where the GCs pretty much decided and we saw a big break going, it's naïve four.

Today, four of the tour, a lot of tired legs out there and we saw them, the cameras, people getting dropped from the break, people getting dropped from the peloton, but tough, tough start to the race. Hey everybody, welcome back to the move podcast. I'm Lance Armstrong, joined by Sir Bradley Wiggins. Mr. Georgetown Kappie, we're still looking for that photo you have for your 30 days in the Amazon.

Can you believe, I mean, the man, look, he's busy watching his team in the Tour de Romani. It doesn't have his, we got satin overall. Not even satin. Also, today, like everyday, joined by the professor Spencer Martin and actually the special guest today. Mr. Johan Bruniel, the bill bell a check of cycling.

Oh, I know, look at this. He just had to, for the, for the folks driving around are in the gym listening. Johan is wearing a Belgian cycling jersey on the show. Of course, for those following the woke up, we know why boy, I was, I was disappointed. I had higher hopes just seemed like a different team showed up, but anyways, you're on congratulations. But that, and I don't know anything about soccer, but that team was good.

Yeah, I think I, I think they were, they played, they played really well.

Yeah, yeah, I mean, I think it was, is there a victory, you know?

Do you know the last time the US beat Belgium?

No, 1930, the first game of the first ever World Cup.

The media didn't really let us know. Yeah, I don't think the media really set the expectation there. Like, hey, yeah, it's been a hundred years since we beat them. And they just blew us out two months ago, but yeah, I think they could have done a better job of expectations.

Well, they got my hopes up. I was in, I was all in. Of course, we, we are not talking about the World Cup. We're talking about the Tour de France. Columbia's playing today.

Okay, I guess we'll go back and talk about the World Cup for just a little bit. Throw that out there. And you're prepping for that being the pre-show. You were doing the La Bomba. Yeah, do you have that ready?

All right, just get this out of the way. Okay, let's get that. This is George's very excited. Who are they playing? The team song for today, my mom would just send me this.

Who are they playing? Switzerland. Okay.

It's kind of long, but we don't have to listen all the time.

No, thank you. That's so true. Thanks, mom. Alan, what, what do we do today? Where do we start, where we finish?

Stage four from Gakason, two, four. From Gakason, two, four. I love that. Love that. Well, we predicted it right.

Breakaway went on a day. Yeah, I don't know if I did. I think we did. Another extremely hot day. This is just going to keep adding up for these guys.

There's doesn't seem like there's any break in the heat. If you look at the forecast. But hey, that's better, son. I mean, three, I mean, the little track had three guys in the breakaway. It set up perfectly for him.

Obviously on paper, he's, by far the fastest guy in that group, any proved it.

He was a tactical masterclass from the little track.

They were the way they put those three guys into that first big move.

And then the breaking down of that move and Quinn Simmons. Super strong again. Yeah, he's my move of the day. I love going to get to that. But we'll get to that further.

Yeah, and also, you know, he's just watching it today. It resembled a Tour de France stage two weeks into the race where the GCs pretty much decided. And we saw a big break go. And day four, day four of the tour.

Lot of tide legs out there. And we saw them, the cameras, people getting dropped from the break. People getting dropped from the peloton. But I'm tough, tough start to the race. Yeah, and Spencer brought something up earlier on how the break was kind of

hovering around two to three and a half minutes with one guy, public and the front for forever. That's how long forever. But then you saw, which, which, what happens in the breakaway when they see they have three minutes.

They have 34 guys in the front. Like there's no reason for them to get more time unless you're forced into once you get the old jersey. But the rest of the guys are all in for the stage. Then they get to the hills.

They get more aggressive. They go faster. The breakways are splitting. So then it's a much more, much more of an effort for UAE to control it at three minutes. So they just kind of let it ended up letting it slip away to what was at eleven

minutes or something at the end. Was it eleven? Yeah, yeah, yeah. So it's actually going to make it interesting to see how long can hold onto it.

Also, little track just shout out. Mateus 5 check because he attacks halfway through the stage, splits the breakway up. And then Simmons and Pederson are just sitting back, chilling while everyone chases their team. Yeah, that was a ball.

I mean, the whole day, like they clearly had a plan going into this. And then now, Pederson has 103 points in the green jersey classification. He has for Phillips and has 30. Since like huge day for the green jersey. Which is also why.

And he gets more points for winning today than like if he won tomorrow.

No, or the same.

No, same. So it was 50 points today.

There's a little bit different this year.

So today was 50. Sprint stages are 75. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Bounce age to 30. And I think that's right.

Yeah, I mean, yeah. And we have a new, I mean, we sort of danced around it there or touched on it. But a new yellow jersey, torsed and trained from our old friend, torqued softs. We know X team, I got to work a moment for that team. I mean, huge.

You know, they just turned world toward this year. I believe he might have seen a couple of years ago now leading the biggest race in the world and congratulations to them. And if it is a love, I mean, we were sort of questioning how long he could keep the jersey.

I mean, if it, I was sort of working off the math of a seven minute lead, but 11 minutes keep in mind, a couple of things about torsed and trained. Our new yellow jersey is he has finished top 10 in a grand tour. Right? That's something.

Yeah, just last last year at the, at the Volta. Yeah, so recently. And the other thing, which is obviously more personal for me, but a testicular cancer survivor was diagnosed. And this is as, you know, go back and read, I was reading some of the stories.

This morning was actually, this just seems crazy to me was essentially diagnosed at a bike race. Was diagnosed because he had to go to dopant control. The results came back as a positive test. He had an elevated HCG.

And that's what caught the, so he probably, more specifically had a specific cell type called

Coriocarsinoma, which is the same that I had, I mean, when I was diagnosed my HCG was almost 100,000. So if, if had he not been at that race, had he not had to go to controls. Now, eventually he would have figured it out or had some symptoms. But it was the control that flagged the disease.

And I won't get into sort of being curious how 100,000 HCG never got flagged in 1996.

Yeah. Interesting. But nonetheless, good for him, he's clearly back fully healthy. He is in the yellow jersey. It's an amazing story.

Taurus. Yeah. I mean, for those who didn't follow the sport 10, 20 years ago, this guy was a fucking legend. God of Thunder.

I mean, this boy, I mean, you put a number on his back. And he was raised. He was raised and I was teammates with him and on BMC and just, I mean, the consummate professional. And like when he was on the day, it was hard for anybody to beat him.

And no matter what the terrain was, for the most part, he gave my son a who no X water bottle last year. And my son sleeps with it every night. Come on. Yeah.

Like, wherever he is in the world, he actually has water bottle. So I'm taking congratulations.

He always team makes it incredible.

I recall. And in those years, he'd quite often win a stage in the tour on the yellow jersey. But no teammates. Right. Open him out.

Yeah. Yeah. Other than when Julian Dean came along and was he's kind of main guy. Yeah. But that was it.

Yeah. Phenomenal, honestly. Legend. Good for him. Well, I guess we'll see.

I mean, 11 minutes. Well, he was down by five minutes. Okay. So seven and a half minutes. All right.

Well, no. I was going to say that's an ideal scenario. I know back in the day. Sky, you would have loved this. You go on.

Would have loved this. A strong team in the yellow jersey that will fight to like hell, to keep the jerseys for the longest possible. Um, arguably two guys, I could have potentially could potentially still get top 10 of the Tour de France on the team.

I mean, they're. They're going to fight for that yellow jersey for a long time. Control the race. Um, and they give you a. And these might be a bit of a break.

Well, yeah. And we have you on here. I mean, y'all. And this is a dream scenario for for you. I mean, in.

And everybody there. And once they sort of figured out the math as is we know that happens. Like who's there? It's 30 guys. You got it.

Everybody's doing the math.

And the radio communication isn't always that reliable.

And once you fully figure it out, you just let them go. I mean, this is ideal for them. And maybe even ideal. I don't think that that stage.

I think that obviously the tournament is iconic and epically hard.

Um, but I don't think the climb to the finish is hard enough to. And this kid's just got to hang on. Get downhill and just write a steady pace up the final climb. But it's ideal for them, right? Yeah, I think I think they created an ideal scenario.

I think you really played it very smart because initially they were keeping it at two, three minutes. So everybody thought, okay, maybe they want to defend the jersey. And then when the breakout consolidated and really the stronger guys were in front. Then they let it go. And for for the moment, I think it's it's a great scenario.

I think it's very similar actually. If you remember Georgian and Lance, you will remember 2004 when we did the same with Thomas Buckler. Yeah. Actually, Buckler talked about it yesterday on French TV. I've been told that he got a gift from us.

And then they were basically killing themselves to keep that jersey. I think this is going to be the same scenario. And Thorsten train, I think, you know, he took the leaders jersey last year in the Vuelta.

Same scenario.

And he held on for a couple of stages and ended up finishing in the top 10.

So this is the tour de France, of course, but I think at least for the tour Malay,

I think we can see still Thorsten train in yellow after that stage for sure. And then there was still thread of hang on for it for at least three, four more days. How long do you think he holds this, Johan? I think it took the second mountain stage. First mountain stage is tour Malay, so he will keep it then.

And then I think they'll the next mountain stage probably. It could be tilt in the muckstein. It's going to stay as 14 a long time. Yeah, like over a week. Yeah.

Maybe. I mean, he did a great job last year in the Vuelta. So I assume that he's probably in better shape now than then. And the team is going to be super motivated. They have a strong team to defend in those like middle mountain stages.

The dream would be for UAE if he holds it till the time trial. After the second rest day. There's really only the joy. Yeah, well, three mountain stages between now and then though. Yeah.

One more. The power of the elderly who knows how far it can go. That's right. People have the whole team behind them and he'll be super motivated. Do you give UAE better marks today?

Johan, then yesterday you weren't so impressed yesterday. Yeah, today they did exactly what they should have done yesterday with Alex Bodha. Yesterday they had already that possibility. They chose not to because they had the chance of winning the stage. But today they definitely, I mean, they only spent two riders,

basically, pull it and enjoy on Vermeer's. All the other riders did not work too much. So today they did a great race textbook giving the jersey away. Well, who knows?

I mean, I'm assuming Johan talked about that or was critical of that on the move plus yesterday.

Oh, yeah. I mean, I just probably got some listeners there. Yeah. Yeah. Johan, Maro, Maro, Gian.

Whatever Johan says on the move plus, which just happened the next day. He did predict, yesterday we did predict my spectres. I predicted my spectres in the win the stage yesterday. Wait a minute. You did.

I asked you, well, watching if did anybody pick Matt Spederson on outcomes?

Yeah, I must have forgotten that Johan. Johan, that was your pick. Johan, I mean, yeah, talk about that. Hey, buddy. Talk about being in that break, 34 guys and then twindles down to 12 guys.

You got the guy like Quinn Simmons and Batchick with you. Can't get my son. Sorry. I didn't expect Spencer Grepp. Maybe I picked Quinn Simmons.

You did pick Quinn Simmons and I picked Matterson's Fried Chicken. So we both picked. Okay. Little trick guys to do. Sorry.

Sorry. Sorry. Well, I put down your belt. Well, let's talk about the move of the day. Okay.

Today, the move of the day is presented by eight sleep. The pod by eight sleep is a smart mattress cover that easily goes on top of any existing mattress. Heets are cool. Each side of the bed independently from 55 degrees to 110 degrees and adjust automatically through the night based on your body's real time signals.

I got to tell you something. I go everywhere with an ace that we have an eight sleep here. Traveled with it up here.

This, this is a game changer.

My wife. Like, she tries all the stuff that people sent us. She's like, I'm not ever spending another night of my life without an eight sleep. Move listeners get here. Through July 12th, you get up to $500 off a mattress cover.

Head on over to. Eight sleep dot com slash the move. Use the code the move. Anyways. Game changer.

By the way, also tot a sleeps on an eight sleep mattress cover every night. It's just going to be important to the place. Yeah. Very, very. All right.

Move the day, Bradley. What do you got? Queen students. I got a tip to soft. I know.

But I can't help watching him think if he was in any other team, he'd be winning these stages. I agreed. And he did the same last year and he'll do, he'll continue to do the same throughout this race in the service of others. Yeah. You saw him in the 2025 tour.

I mean, every time you turned on the television, he seemed like he was on the front or in the break. Or, I mean, he was animating the race. Yeah. I got to go with Quinn as well. I mean, if you just look at the small little details of the break, where he just rode it.

He just rode his pace up that climb. Just kept looking back and made sure Mads was on the wheel. While they were going full gas and they were trying to get rid of Mads. He rode his pace. In fact, let a couple of guys get up the road.

But just kept real in a minute. Essentially, the last 45K, 50K, he did 80% of the work. So think about, like, mentally for the other riders. Like, shit, how we supposed to get away from Quinn. And then we have Mads that we got to spend with.

So mentally, they were half defeated even before they got to the finish line because of Quinn. Spencer. My move over the day, I was at it's little boring Mads better. I can't believe you're on what Spencer on this. I can't believe you held on that climb.

I mean, that's like, that's why Yohan and I didn't pick him.

Because that climb was hard.

And like, you saw how powerful he was in the sprint.

Yes, he's that powerful and he can get over the climb with these guys.

I was, I was super impressed with Mads.

I was. I mean, I was, I thought that's Quinn. I mean, Quinn was doing the pace that he knew Mads can hold. I mean, if I had Quinn, perhaps jumped away with these guys. Maybe three or four guys could have rolled away on that climb.

I mean, that whole different scenario having Quinn pacing you up this climb. It was that the impact of Quinn Simmons today was massive. Yeah, and there was a scenario where this was one of the most embarrassing outcomes for you. Yeah, we said, you have three incredibly strong guys in a break of what ten. Yeah.

There's a scenario where somebody sneaks away and just something happens. And they, you know, they did a professional job. They controlled it in that last corner when he went.

I mean, I think we were all sort of like, wait, how far out is this?

Wow. It was like it was shot out of a cannon. I mean, that was not even. That was men and boys. Yeah.

You saw what it meant to him as well. Yep.

It missed the first part of the season to never the broken wrist.

Didn't do the tour last night. Yeah. No. So, which arguably means you'll probably be even better in this tour. Yeah.

Yeah. Every day. Yeah. Former World Champion. Yeah.

He's been around for a minute. One World Championship in 2019. Yeah. So, I mean, I would love to see him when they green here. But he's going to be tough with Philipson.

But today was well, we're going to get to that later in the show. Yeah.

Because we're finally going to have a, I mean, how long has that been?

Not many tours.

You have to wait to stage five to maybe maybe have a field sprint.

Today's show brought to you by Kenny on. We are excited for this year's show to be partnered with Kenny Ones. Move plus do not confuse it with Spencer and Johan show. After decades of racing and training aches and pains are just part of the deal. Knees, joints, low back, all of it.

That's the price of admission for the time spent riding running and suffering. The thing I really like about it is not some surface level fix. It uses targeted light therapy to get deep into the muscles and joints right where the pain actually lives. And since it's so easy to carry around, I can use it anywhere. Even when I'm traveling, I just throw it on as I'm checking my emails, having my coffee in the morning.

Listening to George Russell around on the background. But since the move plus just makes it easier to do at home, no appointments, no hassle. Use the code the move for $50 off or go to KennyOn.io/TheMove. That's KennyOn.io/TheMove. Also today brought to you by Element, our favorite drink for long rides, hot days in the summer.

It doesn't matter. Element is a zero sugar electrolyte drink mix with everything you need and none of the junk. Excuse me. If you've ever dealt with cramps headaches fatigue or you're just sweating buckets on the bike.

Hydration is not optional and most sports drinks out there loaded with sugar and artificial garbage.

Element has none of that. No sugar, no dyes, no fillers, just sodium, potassium, magnesium, the stuff that actually works. But wait, there's more element isn't just for the bike. We now have the 12 ounce sparkling cans available and multiple delicious favors can be enjoyed throughout the day to keep you hydrated and sharp. Right now, the move listeners get a free eight count sample pack with any purchase.

Go to drinklmnt.com/TheMove. That is drinklmnt.com/TheMove. Also, timeline is focused on something everybody wants more of staying healthy as we get older. Not just living longer, but actually feeling great and staying active. The science behind timeline starts with something called EuroLifin A.

It is a nutrient that helps support your mitochondria, basically the little power plants inside your cells that create energy.

As we age, those mitochondria don't work as efficiently and that's a big reason why people start feeling less energetic. Recover slower and gradually lose muscle mass. Timeline's mitochondria is the first clinically proven form of EuroLifin A. It's backed by years of research and human clinical studies showing it can help support cellular energy. Improved muscle strength and promote healthier aging.

Support your cells and how you age with mitochondria. Sorry, mitochondria gummies. You can see these on the table have been opened and a surbrella has been hammering these. But anyhow, how well your age of mitochondria gummies head on over to timeline.com/TheMove. Save 20% off.

That's timeline.com/TheMove. Who? Georgia, are you using the Kenny on right now? I was using it all morning, but it's just going to take through over here. I got a nice pillow on to control my posture.

He was saying now that I don't know if it was on the show, you know, now with the new team. He's in Europe all the time. It was kind of interesting to hear you say that. We always race. I was like, we're tired.

We're sore. These guys sitting in the car and he's wimps. We spent all this time sitting in these cars at the races. And now his back is more fucked than ever. You imagine that.

You got to go suffer for decades on the bike.

You know, ride 16 tours, blah, blah, blah.

And then send a car and your body falls apart.

I mean, that's, that's. No. I can't stop it. It was, wow. I mean, it's nice to be here in one place for the month.

Let's put it that way. Welcome. Where are we? Anybody else here? We got to talk about.

Think we're talking about a bit on the pre show, uh, back alone. Yeah. Yeah. He was seen to be struggling on the climb. He's got a ton of pressure.

Obviously from steam. I probably am making some big dollars going from his name. Yeah. Master of dollars. And that company in the US makes it for a ton of pressure.

He has not had a great start to the Tour de France. And we saw him struggling a bit out there today. Yeah. We were both scratching our heads. I mean, spends what we as to what he was attempting to achieve in the last quarter.

Yeah.

I didn't totally see the vision on that.

I know. Like he dive bombs everybody. Yeah. He got the call wrong. I mean, I think I like that.

He knows he's got no chance with mass. Might as well take a chance and try to get a little bit of a head start. Hell, that's going on. I mean, I do that if I had something. He must have been there.

And he must have been too tired to attack earlier. But the big. Well, he's not being. I mean, you guys were talking about in the pre show. He's been off all season.

He had some issues. He should have been dropping everybody on that climb. But he's the one. He was going to drop.

And to your point, spent a lot of people like, why isn't somebody attacking?

Well, from personal experience. It's really hard to attack when people are rolling through at 50k an hour. Yeah. Okay. Are you going to attack for a TV attack?

The only people that could potentially attack in this situation like that is quincements. I mean, like, one of these rollers. Yeah. Well, last year. I've been healing.

Yeah. You know, that would have been correct. Yeah. And then Kevin Vachlan, two years ago, 24th. Very similar stage.

And if you guys remember, it was the year like Jonas was. It was in Italy in Belonia. And Jonas was holding on. But up the road, Vachlan dropped everybody in one. Yeah.

This is absolutely awesome. Very hard finish. Very hard finish. Yeah. But yeah.

Absolutely. Something's not totally clicking there for him to be struggling to stay with that group. But also, we're, we were a little, also confused by Pablo Castrielo on Movistar. Yeah. Like those attacks.

Maybe could be polished up a little. Well, I'm that guy's. It's Johan Crackman from. He does. He's gone that many times where he attacks.

Yeah. But the book is a lot of Fuca and gets away and went solo. That's his game. That's his ML. And typically, typically, if you look at Castrielo the way he has won.

I mean, let's not forget. You want two stages, two years ago in the Valka. Yeah. I think when he was on current farmer.

And he always looks like he's about to get dropped.

And that's his style. That's his style. But yeah, I mean, he's really strong. I was worried. I mean, those were the two only guys.

I was worried about for a little crack with Castrielo and Carlos Garcia. Son of a guy that you guys raised with, by the way, Felix Garcia Casas. You know, if you remember him, he was on. Well, he was on full Rick's team on Bianchi in 2003. Is that I actually wrote with him last week here in Madrid.

He has two sons who are professional, but Carlos Carlos is really. I mean, he's been in all the breakaways already. He was in the breakaway yesterday. He was in the breakaway today. But the style of attacking Johan.

I mean, if you know, you got three little tracks and you got some other strong guys and they're like, make a run at him. Like, don't, don't, don't. Those are TV attacks.

But I think I think it gets like George says.

I mean, they go 50k an hour. Yeah. If you're still here, if you're going to attack anyways, then get around on him. Yeah. Oh, I think it's really like 60k an hour.

Yeah, you got to hope for some sort of hesitation. Yeah. But with those three guys on legal track, it's kind of hard. We should also say. Vachlan was sick coming into the race.

Yeah. Yeah. He had been some. He came in a little bit behind the ball. Yeah.

So perhaps, you know, team like his team is seeing him on a. I select him. You know what, what place did he get last year in the Tour de France? Yes. So he's sick.

So he's sick. So I'm saying, you think he's just going to get better and better. If you're feeling with a no-one. I already make the breakaway. Well, yeah, why select them?

It's an interesting question. I mean, they didn't. Things were tough. Or because Oscar only was supposed to be leading. He falls off the side of a road. And can't do the race because he roaps his shoulder up.

They're losing people and then maybe he'll get better.

I think, I think, I think, net company and Ailes, they actually,

I think they selected Bernal last moment. That was what was not the plan. Yeah. Yeah. So they're obviously short of strong riders to make a strong team for the two of the fronts.

Yeah. All right. Before I forget, I did this again. This is nothing to do with cycling. But I've watched the documentary last night.

George's favorite sport outside of cycling is tennis. The Chris Saber, Martin and Abert Tolova documentary. The final set. For though, maybe this whole new section of the show.

It is so special.

The way they're, obviously, they're battle on the tennis court.

But now this sort of dueling cancer diagnosis cancer treatment.

It is for those at home tonight trying to figure out what you're going to watch. It's incredibly special. It's all say. We're going to be back in two minutes and thirty two seconds. Ben, we are back.

Let's talk about stage five. We alluded to this earlier.

Finally, sprints don't say hard to imagine that we now had to wait five days

for these sprinters are like man. You made me go through all these hills. All this heat. It's going to change the sprint. It's going to change the sprint.

It's going to change the sprint. Absolutely. And change the teams dynamic for his premise. He's been hard days. But let's look at the profile.

Finally, slightly shorter, 150 kilometers. Just under a hundred miles for those who think in miles. I mean, look at this. You're like, wow, flat day. Although there is a couple of snacks.

There's a categorized time with 36 K to go and 26 K to go. Yeah. Hmm. I think tomorrow's going to be very, very predictable in that. Uno X will ride because they have the jersey.

But also, Alpsen will ride all day. So yes, but Phillipsen. I don't think we'd have a bunch of sprints. Yohan, who are they? That's too dark.

We're familiar. Yeah. Obviously, that's where I was going with this is, is obviously Phillipsen is a big favor for tomorrow. So far, they had Yohan.

They had to have this year. Milliers, beaten Phillipsen. Okay. It sort of happens everywhere though.

Earlier, always beats up on them and then they get to the two Phillipsen wins everything.

Yeah.

But typically Spencer, that's why, for tomorrow,

I'm going to pick Merleer as the favorite because he usually wins the first bench print in every single ground tour he starts. Yes, that's correct. Also, these guys all just raised the tour Belgium. And we learned nothing because they all won one stage.

Exactly. Okay, so outside of Phillipsen and Merleer, who else is there? Phenium, you're my, and he's won the intermediate sprints so far. And he won a stage tour Belgium. Right, Yohan?

I'm not making that up. I hope he did win a stage. Yeah, he did win a stage. He looks good. Olaf, Olaf Goy is also here.

Yes. He crashed though. Yesterday. And I think I did. But yeah.

And what do we think about Mads Patterson, is he going to compete? Yeah. Yeah. He has to compete. Yeah.

75 points on the line. He's got to get some point. Yeah, for sure. I mean, the reason I would get Phillips in the, I just he got Vanderpool as the final lead out.

Yeah. And that's hard to come around that wheel. Yeah. Running looks, Brad did look at the final 5K. Looks unadventful.

Straight forward. Sometimes they throw in some stuff. Yeah. Yeah. A little scary and tricky, but perfect for Vanderpool just to get on the front of with his

500CC and just go. But finally, that probably does help Phillips in his experience. Yes. Have one of the best of all time leading out. Do we think it's going to be safer than normal?

Because it's at the end of so many tiring days. I mean, still first week of the tour. I mean, and the guys are probably more tired than they are normally. Because it's been really hot hard days, aggressive starts. And it's sort of ramps.

I mean, people risk their lives to get a result. So I wouldn't call any. Feel as front in the tour to France safe for that matter. It's easy. Or easy.

Yeah. And I just said I looked at the run now. I'm looking at the run in again. You know, it's not as sharp left corner right before K to go. A bender with probably 600 meters to go.

You know, guys get tired. This heat gets to guys. And so I mean, is it safer? Maybe because there are maybe not. Some of the oldies round about to get tired.

Weather looks good. Going to be another hard day. This heat is crazy. High 90s. Yeah, 90s every day.

You know what strikes me more so than ever now. Into Cavs retirement is just the fact. We were talking about early about stage winds and Pogato going for the record. The cab came through this 36 times through these type of thing.

Yeah, to win. Yeah. Which is actually.

And I think you start to appreciate even more so now into now.

He's not in the race. Just how difficult that is to do. So then winning on an amounting under, which is as difficult as as well. But it's just mind blowing.

Well, you said how many sort of generations of guys he went through. Yeah. When he came into the sport, he was up against McQ and Enzoble. And he came through the Kittal area. Yeah.

Kali Buen. You know, and then finished off with Phillips. Yeah. Yeah.

And as you get off, this is what I was never a field spinner.

But the thing that I always observed with them. I had their, you know, they had the height of their career. Was was not that long of a, a period of time. But I always thought, well, you know, get married. You have children.

I mean, these things are, oh, we say this. I don't know if it's true or not.

Just terrifying being in these field sprints.

And, you know, now you got two kids.

You know, you want to finish the tour and go home and roll around in the yard with them.

You hit the brakes quicker and cab just. Yeah. Just all these things, you know. And correct me if I'm wrong. And I had sort of like a five to seven years band.

Yeah. And we're talking about like a 15 years man with the crab or more. I think 17.

Well, his first tour was 2007 and he's lost was two years ago.

Yeah. With kids. You know, all those things that come with the play when you're the accident. He got along the accident. I mean, you think some of the years,

where he crashed like in in Harrogate. Yeah. The crash with. Yes. So again.

I didn't even break his collarbone. The year before he broke the record. And left the correct. Yeah. Well, and even.

So I mean, dude, to talk about I loved his documentary. Yeah. But they're in and it was. I thought well covered in the documentary about the Epstein's bar and the chronic fatigue. Like that's the depression.

I'd rather have crashes there. Yeah. I think chronic fatigue. It's hard to come back from that. So anyways.

Anyway, the guys. In just about the way he's on the tour every day that you're right. Yeah. Yeah. That's something on the thing.

I'm like. Whoo. I follow him up. Let's see if we can. Yeah.

I'll get tomorrow after the stay. I've been asking him. Fuck it. He don't want to be there. It's a matter of fact.

Because Bradley and I've been discussing, you know, when Georgia's team's getting better. Yeah. When Georgia's. It's not. It's not beyond the realm of possibility that Georgia's team makes it to the tour one day.

And that's. That's not a dream that goes. See, would be empty. Yeah. You've got the bat lined a calf.

Yeah. We all have. I mean, George, why don't you go higher. I love the way they were placing there. Wow.

Thanks, guys. We're in a nice ten years. We're telling them with you. Hang on. We're equal parts rooting for you.

And equal parts. We'll appreciate that. I also. Well, I have to make a statement. There's.

Yesterday. I was just thinking. I was trying to make a point of all that. How absurd. What would.

Like what would have to happen for progression out to win?

I mentioned Ebola. I am not advocating for a bio attack on Taday Pagacharies.

My second favorite writer of all time.

I love him. I do. No one take action against him. It was a bad joke. It's just that somebody is like in the comment section.

I'll come on. Can I have a few? You and I were fighting, too. That's something. I don't remember.

I want to see the fan to the draft. King's odd on George and Spencer fighting on set before. What was the issue? I don't remember. Okay.

Now we weren't fighting. Bradley, do you read the comments? No. I don't. You shouldn't.

I don't read the comments. No. Do not read the comments. Kids. Do not read the comments.

Hey, speaking of comments. It is that time. Right? It is that time. To listen to our voice mails.

Let's put the number up. Just so actually I have another little thing I'd like to add to the phone number. So if you want to call us. Leave a message. That number is 9707182736.

The dude yesterday that busted George on Zion is beard.

Said his name and said. Where he's from Jersey. Drew from Jersey. Said his name and said, where he's from. I kind of like that.

You know, it's just because people from weird places. I think it's cool. Then we can have fun with that. So when you do leave us a voicemail. Say your name.

You don't. You can say what you want to say. But in a perfect world. So we not had the plus one in case we get some. You're okay.

Hold on. In a perfect world. You say your name. My John Locke. Hold on.

And then the. Thoreen. Thoreen. Um. It is plus one for the nine states.

9707182736. All right. Let's jump into them. What's it? Colton.

Please give us our first voice.

Please. Please. Yeah. Just kind of wondering. Yes.

I went to. Oh, and lipo it's having this agreement that's going to settle it on the road. How will the rest of the team be able to sort of navigate if there's a puncture or if there's on the canicle or if they need to pull. Who are they pulling for?

He's in the lead at the time. Or what's your take on that? There's things. It's Tom Burberry from Canada. All right.

Tom. I was going to say that Tom feels. Sounds like he's from aspirin. And he just left the local dispensary. Oh, man, that one.

Joe Ford George. Yeah. I mean, typically a big team like that with two big leaders will have a designated guy that it's there. Got it. Like one guy is lipo.

It's flat. He's got his guy that away for him or give him his bike or give him a wheel if the cars aren't that close. And same with Remco. But I mean, I clearly think Remco showed that he's a bit stronger right now. But like Spencer mentioned the other day.

Leopards is just going to keep coming on to this race and he hasn't even hit his terrain yet. I mean, you guys both race tourists where it is kind of split. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Tell me 2012 because we had the objective with Cav as well. Cav would have Bernie and one or two others that was constantly his service.

Then the other side we had Michael Rogers Christian East that were on my kind...

And also for him. Yeah. I'm from as well. But you tend to also.

So I would be near Christian because he had a bike big enough for me as well.

Yeah. Yeah. Even though we had the pedals that we were going to come to that when we caught to it. But it's almost like two different stabs, right? I mean, you have your own swan year.

You have separate swan year. There's some kind of separate mechanics. I mean, obviously sharing a lot of stuff dinner tables, bust rides. But you kind of have. To come through.

Yeah. How was it when you kind of go on the same team? Horrible. It's the one time you got to share the leadership. Just wondering how you, you know, approach that.

Listen, listen, it doesn't matter.

Nobody, nobody wants to know what I think.

Go ask the other seven guys around the team. But what did you guys like if you were who was your guy when you flattered who was kind of towards guy like how did you on split this up? What's that you on? I had.

I had. What? I had six other guys. I were always listening.

I think I think the best, the best example of how it was.

If you guys remember during that tour to France, we actually created Team Radio Shaq. And at the end of the tour of the nine riders who were on the team, eight of them came to Radio Shaq, including a guy from Kazakhstan. Wow.

So I think that said it all. Yeah. I remember there was a lance was mean interview. In the final stage in Paris. I said, how was the party last night?

I was at the radio Shaq guys. I was like, yeah, yeah. Cars are still around. Vino's son is in the race. He's actually his birthday today.

Who's birthday? Vino's son. All right. What's his name? Is it Nicola?

Nicola. Nicola. Nicola. Okay. Happy birthday.

Nicola's being a good off. Yeah.

See you all the time riding around this.

All right. Second voice mail. What we got. Hey, Movers. This is Kim calling from Seattle Washington.

Have a big fan. I want to know what are all the due does on the shelving behind you guys. I don't know what that picture is behind. Or I just like no. Seems like they're very particular.

And I'd like to know what their meaning is. Thank you for my love. It's a great tour and a great day. Great question. What was our name again?

So Kim. And sure. Look at this photo. This is what I mean how cheesy. I'm kind of impressed you guys.

This man. That is this is. This is. Yes, man. Joining in the great.

Great. Fred Mingoony. It was such a lovely. Fred Mingoony like an iconic legend. Figure in New York City cycling like help somebody young pros out with like getting a quit man.

Just really supporting cycling in New York City. Rest in peace Fred. But I was like 17 years old here. My son's age.

You know, I just kind of always want on the cutting edge of style.

I guess. And George's wife is going to bring up more trinkets to put back behind his shelves. This is my favorite, you know, one of loneses. Seven tour trophies. They're a special piece.

Yep. And I asked you which number that was and you couldn't tell me. I don't know. You don't know. I don't.

They're they're really all iconic. Yeah. Yeah. For my for my shelves. I had a little more heads up.

So a little were noticed. So I actually spent some time. Something thinking about it. This is one of the seven cups. Then the last year I had my trophy for father of the year. I got that on father's day.

They don't mess with Texas coffee mug. And we brought in Mikko the little. We used to have this dude on the desk for the forward. My original podcast. Diet Coke.

I love Diet Coke. An original bottle. I don't know. It was 35 cents. So it was a minute ago. And then look.

Some of my buddy Adam asked me the other day. What this is. Somebody must have thought that was this. I think it's a trans amp. That's not the white.

I rock that I had when I was 16. But close enough. And then down here people keep moving it down here.

Because I think it's offensive or they think it's offensive.

But my friend Rose gave me this. This is a candle. How great. I have great of a candle. A lot of real candle because it has different different uses.

Which you have a white whichever angle you put. Yeah. Well, just don't light it. No. Because I think if you light it, it loses.

I think we should get the other six lumps for the shelves. For the last week. We were nervous enough about bringing the one. And then of course, as many many years in running here on the show, the foam stick we should.

Yeah. Bring it out. It's a point. That's a great question. And then of course Spencer's hat right here.

For the booger you nerd from color head. It's like mixing properties there. Booger eating nerd. Usually your head, like stupid if you're eating a booger.

No nerds, it's not just smart.

Anyway. There's. But yeah.

I don't have any on mine.

But your wife should bring it on. I'll tell you. You got to have your team's helmet. Yep. Which equal is a big partner of the show and my team.

Yeah. They've been a wonderful to work with. Yeah. I think we're good. I think we're good.

I think we're good. I think we're good. We're good. We're good. Bradley wants to go to the gym.

All right. Trivia time. Bentham Trivia. Answer the day's trivia question correctly. Get entered for a chance to win $5,000 credit towards a inventum bike of your choice.

The winner will be announced on air on the tour's final stage on July 26. This is. This is. This is. This is.

This is. This is. We were sort of right about this yesterday. Spencer.

How many times has the tour crossed the the tourmalike, which, of course, we're going to go over in two days?

The answer. This is again. This is yesterday's question. The answer. Because we sort of speculated.

Did it. It's a lot. 91 times. That's a lot. And this is kind of disputed.

Johann has a different number. Johann can. Can you still hear us? Yeah. I can hear you guys.

I think it's. I mean, 91 times would. Would be. I mean, if you look at it. How many.

How many tour de France have we had? 118 120 maybe in total? There's. This is 113. This is 113.

Tour de France. Okay. So 91 is not. I don't think it's correct. I do know.

I've looked it up yesterday. Source said 91.

Then some other sources, which I trust more.

That 63 64. That sounds more accurate to me. And you've done it. You've done about 50 of those, right? No.

No. Actually, you know what? Listen, I have a really good start about that.

He don't just hang on one second.

I know how many because somebody wrote to me. Here we go. Tour de France. This guy actually also says it's 91 times. Lance has done it.

Let's see. You've done it. Cross. Lance Armstrong has crossed the summit of the tour de France. A total of seven times in the tour de France.

George has. George has. Wait, let's see George. Where is he? George.

Oh, my Bradley Wiggins. Bradley Wiggins has done it five times. That seems low. Yeah. Yeah.

George. He should be nine nine times. George. Okay. Winner.

Winner. Winner. Winner. I'm the least. Hmm.

Yeah. All right. Here's. Thank you for that, John. Here's today's question.

When the tour de France finished in Fwa in 2017.

A Frenchman took the win on best still day for the first time in 12 years.

Who was that rider to win in Fwa on best still day in 2017?

Answer in enter to win at ventomracin.com/themove. Oh, wow. That was a lot. Yeah. A lot of stuff for a breakaway day.

Yeah. I think we needed it. Tomorrow there'll be a breakaway. Small breakaway. TV attack.

Breakaway. Easy to control. Full gas at the end. Yeah. Who's your pick for the spring?

I'm going to go with you on to pick Malir. I'm going with Phillipson. I'm going. Millir. I guess it tries to say it now.

No. You got to save yourself. Yeah. It keeps the people waiting. All right.
