Donald Trump intends to use nuclear weapons, that Donald Trump intends to use a nuclear

This has Donald Trump has said that he wants to resume nuclear weapons testing, and as Elbridge Colby the number two at the Department of Defense has in a classified briefing recently it's been revealed, talked about increasing the U.S. tactical nuclear capabilities.
