(upbeat music)
- Welcome back to Two Judgey Girls.
This is Mary from the Bay. And it's Courtney from LA, and it's Tuesday. It's our favorite day of the week. We have lots to talk about. March, man has kicked off.
What are your thoughts so far based on March, man, this? I am rallying behind Andy Cohen, so I can be that bartender. That is my hope, my dream, my wish, and I'm putting it out into the universe.
Also because you find him hot, right? That has to be part of it, of course. - Okay, I'm just making sure, you know, you can have ulterior motives, but also, he would be a good representation anyways.
I feel he should be his year. I really do, I'm super excited for him. He grew up the hair, I think it was a great look. He's been microdosing that GLP1. He looks fantastic, I agree.
I'm hoping we get some shirtless photos this year. Who are you reading for?
“You have to pick someone, don't say anybody.”
- But I am, I'm just like a lover girl of all of this. I would love to have a lot of new blood in the competition. I would love to see like a mirror from the Valley Persians style. I would love to see Steve Sanders from Mary Tabmedison. Tyson Beckford from King's Core is on the list.
So I just feel, I tell you who I want to win is myself. (laughs) - Tune in Sunday. It will be an event you do not wanna miss, trust us, tune in Sunday to our live.
It's going to be epic. We did it a lot different this year. So get excited. - If we've ever leaned into being professional business women, it's Sunday.
And that's all we can say about that right now, but also just make sure you're voting. Like you haven't told Thursday to vote. You can vote as many times, you can go in and literally vote for the same person over and over.
And you get 20 votes. - And so far we've had thousands and thousands of votes and at this point of recording that's been up for like 24 hours.
Which I think is amazing.
“It's one of my favorite times of the year”
is just seeing everybody come together. - It really is the most wonderful time of year. I'm just so grateful that everyone loves to play the game. We're gonna have the bracket ready for everyone. And we'll continue to update as the week goes on.
But yes, as Mary said, Sunday is the big day. And not only that we're gonna be together in person. Usually we are living separately from our homes, but it's going to be Courtney and LA. And Mary and LA again.
(laughs) It's gonna be a blast. - I'm excited for that. - And don't forget about the merch. Michael made the merch.
She wants to see people buy it. Support local. (sighs) - We can find that link in bio. But it's at t.com/shop/2judicurls as well.
And don't forget about our Patreon. That is really fun. It's super silly. We talk about what's on our mind this week. It's a little bit of bravo, but more about our personal lives.
So join that as well. Pop culture, other shows we're watching. And you know what? That is the subtle humble brags that we're gonna be doing of pushing our other avenues.
I wanna talk about a little bit more because we recorded our Beverly Hills episode on Friday. And it released yesterday because we had thrown so much content at you last week. We've like, let's give a break.
So on Friday was when we were talking about Amanda and West. And I feel like there's been some weekend updates across the board that we need to discuss a little bit more. - Yes, so basically West put up a story. He was at Lindsay's house.
And he posts like something about Gemma, Gemma's back. And Gemma and Sierra are having a cute little moment. So I'm like, clearly, if Amanda and West had had anything happen, Sierra would not be in the same room with him.
- It was a strategic post of course, so smart of him. And that cleared the air for me. - Oh, good, good. I mean, I wasn't believing it. I just, I can't picture West doing that after the season
of after their breakup. Like, I just feel like he's already gotten it. I just don't think it's worth him to go down that path right now. Then Amanda also went on to Jason Tartix podcast. I did not listen to it, but I saw a couple of clips.
She said, I will never hook up with any of my classmates.
She put that out there. But then the clips that I saw were in reference to Jessie. And I thought that was interesting where I was like, are they using that as clickbait to be like, oh, Amanda, because like, oh, there's a rumor that Amanda's
like pregnant with Jessie's baby, blah, blah, blah.
“And it's like, why would that be the clip that you would use?”
Or like, you know, the photos with the captions on it? It felt almost strategic in that way to get people to listen,
Like, okay, they're talking about Jessie, but not West.
Oh, very, very strange and unless they had recorded it before the West situation, I do know it was recorded before the weekend because they were talking about a birthday party that they were all going to over the weekend. So maybe it's just the whole thing feels weird.
And you mentioned it last week, like, we shouldn't be trusting do more. But then I also started thinking, it's like, obviously these rumors were running rampant. Like, there were other accounts that were posting it.
And then it kind of grew bigger and then do more posted about it. But I was like, where is the integrity line of all alleged? Because realistically, you could put anything up there. It's so crazy that anyone can say whatever they want and just put it out there.
She also, I saw some clips from that pot as well, talking about how when she did move into her building and how people were spotting her and that type of thing.
And she felt like people were respectful at first.
Because, yeah, clearly she had moved out. She was in this new building. It's just so creepy, the lurkers. It feels irresponsible as a large account like that to put that out there. And then you either are waiting
for one of them to deny it or it's like, they're living their lives. Like, okay, I'm not gonna give this air because this is crazy. But it's like, also once you start to deny one rumor,
“do you have to continue down the line every time something comes up?”
It just feels, yeah, irresponsible. And it key because I also think back, and this is like, from the heated rivalry thing, is like, do Moha had talked about Hudson Williams girlfriend. And he commented, like, I'm not really fond of you,
because it's like just because they have celebrity or bravo, celebrity status doesn't mean that all of their personal life should be open for us, right? It's like we shouldn't know everything about them. Like we should know what they want to share with us.
There is a level of privacy, which is also partially why, I think, page left, summer house. It's also interesting, like, because I think about the 2000s and the paparazzi and how crazy of a time it was. And then people got Instagram.
And they were kind of able to start controlling their narrative and putting out what they wanted to the public. And it's such a way for them to connect with fans, give them a little bit, and decide what they want out there. It's just, that's like an interesting perspective.
It is, they get to control their own narrative and share what they want.
I always think about, remember when Bethany was like,
Perez Hilton outed her pregnancy?
“Do you remember that storyline on, I think,”
was like, after ever, or whatever the spin-off was? Sure. Maybe it was on house-wise, but she was like, Perez Hilton leaked, which I still think it was Bethany, but that's besides the point.
But it was like, one of those things where it's like, let's say for, it was for real and just got leaked. Like, that's so invasive. It's just a weird line that celebrity-brouble-lebrity and like, what you can say and what you can.
And I just feel like, at this point, it's like, do Muah is more wrong than they are right. Agreed. I'm just surprised to that there's not more like, lawsuits about this sort of thing,
but just because we can all say allegedly, that that gets us out of everything. Us, the general, us.
But also, I kind of love the gossip, you know?
(laughs) I knew, I knew this was fake, though. I knew, we set it on Friday. We knew, there was no way this was real, this was totally made up.
But if it comes from people magazine, it's real. No, I don't trust people anymore. It's TMZ for me. Really? If TMZ posts about it, that, well, for bravo stuff,
it's Queens of Bravo. I feel like we can't bravo just not post anything without like checking on the sources, but I feel like celebrity-wise if TMZ posts it, I'm more believing it.
People is a controlled narrative because it's like, it would be like, if something's gonna come out about me, I would go to people maybe.
“So I think that they're 90% I'll give you for people.”
I feel like they've got it right most of the time. Yeah, yeah, TMZ for me was when we found out about scandal. And I could just remember being like, when that hit TMZ, I was like,
what, that was a confirmation of, oh my God. And then when it said, and we're hearing its recal, it was like, (laughs) like, TMZ would not report nonsense in that regard.
You don't, you think Harvey is a credible guy? Oh, I think he has connections to everyone. They have bad police scanners. They have all of these connects all over that I think they pay for info.
I don't like that Harvey, but, oh, I'm not saying I like it. I'm just saying I think if it comes on TMZ, it, I usually believe it. That's very interesting.
Okay, yeah, I think 85. Okay, so 90 people 85 TMZ. Yeah. But what's, okay, tell me one TMZ thing that wasn't true.
I have to go look back. Okay, she will have to cite sources later.
Okay, Andy talked about it on his radio show yesterday
that Robert Jr.'s memorial or service was held over the weekend.
“And it was mentioned the Salt Lake City cast.”
They were all there. And then three other housewives, including Kyle Richards, Cynthia Bailey and Shree Whitfield. And I was surprised. I just didn't know that they had those connections.
I thought that's so kind that they were able to go and be there for Mary. I feel like anytime you're debating going to someone's funeral, go, it will make that family feel so special, feel loved, feel seen, like, so cute.
The Kyle's Cynthia and Shree Whit, and I heard that like production was there, so I'm curious what that will look like, but just like, prayers to Mary and Robert Sr., I wanted to mention something else
that he talked about on radio, Andy as well. Because you said this, and I'm a witch, I'm a witch. It sounds like last week they filmed The Watch What Happens Live for Southern Charms Finale with Chef Craig and Austin. And then after they all went to dinner,
and you predicted that, and John Mayer joined them. And John Mayer said that that was like the most chaotic energy he had ever been a part of, he didn't understand them. And then figure out their rhythms, like, but Craig says Southern Charms film like a movie.
And I'm like, he thinks he's in the notebook all the time, he lives in a different reality, and you know what, that must be nice for him. Craig really is on his own planet, in his own land, and it's called Soda Down South,
and people rally around him, it's sincerely insane. I am so happy about his downfall this season.
So, I am true colors always come through.
What do I say? You either die the hero or you live long enough to be the villain and Craig did it this season for you. He shirt it. I wanted to talk about two, is so just before we start recording this,
TMZ, a credible source talked about Jackson Britney, finally coming to a custody agreement. It's kind of a crazy agreement, read it. Okay, well, I don't have it in front of me, but let me pull it up really quick,
but the summary I saw is that whoever has custody of him, that's when they will pay for him, so nobody owes the other child support, and then when they do have the child, they're not allowed to consume alcohol.
That feels all very valid.
“I think it's kind of crazy, because first off,”
you know Jackson's only gonna have him
for a handful of days. So, who's paying for everything for crews, like school, all of that? That's gonna be all Brittany. And she can't have a glass of wine after
crews goes to bed or like, she feels unfair for her, but then it also makes me question, is it a bad drinking problem on her end? I think this is probably more in place because of Jackson, and she's the primary person taking care of him,
and she will do what she wants to do, but this needs to be put in place because of him. And I also feel like she films and has a lot of appearances and all that type of stuff,
so she probably has child care a good amount. Okay, so it said, neither party will be required to pay child support and are simply responsible for costs and expenses associated with crews when he's in their custody.
With that being said, looks like Brittany will be seeing her taught a bit more as Jackson's custody of him every other weekend and on Wednesday nights. Is the valley premiering on Wednesdays? I'm not sure.
Can you Google that while I read? No, I wonder because I'm in such an odd thing of Wednesday night. I wonder if that's helpful for her in promoting the season.
Okay, the pair agreed on joint legal custody and responsibility in making decisions for crews as health, education, and general welfare. Though Brittany will have the final say and help decisions if she and Jackson can't come to an agreement,
they really have thought everything through with crews having set a holiday schedule and even a timeline for when he's allowed to meet either parents, future significant other, a six month waiting period. Per the deal, they also both agreed not to be under
the influence of alcohol, marijuana, or any other form of illegal drug while the kid is in their custody. I think that's great. Yeah, and I think for Brittany too,
I was like, she's so done with this, it's like at this point, it's like, oh my God, I feel agreed is something. I'll take it.
“Yeah, I mean, I think she's so once Jackson is late,”
he is gonna get that on the Wednesday nights, which is the Valley Premier Wednesdays. Okay. And then the weekends and it sounds like it's like 85, 15. And I feel like she won.
I know, it's like you just,
I really do want the best for Brittany when it comes
to getting rid of Jackson.
And we're gonna get to see that. Okay, anything else?
“Should we take a break and come back with summer house?”
Let's come back with summer house. Okay, this episode is called The Jokes On You. I am so mad at Ben. That man clearly wants a man that you called it. I also feel like Ben is just listening to producers.
And I will tell you my points. One with the whole Carl Kyle investment thing. He was more than happy to bring that to the table to the group. I thought that was very strange.
And then when he went up to confront Bailey, which I can understand why you'd want to confront her this did happen twice, but he wasn't letting it go. So to me, he felt a little bit Iki and it feels like he could be controlled by production,
which I don't like. From his experience in the bachelor, where they said you're boring, you better turn it up. They might have said that something similar to him again. And so he's like, oh God, it's like that
and all over I'd better take it to attend. I also, his hair is wild. (laughs) Bailey calling it out. Did you hear her when she's like in his weird hair
that starts at his forehead and curls all crazy? It's like, okay, so she's noticed it. (laughs) It's, I can't unsee the Cory mouth, you think. As well as with Wes, I can't unsee Robin Williams.
It's so hard. I even sent you a photo and I said, why didn't Wes become so brunette?
His first season, he was so blonde and now he's so brunette.
West in the bed with Kyle was like Kyle is in the bed with Robin Williams. This is so insane to me. But we can start it. (laughs)
Yeah, he is gonna be Mrs. Downpire. He needs to put a pie on his face for the grandpa, the old person one. I'm pretty sure he dresses like Mrs. Downpire for it. Yeah, that is genius if he does that.
Okay, let's start at the top though, because Jesse and Sarah were still in the bed and it's very, very serious. There is no music, they're on the bed and it's just like I'm glad we're having this combo.
I could make so many jokes in this moment, but I won't. I really need them just to do weekend by weekend. I forget what we are talking about
by the end of the episode.
Like I have to remember at the end of this episode that Ben and Wes are talking about Sierra because we have to open with that next week. Like I need it to be full weekend. I forgot that we were talking Sierra and Jesse
that we're coming right back to that on the Friday night. It's like it's so confusing for me to remember and you know what? I know we've hated on this, but maybe we really do need to have
some of our house have to be continued. I know, because in this show we picked up right where we left off every time. This was a legit to be continued, because so is next week though.
Right, we left the bed and we're back in the bed.
“And I think Sierra led them off pretty easy to be honest.”
She was like, all right, you know, we're good now. I said what I wanted to say. We could still be friends. We could do side hugs the way
that Jesse went out of the room and back into tell West with like literally wanting to pull a blanket over his head. He's pulling his shirt. He's like, like, I didn't so much trouble. Like you could just feel it in his whole body
and West like what happened? What happened? Oh, did you just talk to her? Oh, tell me everything, 'cause he's like mother effort. I'm laughing because I'm thinking you don't just say
what to do is like go in the shower and just let the water just pour over him and cry for a minute. Also, West is so excited about this because he's like, oh, you got it, trouble. I knew Sierra would get you.
I knew he's loving this moment. He's like, he thought you had a chance with her, are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? You're a doork, come on.
I got her, not you! It's he's he's he's he's a lady. He's pumped.
“Yeah, like, and I think what hurts Jesse most about this”
is because Sierra could have reacted like one of two ways. If she was like really mad at him for treating her that way, like he could almost kind of write it off of like, wow, Sierra's crazy. And like, oh my God, she went up, like that's not even
what happened when you get disappointed. It works so much better to make the other person just really think about what they've done. And I think her just being like, I thought we were friends, like here we need to have self restraint
and now we have to have boundaries and him being like, I love you, I'm sorry. And I think for her too, as she was just like, I'm not letting this become something more than what it is. Like I'm in such a good place with every person in this house.
Jesse is my good friend.
I want to continue the friendship we had.
I don't care at this point of like, like at the end of it, she was more upset.
“I think about West not caring about this situation.”
Yeah, so then what Jesse was going to be because she could shut that down so fast with Jesse. I think she just was like, yeah, she did. She literally did and I feel like he's just more embarrassed. Yeah, so God, I guess I misread this situation.
I feel so dumb. Like it's more the embarrassment of like, I thought I had a shot with her and she was like, I'm so lootly not and West not saying anything about it is the worst part of the situation like you said.
But it's so good, it's so good. And I know this is crazy to say because I think everybody's going to like yell at me for this, but there's something about the way you've talked about how Jesse is just like such a dork
that him trying to be cool is a weirdly endearing to me.
Find it really hard for me to like, even though I know I just said that about Ben, I'm just mad at him for treating our girl Bailey that way. But like, I love the show so much. And I think this season, especially the cast is jealous so well,
that it's hard for me to like fully hate anybody on this cast or show such disdain for them because they all have likeable qualities. I have this like weird prediction and I could be totally off, but I am a witch.
“I think it's like four out of 10 times we're right.”
I'm not DMV, but I kind of think that Jesse might be on the chopping block for this show. I don't know. I could be home. I don't know.
You mentioned last week you thought Jesse and Bailey could be a good match. And there was a quick clip of them all walking out to the car and he had his arm around her. And I don't know if you caught it or not,
but I saw it and I was like, oh, that is a point for Mary, it could happen. Maybe, maybe. I don't want him to be on the chopping block. I feel like if Summerhouse is going the direction,
it's supposed to be going. We had to spin off with the OGs. He is now the OG of the new cast. And I think he has a purpose there. Amanda also said on that podcast she did
that they already kind of knew about the city before Summerhouse. So that was kind of interesting the timeline of it. Well, that's what we've been saying, right? They had to have known at that point because it's like, so it would be just so crazy like where is the show going?
And for all the faults that Kyle has, I bet you that is at the head of Lindsey and Kyle pushing for it. Yes, definitely this sounds like it was Lindsey's pitch her show, she's going to be the narrator and all of that. I think she's the centerpiece for sure.
But Lindsey also recognizes too. And I think a lot of them do too and why the show works. So well, it is an ensemble show.
“And I think she knows it's like Kyle, what is next for us?”
Like remember last season, it was a Danielle that was like, you can't do this forever or the season before, whatever it was. And it was like, okay, you're right. And Lindsey kept trying to figure out what's my next step? What's my next step?
Okay, let's make the OGs. I think her and Kyle are actually like, there are such good friends and butt heads so much because they're actually more like than they are different and that they're like, we know we need to be together in order to push this.
And if I'm not getting thrown on Rooney, which is like, okay, then I'm like, what's the next thing? Like let's go, come on, we could do this. Did you miss Lindsey this week? Did you miss Carl this week?
And where the hell is Dara? Okay, Dara to me feels very much like she was added to the cast after she and KJ got together. Exactly, she started dating him and they had to kind of include her more because he's taken her out every night, which I absolutely love.
He's like, I like her. Like, I want to go to the baseball game with her. I want to sleep at her house. I want to cook for her, Bailey creeping on them and realizing they posted an Instagram story standing in the same spot.
I freaking love her. She is one of us. We got to get her on. I'm obsessed with Bailey, like I love her so much. I don't like that the house treats her like the little sister.
I think KJ is such a good addition to the house. I think he and Dara cute. I love a guy that is like, hey, I'm into you. Like, they asked him like, you like slept with her and he's like, I'm not going to play the game.
Like you said, if I like you, I want to be with you. If I want to do an activity that's fun and I want to take you, I'm going to buy you a ticket. Like, I want to have fun. I want to enjoy myself.
I want to chit chat with you. I want, and I don't feel like it's love bombing. I don't, I don't either. He's just into her and that's great. But wait, come me back to the question. Yeah, did you miss Lindsay or Carl?
Did you notice?
I did notice because we can talk about the dinner in a second.
Obviously, I noticed that they're not there, but I think them casting so many people this season is such a plus because it's actually putting attention on them. Like, when she comes to the house and when Carl's in the mix, I love it.
When they're not there, the cast can get along without them.
And so I think there's a really good balance right now of these newbies and the OGs
switching time. What about you?
“I think Carl fits more into the summer house right now than Lindsay does.”
And I'm actually surprised how much she hasn't filmed. I kind of shocked by it to be honest. But it makes sense. You know, she has a baby. Like, I get it.
You can only go every other weekend. I totally get it. And she clocks in when she comes. Okay, she clocks in. She says, what storylines do we need to move along? Let me do that for you.
You're totally great. Okay, let's talk about, was this like a James Bond theme dinner? I felt like they were having Vesper Martinez. They were all dressed to the nines. I loved the butter yellow on Amanda.
She looked fantastic. I'm triggered by butter yellow. You know that.
I was thinking about that with the Dorit Nails, which you finally sent me a photo of in
Wow, I get it distracted. It's not the color butter yellow to be fair. It's just 12 episodes of butter yellow. I'm sure.
“Honestly, on a nail, butter yellow is not the right choice.”
Because I like we'll do my own nail. I have very much found how many colors look like you have chicken talons. Have you had anything like your fingers look like chicken talons? So like with like, no, I'm serious. And I know people are agreeing with me.
If you do, it depends on the shape of your nail too. Like if you do kind of like a stiletto nail or you do like around long, oval, the color is very important. Because if you do a color that's too nude and closer to your skin color,
it look like there are times where I'm like, I did a nail set
like a couple of weeks ago. And I was like, I have to take these off immediately. These are chicken talons. It's washing out. But so I love the butter yellow on Amanda.
I couldn't figure out the theme because James Bond is a great idea. But also they were having crayons on the paper. And they were all eating from like children's plates. Did you notice that? I did. I was like, why did they have like a plastic fork?
So so maybe it was because they were doing the stussy signs. And they had the coloring. So maybe it was childlike but dress up. I don't know what it was. But it brought me back to my days of working at the macaroni grill.
Okay, because when I worked at the macaroni grill, you had the butcher paper on the table and the table got three to four crans. But the real skill as a macaroni grill server was being able to casually write your name upside down and then something fun. Because you'd say, hi, guys, welcome, macaroni grill.
I'm your server. My name is Courtney and I would take two crans, two crans together. And upside down, I would write courties. And I would usually do like a balloon and orange or a blue and a red to really add a pizzazz to it and like maybe end it with like a little star.
So they're like, wow, my God, it's a fun trick I can do to me nicely please. Would you do it in cursive? Was it all caps? I could do cursive. Like I am talented in an upside down writing. I like that for you. It makes sense though the all caps for upside down writing. And then you'd sometimes you do a little squiggly underneath.
But that's then doing that. I was like, oh my God, I've had such a tough week. I would love a block of macaroni grill bread. How do you bend to a macaroni grill? So do you know what I'm talking about?
“We don't have chains. You need to go to like the East Bay, huh?”
Like you need to go out of San Francisco. If you like you need to go the suburbs. I'll look up where a macaroni grill is. I feel like it's a so-called thing. Is it Ramonos?
Macon is. Oh, absolutely is. You're right. It's not right. There is one. There is one an hour away in in the South Bay. And there's also another one in the East Bay. If you wouldn't Charlie our board, you can hit up Ramonos macaroni grill. How old were you? I was putting myself through cosmatology school.
Got it, got it. So what? 25-ish? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. Moving on. So we have this big moment at the dinner where Ben is asking about investors of South Bar. And, you know, Jesse's like, oh yeah, I invested. And I just felt like Ben really knew reality TV in this moment and he is doing the dirty work. And I also noticed when this conversation starts going, Amanda gets this smile smirk on her face because she knew this
was coming. And I think she was shocked that Kyle did not invest in any sort of way in South Bar. How does she not know? I think she knew he didn't. And she was pointed it out as well. Well, she even said, you didn't invest Kyle and I'm like, how come she gets out of it, though? Right. I wonder like how their finances are tied up together. But anyways, Kyle's like,
Well, you know, I was like, on the advisory board, I posted his crowd funding.
couldn't invest. This isn't personal. I'm on the hook for my own company. I just put up $500,000
to not lay off people. You know, he's really defending himself. And Jesse is pretty awkward about it.
“He's like, well, yeah, you know, Carl's like a pretty sensitive guy. I think it would be a nice”
sentiment to give a little. It's like, Carl's had this conversation with multiple people on the cast, so they knew it was going to become a plot point. Like, Jesse already knows from Carl that Kyle didn't invest in it. And then I started thinking I was like, you know, at the end of the day, like Kyle invested in Carl when Carl didn't invest in Carl. He gave him a job at lover boy. I'm going to defend Kyle in this instance. Like, I was trying to be kind of like, well, I was trying
to figure out if it was like, he just was like, I don't believe in this product or at the time
literally couldn't. And I'm like, okay, he's sitting on the board of soft bar. He saw my advisory board. He's doing that for free. Carl's not going to pay him for that. So he's giving him that. He did just put 500,000 into his business. He said, I literally couldn't pay my employees unless I invested my own money. He's like, I'm not in the spot. So it's like, I also feel at this point is he might not be investing today, but he might down the road. He like, physically cannot give the money to day,
but I will say, having this conversation and then him bringing out a Cartier bag. It was such a bad look that watches over five grand. To me, all he should have done is say, hey, I really can't make a huge investment. I know you gave me 15,000 in 2019. I will give you five. That's all I can do right now. And I want to support you and your business and your venture,
“even if you don't believe in it. I think the real problem is Kyle doesn't believe in the product”
of software. And he didn't want to make the investment. That's it. Because I mean, he's doing DJ gigs. He makes appearances. He makes a lot of money. I know he is floating his own business, but to do 5k, just to show support would have meant a lot. Yeah, I mean, okay, I don't know. I just feel like a Kyle's end is almost like, hey, I'm happy to be on the board. And that's where I can bring expertise of owning a business.
And I'd love to invest my time now as opposed to money. Kyle has put it in a hard spot there. Now, as I mentioned though, bringing the Cartier bag out so that he could then show off to everybody in front of like the group to Amanda was bad timing. It did not look good, even though
“feel free to invest in your wife. I get that. But after having this conversation and then being like,”
here's a four figure watch. You know, just, you know, maybe it was a separate thing. I love that she called her mom right after and was like, he got me the watch. It was such a piece offering though. He's like, God, we've had a horrible summer. I'm a horrible gift giver. I really got a show up for this. And he did. And you know what? Sometimes money can buy you time. Well, I mean, but later in the
episode, she does say, I got the watch. I could leave him now. She just finally got the strength
to do it. And on that podcast as well, they had asked you what she did at sooner and she was like, no, not at all. It was at the right time we did it. And yeah, there's still really good friends. Well, it's like, okay. So then they're like, okay, everybody, let's go around the table and say, one nice thing about Amanda. And I'm like, you know, I don't think the show shows off how much of a personality Amanda has based on the things that people are saying about her. I mean, Jesse thinks
she's one of the funniest girls he knows. I mean, it could be one of the five points of the star. West is like, you've accomplished so many big things. You've come out of your shell. It's so fun to watch your transition and do shit. Mia is like, you're so comfortable being yourself. And you don't fit into a mold. And then then he's like, well, I'm an I'm an eyes and a smile guy and Bailey's just like, oh, Ben, what's the sleep with you? I knew he was going to go there.
But knew it. And everyone's like making it really awkward. And I'm like, this is crazy. The reaction from everybody as if this hasn't been a running joke since the season started for all of us, since episode one, the joke has been Ben and Amanda around the house. And granted, Bailey said it twice now. And like, why they are choosing her to be the scapegoat for this, because Ben does want to sleep with Amanda? No, but can you imagine sitting at a dinner with your
Husband?
And then this girl shines in and is like, because he wants to sleep with you, I mean, I would be Jesse Solomon covering myself, cringey. Like, what the hellie? What the hellie? West is like, mouth on the floor. He's like, I cannot believe she just said this out loud in front of Kyle. This is nuts. Kyle's like drinking his martini. And is like, well, this is a tough group trying to
“make it like not a big deal. But I think he has drunk at this point. So it kind of didn't really”
completely register for him. They were always did at this point because West couldn't tie the
bow tie earlier because he got too drunk. But then Ben's like, well, what I was trying to say is, I like how you can brighten a room with your smile. That's where I was going. I was like, maybe you could have said that then. Maybe you could have said that instead of trying to like tell us how attractive she is because you do come on. Ben, like, the reason everybody says it is because there's an ounce of truth. How are you getting so upset about it? If there's nothing, Jesse even says
at one point, like, why is this bothering you? And he's like, well, they're saying I want to hook up with my mates misses. Fuck my mates misses. That's the wrong. The boys are cackling though. They think it's absolutely hilarious. I mean, when West repeats the line to Kyle and then cackling
even more was so good. It's just so funny. And I'm just like, they're all like, what the hell was
“that? Oh my god, that was just like so crazy on her birthday in front of her husband. What the fuck?”
And I'm like, you guys are overreacting on this to me. It is a funny joke. You guys all get to say it, like, you guys are literally talking about skinny dipping. And Jesse says, you go up to see a man does boobs and you're saying that stuff. You're talking about Amanda in front of her husband. Obviously, like Bailey is insecure in this group and trying to fit in with everybody. And like said a joke that everybody has been saying. I think Ben was way off base with this whole
common. I thought it was very strange. I think he does try to flirt with Amanda. I think he does have a little crush on her. And I kind of love that Bailey brought this to the light. And I felt bad for her in this instance. I think she shouldn't have said what she said. But Ben kind of dragging her. And then the poor girl, she's like, I don't want to go out. Now she's to stay in. She can't even sleep. She has anxiety. I just felt like I've been this girl
where I've said something that I shouldn't have said out loud. And then you so regret it. And you also have like no bad intentions behind it. Like you were just being silly. You just you spoke too fast. 100%. And not only that, it's on camera. And now. So like that adds another layer of anxiety. And also Ben basically tells us like, I do treat Amanda differently. But it's like because she's married. So you can push things because you're not going to cross the line
because she's married. I also love Bailey's point. I mean, Ben's bringing her coffee in the morning. He's getting her coffee. His relationship with her is quite strange. I would say from what we
seen on camera. But maybe he is thinking, oh, this is harmless because she is married. I would never
fuck my mates misses. But I don't know. I just felt like he was like, this is my reality moment. I'm going to get Bailey. I don't know. I can't do this accents. I'm doing this mean angry voice.
“I don't know why. Oh, no. I think for me, I was like their relationship when it comes to the”
house, Ben is closest to Kyle and Amanda. I think he does lean into the Amanda relationship because he's not going to cross the lines. So he can flirt with her. He can be silly with her whatever. Like, I don't think that there's anything inappropriate going on there. Like, I don't think you'd ever try anything. But I think very much is like, it does seem maybe weird to the other people because they also don't know him like Kyle and Amanda know him. And he's just like
leaning into like, if you're trying to find comfort in this group as you get to know everybody, that's where I would go to totally. Let's take one more break and come back with the rest. It was really funny like Mia hearing the conversation and like running down and telling Sarah and KJ, she's like, he did not think that comment. I was funny. He stormed off. He has some anger issues and serious like, hmm, I could be into that. The three of them, I love their relationship.
KJ was on Gibson's podcast and he was just talking about how they're like his big sisters and they all clicked right away. And he's just been such a great addition and Mia too. They were like cracking up though because they like feel bad, but they're also like, well, I'm not getting myself involved. Like, I want as we want, we want the gossip, but we don't want to be involved in it at all. Totally. And then the girls, like, I thought it was really sweet for Amanda to go check
on Bailey and Bailey apologizes to her and then Jesse creeping in on the girls. He cannot help themselves. He wants to be one of the girls. And then it was very sweet for Levi to stay home with Bailey.
I need Levi to go out though.
Bailey. I'm like, it was very nice, but go, Levi, go out. And you know what, for everything that happened with the fight of Ben and Bailey, I thought Bailey handled herself very well. I thought when she was like, look, okay, sorry, it wasn't my joke to jump in on, you know? And I shouldn't have said it. Like,
“I thought she held her own very much where I actually think it made him look bad. I think with”
those two is like, I just felt bad for Bailey. She's crying in the bathroom. Levi stays home with them. And I know Bailey was bummed because this was such the night to go out. Like, they were all having the best time, Kyle's DJing. Like you said, Jesse comes in like, I guess not everybody's
going to be going out. And they're like, no, we are. And here's what makes me laugh about them going out.
When they come home, and I'm skipping ahead, but we'll go back because I'd want to make an Amanda and Kyle call that. And Kyle and Amanda are like kind of cuddling on a chair in their room. And he says, this was just like the best night. And I thought, oh my god, because Amanda went out. He like can't even recognize the reason they're getting along so well on her birthday is because she's done everything, like going out, everything that he wants to do. Did you realize that or recognize
that? And maybe it kind of made me sad because also she's going out so much right now in real time, like enjoying herself. Don't you see her going out a lot? And like these things that I feel like Kyle wanted her to do with him, but she was just so done because he couldn't balance it.
Yeah, sad. It breaks my little heart. I know. I know. Okay, but let's go back to talking
about this night out because I mean, I think that they all had a freaking blast, like Sierra and West. I'm iffy on this. Okay, when Sierra's like, I know the West is back into me because he sat on top of me. That is move. I'm like, this is those strange moves. No, West coded. Put your weight on me. It's like, is that a Carl move? Did you see that? It's so silly. And he's totally wanting to do something with her. His feelings have ignited and the West and
Kyle in the bed. Like, Kyle's like, I saw that. And that was awesome. And West is just like, "I don't know what to do, man." Like, this is so confusing for me. My heart's telling me something. And then, like, West and Sierra go to the kitchen because, you know, everyone's trying to have a little late night snack that fourth meal. What time is it by the way? They stopped putting time stamps on this night. It's a gotta be four because they got home at 301. But I'm like, they were partying
for a while when they got home at three because Kyle was still DJing again. Then we have them in Kyle's room. Then we've got a buffalo chicken dip, conversation. Like, every one of this night, it's going late for it. It's for am. West is like, "So, Sierra, are you having fun?" She's like, like, tonight, as a whole. I'm like, "I don't know. Are you just having fun?" To be honest, like, "I don't know how to talk to you." And she's like, "Well, I designed that perfectly.
Didn't die." And he's like, "That's on purpose that you don't know how to talk to me West." Okay? Well, I would like to talk to you. I really would. She's like, "Well, I don't trust you. Your intentions or your interactions. So, I have my guard up." And literally, Brett Ben, like, runs away.
He comes in for the dip, and then it's like, "Never mind." Can you say that was a likeable moment from him?
Yeah, I believe the room. That was an exit situation in West. It's just like, "I'm so sorry. It's on my phone. I don't know what's the correct thing to do." But he's just dying because he's like, "I want to make out with you." But I can't because you want a boyfriend. And I don't want to be a
“boyfriend. If you want to like Sierra, then you have to date her. And guess what? You should be so lucky”
to date Sierra. She is a catch. She is a nurse. She has a great head on her shoulders. I mean, obviously, body adi adi adi. She's fun. Like, she has it all in the fact that you are giving that up is literally insane. So don't try to kiss her. I'm done with this. I like them flirting at whatever Sierra is comfortable with. Like, they vibe so well. When West was talking to the producer about the crush, she was like, "Well, I wouldn't say this is a crush. Like, we're not friends
during the day." Like, and after I was just like, "Yeah, you want to drunk in situationship West." That's what you had the situation ship before. You know? He's like, "What's not a breakfast a sunset crash? Like, not a breakfast or a lunch crash?" She's like, "But actually, really, what does Sierra think?" I feel like he's literally asking the producer, "What does she think that she meant?" You're totally right. What did she say about me? Has she talked about me? Did she
mention me? Like, what's happening in those interviews? Yeah. But it's also like, you can't have
“your cake and eat it to West. And you know what? You've already made your decision. That's what”
it's like kind of infuriating because I'm like, "You already let her down." And you keep on wanting
To be single.
suss that after Jesse expressed interest wrongly? But that all said now, it's like, hold on,
“I want to turn it up to 10 now here because I don't like that somebody else wants to be with her,”
even though she doesn't want that. Like, I'm now having, like, buyers remorse in a way. And so the timing on it. But you also have to recognize, too. Like, this conversation in the kitchen is happening with the live feed cameras. But there's not a camera crew happening because he mentions to something like, I don't know how to talk to you before filming after filming. Like, he mentions that in this kitchen conversation I laugh because I'm like, they kind of forget that these cameras are
there when they're chatting about these things, which makes it so good for us, absolutely. And then Sierra telling Amanda over string cheese the next morning, then splitting a string cheese. It's like, girls, it's 60 calories. You can have your own. Like, this cheese is so good. Oh my god, enjoy the entire cheese. But they are giggling about it as a as Sierra's like recounting the conversation. And here's a problem. I have again, and I said this before, there are too many
people rotating through that bed. Sierra is under the covers. Ben is going in there when it's Kyle, so they can go and work out. Everyone's like, like, sitting on my god, I could not have my room be the main room. I freak out. I'm not even a germofo. It's too many people on or in the bed. I, it was a lot of people in the situation. It was, I'll give you that. I'll give you that. That's some chairs. Right. Okay, let's go over to the vineyard vineyard. Yeah. Well,
“so I think it's funny that they're going to the vineyard. Everybody's getting dressed. I'm like,”
what time is it now, too? Because they needed to sleep a while. West kissing Jesse to wake him up. Like, see, this is why I love their bromance together. I think it's very cute. But they're getting in the cars and, and Sierra opens the front like the passenger seat and like West is in there. He's like, I'm standing up for myself and like their little flirtation and then Kyle being like, "Do you guys in the other car be on? Do you want to see the photo proof from the club last night?"
When you look, I got photo proof of the club last night. It was pretty, it was pretty funny. I did feel like the vineyard was a little forced. Like, the Kyle taking Sierra pictures and then like Sierra and Ben playing bags. I didn't. I was like, no, no, no, no, no, no, we don't need that too. We don't need these. We don't. We don't need organic. I need to be more in the bed, I guess. Or pull time. I don't know. Kyle mentioning Ansel Adams and Sierra being like, "Who?"
And it just made me think, I don't know why everything goes to food with me, but let me live. When I was younger and we would go to like the local McDonald's, they'd have like an Ansel Adams print on the wall. Like a framed, but like it was a print.
And obviously not an original, like the McDonald's. And I always thought, "Huh, that's interesting.
I don't know why that sits in my mind. And I just was like, "Huh, what? Who's Ansel Adams?" Like, I just remember staring at that. They had this beautiful piece when she would eat inside.
“At eight years old, enjoying those chicken nuggies, a little ride. Did you get the orange soda?”
What'd you get? I would make a suicide. No. No. What's a suicide? What do you mix all the flavors? Ew! You've never had that. It'd be like orange. Not all the flavors. Like orange. The Coke, the Sprite. You've never had that? No, but I wouldn't. Never. I could see orange and Sprite together, but not add Coke. That's just a doctor. Pepper perhaps. Like it was called a suicide.
Never heard of it. What? No. My crazy. Like, in this instance, obviously yes, in general.
But like, really? No. We have to ask Ansel. He probably had a couple up that McDonald's. Okay, move it forward. Not a photo of Ansel Adams, by the way. A photo Ansel Adams. No, I told. I understand. Like a landscape photo. Okay, so Ben like Ben tells Sierra about this relationship, which makes me feel like is this girl going to come on? So he's currently with. Oh, so basically they moved really fast. She said I love you and he's like, oh, actually I'm going to be on
summer house and I'm going to be able to pull a lot of girls this summer. So I don't want to be committed to you. It's the same theme with these fucking men. It's like, stop. I can't stand it. It's just like they want to see how many people they can hook up with. I'm so over it. Getting a relationship, being a doll. Sorry. I'm going on summer house so I could try to fuck my mate. This is. It's just too much. I agree. It's like it's so annoying. But I
did like what Sierra was like. Sierra just has such a way of talking to the boys that makes me really good when she was like, you're not like totally stupid. He's like, wait. So she's like, no,
You're still stupid.
trying to like connect in a way where she was like, I can understand what it's like when people just say
“your heart and like I can see how uncomfortable because that's what she goes through on this show too.”
Like this is why she does her stupid silly costumes for every party where she doesn't highlight how hot she is. She does a funny costume because she's so much more than just her look. Yes, yes. And so I felt like they were like connecting over that. And I thought that was good. They're
setting something up that basically like he's going to reconnect with this this woman. Then we go
back to the house and West is bombed and he is talking to Ben and he is on the chase lounge and he is just like, oh I'm just having such an internal battle. I love her so much as a friend. But like
“when we're together it was so dreamy. Might as she know. Might as she know that didn't. And then”
he's just like do you have any regrets? Of course I do. Do you miss her? Yeah. Does she know that? She knows and I don't know what else to do. I'm like I can't feel bad for you
last. I can't. Oh and also this is after being at the vineyard and you guys probably
hair the dog did when you got to that vineyard so everybody's been drinking again. And it's like yes you can't have your cake and eat it too sorry. That's not how it works. In the beginning of the season I was like I'm one of those toxic people. I want them back together and now I'm like I don't. No. Want them back together. I want them. I like them having this flirtatious relationship similar to what she has with Jesse except for the fact that they've obviously dated. But like
“I think it's fun when they can be fun and flirty and friendly. They keep whatever you know hookup”
stating outside of each other and like have a good time together because if he's not going to
commit at any point which it very much seems like that's the case is don't put yourself in that situation because it's only going to end in heartbreak again for her. No I think he's putting her actually in a very strange situation because he's already decided he doesn't want to date. He doesn't want to be in a relationship and he's kind of fusing being flirty with being in like isn't and it's like no Sierra's just in a position now where she doesn't feel as hurt by you
and so she can like give back the energy you're giving and now you're mistaking that for something more right now and just don't do that because at the end of the day you guys are better off his friends like the flirting is fun and it is silly and like leave it at that and obviously we know too it's like from the preview from next week is like what we saw on the trailer when he was like touching her and it's clear to me how drunk he is in that moment now that we flash back to
the trailer that like oh this is very alcohol-induced. Wouldn't it be literally crazy if they were actually together in real time? I mean they did go to the Super Bowl together they were together this past weekend. I don't think they are but it would be wild. What I want those for Sierra to date an athlete and it's an athlete that the West idolizes. Okay that is brilliant. I love that. Okay any final thoughts on summer house? Another enjoyable episode I still find how much I like
everybody on this cast. I do hope everyone on the cast makes March manness. I'm pretty hopeful. They can all make it. No they're 100% making it. It's all good. Okay well I will see you tomorrow all right until then. Bye. Come looking point here. You are too far away from the blue blue stone here on the screen.
