[music playing] Hi, guys. Welcome to another episode of Two T's in a pod with myself, Teddy Melanchaz, and-- Tamara Judge, good morning, Teddy.

Good morning. How are you? I'm good. How are you? I'm good.

Big week this week. I know. Going to the I-Heart Musical Awards. Are we going to see your dad there? Yes.

Okay. Are you going to go to the pre-party? I--yes, I think so. Okay, good. Awesome.

Awesome. Yeah, so I'm going to do the best that I can. That's going to be fun, so-- Yeah. I'll be there.

Emily's there with her podcast. Heather's there, too. I mean, there's going to be a ton of people there, but it's going to be fun. It's going to be fun.

We're going to do all the things. I'm bringing Sophia and Nico. You are? Uh-huh. I bring Marcella.

Oh, nice. Love her. Yeah. And then I--so if he has, like, I ordered her dress and all this stuff,

and she's like, all excited. And I go, "What's Nico?" Where, and she goes, "Oh, he's going full any crawbits." Oh, really? Let her pants.

Yeah. And I go, "Oh, can't wait to see that." Yeah, good. I still have no idea what I'm wearing. I forget, like, is it dressy?

Is it like anything you want it to be?

I think it's anything you want it to be.

Okay. Like, and you're going on stage because you're doing something with your dad, right? Yeah, he's getting the icon award. Oh, wow.

Yeah. It's a big night. I know. So it's a big night. Um, so yeah, I'm going on stage.

So I'm going to probably wear a dress. I got three different ones hemed, and then we'll see which one works out the best today. Are they long dresses? Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah, I think I'm going to wear-- I don't know. I just don't know. Maybe I'll wear that dress.

I wore two. When we were on stage together. Oh, yeah. A black lace one. That one's so pretty.

It's cute. I mean, I wore it one other time. Oh, well. And I'm at the point. I rest to me.

I know. What are you going to do? What are you going to do? I just can only think about with filming going on. I can only think about today.

That's it. The morning of-- I literally wake up at five in the morning. I'm like, oh, okay. What do I have to do today?

Did you see the March videos?

Yeah.

Yes. Yes. A few thoughts about that.

First of course, I love March.

And she's going to be greatly missed on the show. Um, I'm sure she-- I haven't talked to her. I'm going to call her today. But I haven't-- I don't know what she's doing next.

But I've seen some rumbly in on social media that she's getting involved in something new. Um, and also I do believe, like, this means that if she got that information, and has been talking to the network, that means they're close to, uh, filming, and I would imagine. Yeah.

They must be starting. And so that means-- I don't know. It's just hard for me when I see those videos, and you know it's like-- Well, don't you think she was-- she seems sad.

Yeah, she seemed really sad. Yeah. She seems sad, and she seemed down, and she almost seemed a little bit like shocked. Yeah. Yeah.

I mean, she's been on for a long time. I think she did a great job. I don't know what she has coming next, but she is a boss babe,

and she's always busy, and she's always doing great things in life.

I have a hard time keeping up with her on social media. She's traveling all over the world. Um, she's got a good life. Yeah. So she's going to be just fine.

And it's never forever, Marge. You just never know. You never come back to bravo, right? Yeah.

But then I wonder, like, who are they bringing on to Jersey?

I mean, from what we've seen Melissa, Teresa and Dolores. Yeah. Are you sick of your social media feed being only, Marvin Wives?

It's so beyond. Since this all was, and I'm going to tell you, we're going to talk about it when we recap, Marvin Wives this week, but it's so confusing. Why a video from 2023 was put out there

when they were talking about a domestic violence situation that happened recently. Because maybe there was no video of the reason one, and Dakota really wanted to stick it to her. Okay. So conspiracy theories are just, I don't know,

not even if it's just thoughts. Do you think they could decoded did something really bad recently? And he put this video out there to make her look so bad because this video is destroying her life. Yeah.

Brandeals are pulling out. Her kids are going to be able to see that. What she did was well, 100% wrong. I'm not behind it now. Do not support it in any way. She went to jail.

She was going to therapy. I worry about her mental health at this point. When your whole world is crashing down and you're having your children remove from you. Yeah.

But she still went during TikToks and stuff. Yes. Yes. Take it all back. I know, just like be quiet for a second.

I think somebody should take her phone away then and just say,

you know what, just stay off social media. It was like when I was in the hospital and I was having brain surgery and I still thought I could like podcast and talk on the phone. I mean, I was great. That was really great when you got your phone.

And the doctor was there and you somehow, I don't even remember this. He's telling you what's going on in your filming. You're filming. Not him, but just the room.

And then you posted on your story. I know. Then they had to go in and delete it. Do you know how frantic we all were? Oh my god.

Dolly that. We're caught. I mean, every one of your friends is like, some's wrong. Yeah.

I mean, just a disaster. But so is this. So is this. And she missed every day at something new. I watched five and six.

I believe last night and Eddie was watching.

He's never seen it before.

He's like, oh, is that the girl that they got arrested?

And I'm like, yeah. Everyone knows her now. Well, she doesn't do herself any favors in these next two episodes. We're going to recap. Okay, I was saying something to watch them today.

Oh, no. She's so mean to her mom. It's not even funny. Oh, no. It's like, oh, it's bad.

But every day. And then haven't we seen like two of them or filing for divorce? Yeah. Jessie and

Mackayla. Mackayla. Mackayla, I didn't really see that coming. Is he still having the sex talks? Yeah.

Yeah. But I'm like, my God. Like, what a great time to announce it. When everything's on Taylor. Yeah.

Well, that's kind of scary. It is. It's not saying. Like, what a great time. Yeah.

They're like, hold on. Shit is hitting the fan for someone else. Let's all release that we're getting divorced. And I hate to say I was right, but I was right. There is a spin-off show happening in Orange County

with Mormon Wives. And Jennifer is going to be on it. Yes. And Jennifer, like, has been posting pictures from the beach. And I keep zooming in and going, that's Orange County.

I'm surprised they're going to have Jennifer on after did you see what Zack p...

Like, pretty much that everything was made up. What? Yes. Zack does a weight of win over the network. Yeah.

It doesn't Instagram, and he's like, yeah, you know, that day that they said that we moved in with the youth hall. We really just, that was all for show. We just pulled our stuff out and then we put it back in. And then, um, oh, cool. I did a day that I was asked to fill in to go make the apologies.

Um, on behalf of Jen, they, Jen didn't ask me to do that the network did. I'm sure he got a smack in the hand for sure. Yeah. Like, come on, dude.

If we were to do that, first of all, we never get asked to do things like that on housewives.

But if we did, and we said that, oh, my God. Yeah. I know. It's my gosh. So then also I was watching Carlos King, and he had Amanda on and Amanda said that she's no divergent.

But divergent? No divergent. She's a neuroversion. Wait, I don't even know what that means. No divergent describes people whose brain functions learn and process information differently from what

it is considered typical neurotypical encompassing conditions like autism, ADHD dyslexia and Tourette. Um, so, but she's saying she knows that she has this and she doesn't care that she's in social settings and she's getting it wrong.

I think that there's going to be a change.

I think everybody's going to start loving Amanda. I do too. And you know what? Guys instead of making fun of people when they come out with things like this because you don't know what they're going through and you don't know what they deal with on

a daily. You don't know how they process things and they're brain. Yeah. Yeah. Do you want to make fun of them?

Do you want to make fun of them? I don't think Amanda's a horrible person at all. She's not a mean person. It just seems like she has no idea what she's doing on the show. No.

And you know what? A lot of first season girls do not know what they're doing. Yeah. Don't you agree with that? I mean a lot of my girls come in.

They feel out of place. They feel overwhelmed. They feel like they're, you know, especially if they're on a show, like Beverly Hills, but there's a lot of OGs on that show or, you know, long timers and they don't know how to act. Well, I'm just surprised that after all of this time with everything she does research

on and all the things that she's done that she didn't watch one episode. I don't know. I can't speak for that.

There's a lot of people that come on and go, "I've never watched."

And you think, "Well, shit. If I'm getting cast for her show, first thing I'm going to do is do my homework." Yeah. I do a little bit of homework.

I'm guessing you have to be a super fan.

Yeah. Yeah. I mean, she bought Kyle's house. Come on. Now, I think Amanda, she's got a big following on social media before she was ever on housewives.

So I think she came into the show. She's treating the show like she does her people on social media and how she trains them and the things that she does and how she speaks on social media is exactly how she speaks on this show. Yeah, there's no difference. Yeah.

But yeah, I feel like there's going to be some of that. And then we've also got coming up supposedly the biggest fight bigger than Amsterdam. Bigger than Amsterdam fights coming up. That's what Andy said. Well, I missed the last couple episodes because I was filming.

So Delores filled in right. I had a little bit of a follow-mo. I know how you feel now. And I watched one episode and it was good. It's good.

It's good. It's good. Really juicy. Yeah. And I do like about Beverly Hills is like some people are saying, like, oh, it's sleepy.

It's this.

It's that I always watch Beverly Hills as a lifestyle show.

I want to see the houses. I want to see the cars. I want to see the vacation. I want to see the clothes. I want to see the Maddie baby.

I don't want to necessarily see people in Beverly Hills fighting. Like they do in Potomac or, you know, we're a Salt Lake city. I want to see like a lifestyle show. So stop saying it's not doing well this season because I love it the way it is. Yeah.

I mean, I think it's going to only get better.

And I think things are going to get go more and more south for to read and her relationships. Yeah. And he's one thing I did see about to read on social media was she was on watch happens live. Did she not say earlier in the season that P.K. no longer paid the house payment. And then it was up to her to pay the house payment.

Yes. She did. Okay, went back on that. Then she went on watch her happens live and had a totally different story. Well, that's straight.

Yeah, well, she, she did say that they're going to sell the house.

I think if that's a good idea.

It's probably a good idea for her to move on.

The divorce is started, right? They were involved. Yeah, I mean, one would think. I thought she did. I wasn't sure.

But you would think she would know the financials by now.

If she, they've been a part for what two years. It's not like they just split. And she said that she was making the house payment and she was doing this and doing that. And she had the kids most of the time. And she really made it sound like she was doing it all.

Yeah. But then when a payment's not made or a credit card declines. It's P.K. It's P.K. It's P.K.

It's P.K. Oh, my God. A silver 40 caliber handgun was recovered at the scene. From eye-hard podcasts and best case studios. This is Worshack, Murder at City Hall.

Could this have happened in City Hall? Somebody tell me that. July 2003. Councilman James E. Davis arrives at New York City Hall with a guest. Both men are carrying concealed weapons.

And in less than 30 minutes, both defend. Both defend. We'll be dead. And everybody in the chambers of dogs. A shocking public murder.

A scream. Get down. Get down. Those are shots. Those are shots.

A charismatic politician. You know, he just bent the rules all the time. I still have a weapon. And I could shoot you. And an outsider with a secret.

He alleged he was effective flat down. That may have been not a bit political. That may have been about six. Listen to Worshack. Murder at City Hall.

On the eye-hard radio app. Apple podcasts. Or wherever you could get your podcasts. I'm Bailey Taylor. And this is Icarol.

You may know me from my Icarol series. I've done on the streets of New York over the years. Well, I've got good news. I am bringing those interviews and many more to this podcast. Yes, we will talk about the style and the success.

But we are also talking about the pressure. The expectations and the real work with the women shaping culture right now.

As a woman in the industry, you're always undestimated.

So you have to work extra hard.

And you have to push the narrative in a way that doesn't compromise who you are in your integrity.

You know, I like to say I was kind of like a silent ninja. Each week, I have unfiltered conversations with female founders, creatives, and leaders to talk about ambition, visibility, and what it really takes to build something meaningful in the public eye. Because being an Icarol isn't about the spotlight. It's about owning it.

I think the negatives need to be discussed and they need to be told to people who maybe don't do this every day. Just so they know what's really going on. I feel like pulling the curtain back is important. Listen to Icarol with Bailey Taylor on the I-Heart Radio app. Apple podcasts.

Or wherever you get your podcasts. Why hasn't a woman formally participated in a Formula One race weekend in over a decade? Think about how many skills they have to develop at such a young age? What can we learn from all of the new F1 romance novels suddenly popping up every year? He's still smelled of podium champagne and expensive friction.

And how did a 2023 event called Waga Geton change the paddock forever? That day is just seared into my memory. I'm a culture writer and F1 expert Lily Herman. And these are just a few of the questions I'm tackling on no grip. A Formula One culture podcast that dives into the under explored pockets of the sport.

In each episode a different guest tonight will go deeper into the wacky misshaps, scandals, and sagas both on the track and far away from it. That have made F1 a delightful, decadent dumpster fire for more than 75 years. Listen to no grip on the I-Heart Radio app, Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. You know Roll Doll, the writer who thought I'd Willy Wonka, Matilda, and the BFG. But did you know he was also a spy?

Was this before he wrote his stories? I must have been. Our new podcast series, The Secret World of Roll Doll, is a wild journey through the hidden chapters of his extraordinary controversial life.

His job was literally to seduce the wives of powerful Americans, and he was really good at it.

You probably won't believe it either. Okay, I don't think that's true. I'm telling you, because that was a spy. Did you know Doll got cozy with the Roosevelt? Play poker with Harry Truman, and had a long affair with a congresswoman.

And then he took his talents to Hollywood, where he worked alongside Walt Disney, an Alfred Hitchcock, before writing a hit James Bond film.

How did this secret agent wind up as the most successful children's author ever?

And what darkness from his covert past, seeped into the stories we read as kids? The true story is stranger than anything he ever wrote.

Listen to the secret world of Roll Doll on the I Heart Rate Ewap, Apple Podca...

Another thing I learned on the Carlos King podcast with Amanda was she had no idea that Rachel's though had anything negative to say about her.

Because Rachel's always so nice to her to her face.

What exactly do Rachel say that was so bad? I guess just on the confessional, she's just kind of shades her the whole time. Oh, she's a confessional bandit. We have, yes, yes, that that is always shocking when you are close with somebody on the show. And you don't seem to have a problem, and then they get in their confessionals, and they just are a repio part. Yeah.

I think I'm going to try it this year. I just can't. Less fighting in person. Yeah, not the reunion. More fighting.

Which way? That's perfect. Yeah, so now we've got to recap somewhere else, which Andy also gave us a big bold quote about which was this is going, this was the worst. Kyle has ever behaved.

Yeah, he says the worst episode in 10 seasons of Kyle.

I think some of it must have been cut out because I don't feel like, I mean, it was bad, but I feel like he's been worse.

That's, I was like, go back to the beach scene. Remember when they were on the beach, and he was like, you're lazy and you're this and you're back. Yeah, I mean, I think there's been a lot of episodes where Kyle has not been great. This entire season, Kyle has not been great. Did you appreciate how editors went back and tried to help Kyle out by showing like the three times Amanda has been positive? Yes, and it was like nothing, no big deal, anything, anybody.

It's nothing I wouldn't say about Eddie. You're getting on my last nerves. I say that daily. You're getting on my last nerve. Oh, DJ.

Oh, my gosh. So after the night out, everybody's back at the house and sloshed after a quick DJ at Kyle sash. The group heads outside leaving Kyle the dance alone. I love Kyle's commitment to DJing in that tiny room like it's Coachella. Oh, my God, he gets there and he's like, with this crown, he has a crown on and he's like,

a crown on and then something around doesn't act. And I'm like, what are you doing, dude? And then I know it's birthday. And everybody's like, peace out. We're going outside.

But I have a question. The music that we're hearing is that actually his DJ music or is that like, No, they can't play that. That's what I'm saying. You know, that's the proper porn music.

Right. Well, it's a one step up now. Now, we got a little bit of electronic in there. But back in the day when we had to have music as we can't have music for licensing reasons, they would play this stock porn music.

They were so wasted. It was hysterical when they came into the house. They're falling. Everybody's, everybody, even the girls, like everybody is wasted.

And I couldn't even tell if they had changed or that's what they wore out.

I mean, they literally opened the door in the fall in the entry. Okay, Jay was like rolling around on the ground. Rolling. I love him. Okay.

So then Kyle starts talking to himself about how Amanda doesn't want to hang out with him. And then finally going outside to join everybody and saying, fuck you to Amanda. Oh, my God. How exhausting is it to be married to someone who needs constant attention, like a toddler. Honestly.

Like, I don't know. I mean, do you think he's really insecure? I think that he's going through a really hard time in his life. He has put a lot into his business.

He took out a $4 million loan, which is not uncommon when you have a big business.

And he's worried at this point with only six months in reserve that he can lose his business. Potentially lose his wife. Like, he's really at the bottom. He's drinking way too much.

I mean, I don't think it's like always going through him in life.

Crisis or this. This guy's got a lot of stress on him. And he's also handling very well. I was a little bit confused when when Kyle and Amanda were kind of fighting in the bathroom. When I first, she just kind of takes it.

And she's not going to, you know, and then he says something. And then she feels the need to kind of go back. But he's talking about how you don't even hang out with me when we're out. I didn't realize that he meant that night. Like, when they're out out of a club together and he's not DJing.

He hangs out with randoms. And she hangs out in the room. That's insecurity where he wants attention from fans is probably what that is. And she's like, no, I'm fine. I need to be hanging out with random people.

I'd rather hang out with our group.

He, he needs help.

He needs help really bad.

I mean, in the fact that he can wake up in DJ. I mean, the fact that he can wake up and work out all the time is, I know. I mean, I don't want to judge him because he is going through a lot in everybody. Like Amanda with her neuro, neuro divergent issues. Like everybody handles and processes.

Bad things, good things differently.

And I think his go to is to drink and to shit on Amanda.

Well, I think that all lies on the fact that they haven't had a good relationship for the years. Yeah. And I mean, obvious. West goes up to check on Amanda in the bathroom after she breaks down. He tells Kyle to go and apologize to her.

To me, like West shows the most emotional maturity in every situation that doesn't involve Sierra. I think West has great advice for other people. Yeah. And I think when it comes to relationships, like, you know, he wants to support his friend. But when it comes to him, no.

Yeah. He can't take his own advice. He can't.

And then Kyle, who should probably just go to bed,

continues to talk about how Amanda doesn't want to hang out with him. I mean, then Kyle making the worst, making it worse by calling Amanda a fucking dumb ass. Bitch. Those right there, if I, I probably would have fucking attacked him. I mean, so I would not walk away.

So far that night, he said, you're the most the least supportive wife ever. Yeah. Fuck you. Go fuck yourself. What's the one you just said?

Fucking dumb ass bitch. Fucking dumb ass bitch. Oh, I beg on. I beg on.

I would be calling my attorney at that moment.

And she just, and she's like, there's no point, even fight that she knows this. She's got, she's, she's, she's just getting the balls to leave. But she's done. He is so checked out, like, even like, was that last week's episode,

where he's like, I'm going to take a shower with you.

She's like, no. No. Yeah. I want to see your winger. Let's see.

Get out of here. Like, even in bed. No. Get away. Hold onto the end of the mattress for dear life.

Well, then it's like he gets in bed with her and like wants it all to be okay. It's weird. Like the next morning after, you know, Kyle feels like, yeah. I shouldn't have said fuck you to my wife. But really, yeah, you shouldn't have.

But he also feels like she's constantly picking on him. So what does he do? He puts the blame on her. He met, he was wrong. Then immediately explains why it's her fault.

Yeah, he's like, Craig from southern Toronto. Yeah. Oh, my God. They should date. They should date.

Or whoever they date next is going to really be in for it.

But you know what I love the most about this whole scene right here?

As you see them fighting and all this. And you seem in the bedroom waking up. And then they flash over to Jesse and West and they're waking up. And West is like, I love you. And Jesse's like, I love you too.

And then you, they flash over to Amanda and Kyle fighting. Wow. I mean, it's just that was great editing. Good job. Also the fact that they were all involved in this fight.

No matter how drunk they were and how they were laying on the floor. They were in the jacuzzi. They were listening to the DJ when he. I mean, I was so embarrassed when he brought the little DJ thing outside. When they were all just talking to end the night.

And he's just dancing. But that's a turkey friend that nobody wants to hang out with. At this point. It was just a bed. Just good.

What a bed for Kyle. We love you, Kyle. We're ready before you. Oh, yeah, right. The editor's flashback of annoyed wife.

Why don't we have more flashbacks of cut? Like if you're going to do flashbacks of one person. Why not do flashbacks of the other? Why didn't you have any flashbacks? Well, let me give you a little reality TV 101.

Let me just tell you how it works here. So if somebody really wants to put the fucking screws to you, they can say something. And then you get all these flashbacks that don't look good for you. No matter if you were in the right, you are now convinced.

You are in the wrong. Yeah. And I feel like they tried to do that by showing the flashbacks. And it didn't work. It didn't work because it's like our memory is better.

Yeah. Well, they weren't that strong of flashbacks. I think that's what they were doing. Yeah. Here she is. Is it really that bad? Yeah. Is it really that bad?

But then other convos are on the houses. Mia tells Sierra that she is proud of her for bringing up the conversation at dinner. About her experience as a black woman. And then after that, Lindsay accidentally tells KJ that, Dara went into Benzroom for an hour.

Yeah.

It was a good conversation.

It's a conversation that I think that really needs to be had on reality TV. I think it educates people. It helps people out. It helps people understand sometimes. You don't understand things unless you're in that position or you are that person. So I was I was happy that they had that conversation as proud of her.

But yeah, Lindsay accidentally telling KJ. Bull shit. There was no accident. The only accident Lindsay had was getting engaged to Carl. Yeah. No. She's she's like Steve Merkel.

Like, oh, no, did I do that? Did I do that? I know. She knows exactly what she's doing. And let me just tell you, I'm not mad about it at all. She is such a pro. She has a pro.

She just kind of, oh, you didn't know. I know even when she's even when she's talking to Amanda. And she's acting like she had no idea about the fight and her eyebrows even go up. She gets that boat talks work. That boat talk wore off just in time. Right.

It's a big reaction.

Like, and then also the little dig that she gave to Carl.

When she said, yeah, I think you should date him just.

You're not going to fuck him. You ain't going to fuck him. That, yeah, I mean, it's funny as it is. Like, it was kind of shitty with Carl. Yeah.

I mean, because it doesn't even want to do you don't mean you don't want to do somebody else. The thing about Carl is like, I don't know why he used to drive me crazy. But now he doesn't. I just even with his green crocs. Like, I'm a green crox and the white sweater vest.

The white sweater vest and the crox I can do without. Yeah, I can do without those. But it's just, I kind of. And a little waxing can help too. Oh, no, a lot of waxing.

Just a little. I mean, just, yeah, a lot. I try to be nice. But he, so while setting up for the old people party,

Sarah arrives, but before this, you see KJ kind of upset.

And he's talking to Kyle and Carl about. Yeah. He doesn't fully give them information. But at this point, you see like, what a good guy Carl is.

Because he's trying to, without breaking the fourth wall,

explain to KJ. This is what happens. Yeah. Like when you're the only person dating the whole house is going to talk about it. Yeah.

And it's going to give you things to worry about. Even though you should, you're fine. Yeah. And then they tell him he should probably just not say anything. And he's like, nope, can't do that.

No, that ain't happening. Can I go back a little bit? One thing that I have noticed on the show. The amount of lover boy that they drink, consume, display, instead of sell,

might be the reason that they're, it's a bad business decision. They should be selling cases of it. Instead of drinking cases of it. I feel like all we see them doing when they're not fighting. Our drink is folding up boxes of empty lover boys.

It's crazy. And I mean, I, Bravo, has a piece of this. There's no doubt. Because the amount of times that they show it,

even if they played games was to spend the bodily,

still had them lined up. Unlike God. That is just insanity. Yeah. Oh, you know what also that I noticed?

Amanda did at one point admit that Kyle is depressed. She said even when I was depressed. Right. He said she said that he was depressed. And then she's like, but there's no reason to treat me like that.

Yeah. Yeah, there's not. And also another thing that bugs me. Sorry, a lot of things bug me. If they're going to use the guys,

no shirt on and the necklace mics, can you make them different? Yeah. They're all the same. They look like they have friendship neck necklaces on.

I know. They want to be a shark tooth. Like the one chef gives out to all the girls. Yes. Let's get creative with these necklaces that you're hiding the mic behind.

Because we know what's happening. Yes. We're onto you. Now all of you know, too. And I love how badly they want to be without their shirts all of the time.

Yes. Especially Ben. Yeah, especially Ben. Yeah, especially Ben. I feel like West goes without a shirt quite often.

They all do. Yeah. All the hair is in everything. [laughs] [music playing]

[music playing] [music playing] [music playing] [music playing] A silver 40 caliber handgun was recovered at the scene.

From eyehard podcasts and best case studios. This is Worshack, Murder at City Hall. How could this have happened in City Hall? Somebody tell me that! [music playing]

July 2003. Councilman James E. Davis arrives at New York City Hall with a guest. Both men, her carrying, concealed weapons. And in less than 30 minutes, both of them will be dead.

[music playing]

[music playing]

And have everybody in the chambers of dogs.

A shocking public murder. A scream, get down, get down. Those are shots. Those are shots. Get down. A charismatic politician. You know, he just bent the rules all the time.

I still have a weapon. And I could shoot you. [music playing] And an outsider with a secret. He alleged he was a victim of flat-down.

That may have not been political. That may have been about six. Listen to Worshack, Murder at City Hall, on the Eyehard Radio App, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

[music playing] You know Real Dal. The writer who thought I'd Willy Wonka, Matilda, and the BFJ. But did you know he was also a spy?

Was this before he wrote his stories?

I musta been.

Our new podcast series, The Secret World of Roll Dal,

is a wild journey through the hidden chapters of his extraordinary controversial life. His job was literally to seduce the wives of powerful Americans. What?

And he was really good at it. You probably won't believe it either. Okay, I don't think that's true. I'm telling you. Okay, that was a spy.

Did you know Dal got cozy with the Roosevelt? Played poker with Harry Truman, and had a long affair with a congresswoman. And then he took his talents to Hollywood, where he worked alongside Walt Disney,

and offered hitchcock before writing a hit James Bond film. How did this secret agent wind up as the most successful children's author ever? And what darkness from his covert past

seeped into the stories we read as kids? The true story is stranger than anything he ever wrote. Listen to the secret world of Roll Dal on the Eyehard Radio App, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

Why hasn't a woman formally participated

in a Formula One race weekend in over a decade? Think about how many skills they have to develop at such a young age? What can we learn from all of the new F1 romance novels suddenly popping up every year?

He's still smelled of podium champagne and expensive friction. And how did a 2023 event called Waga Getting change the paddock forever? That day is just seared into my memory.

I'm a culture writer and F1 expert Lily Herman, and these are just a few of the questions I'm tackling on no grip. A Formula One culture podcast that dives into the underexplored pockets of the sport. In each episode, a different guest tonight

will go deeper into the wacky miss-hap scandals and sagas, both on the track and far away from it, that have made F1 a delightful, decadent dumpster fire for more than 75 years. Listen to no grip on the Eyehard Radio App, Apple Podcasts,

or wherever you get your podcasts. [music playing] I'm Bailey Taylor, and this is Itkroll. You may know me from my Itkroll series I've done on the streets of New York over the years.

Well, I've got good news. I am bringing those interviews and many more to this podcast. Yes, we will talk about the style and the success, but we are also talking about the pressure, the expectations, and the real work

with the women shaping culture right now. As a woman in the industry,

you're always underestimated.

So you have to work extra hard and you have to push the narrative

in a way that doesn't compromise who you are in your integrity. You know, I like to say I was kind of like a silent ninja. Each week, I have unfiltered conversations with female founders, creatives, and leaders to talk about ambition, visibility, and what it really takes to build something meaningful in the public eye.

Because being an Itkroll isn't about the spotlight, it's about owning it. I think the negatives need to be discussed, and they need to be told to people who maybe don't do this every day, just so they know what's really going on.

I feel like pulling the curtain back is important. Listen to Itkroll with Bailey Taylor on the iHeart Radio App, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcasts. They're setting up for the old people party. The fact that Kyle's getting glam, and none of the girls are,

perfectly suits it. Yeah, and his costume wasn't even the best. Well, I know who's the worst, and that was Jesse's. He didn't even do anything. Yeah, Jesse, come on.

Whose boy had on, and then like, put a few lines or something on his face. That was it. Yeah, I didn't. I need more commitment. Yeah.

And then, um, Darah arrives. And she's very awkward to me. You think so? Yeah. Like a way, like just the way she talks or moves or she uncomfortable.

Well, like, when she was saying hi to the guys, to West, she's like, hey, killer. And then to Ben, she's like, what's up, strange. Strange. Oh, yeah.

Um, yeah. Maybe she's a little socially awkward, but I feel like she seems pretty sweet. And, you know, when she walked in, it showed what a gentleman KJ is. Even though he's fighting with a refrigerator. He's like, where your bags, let me get them and put them away for you.

When he was fighting with a refrigerator, he's like, how can I get your bags?

And he's upset with her because she, he thinks she's spent an hour in Ben's room and

changed her clothes.

I mean, I would have probably been a dick and been like, should I put your suit case

and Ben's room or mine? Right. Well, that's because we're assholes. We definitely would have said that. Get your own fucking bag and put it upstairs.

And then she's going to-- Oh, put it in Ben's room. Oh, do it now. Just go. Because you've already slept with West.

So we're running out of people in this side. Yeah. And now maybe Ben. Yeah. But then Sierra and Mia comfort KJ.

She explains the dare of situation which during what she managed to say, like, 14 times it. Like, like, like, like-- I know somebody like that. Like, like, every other word is like,

and you want to throw up on something. Is it me? No, it's not you. Oh, it's not you, like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like like

- I always say, in my ripe old age,

but it's better to love and lose someone than never love it all. (laughing) - I'm like, yeah, that's like, but she doesn't understand where his anxiety is coming from, considering he is dating,

and originally while being on TV. - And I do love that Sierra tries to calm KJ down with some relaxing breathing moments. Let the wind run through your do-rug, in the past, in the grass bite you.

- In the humidity. He's like, it's not a do-rug? - I would say Sierra really stepped up as number one woman in the house. We're not seeing Sierra talk that much to a man to though.

I think as a man, just worried if she talks to her

too much, she'll get too emotional. And we hear what Sierra has to say about Kyle and a little bit. - Yeah, I mean, I love Sierra. I think she's beautiful, I think she's smart.

I think she's all the things. - She really is just a solid person. - Yeah, I love her. - Yeah. - KJ then tells Sarah what Lindsay told him

about Ben's room while literally saying, literally, literally, 25 times, she denies it, obviously. - Literally. - That's why I need a flashback. - Like literally, literally, like literally, like literally,

like literally, literally, like, oh my god. Bailey has some explaining to do. She's a little shit store. - She's taking a page out of Lindsay's book. - Do you think it could be a little jealousy

or didn't she Bailey have a little thing for KJ? - Of the beginning? - Not KJ, she have a little thing for Ben. - Oh Ben, that's right, that's right. I was thinking it was KJ.

So why she's trying to get involved? - Yeah. Because she wants to, because she wants to stick it to Ben. But I'm like Ben's already confronted you once and he's not gonna be afraid to do it again.

- No, could you imagine if we took a shot to every time KJ said literally or like, we would be slurring our words worse than Kyle. - We would be slurring. - We wouldn't even be able to sit up straight.

- No, we would be on the ground. Like I said, then when they came back from the. - Yeah, and then kind of the biggest moment of the show other than when Kyle feels the need to tell his wife to fuck off and all the things

and fuck you and all the things is, this is what we're just, see, I just don't understand him. He's like, I don't understand how Amanda is pretending that nothing is wrong. I know a lot of couples that fight more than them.

(laughs) - Well, they shouldn't be together. Well, then you know a lot of dysfunctional couples. - I, yeah, exactly. I do not disagree with Sierra's comment

that they should separate. I mean, things are literally so bad that he is calling her horrible names like, that's not good, just, I agree. Separate doesn't mean it has to be forever.

Try to figure things out because you guys are, it's gonna get bad, it's gonna get worse. - Do you think it's gonna get hurt? - Do you think it's interesting, though, that she said it to the guys not to Amanda?

- I wish she would have said it.

I maybe she will, but I think she should have said it

to Amanda. I mean, could you imagine how bad he is in real life if he's like this on camera? - Oh, my God, I can't even imagine.

- Because you always, I mean,

most husbands will hold back and not say things, you know. And yeah, I've had experience with this, not with this husband, but what we're, what we said on camera was bad,

What we said off camera was worse.

- Didn't we have him on the pod and he won us over? Why are we such suckers? Who? Kyle?

Yeah, I don't think Kyle's a horrible guy, Teddy. I think that he is rock bottom. He's losing or he feels in his mind. He's losing everything. And it's really hard to judge somebody that is just...

- Hasn't he been like this for 10 years? - I don't know. - I don't know if it's a horrible person. - I don't know if it's a horrible person.

- Yeah, I think he's just horrible period right now.

I don't know, has he always been horrible?

Have they always been like this? Amanda said earlier in the episode that she's been dealing with this for 10 years. - Yeah, she's like it's been 10 years of this. - She's just so defeated.

- Yeah, well Sierra stands by what she said. She says everybody thinks it, but nobody wants to say it out loud. The best part of this episode with Sierra walking backwards down the stairs with a walker and being down to her knees.

And this girl understands the assignments. - And then she's like, I mean, who doesn't like tips? - I mean, okay, straight, they, they, them there. They, everybody loves a good motorboat. - Yeah, she, everybody does.

- She, it, it was a good episode. - Yeah, but did you see how I felt like Ben wanted to come for Amanda more, but he, he couldn't? - I, I want to know more about these two. And who are the two randoms that just come into the party

and open the door and get a title name plate at the bottom of the TV screen? And it's Katie and somebody else, Matt, maybe, I don't know. And then we don't know who they are. We don't know who they are, and then also where we're Bailey and Levi.

- And right, oh, good question. And why weren't they dressed up? Why did they have the guest?

Or should I say the extras, you know, the actors that come in?

Why weren't they dressed up like old people? Why didn't they have costumes on? - I don't know, because when you find it weird that if you show up and it's a costume party and you had no idea, weird, weird.

Very weird.

But isn't that always what happened?

- Every party they have a theme and stuff. - That extras that come in. - And you know that they're the extras 'cause they have regular clothes on. - They have like a bulletin board at like City Hall

that says, hey, summer houses have an party this weekend. Who wants to go? - I know, to dare and Katie have old outfits on. I mean, I know, Dara had on her Abercrombie shirt that I had in 1999, but.

- I think so. Like some of them just did so good. I mean, no, who else I love so much? - Yeah. - Mia. She had a great costume on, too, right?

Didn't she have on that house coat and the big grie and all that stuff? - And they're both sex off to the side and Amanda had like, hit it over. - Yep, yep.

Now at the very end of the episode 'cause this is to be continued, right? So we haven't even seen the party go down, but there's a little moment where they run the credits and Wes says, when a husband or a person buys a nice gift,

it's because they did something shitty. And then of course, they flashbacked a Kyle given Amanda a Cartier watch. - And it's the first time he's given something nice to her. - While he's broke.

- He's like, when you get into the stock market and you're fucking hookers, he's like, that's when you get nuts.

I'm like, he's like, haven't you seen Wolf of Wall Street?

- I'm like, way to be observant. Last, way to go, buddy. - I love Wes. He's like MVP. - I do too, I do too.

So have we died down with the West and Sierra or the Jesse, and-- - No, I think there are still, I think that's going to still be on. - And have they shot their reunion yet?

- I haven't seen the reunion lately. - They're only like eight, you know, they have. And they're only like eight episodes in so far. - Yeah. - What do they normally have?

- The rest of the brothers shows, it's so weird. Some brothers shows have 10 episodes, some have 17, 16, 17. Okay, we got a ways to go then. All right, well, I thought it was a good episode

and I know that Southern charm is one of your favorites. - I know, and I don't need it to lower the curve. - I know, I know, what were your thoughts on Southern charm this season? - Okay, the fact that Craig can still charm you

after being such an asshole and frightening. - Getting cuter as he gets older. - So handsome at the reunion.

I've never thought he was like, cute.

He's one of those guys, the older he gets, the better looking he gets. - And he's like, you know what? I will even apologize to you. I'm sorry, you know, he's doing all

that he's on his apology tour. We know good and well that those three guys hang out all the time. - Yeah, but I really like where he's talking to and when they're not filmed.

- And he's like, I don't really, well, this season. And everybody on the couch is like, what the fuck?

It's kind of like me at the reunion when I'm telling you,

I thought I was gonna have a great season.

- And I told you, no, you did! You thought that was gonna be great. You thought you was gonna be a favorite? - I watched. - What?

Are you delusional? But also, I think the fact that Craig doesn't watch things back, that can be a problem. Like if you're blacking out and doing these things and you really don't know how bad.

I feel like I would hate to watch myself being blacked out as well 'cause I hate when people even talk to me about after like, and I, like, that when they were talking to me. - When we did this? - Yes, yes, we've done that.

We've done that. - Remember, our night at the MTV Music Awards, where were we at? - Yeah. - And to be something awards afterwards,

walking the street to the LA. - Could be random. - You know, ride for Rando? Thought it was a Ferrari, I don't know. - We thought it was an Uber, but then we realized

we were in a Ferrari, in the best part is I go and I spend the night at your house, and I have such anxiety the next morning, I just get up and lay off, I can't even face you. And you're like, come to my room, I'm awake,

and I'm like, I'm home. (laughing) - I can't look at your face anymore. I can't, I can't, I can't be a part of this. - I can't be.

- I can't condone what we did last night. If I look at you and laying in bed, that would be not good for my mental health right now.

But I think that's kind of how Craig is.

That's why he doesn't watch. Now Craig, so you thought it was a good season? I thought it was a good season altogether. I would honestly be so embarrassed if I was Sally. Sally makes great TV though.

I mean, I love Sally's beautiful, but Sally is one of those that like, we, I saw her multiple times at BravoCon, and I got to say Craig, and Austin, and Shab, and all the other, and Rod Rigo,

and everybody, I love her. - I love her. - When above and beyond, to say hi to us, and being super nice, but you know what Sally was doing the whole time?

- What? - She was with her looming light taking selfies. - Oh, really? - Yes. - Oh, well, sometimes the girl just needs a good selfie.

Teddy, I mean, I know you love her, 'cause you're so pretty and so you're pretty. - Well, we had her on the pod. You weren't on that day. And, you know, when you talk to somebody

and you interview them, you see like a totally different side to them, you know. The one I will have to say, or which I love everybody on the cast, Vanita. I know.

- Was a little off this season. In a good way, because she makes good TV for me. - If winner and Vanita end up poking up, I won't, I have no words. - Do you think that's a possibility?

- I mean, they said that they had a crush on each other. I mean, she said she had a crush on her. - I'm all for it. I think Whittner's a solid guy.

I think he's, you know, even though he writes

it's tricycle to work, whatever he was writing. I think that one day. I, he's an attorney, he comes from a great family.

It's parent's her amazing.

He obviously has some money. And I feel like he's just solid and I feel like Vanita, Vanita is too. - Yeah. - She really is.

- I think she saw it. - I think she's shocked. I think Charlie who's gone. - Yeah, Charlie is sweet. She is stunning.

I just don't think reality TV is for her. - I think she's beautiful. I think she had so many opportunities to speak up. She did that face and still look pretty. - Do you think she knows she does that face?

There's memes everywhere about it. - Well, she does now. - Yeah, she does. - She absolutely does now. - But Molly barely said two words.

- I love Molly though. - But I love her. I just think she needs to get in the mix. We need to get her somebody that she's super comfortable with. - She's got a 56 year old a 57 year old boyfriend

as she got Instagram with us.

So I want to know what kind of musician this is important for me.

Like does she play the cello? Or is she like, I feel like he plays the flu. - She's really into that. Like she's in, like a, what are those called? Like a big band.

- She's in a band. - Yeah. - She's in a orchestra. - She's in a orchestra. I mean, it's a little bit different than playing

at the Roxy. - Yeah. - I mean, she's probably no John Melanchamp. - I mean, who could be? - Right.

- I mean, I've heard his daughter is amazing.

- I think she's so hot. By the way, I'm dying just as so cute. I'm dying at the fact that your dad is running to this beautiful mountain foresty road and he's smoking a cigarette.

- Pushing the thing. I mean, he got one. - Oh, that's right. He was pushing the, what are those things called? We used to have him at the gym.

- He's like trying to get all in shape, but he just can't quit with the sigs and then that's what he did. - Well, I will. - Say, the cigarette was not lit,

He was just doing it to get a laugh.

- Oh, my goodness.

- I see where you get it from.

- Yeah. - You know, we lost out like on his property? - Yeah, that's out our house. - That's so beautiful. - Yeah.
