky Columbus.
We all are late to things and that's fine. And we discover things at our own time. That's fine. Let me tell you. It's the way you present it.
It makes people want to strangle you. That's really it. Because I want to strangle me, I get it. I get it. I'm sorry.
Hold on. Let me ask Colin who starts once again. No, I'm not this again. Every story line. I've got it all.
What do you want to know? Hey Colin. Do you ever hit the sauna? My butt? So my god.
Oh yeah. I'm a sauna guy. Because it's the simplest reset button there is. Sweat, breathe, clear the head. Move on.
But I'm not doing the sit in there forever and prove your tough routine. That's ego. Oh, thank you Colin. Okay, let me know. He's right.
I do 15 minutes in and out. And then when people start talking to me about their life, I'm like, ah, I think it's time for me to go. Have a great one. I didn't use it here to talk to you.
I've been using this app too much. I've been asking Colin for a call for like marriage advice. Parenting advice. Hey all day. By the way, I should do it.
I deserve a medal. Do I get a fox for his radio pin, pen, metal, something? I got to hear this guy all day. Hey Colin. Hey Colin.
I think it's ridiculous. Oh my goodness. All right. Speaking of going to the gym. This is a perfect way to transition.
Yeah, transition. I think the sauna is a great way. I use it like to wrap up my session like to gather my thoughts. But I don't know if they say that the health benefits are fantastic.
“Yeah, but I'm saying, I don't know if you should start your routine with that.”
Right. And I ended it. Okay. So cool. And hence the backwards hat.
It was too sweaty and my hair was messed up. Yeah. So you guys talked recently about all the things that caused dementia. Apparently the sauna is good for warding off the dementia, keeping it up at bay. Keep me in a way.
Has that entered your algorithm too? Every other thing is like, how do I avoid dementia when you're old? What causes dementia? Yeah. That's fine.
It's a awful terrible disease. It's great for your immune system circulation. It's all sorts of health benefits. So they say, you know what? Honestly, it just relaxes you.
It calms you down. I feel like if I can get through this miserable 15 20 minutes. I can get through anything the rest of my day, decompress a little bit. Maybe sweatouts and toxins. Some of the damage you did over the weekend.
Just a few times a week, 15 20 minutes. And let's talk about Jim. Yeah. Well, I was going to say thanks for hearing me out since I discovered the sauna. Yeah.
I know. Aaron Rogers.
“I, you know, a guy that usually, I'm like, what does this get talking about?”
Is ayahuasca is, you know, weird antics. But I do find him original. I find him intriguing. I know Danny G hates when I talk about him. So sometimes he makes me want to talk about him more.
Well, there's certain people that transcend the game. And you like him for who they are, what they're about. Like they're interesting. Mike Tyson's one of those guys. Shyelabuff is another one of them.
Yeah. And he's just an interesting dude because they're so vulnerable and honest. Right. And Aaron Rogers is that guy in the NFL. He just loves to put it out there and talk about the things he's into.
He's really interesting polarizing. It just depends how you feel about it. But he makes you feel some type away. That's for sure. Well, Aaron Rogers was on McAfee.
And I don't think I've ever related to Aaron Rogers more. When he talked about one of the reasons. In fact, the reason he works out. Well, I'm trying to stay fit. I mean, it's harder when you get older.
So you kind of can't take the same amount of time off as you used to. You know, after so many seasons, I would take, you know, a few weeks, a month off, a month and a half. Now, you know, now 42, just to stay in shape.
You got to, you got to kind of always be dialed in on the diet and sleep and work out
If you want to look the right way.
You know, I want to look good on my wife to want to. You know, all the time. I feel the same way. People say, "Why do you work out?"
“And I think, of course, you're going to say,”
"Well, health benefits and stuff like that." Because that's important, right? Langevity. Health. I sound like Colin.
Langevity. Hell. The benefits of the sauna. Hey Colin. Stars.
Stars.
But one of the main reasons I work out is I've always said.
I always want my wife to want me. Not because she married me, because she genuinely still wants me. It makes me sad when it's like, when people like, "Oh, the old bull and chain or wives talk to your husband like that." But I'm pretty sure cheap trick had a song about it.
I want you to want me. Long before you. I was thinking Columbus. Robin Zander wrote these words down long before you came over. But I, you know, you hear wives talking about their husband.
Just look at like a big potato. You hear husbands being like, "Oh, my old bull and chain. You used to be good looking." Saddle man. The old saddle mex.
I never want my wife to be with me intimately. And think I'm only doing this because he's my husband and I guess we sort of have to. That really makes me sad. So part of what I go to the gym is because I want my wife to want me.
“I think anything that motivates you is good.”
I really do. I don't care what it is. Even if it's something like vengeful. If it motivates you in a weird way. You know, and I'll show them kind of thing.
I think that's great. I don't care.
Whatever gets your s to the gym.
Whatever it helps you work harder and push harder. I think that's a good thing. And I think this is just another layer to other things. Like, I'm, I'm here to say, shall I say it in Russian? Did you see me?
I fight for me, dude. Why? I go to the gym. It's just coding drug on Rocky Floor. I think he has a no Russian.
Yeah. Did you see me? I would call me bias. Yeah, see me. I'm coding Ivan Drago.
What? You said I fight for me. I go to the gym. For pure vanity reasons for myself. I swear and health benefits.
Health benefits, vanity reasons. And by default, you're looking good for your significant other. But I'm being at straight up honest, whether that makes me a jerk or not. I do it for me. You can say nobody can say it's selfish.
Yes.
I want my wife to think always.
That's not selfish. That's selfless. No, but I want my saying you do it for her. I do it because I want her. Look, because it all goes back to me though, because it's self-serving.
I want her to think. I made a great choice. Like, I want hers. We get older. Like, he's a provider.
He stayed in shade. Also keeps them on their toes. And I wouldn't be surprised if that's your subconscious way of doing that. Well, if I'm looking good, you better not slip. I don't know.
Rituals. He's like, like, I'm putting in the effort. You better be putting in the effort.
“But I think what Aaron Rodgers said there is super relatable.”
Hey, to me, at least. I think there's a lot of people that go to the gym. And people love to lead with the obvious. You do it for health. You want to live long for your kids.
You know, no one wants to feel sick. I mean, we're all in front of cameras now. No one wants to live. You want to look at a sloth. No one has a battle disease and all the terrible things.
But I think deep down inside, there should be a part of all of us that is like, Yeah, and I sort of want my wife to want me. You want to, everybody, I think. I think it's a, it's a, it's a natural sort of need for everyone to want to feel desired on some level.
And if it helps, there's no shame in that either. So again, Aaron Rodgers, I respect your honesty. I really do want to go on vacation. You want to go on vacation and have your wife to do the old lazy starfish. Because it's just like, hey, we're, we're married.
Mark, let's do it. What do you want? We want to be like, hey, we still are attracted to a lazy starfish. I didn't know that was a name for that. Oh, it was a lazy star.
Oh, no, it was coined. Your ex girlfriend told me to be your movie. Oh, yeah. I didn't know. And that's the, it's called the lazy starfish.
Okay. But it look, I think it's a byproduct of, of, staying fit, or at least doing your best. You don't need to be Johnny Ripple packs. You don't need to be ripped like Jesus.
In fact, the older you get the harder it is. But if you're doing your best to maintain, I think that sends out the right signal. Now when you say ripped like, if you're gonna say ripped like Jesus, did he do P90X?
He did. Yeah, CrossFit. I think. Yeah. But he died type of.
I think he had some abs for sure. So Aaron Rodgers, his workout motivation is I want my wife to want to F me. That's what he said. He said this diet of bread and wine.
They say it's, it's really, you know. But stay in a shape at 42. Honestly, I get it. You're an old guy on the field, but you're still a young guy in life.
Especially the way people are aging now 42. Get out of here. You know, Rich is on NAD. Like he said, any R.D. What do you want?
N.D. On N.A.D. Plus 42 is the new 32 is how I see it. And N.A.D. Plus just vitamin D daily vitamin sauna. I've heard a lot of people talk about it.
Do you know a lot of your friends or people that are getting to like the peptides and all these injections? Yeah, all the time. Everybody's trying to look for a shortcut.
A shortcut or assistance.
Adaptions.
Just, you know, do your best and try to stay healthy.
Well, Danny, you know, it's helps. I'm not judging anything. Danny, I know what I'm saying is that. Yes. What am I saying, Rich?
I don't know why you're saying. I was going to say, I know Danny J had cut back on sugar quite a bit. And I bet you it's twofold. One is that you got a young kid and you're a dad. And you want to live a longer life.
But I'm just a part of you. That's like, you know, I'm running a warm. Yeah. I mean, I realized how much sugar was in some of the things that I was consuming every day.
When you actually check the back of like a soda or something like that, and you see the grams of sugar, like holy ass. I am going to get diabetes if I keep this up. So I have cut. I check the sugars.
If it is above 11 grams of sugar, I do not buy it. The great choice comes from an expectation of yourself. And honestly, that's how I view it.
I'm not trying to do any of this for for anyone else.
But me.
“And I'm being dead serious about that because you should have an expectation”
of yourself and your own value and what you want to present and bring to the table as as an adult as a. As a father as a partner. And again, with that self expectation, right? Don't you have like a sense of pride like that you want to bring?
Of course. And this has sort of in the by product. There is that's attractive to everybody. You're leading by example. You're shown the one you care about that you're putting yourself.
First. And I think that's fine. I'm not doing it for anyone else. Eric Rogers. I salute you.
What is the one thing you did realize like. How bad it is over the years. I saw some dude on TikTok and we all know this already. But he ordered quite possibly just by design. Like the worst thing you could get at Starbucks.
He's like, can I get the extra venti with the drizzle in the caramel and
he read off the ingredients?
And yeah, I used to get those caramel frappuccino. I believe he's like, yeah, for you realize there's a show. Good. To 4,000 calories and one to quote Jennifer Coolidge, double cream to a frothable whip double pump.
Double cream to a frothable whip. Double cream to a frothable whip. Double whip. Double pump. And you're allowed to have that.
“If you're balancing things out, no compliments on my Jennifer Coolidge.”
I thought that was pretty good. Double whip. Double cream. Double cream. Double pump.
Double froth. That's right. That's right. That's good. That's good.
Oh, my God. But hey, so what's your motivation? Is it other women? Is it the women in your life? I want to be other women in your life?
I want to be other women in your life. I want to be other women in your life. I want to be other women in your life. I want to be other women in your life. I want to be other women in your life.
I want to be other women in your life. I want to be other women in your life. I want to be other women in your life. I want to be other women in your life. I want to be other women in your life.

This is a story about a horrendous lie that destroyed two families. Late one night, Bobby Gumpride became the victim of a random crime. He pulls the gun. Tells me to lie down on the ground. He identified Termine Hudson as the perpetrator.
Termine was sentenced to 99 years. And like Laura, this can't be real. I thought it was a mistaken identity. The best lie is partial truth. For 22 years only two people knew the truth.
Until a confession changed everything. I was a monster. Listen to burden of guilt season 2 on the iHeart Radio app. Apple podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts. Hey, I'm Jay Shetty host of the on purpose podcast.

I hate those words that you made me uncomfortable.
“But I think when you get to a certain point,”
the fame or the success or the influence, it just accentuates and exacerbates the inherent person that you are.
The guy that says he's always going to be there,
and that will do anything to be there is the only guy that's not there. I'm in Australia when Beau is born. My whole identity is that no matter what, I'm going to prioritize my wife and my children. Over my job, I dread the conversation with my son.
What do you think you'd say? Listen to on purpose with Jay Shetty on the iHeart Radio app. Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Ready for a different take on Formula One? Look no further than no grip.

The story of the sports was consequential, driver strike. We have one man who, upon hearing that he was going to be fired, freaked out and apparently climbed out the window of the bathroom. And was Daniel Ricardo's illustrious F1 career a success story,
“a cautionary tale, or some combination of both?”
He started getting all this attention. And he may be started to think, "I'm bigger than this. I'm better." And plenty of other mishab scandals and sagas that have made Formula One a delightful, decadent gumster fire for more than 75 years.

Yeah, I got to ask before you get into more baseball and some Tom Brady talk. I do have one question. I'm going to get to one soda. I heard Isaac and his update and yesterday we talked about Kyle and Murray out right gets released. Cardinal saved a little money by doing it this way. He's a free man. He has a couple.
“I think a couple ideas of where he wants to go. The dolphins dragging their feet a little bit on tour right there's no update on tour that they'd but likely out right step on digs out today.”
Which of these free agents? Well, which of these free men essentially do you think will find like a nice fit for next year? Do you? Is there someone where you like man Kyle and Murray if you find something Minnesota? They got something like I think for kind of Murray to move on like he wanted to leave. Well, yeah, he did he said he wanted the release. I'm sure. Yeah, but I know it didn't work out the way he wanted to but for him to leave 30 something on the table for next year 30 something million.
I think he has to have something up his sleeve. I know that there's options out there. I think he's already made so much money more money than he would have ever made in baseball unless he was, you know, like soda level, you know, mooky bets level, Otani level or something. I read an opinion piece this morning that the jets should pursue to a I don't think I just heard earlier that a arch manning has has, you know, jets have their eye on what could happen if they figure way to get arch manning in a year or so.
I don't know man, I is too a placeholder that some of these guys, I wonder and then you know who else I see a lot of people rumble about the Niners are hoping to retain him. But if you've been following along the off season of Mac Jones, this guy's like the life of the party. I don't know. I did not know the side of him. The 49ers are all partying in vacationing together. Mac Jones is dancing and drinking and having fun with the guy. I can drink Bourne, right? Do it magic, buddy, buddy, the Mac Jones looks like the most fun dude you'll ever see in your life.
Never saw the side of him and they're saying the Niners are saying did remember him shirtless smoke in the cigar after one of the ninety of the day.
You know, maybe I'd differ. But Mac Jones is a guy that it just seems like a real good locker room type of dude. And the 49ers are saying, if you want Mac Jones, you're going to have to part with a first round draft pick, which I don't think will happen. He'll probably be the Niners back up again. But Mac Jones might be someone suitable guy who knows. But we're talking about football when it's not even the season. I love to have Mac Jones was beating people in the head with snowballs in New York. I mean, the guys just have it fun. Mac Jones could be the next guy. He could be the next Sam Darnolder Baker for all we know.
And speaking of football, the story today is Aaron Rogers, his workout motivation at 42 is yet to stay in shape. But so his wife wants to continue having him. And I'm quoting Aaron Rogers a good reason and to wrap up my point again, whatever motivates you is great.
“But I think if you have a standard that you set for yourself and you're doing your best to meet that standard, everything else happens the way it should.”
Because that doesn't guarantee she's still going to want you. You give me the weakest dude going, but you're in great shape. You can just do your best. You mean, I'll rip the loser. Yeah, so I hope it's great to hear that Aaron Rogers is motivated. Let me give me 42. Let me shift gears as you said, we're getting ready for the World Baseball Classic. I am totally. Have you guys been seeing my dude Juan Soto rip the cover off the ball?
Yeah. This guy's in a zone where I'm almost like, "Doo, you should have saved it."
Juan Soto hit a home run in front of his grandpa in the Dominican Republic.
They went wild. The crowd looked like he was games seven of the world.
So here's just to see who the international passion of baseball. If you haven't seen the clip, Juan Soto hits a bomb, 420 plus feet. The crowd is all jumping in unison like they're at a rock concert in the 80s.
“Well, that's how, again, it's culturally different.”
Manny Machado's on record for saying that one of those DR games he played in was the loudest game he ever played in in his life. And he seemed like he said there was a band in every section. Just going nuts, playing instruments, having a time of their life. So the atmosphere is totally different. I think that plays into, you know, what you're witnessing.
That reaction. But those are his people, man. You can't compare what he's doing in front of his people and his family and the pride and those teammates. Those are his boys. I have a question for you then.
And Isaac and Danny and Sam and everyone for that matter. 877 999 on Fox. When you see Juan Soto at their team's stand and it's not just him hitting bombs. He's playing to the crowd. He's doing the Soto shuffle again.
He has special hand shakes with each teammate when he scores.
This is a very different Juan Soto then because the difference is. And I think your boy, you know, that shirt you were in right now in door made it very clear. They're not all best friends. It's a job. It's more like a job.
It's the difference between working with your boys and working with your colleagues, right? So the match would be his colleagues. All these Dominican dudes are his boys. They all grew up the same way. Same culture, same people.
They have a good hand sort of camaraderie. They're playing in front of their country's grandpa. Yeah, it's grandpa. Like it's deeper than that.
“And you see it in his shows and that's why tournaments like this are so prideful.”
And they mean that much more. So this led us to this. There is. Is it Juan Soto's joy of playing in the Dominican Republic? Was he that unhappy with Lendor and Alonzo and Nimmo?
And all these guys that apparently the match shift out because You know, there was dissension. I think we all know what Soto's capable of. I think this is a reminder. But of you could a type of guy he's you could capable of being.
You could picture what I'm talking about. You know what Soto gets down low and does that low. The low five horse. Yeah. And feeling he's feeling himself.
He's feeling everything. And as a met's fan who watches day in and day out. I was like, where was that Juan Soto last year? His numbers were big. But when he would hit a home run or it would be like,
he almost gave up Peter Lanzo a handshake. It was work. You know, I felt like work. This feels different. I don't know.
But again, you know, not to put it all on the meds. This is a tournament. People take a lot of pride in representing their country.
“And I think that's what we're down playing as well.”
Although as a meds fan, I would hope rich that he takes some of this vibe. Some of this momentum, this motivation, this excitement. Now, I hope he brings it to Queens. You know, brings it to the meds. I said to you, when we were doing our pre-show meeting, I said,
you know, it's a reflection of what he's capable of. And I'll make a dirty analogy. No, boy. You know what you're going vacation?
Well, you first start dating a girl.
And let's just say you have that good vacation hotel. Love him. No, boy. And you think into yourself, well, you show me where you're capable of. So when we get back home, see what you did low in crown?
You showed some arms and you got rich all worked up. I'm just, I mean, it's expected. Sorry, Isaac. You start flexing in there and now rich is all horned up. Wasn't the first time?
Won't be the last. I'm just saying. But it's true though. If your girlfriend or wife gets all kinky on vacation. She's what she's doing is she's showing you what she's capable of.
And I'm seeing Juan Soto now showing every meds fan what I'm capable of. Is setting an unrealistic one. Juan Soto's capable of doing his Juan Soto shuffle. He's capable of playing with joy and much like a horned up wife on vacation. Juan Soto has showed us his cards.
And it's like, well, if you don't do that in Queens now with, you know, with Polanco and Simeon and your new teammates and, you know, make a man's with the Lendor, then that's on you. So Juan Soto, show me. No matter what you have, because ever seeing these videos on social media.
Isaac, I'm sure you have where a wife will be like, here's all pictures of my husband with me and he has like, like a frown on. And it's like, here's my husband on a fishing trip and he's smiling. You're near with a fish. Like, I know you're capable of Juan Soto.
Soto, you're capable. Once you set that standard, there's no moving back because you people know what you're capable of. And isn't that no Chris Rock? You can't move back. You can't be sexually and women can't move back financially.
Like, once they've seen that once they've experienced this, they can't move backwards. You can't be taken. Juan Soto, high five in his Dominican teammates and compadries. You can't bring that weak ass doll energy to the mats. Yeah. You can't be hanging naked from a shade of the rear on vacation and then just lay there and you get home.
All right, um, with that said, Isaac Lomekram, what's doing, bud? Shandalera, huh? I just say I'm just saying, I don't know. Sorry, oh, Steph, booking a vacation.
Yeah.
Looking at light fixtures. Yeah. It's going to go home deep already. I was at home deep earlier today. I'm not kidding.
“All right, fellas, we got plenty of news across all aspects of”
football, the AFC champion, New England Patriots are releasing four time Proble receivers to fond digs who posted on his Instagram stories of the Patriots quote, thank you for a hell of a year. We family forever. Unquote the Kansas City Chiefs are trading all pro quarterback
Trent McDuffy to the Los Angeles Rams for four draft picks,
including a first rounder, the Dallas Cowboys restructured the
contracts of quarterback Dak Prescott receiver C.D. Lamb and left guard Tyler Smith in order to get under the Salary cap, the Los Angeles charges released offensive linemen. Mackay Beckton and Tyden will dislike the New York Giants released linebacker Bobby Ocaricay.
Former Notre Dame head coach Lou Holtz passed away today at the age of 89. Holtz went 132 over 11 seasons as the head coach of the fighting Irish, including a national championship in 1988 that they clenched with a festival victory over West Virginia.
And there it is, the final seconds. Take away and Notre Dame. Well, dolly celebrate a national championship. No doubt the Irish earned number one.
“Finally, Kavino and Rich, we have a body building update at McHealy”
as accused beloved Fox Sports Radio personalities, Kavino and Rich of having spindly leg muscles,
and that's how it's going to be.
So, I'm just going to go to the posting and I quote, Good thing those stick legs are hidden by the desk. Couple of upper body only dudes. I do you guys. I skip like they my whole life.
That is true. Chicken legs, Kavino over here. Yeah. By the way, thank you guys. It's a great update to back me up.
My buddy, Chris just hit me up. He's listening in Connecticut. Yeah. And he was saying watching Juan Soto celebrate with the D.R. team. That's not a hope now that he showed you what he's capable of.
And he brings that excitement that he also had with the Yankees a little bit. To Queens this year.
That's all you got to hope for.
And you hope, again, to tie it to yourself. You mentioned that fishing thing. Yeah. On the flip side, too. Like, there's a lot of times,
I'll see my girlfriend party and show post videos of her partying with her girlfriends. And she's bringing all this excitement. And she's doing karaoke. And she's partying.
“And I'm like, where's that all that fun when you're hanging with me?”
Yeah. It got to go both ways. You know, you want that to happen all the time. So if I were a Metz fan, Juan Soto better bring that fun.
So her most fun is without you. That's that's not what you want to feel like. Right? I've been to that. Yeah.
All right. We got more convenient on Rich. Sam has gotten midweek major. I'm excited about that. We'll give away prizes with Mike's words of wisdom.
All next right here on Fox Sports Radio. In 2023, a story gripped the UK, a Vulcan horror and disbelief. The nurse who should have been in charge of caring for tiny babies is now the most prolific child killer in modern British history.
Everyone thought they knew how it ended. A verdict, a villain, a nurse named Lucy Leppi. Lucy Leppi has been found guilty. But what if we didn't get the full story? A moment you look at the whole picture of the case collapses.
I'm Amanda Knox. And in the new podcast doubt, the case of Lucy Leppi, we followed the evidence and hear from the people that lived it. To ask what really happened when the world decided who Lucy Leppi was. No voicing of any skepticism are doubt.
It'll cause so much harm at every single level of the British establishment of this is wrong. Listen to doubt, the case of Lucy Leppi, on the iHeart Radio app, Apple podcasts, wherever you get your podcasts.
I'm Nancy Glass, host of the burden of guilt season two podcast.
For 22 years only two people knew the truth until a confession changed everything. I was a monster. Listen to burden of guilt season two on the iHeart Radio app, Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

What do you think you'd say? Listen to On Purpose with Jay Shetty on the I-Heart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. All right, welcome back to the show. A lot of guys in LA, torn right now.
Mexico vs the Dodgers. Oh, I know, I know. But you know, it's actually in LA. It's so interesting because here you're right. It Mexicans are torn right now.
Oh, my goodness. Do I cheer for Mexico or the Dodgers? Can we know? I know. But it seems like every world-based ball team,
world-based ball classic team is like an all star squad,
and they've been collaborating all these other teams.
Mexico and Dodgers are tied right now at four. So it's like all star team vs all star team.
“And you know, Steve, remember when I saw you wearing that Mexico hat?”
And I thought it was a Travis Matthew head. Yeah. Yeah. And the similar. It is similar.
I have my Travis Matthew head on right now. And when I was at the gas station about an hour and a half ago, somebody said, yeah, go Mexico. I'm 20. Shut up.
Travis, my tail. I'm so torn. That's so torn now. Do I refer to the Doyers or make? Well, I gave Danny the hypothetical yesterday.
If you want to listen to the pod. What if Otani was up against Team USA? And like the final moment. Like as a Dodgers fan, do you pull for the guy? Your guy, Otani?
Or do you want to see him play good in the tournament? But not against USA. I agree with you. It's great. USA all day.
Kavino and Rich line from the Fox Sports radio studio.
“It's time for our tie-rack play of the day.”
And the surprising upset Arizona State beat number 14. Kansas 70 to 60. Johnson directing traffic. Crossport to Mayus and seven to shoot. Mayus and out to pig.
Pries the three. Pigs Johnson with a huge three. Did he say big Johnson? Pig Johnson. Oh.
Okay. So I think that is his name. He would Isaac that. See what Isaac got. I worked up.
That was courtesy of some devil radio network. And that was our tie-rack play of the day. For 40 years, tie-rack helped with customers. Find the right tires for how what and where they drive. Ship fast and free.
Back by free road hazard protection with convenient installation options. Like mobile tire installation. Tie-rack.com or tire buying should be. All right. In a little bit, we are going to go over Mike's words of wisdom.
Give away a prize. Sam's got mid week major. But to wrap up the subtle conversation. In life in sports and anything. If you see what someone's capable of.
You feel like that is the standard in which they should be held. Yes. If you are like big Mike who runs his place who you'll hear his words of wisdom. It'll lip. Mike's like.
That's your advice. I tell all young men. I go what? He goes manage expectations. He said a lot of young dudes are captain romance.
Let me give you massage. Let me take you out. Let me do this. And then when the relationship happens. They can't maintain that.
So it's also about pacing yourself. Yeah. You know, it's like a comedian doesn't start off with a strongest jokes. Are you going to build a band? Doesn't play all their hits and then play the junk.
Yeah. Yeah. You have to pace yourself. Spaces it out a little bit. Manage expectations.
I just hope that Soto brings that momentum into.
The Met's locker room. I think they need it. Yeah. Clubhouse. Well, be surprised man.
Don't don't.
“Don't downplay the pride that these players are feeling representing their country.”
Yeah.
I'm a whole different vibe.
I'm certainly not saying we don't have pride in the US. I mean, you're sitting in the Olympics. But in something like the world baseball classic. Major league baseball isn't the United States. So there is a little something different about these guys.
Going back and proudly playing for where their family is from or where they are from. So there is a little bit difference. Like you got to be real with yourself. Want Soto playing in front of his grandpa in the Dominican Republic is way different. Then Bryce Harper take it some packs with a team USA jersey on.
But it shouldn't be that.
I know.
“I'm trying to say, hey, we should be supporting our dudes.”
This team stack. Because everybody else is getting that support and they're getting fired up. And if we don't get them fired up, they're going to lose. USA has to win this one man. Well, we'll say that's, as I said yesterday, a nice little appetizer.
The spinach artichoke dip, so to speak, of the major league baseball season. Or what's a hot one now? Oh, Brussels sprouts. That's like the hot appetizer. I mean, I mean, midweek major on the way winning a prize in minutes.
