"What is not on the other side of the building and do it? Start your game on the roof today. In less minutes on GoFantMe.com, GoFantMe.com" "For Dining Spend an Offroof." "Dies of Abobochraft would be presented from GoFantMe." Donald Trump's former attorney general, Pambandi, was a "no show" to her deposition today
before the House Oversight Committee, despite being lawfully subpoenaed by the House Oversight Committee.
She refused to show up. She unilaterally canceled her deposition as her cover-up and the Trump regime's cover-up
of the Epstein files continues. Now, just because former attorney general Pambandi is no longer the attorney general and the acting attorney general is Todd Blanche, that doesn't stop a lawfully issued subpoena in her name, but this is precisely what Pambandi and the Trump regime is claiming. And so she just thinks she's above the law. It doesn't show up to depositions when she receives subpoena. Hillary Clinton showed up, Bill Clinton showed up. They sat there, but Pambandi, who's
at the heart of this cover-up, who arguably is one of the lead figures in this criminal cartel. She's refused to show up. Now, Democratic Congress member Robert Garcia, who serves as the ranking member of the House Oversight Committee, put out the following statement. Pambandi is evading a lawful congressional subpoena by failing to appear before the House Oversight Committee for a deposition about the Epstein files and the White House cover-up. This subpoena applies to her
regardless of her titles. She must appear before the committee and if she continues to ignore the law, Oversight Democrats will move forward with contempt proceedings immediately. We will fight until there is true accountability and justice the House Oversight Dems through their official account, put out the following statement as well. Pambandi is evading a lawful congressional subpoena by failing to appear before our committee. They again say they will be holding her in contempt.
If she doesn't show up, Congresswoman Stan's Berry, Democrat on the House Oversight Committee also says, Pambandi was subpoena to appear before the Oversight Committee today. This was not a quote pretty pleased. This was a legally binding congressional subpoena. If she does not make arrangements to appear immediately, we will move to hold her in contempt. Now, what are Republicans saying on the House Oversight Committee? Well, of course, they are complicit in this
disgusting cover-up. They have worked to help her cancel her deposition. This is supposed to be Oversight. And I don't care what political party you're from Oversight means Oversight. Not cover-up,
βbut that's what this Trump regime is doing with James Colmer. So here's what the Republicans areβ
saying, ranking member Garcy is a hypocrite. The Clinton's defied lawful subpoenas for seven months, and he said nothing. He even voted against holding them in contempt. Now, he's outraged over a rescheduling for a former AG. Garcy is outraged as purely performative. Excuse me, the Clinton showed up for their deposition. And the last time I checked, they'd been out of public service for police Hillary Clinton about 10 years and Bill Clinton may be twice three times as long as that
versus the former attorney general who was just recently fired, who was intimately involved in the Epstein cover-up. I don't know. I see a little distinction there. And I don't care what political party you're from. You should see a distinction there as well. So the acting attorney general Todd
Blanch went on state regime media, which calls itself Fox. And here's what he had to say about
this cover-up in Bondi, not showing up, play this clip. I know that you have the authority
βto go ahead and release more. Do you not? And you have the authority to go to Congress, perhaps?β
No, we have released everything. So listen, we reviewed six million pieces of paper. What we released, what anything associated with the Epstein file. So there, we are not sitting on a single piece of paper. Nothing that should be released. If we find something else tomorrow, we'll release it.
I don't anticipate we will.
because we reviewed millions of millions of pages within the department. Millions of which had nothing to do with Epstein. So it's not as if we looked at documents that, you know, we're not going to release that. If we didn't release it, it's because it was not responsive to the law and therefore not part of the Epstein files. He also said this about Melania Trump. Let's play it.
Well, last week, the first lady dropped a bomb at the White House. Here is a Melania Trump
at the White House talking about the Epstein files. The lies linking me with the disgraceful Jeffrey Epstein need to end today. I call on Congress to provide the women who have been victimized by Epstein with the public hearing specifically centered around the survivors. Questions that come off of this? Did you know she was going to make that statement? Did you have information prior? Will you act on her request before Congress? And when you remember what the
president said when you give all the files out there, the innocent people are going to be hurt.
βAnd we've seen that this sounds great. How would you answer those three questions?β
So, no, the first lady does not check with me before she speaks to the American people.
I wouldn't expect her to. But what she said rings true to me. And what I mean by that is,
there have been tons of false narratives around her and her relationship or lack there of with Epstein. And so I get her frustration and complaints. And I readily agree with it. As far as her called a Congress, it's exactly the same thing that we have been saying for the past year, which is the following. If there is a victim that has evidence against anybody, they should absolutely report it to the FBI and we will take it seriously no matter what. And so
her called a Congress to have what this has come forward and testify is not inconsistent with what the Department of Justice and President Trump, frankly, has been saying for many years. And so I know that you have these. Now, folks, this is a concerted effort by MAGA and MAGA Republicans on the House over site committee. For example, Byron Donalds said the following. He's on the oversight committee. He's running for governor of Florida as a MAGA Republican
play this good. I want to move to some domestic issues now. Major headline this week. The first
Lady Melania Trump put Jeffrey Epstein back in the headlines when she made a surprise announcement denying ties to the convicted sex offender. You're a member of the House over site committee, which was scheduled to hear from former Attorney General Pam Bondi this coming Tuesday about her handling of the Epstein files. The Justice Department says Bondi's ouster excuses her from
βhaving to appear. Do you think Pam Bondi should testify this week?β
Oh, look, I don't actually at this point. I don't really think so. Now that she's a former Attorney General of the United States. Well, Hillary Clinton was at an office and she testified. Well, let me be very clear. We're going to be continually with our investigations into this matter. The oversight committee has been steadfastly working on this also with survivors who chose to come forward to bring more information. I think if a former AG Bondi comes in,
that'll be a determination of the committee as a whole. Let me also say that the now former Attorney General, she did come into the committee in a session to have open conversation and dialogue with Republican and Democrat members. Republican members came, let me explain this is important. Republican members came to that committee hearing, asking the attorney the former Attorney General Bondi important questions. The Democrats refused to ask her any questions because they
wanted to cameras on because they wanted to turn it into a political circus and I was in that room and disgusted quite frankly because you had members on the Democrats out of the aisle who had ample ability to to question former AG Bondi and they refused because the cameras weren't on. Congressman Moramos. Let's not forget during his opening press conference as acting attorney general hears what Todd Blanch had to say. Now former Attorney General Bondi was facing
subpoena from the House Oversight Committee. Do you expect that she will comply with that or will
βthis administration? Will justice Department vote some sort of privilege to block her from testify?β
So look, as everybody knows, the Attorney General and I went to the House Oversight a few weeks ago, we answered every single question asked for a couple hours. What happens now that she's the former Attorney General and there's the subpoena out there is I think I'll leave to Chairman Colmer and others to figure out. I don't I don't have an answer to that. You won't be invoking a privilege right then. Excuse me? You won't invoke any kind of privilege to block. I definitely did not say
that. I said I will leave it to Chairman Colmer to work out with others. I just don't have an answer for you, but I'm not I didn't I'm not committing to anything. I'm just saying I don't I don't know. Good. More from Todd Blanch here as well in the coming days. And who did the law to foster job though because she was not successful in that pursuit? You read the same exact communication from the present that I did. Pam Bondi is a trusted friend of
President Trump's will remain so and no nobody has any idea why the Attorney ...
longer the Attorney General and I'm the Attorney General except for President Trump.
And here's what Rokana had to say about Pam Bondi let's play it. The top Democrat on the House Oversight
Committee says he still wants to hear from Pam Bondi with her deposition schedule for April 14th. Do you think Pam Bondi still needs to come and testify even though she is now a private citizen congressman? Yes. I mean if we could chase Hillary Clinton who hasn't been in office for 20 years certainly we can get Pam Bondi to explain why she covered up documents while we have an
βat prosecutions. The question the most important thing is there need to be two tests for this nextβ
Attorney General first the Senate needs to fight to make sure that they commit to releasing all Epstein files with no redactions other than survivors and second they need to begin investigations and prosecutions. There are people like less Wexner and the Unblack will allegedly have such horrific abuse and there has not been any investigation. Let's also reflect on the fact that when Pam Bondi a few weeks back about a month and a half ago or so decided that she was going to
show up before the House Oversight Committee voluntarily not under oath and just spew Trump talking points and Democrats objected to it because they said you're under subpoena don't try to use this as a pretext to blow up your subpoena because we know you're terrified to testify under oath Pam Bondi and she's like I will follow the law. I will follow the law here play this clip. Sure, earlier this month by partisan group of lawmakers on the House Oversight Committee voted to
subpoena you to appear for a closed or a deposition. Do you plan do you commit to you commit to confying with that subpoena and appearing for a closed or a deposition? I made it crystal clear I will follow the law. Now a reminder what the Trump regime is claiming is that there are all of these privileges that they believe exists which prevents Pam Bondi from having to testify like attorney client privilege, work product privilege, other invocations of kind of classified
information something called a deliberative process privilege where they're refusing to turn over tons of emails. So when Todd Blanche is like we're not turning over what the law says we shouldn't turn over they've interpreted the law to mean lots of internal communications literally tens of millions of documents they are withholding and I believe in some of the worst documents regarding Donald Trump and his regime. Now let me show you as well just a reminder what Pam Bondi was
saying at her congressional hearing which I'm sure everybody remembers let's play this clip. The Dow is over 50,000. I don't know why you're laughing. You're a great stock trader as I hear Raskin. The Dow is over 50,000 right now. The S&P at almost 7,000 and the Nasdaq's
βnow she records Americans 401K's and retirement savings are booming that's what we should be talkingβ
about. We should be talking about making Americans safe. We should be talking about what does a Dow have to do with anything that's what they just asked. Are you kidding? Mr. Jordan and Mr. Jordan. Committee will be an order. Mr. Jordan, am I going to get an extra 45 seconds at it to my time? The committee will be an order. The time belongs to the gentleman from Texas, Ms. Bondi. The Attorney General can respond. Thank you. The Dow has shattered 50,000 for the first
time. This is crazy. They said it couldn't be done in four years. She had President Trump has done it
in one year. We caught up with Democratic Congresswoman Ansari the other day and here's what she
said. Chairwoman, are you concerned that Trump being compromised with the Epstein files is putting our troops in danger or brought? Given that's what our adversaries are using to put the narrative on the world. I do. I believe that Donald Trump and the administration in the Attorney General can't find the company covering up the Epstein files for over a year now. Actually, there is a subpoena by the oversight committee. There's the Epstein files transparent the act and over and over and over
βand over again. You have to see Donald Trump either use to release the files, illegally redact namesβ
from the files. There are now very serious allegations against him individually. From a woman who said that she was sexually abused by her which she was a driver. This is a incredibly serious
and I think Donald Trump will do whatever it takes to distract him. And finally, here's what Donald
Trump said before. Pam Bondi was fired about how terrific she was and watched this kind of mafia-style morning that he gave her play. This clip. I can't let anything bad happen to
This country.
And she's proving how tough she is and I think the next three years she's going to really
βprove it, right? Like these people. So there you have it folks. We'll be keeping on top of this newsβ
