when he does all these different erratic moves. So I think we're at the stage where Yeah, just kind of don't feed the beast and just starve him of intentional a little bit. But there is a substantive trade dispute that needs to get addressed.

And I think right now we just need to recognize that America is going to be there long after Donald Trump leaves office. So let's figure out a way to establish concrete relationships with reasonable actors who will presumably take the helm once he's done.

And let's put the pieces in place to try and get our economy prepared to weather whether it's the next few months or whether it's the next two years plus. Then you had the very whiny, loser behavior of Jamison Greer, the US trade representative.

You all know a Jamison Greer in your life, right? Why need pathetic loser behavior over here? And he's like, I think this trade worse, not even a big deal. I think Canada is unhinged for taking this so seriously.

It's not even a big situation. Do you see how they're panicking over there in the Trump regime? Listen to this whiny grotesque vial thing. Jamison Greer, right?

Jamison Greer. Here play this clip. I mean, Prime Minister Carter used the term war. It's not a word we use, right? We don't talk about it that way.

For us, it's business, it's economics. And by the way, the tariffs we put in place whenever was 10 days ago, 7 days ago. It only covers 5% of imports from Canada. It's like arounding air.

And so to kind of have it whipped up into this giant thing where we're talking about war and economic tax and all these things. It's a little unhinged. Yeah, and Jamison Greer sat with the financial times and he says, It's absolutely unhinged for Canada to call the dispute with the US.

A trade war. This isn't a trade war. It's the Canadians that came out and said, This is a war. We're just putting additional fees on them.

Why are they taking this so seriously? And then he says the fact that we are issuing further tariffs against Canada. It's a natural consequence of Canada's retaliation. They should do nothing. They should just sit back and take it.

This is what he says. And a news release issued late Tuesday Greer called the measures. A natural consequence of Canada's trade tactics. Canada chose to embark on senseless retaliation against the United States. So thus we must make them pay more on Greer in a moment.

But let me show you Tim Hodgen, the Minister of Energy.

Canada is getting stronger.

You know, it aches me to my core taught. You know, when I was the minister of Veterans Affairs and the Harper government, I went and spoke in Congress about Canadians fighting and dying together, World War II and the devil's brigade. They were honored by the Americans.

And now we have the Secretary of War, poking fun at our cadet program and really trolling in a way that's juvenile. And beneath the office, I agreed completely with what Prime Minister Karney said. What I think Canadians have to do is to say, we are going to continue to approach this with good faith, with professionalism.

We're not going to engage in these sort of antics. We have to bite our tongue at times. But I think if we stand together and we drive for a fair bargain, I think we will get there. But let's not resort to the high school name calling, as you said.

And you see why you can't speak with these Trump regime officials.

"Oh, Canada now wants to have all of these free trade agreements with India and Europe. They're doubling down on globalization." And we want to make sure the North is the North America's protected.

“That's why we won't do a deal with Canada unless we get to approve of the deals that Canada does.”

This was the whole point. One of the big things that the Trump regime tried to inject last minute in their discussions with Canada is that the Trump regime wants in a veto over Canada's free trade deals with other countries.

"No, we're not going to give you veto rights.

We're a sovereign country with the hell are you talking about?"

“I mean, because here's the thing you got to realize about the Trump regime.”

They're predators, right? I mean, they're led by a sexual abuser. Someone who's been found liable for sexual assault and a court. Someone who pranks on audio tape that he sexually assaults women because he's rich. And he says, "When you're rich, you sexually assault women. You get away with it."

Then he says, "That's locker room talk." He said he used his beauty pageants to go in and inspect the girls' naked. He's on audio saying these things. He's a sexual predator. He's an actual predator.

So his whole view about everything is I'm going to dominate you. I'm going to do to Venezuela. That's what I'm going to do to you. He says, "Sickle." Listen to what James and Greer says.

He says it out loud.

Canada wants to have free trade agreements.

Uh-uh. We need to approve it. Hello. Kuzma. Canada, US Mexico agreement.

That was the agreement that we had with Canada and Mexico. You idiot. Here, play this clip. Canada's approach is different. Canada is doubling down on globalization.

Canada wants to have a bunch of free trade agreements with Europe. Uh, you know, with India, with all these other places. And they can do that, right? They're their own country.

“And if that's what they want to do, that's fine.”

Uh, but we want to make sure that North America's protected. We want to make sure that if something's coming in from Canada. And it's getting a great deal. Uh, that it's truly Canadian. Uh, so when they go to China and they say, "Listen, we're going to let in Chinese autos."

And we're going to invite Chinese auto-investment into Canada. That's inconsistent with US trade policy. And again, if Canada wants to do that, that's their right. But it doesn't mean that we have to go along with it. By the way, you're the trade representative.

Literally, what you're supposed to do is do trade agreements. They should not do, you're not the anti trade representative. But it is interesting, right? As you go through each Trump cabinet official, they do the thing to destroy their cabinet. When you think about it, right?

I mean, he takes it as defense secretary. He turns it into a war. And then loses all of the wars, right? The health secretary, RFK junior hates health. The guy loves spreading diseases. And there's diseases spreading everywhere.

Education, secretary hates education. I mean, the energy secretary doesn't understand the way energy work. I can go through each person and the Trump regime. They're each more horrible than the next. It's ridiculous. It's awful.

But they are a major global trading block economy. It's super important for us to be there. I think what the Europeans are realizing with the United States no longer trust where they need allies to. So we're sort of blowing past, throwing the paperwork out the window

and saying, okay, shake a hand. How do we sit down? How do we negotiate? How do we start trading critical minerals? How do you guys start giving us submarine technology? How do we work together in the Arctic?

This is happening in a very accelerated rate. And it's going to make Canada. It's going to change our position in the world that already has. But again, who is the United States looking to? Like, they come out and they destroyed 80 years of relationships in Europe.

Supporting extremist parties, supporting what Xavier and Argentina, supporting the North Korean government, and continuing to kiss the boots of Vladimir Putin at every possible opportunity. I mean, how is that going to make America stronger? Is this Donald Trump's just nihilistic death wish of destroying

the United States as a world power? And he's doing a damn good job. My question is, why is this being allowed to happen? Where are the voice of speaking up? Where is the interventions in the United States to stop this destruction

that's going on? Because again, we're watching the Empire Crumble on our border. We see the level of threat and menace coming from Donald Trump towards us. They're next to our neighbors. And we're thinking, we've got to be ready for whatever happens.

So should Susan Collins tone down what she's saying then? Listen, I think Susan Collins will wear it over what she's saying. I think she knows her district at the end of the day.

This is for the greater good for American workers.

We're just selling Canada.

Be fair. What you charge is what we're going to charge. We're not going to let you bend this over for, you know, over and over again for the next 50 years. The American worker has to be protected. We're going to go to bat for him.

This president gets it. And he's all about making sure that everybody has that captain in American green.
