Hey everyone, this episode is supported by Schedule 35.

A company focused on making education are on psilocybin more accessible and more approachable.

β€œHi everyone, I'm Kai Dickens and welcome to the talktracks brought to you weekly by TTT Media.”

In this series, we explore the threads that weave together our understanding of reality, science, spirituality, consciousness, and even unexplained phenomena. Because every era has ideas once dismissed as impossible until someone was willing to investigate them seriously. And on this show, we do just that. Today's guest is Anna Naturallysta, an intuitive teacher and regenerative consultant

whose works sits at a fascinating intersection, our relationship with our own inner knowing, and our relationship with the natural world around us. Over the years Anna has studied a range of spiritual and indigenous traditions, eventually developing a curriculum designed to help people recognize what she calls the different languages of intuition. Today we'll talk about what

β€œAnna believes intuition actually is. The six different ways, she says it can appear,”

why she thinks many of us have been conditioned not to trust it. Some practical ways she recommends for listing more closely to our internal signals and how turning our attention towards service may change our relationship with love and connection. So welcome Anna, can you please introduce yourself in your own words? My name is Anna Naturallysta and I focus on the work that I do in the world on regenerative technology, regenerative lifestyles, and I work with communities

around the world as well as emerging nations to help build their regenerative infrastructure. Everything from healing centers to communities and now with complete community design for

countries. Amazing and then can you talk about your work surrounding intuition and how that work has

become just a huge focus in your life? My work with intuition is what I call psychic skills

β€œstarted as a child. I thought everyone was psychic and I found out when I was about four and a”

half years old calling out one of my dad's friends that he lost his car keys and I didn't like his energy and I could feel and see like this blob kind of greenish weird slime happening in his field and his or it field that we all have. It started to fill with this really strange look in color and I just let him have it. I said your keys are in that woman's car that you were on top of last night and he goes oh thanks kid and he threw five dollars at me and ran out the door

and dad was like and there's my daughter that sassy Annie. I was able to see through the veils and I was able to remote view an astral travel to a quick definition before we continue. Remote viewing is the ability to perceive something distant or hidden without using the traditional senses. Astral travel describes the feeling that your consciousness has moved beyond your physical body. These experiences have yet to be proven or explained by science but for Anna

they were a normal part of childhood and her family accepted them that way. I really feel that that was a big part to do with being raised in Korea yoga and meditating as my parents say since conception and so what my real goal here is to teach people to tap into their own psychic abilities and really understand that we all have six languages of intuition which is what I love to teach the most and empower people with so that they're not dependent on psychics on speed dial.

So when an incident like that happened you know for example your family wasn't freaked out or shocked at all. Oh they absolutely understood more about me than I did at that time and they knew that I could see through people's lies and their communication and then so do you still see people's or is like does it just feel common and normal for you? Absolutely. It must have been super nice to grow up in a home where it was just accepted and they weren't freaked out

because we've definitely talked to other people where that's not the case. Right and that's something that I actually love to help parents with what I suggest and help them really tap into being able to have their own protective layer of energy because I realized that I was being bombarded by everyone else's information. I call it OPEs other people's energy environments and experiences and there was all just coming at me through them and communicating with the or it

field integration. The closer they got the more intense it felt for me because I felt like I was experiencing their stuff. Right and so as I learned more about that and my parents luckily again thank you for being born in this family. So they brought indigenous elders around me and I was only

eight years old when I went to my first copy tribe and got to learn from the elders there how the

indigenous practice their protection around their energy body. There's these different exercises

Where you zip up your field and a hold your belly button and your first die c...

being encapsulated in your own energy so that all these OPEs aren't constantly affecting you or impacting you in ways that are less than favorable sometimes. But yeah it definitely took a few

β€œdecades to really figure that out this is not something that is meant to be for sale and that's why”

I love to teach people and empower them with their own intuitive and psychic abilities. So we actually get a lot of listeners who write in saying things like if I wanted to tap into the side of myself or into my tuition what do I have to do? Do I need to take course? Do I need to go see a psychic? Like how would you answer that? First I want to cover the five areas that will either hinder that ability or help to advance and promote it and so nature. Nature is the first and foremost

equation of creation and so is it relates to intuition the earth element has to do with our physical body. So it's also been proven in biology and in nutritional sciences that process foods and chemical skin care products and high doses of sugar or things that we know are not healthy will block your cellular information and so it's really important that you keep your physical nutrition and your physical body as clean and healthy as possible. So first keep your physical body healthy to stay

an alignment with intuition and then what would be the next recommendation? Step two is the element of water in our bodies and so proper hydration having spring water is very important and also

β€œpurification and that's what water represents is purifying the other entities such as mold, fungus and”

parasites so similar to earth the water we drink has potential to impact our intuition. Absolutely and then the ether element has to do with our belief systems. What do you actually think is true? What do you believe about yourself? Do you believe that you are a divine vessel of communication and that's really important where meditation comes in? Okay and then when talking about intuition the ether element can also be described as our potentiality or bridge to higher intuition.

On emphasizes how keeping that open and trusting in our potential is critical to tapping in.

And then the fire element is what lights you up. What are you excited about? What do you love to love and share your love of that life that you came here to be in purpose for with the world? And what triggers you awake is your mission to take and that's where I love to share with entrepreneurs of people that are looking for their purpose and really how to drive it forward is in that fire element. Okay I love that being in tune with your passions and allowing

yourself to explore you know what what lights you up is key to that alignment process. And as

β€œmany people who follow the show have heard me say I think that creating anything is the way to be”

most entuned with this world and this plane because this whole plane is creation. Like everything here has been created and started as a thought so creation is huge. Okay so then what's the last one? The air element has to do with our communication and when we talk about the language is of intuition it's both inner communication right? How do you talk to yourself? Most people as psychology has shown us are pretty self-judgmental and better ourselves from the inside out where

we judge ourselves and shame ourselves more than the outside world does. So it's important that we have that internal dialogue of again, of love, of balance, of contentment as the Buddhist and the

Dallas always talk about it's not about being extremely happy right? That's not really something

that you can sustain because that's the polarity and so being in balance, being in harmony with your communication of self is in the air element and also how you communicate your truth to other people right? Is it integral? Is it aligned with your inner beliefs? Is it true? And that's something that I've also seen and people that are communicating untruths or extreme narcissists or people that are manipulative not able to tap into your intuition so much right? It kind of blocks that

communication layer. Okay so just keeping the map straight here for everyone. Honest five areas of alignment are the body hydration beliefs purpose and communication. Those are the five elements of nature and how it has to do with us getting into alignment and then there are the six languages of intuition.

On the sloppety tapes we're always exploring what happens when science lived experience and the

mysteries of consciousness meet and psilocybin has open important conversations about creativity, clarity, connection and what it means to become more fully present with ourselves and with one another. But that's exactly what happened the first time I'm microdose psilocybin from schedule 35 and I have to be clear this was not about tripping or even altering my state. I actually didn't feel much different than I do in my day-to-day life. It was more just about heightening awareness and connecting,

Listening and remembering what it feels like to be fully present with people ...

Their mission is to enrich lives through deeper clarity, creativity and connection. Very similar to ours

and they believe that psilocybin isn't just for one type of person. Their community includes athletes, entertainers, executives, artists and everyday people looking for the same thing. A sharp reminder, a better sense of self and more meaningful connection with people around them. At the core schedule 35 exists to build a healthier, more intentional community around psilocybin through real products and real education. No hype, just access. And microdose can be used in a

few different ways. You know it can be used on heavy days to find clarity or to kind of reset and just feel human again or to spark some creative flow. And for people who are cautious and want to know what's going into their body, a schedule 35 doses every product precisely. So whether it's a microdose

or a bigger journey, you always know exactly what you're getting and where it can take you.

I personally know so many people who've had beautiful experiences with schedule 35, feeling more present, more creative, and more connected with their selves and others. Schedule 35 is the trusted name in psilocybin products, offering precisely dose capsules, gummies, teas and chocolates with guides that make microdosing simple and approachable. And just a quick reminder, psilocybin laws vary depending on where you live.

Schedule 35 operates from a decriminalized zone and they encourage everyone to know and follow their local regulations. Please only purchase if it's legal, safe, and appropriate for you. Go to schedule35.co and use code tapes for 15% off your first order. That's schedule35.co code tapes for 15% off. We're all trying to build healthier habits, drinking more water, moving our bodies more, taking our vitamins, but one thing we rarely think about is supporting our

liver. It performs more than 500 functions every day, helping with everything from energy and

β€œdigestion to metabolism. That's why I've added dose for your liver to my daily routine.”

It's a clinically backed liquids supplement that comes in an easy to unshot and tastes like freshly squeezed orange juice. There's zero sugar, zero junk, and zero calories. Taking daily, dose supports liver function, and digestion, and metabolism, and can help with sluggishness and those frustrating midday crashes. It's also backed by two double blind placebo controlled studies, examining its impact on liver enzyme levels. Ready to give your liver the support it deserves,

We'll start with the one that most everybody knows about, which is the clairvoyance, and clear means clear inner. I like to say get to know your clear, right? You're inner clear. So the clairvoyance is the clear inner site, right? And with psychic skills and intuition that clear inner site, as well as seeing a billboard that just happens to be the thing that you're looking

β€œfor, the confirmation to what you were asking for direction in. And so it's important to see that”

inner guidance, as well as the outer signs, that are part of what your intuition is asking for. So the first clair, clairvoyance, can be described as clear inner site. Many clairvoyance claim they're able to glean information from the minds eye in the form of symbols, images, and visions. And then we have clair audience, clear inner hearing. So that's not the mean voices in your head, that's your ego-honey, but they clear audience, the loving ones, the guiding ones,

the ones that tell you, no, don't go out with this person, no, don't eat that food. That's also for your highest good. So it's really important to be in alignment with that and to trust it. Okay. And then those with clair audience, offering report hearing sounds, words, or even music coming from a non-physical place. Like honest that it can also come in the form of guidance. And then we have what I like to call man tuition, which is clear cognizance, which is the clear inner

knowing. It's that trust in yourself. It's that trust in the divine of what you believe that is for your highest good that's going to guide you without having to ask beyond anyone's doubt or facts. Okay, clair cognizance is more just like an inner knowing. And this is the one that I have,

β€œI think, and the way I can describe it best is like a tuning fork. And this will actually happen”

a lot when like working on an episode or writing something. I don't know how to explain when something is right, but it feels like a tuning fork where you just know this is the right thing. And the way I describe it to people, because it's not necessarily a vision. It's not like you're hearing something. It's just a sense of knowing. You know this is what you're supposed to be doing. You know that this is right. You know that this is dangerous. Anyway, okay. So that's the one I love.

It's instinctual, right?

which is the mom tuition, the clear inner feeling that is your body telling you what your

yeses and nose are. And that's where you might get butterflies in your tummy or what I call angel bumps, goose bumps, right? It's like your body lights up. That's your intelligence telling you. Yes, do that thing. This is for you. This is also right. Or you might get nauseous or a headache or blurry vision or uncomfortable sensations in your ears. All of those things have to do with

β€œclear sentience. Okay, that's great. Clear sentience. It's like mom intuition. And then what's next?”

And then we have the two that most people don't even talk about, which are clair gustance, is the clear inner taste and clair allience is the clear inner smell. And that's where you can be anywhere, like in the airport and all of a sudden you pick up on the scent of your grandfather's cigar. What is that doing in here? It's not somebody that just walked by. It's your clair allience that is picking up on the energy of this scent that is giving you that ancestral comfort.

That is embracing you with whatever you might be thinking about or concerned about is perhaps an ancestor coming back to tell you that they love you or your great grandmother's perfume or a scent that reminds you of something that gives you the idea to act on as that guidance choice. So it feels like what we're saying is that every sense that we have is maybe only the beginnings of something that could be further opened up. Like perhaps we have the ability to but we aren't

using that gift and that's full potential. Absolutely. And I just imagine a world where everyone is lit up and empowered with their intuitive gifts and are able to be in such integrity and such transparency with our self that trust is a natural thing. And that is what is really I feel that we're coming into in all of this development and ascension that's happening on the planet right now. Okay, then what are your suggestions for just like daily alignment? That starts with as

soon as you wake up even before you get out of bed is check yourself. These micro adjustments

of what are the first thoughts that come into your brain into your mind right when you wake up.

β€œAnd as we talked about before, most of the time the ego tries to get you to oh you have to do this”

and you did that wrong and you should have done that. Check yourself. Bring you back to center. Bring you back to that harmonious state of immediately going into gratitude and grateful for the bed and I'm grateful for this home and grateful for my family. This is an energy game. This isn't so much of yes, the physical things matter and tree hugging and all those things do help with connecting you to the field. Yet what we're talking about really is getting out of your own way in order

for you intuition to be able to guide you, right? It starts with the micro adjustments of your mindset and your belief system and then I go into journaling immediately going into, okay, how am I going to trust myself today? What parts of my intuition do I know? Like I said, go into what you know, you felt the last time you didn't trust yourself and start by saying, okay, I now trust myself with these feelings, this type of guidance, when a message comes in, when I feel this type of an

energy like Thomas Edison said that intuition comes with a burst and then everything else comes and follows after, right? It's the doubt that comes after the burst that you want to ignore. And so really going into the programming of our brain, your intuition is telling you, this way is

β€œbetter my love, try this way. There's a lot of talk about self-love. What does that actually mean?”

It means trusting your guidance and giving your intuition the ability to strengthen and to grow.

And so first check yourself with those micro adjustments and thoughts, then write them down

and then ask yourself, okay, what are the actual things today before going into conversation, before stepping into meetings that are in the highest alignment for me at this time? And that's where you can go into meditation, you can really feel into all of the different facets that are guiding you and wanting to come through you and communicate through your cellular and your energy intelligence and guide you of what actions, what conversations, what meetings, what events,

what people, what environments are in your highest good for that moment. Paramahansa Yogananda, who's the founder of Self-Realization Fellowship, one of the most famous quotes that he has at a lot of people have heard is that environment is stronger than will. And typically that's where the quote kind of stops, you're like, okay, great. And then what? Until you have the will to change your environment. Ah, there it is. Now this is your

Inner environment and/or your outer environment, right?

environment, go back home, go to your happy place, whatever, or change your inner environment,

β€œgoing back to your beliefs. And then that allows you to be the strength that actually is the”

energy that changes the environment itself, right? Like you can feel when somebody who is in their potency of energy walks into a room, you don't have to look around, you just go, whoa, we're just having somebody just walked in, like they're in a line. That is someone who has the will to change their environment, rather than being imposed by the energy of it.

So ultimately a daily practice really comes down to three things. Notice your first thoughts,

write down the signals you're receiving and pause before the outside world begins making decisions for you. The point isn't to treat every passing feeling as a message. It's to become familiar enough with your own patterns that you can recognize when something feels meaningfully different. This may seem impossible at first, but the more you listen, the more you'll hear. One of my favorite things about certain flavors is how instantly they transport you to another time

β€œor place. The smell of cinnamon, for instance, reminds me of slow weekend mornings and breakfast”

for dinner nights growing up. There's just something so nostalgic and comforting about it. So when Kachaba came out with their new cinnamon French toast flavor, I was immediately intrigued.

It has that warm nostalgic cinnamon flavor, but it's made with real cinnamon bark

and gives you all those cozy vibes without the sugary after crash. I've talked before about how much I rely on Kachaba, especially on busy recording days when I need something quick that's actually nourishing. Their coffee flavor has been my long time afternoon favorite, but this cinnamon French toast might be giving it some competition. And it's more than just a great tasting shake, just two scoops provides protein, fiber, greens and so much more to support whole body nutrition.

I've generally noticed that your energy and is an easy way to fill a nutritional gaps when life gets busy. Plus, it's clean nutrition, with no artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners.

β€œTreat yourself to a childhood favorite. Go to kachaba.com and use code tapes for 15% off your”

first order. That's kachaba.kaca.ca.va.com code tapes. One thing I've been trying to do lately is buy fewer things, but buy better things. I'd much rather have a handful of pieces that I wear

over and over again than a closet full of clothes I never reach for. That's exactly why I've

become such a fan of quince. The piece I've been wearing the most this summer is their lightweight cotton cashmere relax sweater tea. It's incredibly soft. It's beautifully made and somehow works whether I'm headed to the studio, traveling, or just throwing something on to run errands. And I want to emphasize the travel part. I cannot stand unpacking on bunch of wrinkle clothes and the cashmere relax sweater tea doesn't wrinkle. It's such a versatile piece. It's something I reach for without

ever thinking. And what I love most about quince is that everything feels elevated without the luxury price tag. They offer premium essentials from organic cotton and Mongolian cashmere to premium stretch denim, starting at just $50. And because they work directly with ethical factories and cut out the middlemen, their prices are 50 to 80% less than similar brands. And it's not just clothing. They have beautiful bedding, bath essentials, kitchen pieces, and home goods that have the same

timeless high quality feel. Upgrade your everyday. Download the quince app for app exclusive offers or go to quince.com/tapes. Get free shipping on your order and 365 day returns. Now available in Canada and the UK too. That's QU-I-N-C-E.com/tapes. Anna says she has also worked with heart math institute and organization that studies connections among emotional states. So heart rhythms and self-regulation. And I wanted to understand what she believes

that work demonstrated. We were wanting to calibrate and look at the difference of love. And this was something that I wanted to prove when I flatlined in 2002 for two and a half minutes. And I was in the center of the universe. This beautiful ever vessent blooming rows of energy that I was in at that time. It felt like day but it was just two and a half minutes. And I was shown the law of love. And the law of love says that love doesn't change its frequency from love to fear.

Then I wanted to prove it with the heart math institute. Love is a wave of energy that onjulates, that goes up and down, that has intensity and frequency variations. And what I was shown when I was flatlined in the middle of the galaxy was that love is the difference of wanting to be loved, the desire to be loved. And the more that you specifically want to be loved by some person at one time in this way by that particular measure, then the more downward spiral the love energy

grows and becomes a symptom of lack of fear, of depression, of shame, of blame. And so to flip that switch then you go to the desire to share your love, the desire to give your love, the wanting to

Make something that is loving.

of love. Well guess what? It's not the actual receiver that feels that love more. It's the person who

β€œis giving the love that has the greater intensity of gratitude of harmony. And it goes all the way”

up these different scales of hurts frequency that have been calibrated. There's all kinds of beautiful charts that show that. I teach that as well. There's a YouTube video where I teach the love that a love love minimum can look up. And that explains it much more in detail. But that was what we were actually able to prove by the energetic ways of love through that scientific study. So within the framework you're describing, would you say the way to counteract that like feeling

of lacking, right? Like that desire to be loved is to look for an opportunity to give love instead.

Absolutely. Being of service is something that the Hindu religion has always taught and they call

β€œsava, being of service, right? And it doesn't mean you have to go hurry up and sign up for charity.”

No, just feel into your heart that we all know someone in our community, in our family, in our friends and family circle that need some help that would love it if you just came over and made them dinner, right? Would love it if you just help them pick up their kids from school with love to be supported in some other way or just call and ask them, hey, you know, I know you're going through a tough time right now. There's some way that I can help you support you or be of loving service.

Let me know. I got you, right? And if not, I can find somebody to help you. Like help, let me help you, right? And so looking at it from that perspective, all of a sudden the dopamine in your brain kicks on in a good, loving way, not in the social media addictive way, but in the happy serotonin way. And as we do that, as we are in more service, as we find more people to love in our own way, then guess what? You become magnetic and you become someone that others want to love and that

attracts, again, more of that reciprocal goodness. What Ana is describing is ultimately a practice

of attention. Learning to notice the different ways information may be reaching us and becoming familiar enough with ourselves to recognize what feels meaningful. Whether you understand those signals a psychic, spiritual, or simply a deeper form of self-awareness, slow down, pay attention, and practice trusting what you notice. And I appreciate where Ana leaves us with the idea that when we find ourselves focused on the love or support that we aren't receiving, one way forward is to

look for a way to offer those things to someone else. So Ana, thank you for sharing your story

β€œand teaching us more about the different languages of intuition. Absolutely. If you want to learn”
