for more, knowing something is missing. Then this podcast is for you, so here's your host, Joe Middigan. Hello, and welcome to We. My name is Joe Middigan, and I'm the host of the We podcast. For so long, we've believed that healing is about fixing ourselves. Fixing our anxiety, fixing our pain, fixing our relationships, fixing the parts of us that feel broken, that feel

lost, that feel disconnected, are truly feel scared. But what if the deepest truth is, we

were never meant to become someone else? We were truly just meant to remember who we actually

are. Because beneath the fear, beneath the loneliness, beneath the emotional exhaustion, beneath the mass, the identities, the survival patterns, there's something that still lives within you that

has never been broken. The truth called We is the realization that separation is an illusion,

that the love you search for, the peace you search for, the belonging you search for was never outside of you. Personal growth, emotional healing, spiritual awakening are not separate paths. They're all guiding us back to the same truth, and that truth is that we're more connected than we were ever taught. We are more loved than we truly realize, and we are far more powerful than we actually know. And maybe, just maybe, the reason so many people right now feel empty

is because their soul was never meant to live disconnected from itself, from others are from your

creator. Today's conversation is going to go into a deeper understanding of how to become more

worthy and how to truly remember who you actually are. I wrote that intro a while ago, and you know,

it's interesting, as you get to know me, if you've listened to any of my podcasts, I basically, I go by notes, I walk and I just open my heart and want to share with the world, but sometimes I write an introduction, and that was an introduction that I wrote a little while ago, because this topic is so important to me. You know, we live in a world that is waking up. We are waking up to something grander, and it's a real-life thing, whether you understand it or not,

different topic, whether you truly believe it or not, different topic, whether you can feel it, or sense it, or hear it, or emot it, those are all different topics, the truth, the real truth is, humanity is waking up. And I can give you some examples of how it's this isn't new. It's not like

consciousness is all of a sudden waking up in a way that it's never woken up in the past,

that's simply not a true statement. Now it's just waking up in a grander, faster, quicker way. And I always give the examples of 200 years ago here in the States, owning a human was a perfectly normal, natural thing, think about how disgusting that concept is. But 200 years ago was relatively normal. Well, over the two centuries consciousness has shifted, we've awakened, things are different, everybody's waking up. 2000 years, a thousand years ago, what they used

to do to human beings in the name of God, the church is the governments, the persecution of people and the controlling of humans based on fear was massive. Well, now we don't live in a perfect world,

but it's a heck of a lot better than it was a thousand years ago. And that's what we're here to

talk about. What's happening now is humanity is waking up more and more and more, faster and faster and faster to a feminine side of self. It is literally happening. It's statistics out there that talk about people when they're pulled. People that will actually answer a poll and they say that 67% of society considers themselves more spiritual than religious. And what does that mean?

I want everybody to know right from the beginning.

Nothing is right or wrong. Whatever's working for you, please continue to do. But my comments

and my commentary is more about me sharing me, my experience. Now, the great news is as the

we podcast continues to expand and unfold. I'm adding an entire group of influence into my life and they're going to be having conversations with me. I call it the voices of we. And I've got

some really powerful spiritual beings that I'm going to be having conversations with about

love and relationships, for example. Having a relationship in the modern era of open-hearted conscious communication. That's a very different thing than what it used to be 20, 30 years ago. I've got a woman that she has this new website, which I can't say names yet. I want to so badly right now. But I have to talk to her first and get her permission. But she's got a new website that's going to help people through one of the most traumatic experiences of an adult's life. And that's

divorce. And then even more challenging the reinvention of yourself afterwards. Why is it so powerful?

Because divorce is happening more now than ever before. Why? Because we don't love each other? No. No. Not true. It's because spiritually we're outgrowing each other. Is that a bad thing? No. Does it hurt like heck? S. Yes. My past wife and Elizabeth and I. We separated paths almost 10 years ago. Do I love her any less? No. Love her the same. But does that mean our paths are supposed to be together? No. It means there's a God and it's not Joe. And I had to go through

all the emotional shifts and the emotional challenges. Well, I've got a woman that has so much wisdom on this topic that she's going to be interjecting into this program. And in the beginning, basically, the voices of we, I'm going to have conversations with these people. I'm asking them for nothing. I'm not financially connected to them in any way. And I need everybody to hear me. I am not doing the weed podcast for money. Not. If you knew anything about me, I've got a hugely

successful business that we're literally getting ready to sell for 10 figures. I do not need the money folks. But people say, well, then Joe, why are you doing it? You want to know the honest to God's

truth? I'm doing it so I can sleep at night. That's it. That's why I'm doing it. I have these

inspirations that come through me all the time. And I have these big voices that come through me all the time. And this voice, this God presence in Joe keeps saying, "Get in front of that mic and talk." Now, I've had that presence in me since 1994, February the 20th of 1994. And for all the new people, I'm going to share my story. But why am I doing it? The true why is because humanity's waking up. And together, we're making a difference. We are. The weed podcast, as we're speaking,

now is in 14 different countries. And I wish I could name them all, but it would take too long. But I want to welcome people from India. I want to welcome people from the United Kingdom, from Jamaica, from Germany, from Australia, from France. I could go on and on. And I apologize if I didn't mention your name. But thank you for being here. You are the spiritual leaders of your country. I'm in Atlanta, Georgia. And with a click of a button, this message goes out around the

globe. My goal of having a hundred million downloads a month is a real-life thing. And how am I going

to do it? Because Joe's so special? No. I'm telling you, if you knew me, you would know I'm not special. Now, am I really practiced that listening? Yes. Am I really practiced that being guided and sharing from a higher truth? Yes, I am. I've been doing it since I'm 26 years old. This almost been 40 years. I'm in my early 60s now. So am I practiced? Yes, special? No. Unique? No. Everything in me is in you. How do I know? Because you're here. You're here right now. You're listening to my voice

right now. The divinity in me is speaking to the divinity in you. Right now. Are you wanting to be on the way podcast? Why? Because if you're not a spiritual warrior, you won't make it through 10 minutes of my podcast. You just won't. Why? Because I'm sharing concepts that are beyond the social norm. I'm sharing concepts that are beyond society's regular. Why? Because society's

waking up and there's a whole world of people out there just like me. And I always want to

Caveat.

powerful, how to in emotional podcasts and goal setting. They're beautiful. They're wonderful.

Keep listening. They have tremendous wisdom and the we podcast is different. I'm a how to

guy. That's why we're ranked number one and how to charts. Because I'm a how to. How do you

commune with God? How do you heal yourself? All my podcasts. That's what it is. And I've got, you know, this is my 30th podcast. So listen to some of my old podcast. One of my favorites is your mind can't heal your heart. The whole positive affirmation concept. If positive affirmations are working great. But if they were working, you're probably wouldn't be here. Why? Because the whole concept says, I can change in my mind. And my heart feels better. That's a load. You can change

your mind. But the very next day, your mind goes back to mirror the pain in your heart. How do you fix it? Listen to that episode. I go through an entire dialogue there. And because I talk differently and I talk more in the how too. And I bring people more from a place of the feminine side of self. Does it mean I'm making anybody else wrong? No, not at all. It's working. Keep doing it. Some of the closest people in my world. I have a cousin. Can I grow up like brothers? Literally

like brothers. He's about 40 days older than me. And he has been able to his entire life. Be spiritually fed at the exact church that the hair on the back of my neck would raise. Does that make him right in me wrong? No, it used to feel that way. But it doesn't. It just means he's on a different path. A wonderful path. This is a fabulous man, hugely successful, wonderful in this community. My priest saved my life that I believe anything he was saying

from the stage. No, but did he live the ultimate truth? Father came. Did he live the ultimate truth?

Yes, what is that? One God and love. One God and love. And that's why when I talk about

spirituality versus religion, I'm not making either one better or worse. I'm simply identifying the differences. And why is that important? Because 67% of society considers themselves more spiritual

than religious. And I'm going to talk about the differences there. I always want to start because

we have so many new people coming on. I'll tell in my story just briefly. And I always want to kind of caveat is that I'm not a doctor. I'm not a researcher. I'm none of those things. Literally, I've never read the Bible. I've never read the Quran. I've read one book my entire life conversations with God by Neil Diamond Walsh 30 years ago. And I say that because I'm not booked learned at anything. Literally nothing. Anything I share here on the We Podcasts is

stuff that I've remembered by doing my inner work. And if you want to hear my entire story,

my real story, one of the titles it's back in January, Wayne Dyer is in the title. Listen to that episode. It tells my entire story. And it shares deeply how I'm guided by a power greater than myself. Literally, because in that episode, I'm being asked by my divinity to share with the world the day after my dad died. Now listen to it. I mean, I grieve 98% of the time through that podcast. And why do I say that? Because if you're new here, I want to know I will be as open and as honest

and as intimate as I possibly can. And sometimes that means grief. And if you can't listen to it, turn it off for a while. I get it. Hearing a grown man cry, it's not easy. It's not easy for me. Well, it's okay, but just make sure you keep coming back. And I want to encourage people to listen to the We Podcast episodes over and over. And why do I say that? Because the We Podcast isn't a one and done type of conversation. I'm not about controversy. I'm not about opinion.

I'm never going to tell you what to do. I'm going to share what I did. And it's kind of timeless

because your experience today, where your consciousness is today, you're going to gain in gather certain types of information that you're going to say, oh my God, I've never heard it that

Way or oh my gosh, I hear him or I've never seen it that way or the awareness...

time. That's the awakening that's happening. That's the spiritual awakening that's happening. And it's happening in people all over the world. So I suggest that when you visit the We Podcast you understand and if there's some show that's really triggering you and pushing your buttons, click off for a while and then go back and listen because know that anything you're feeling because you're listening to my voice, that feelings in you. And there's a whole world of people

out there to help you through the depths of your feelings. There are. Truly are. And you know, it's one of those things to where keep coming back and keep listening, listening to episodes

over and over is really a powerful thing and it's kind of timeless. My story is I think is always

kind of relevant because I want everybody to know, I am no different than anybody else here. I'm just a guy. I'm a single dad, I'm a business owner. I've got 32 years to sobriety

and meaning I haven't drank or drugged in 32 years. And basically, back in April of 1994,

February of 1994, a friend of mine came in and he's screaming and hollering. And you know, doing all sorts of crazy stuff, cousin. And I'm like Lincoln, what the heck is wrong with you? He says, Joe, you're never going to believe what these SOBs want me to do. Now, little bit of caveat. I'm in my early 30s. I'm 220 pounds. I drank every day. I smoke marijuana every day. We were chasing girls every day. We work seven days a week and I worked out

every day. Literally. So that was where I lived. And the concept called God, I had a relationship.

It was zero. Now, was I agnostic? No. I always knew there was a God. But I basically the only

exposure I had to God was in a building that I didn't believe in anything they were saying,

quite honestly. I don't believe in the concept of hell. I just don't. And I've said this on numerous

podcasts. Why don't I believe it? Because the whole concept of an entire religion is based on one man. And they say, if you don't do it his way, you're burning in hell. Well, folks, that particular man when he was nailed to a board naked with spikes in his head, you all know the story. And he wasn't dying fast enough as they they start cutting his intestines. They're cutting in his abdomen. And you know what he screams? Dear father, please forgive them for they know not what they do.

Father, please forgive them for they know not what they do. Now, you would certainly think if hell was a real thing, the men and women and the people that are pelting and cutting this man in half, they would be burning there now. Well, he says forgive them. And then after he's dead, a whole religion comes up and says do it his way? Are you going to hell? No way. That's not what the man ever said. How do I know? Look it up. And that's the kind of phrasing. Do you have to

agree with me? No, you don't. But think about it. What I'm asking people to do is go inside your self. Go inside you. Go inside your own belly. And no, your community might not believe what you're believing. What's in you is what is real. The Christ consciousness which is in you is telling you a different truth than society's doctrine has been expressing for millennia. Well, we aren't in the same place that we were 2000 years ago, folks. People are waking up. And for me, my buddy comes in.

I said, what is wrong with you? I said, he said, "Jote, they want me to stop drinking and go to

90 meetings in 90 days." And I'll never forget. I remember thinking, stop drinking. That is the

stupidest thing I've ever heard. And that's exactly the first thought I had. And then the second thought,

which was my second to wear in a separate, it was, I wonder when the last time it was I went 90 days. I was almost 31. This is February and my birthday is in March. And I had to honestly admit to myself that it had been years. I was probably 14 years old, 15, probably 14, that when I'd gone 90 days without drinking, because we all started drinking at 15, that's just what you did. I did. And I said, "Okay, I'm going to do it. I can stop. Look at me, Mr. Big Bad Macho Joe, I can do it."

Well, I mean, it's seven days. And I almost didn't make it that day. On that particular day, I

Break into a buddy's house conveniently let myself in to the most vulnerable ...

A guy who smoked marijuana every day for the past 30 years, et out all in a fridge.

Now, of course, the wisdom of the day. So let's go to his house. Well, that's just where I ended up. I'm sitting in a chair and I don't want to drink a drug. I want to make it my 90 days. It's day seven. And I sit down in a chair, sweating, there's raining, profusely that day here in Atlanta. And I grab the handles of the arms of the chair and I hear the clock tick tick tick. Now, remember thinking, I have my eyes closed, I remember thinking, if I can just sit here long enough.

If I can just sit here long enough, I can make it, I can do it. I'll get by this.

And every tick about like an hour. And I remember thinking a couple times I'd wait, I'd open my eyes

and so I'm in had to be at least five minutes. And it was five seconds. Literally, that was the best way for me to describe it. And then eventually, after about 30 minutes, I stand up and I say, God, if I'm not supposed to drink a drug, I need your help. And I feel a rush of energy come through my body and a tear come out my left side, literal tear and physical energy. I literally felt it. And my compulsions for drugs and alcohol were gone. Not removed, gone. And I walked out the door

and thinking about it. 54 days later. And the 15th day of April, I had full blown memories of being sexually abused as a child. And it was one of those things. It was like turning on a movie theater. It's like, you know, you go into a movie and you're waiting and you're talking with your friends and then all of a sudden, the lights dim and the movie starts coming up on the screen.

That's what it was. It went from zero to full blown memory. And at that point in time, I knew my

world was completely different had to be. And for the following seven years, I went into a quest to heal. And I tell that story because there are people on this podcast right now in tough times. There's people on this podcast right now that have gone through severe abuse. There's people on this podcast right now who have been sexually abused and you're afraid to tell somebody.

Well, folks, listen to me. If that's you right now, if I can tell a million people, I was sexually

abused as a kid, you can find one person. You can find that special person, that therapist, that person to tell. There's nothing wrong with you. You're hurting. Nothing else. The shame, the guilt, the nonsense, all the voices in your head. They're all projected ego voices that are keeping you

out of your pain. What is mental illness and suicidal thoughts and all of that? Is that real?

Sure, it's real. And it's serious, especially in this day and age. But what is it? Those are all thoughts that are in your head because of hurt in your heart. And that hurt in your heart can be healed. I am a living example that the hurt in your heart can be healed. Now did I do it alone? No, I didn't. I had a therapist. I had three different therapists over a 20 year period of time. And the way you truly heal, you find somebody who's an expert in that. Is Joe?

Folks, I'm not. I'm not a therapist. I want to bring awareness that there are therapists out there that can help you. And if I can, you can, that's for sure. And this whole belief that I'm wounded and I'm broken and I can't, that's nonsense. And I'm asking you to stop believing your own self-lie. It's a lie. You're not broken. You're hurting. That's it. You're hurting. How do you heal the hurt? You give a voice to the deepest parts. How do you do that? You find somebody who's a professional in

that world. That's what I did. And that person Nancy Carter was her name. God rest her soul.

Nancy was the one that helped my head. When I had to grieve that. That was not easy. But if I can do it, you can do it. And she sat there with me when I got my rage out because they violated me. And she held my hand when I was so freaking confused. I didn't know what was going on. She was there. And folks, you can find somebody like that if you're in that spot. Now for the rest of you that aren't there, most aren't there. I mean, there's a lot of sexual abuse. I'm not getting

about that. But most, it doesn't affect your entire life. And at the time that I think mind it, no, looking back, I realized it did. But I didn't know it at the time. I didn't. And you can heal from it.

You can.

a podcast called a modern day monk seven years to one this. My path took seven years. Why? Well,

first off, I was hardheaded. Secondly, I was addicted to everything. Thirdly, I was the absolute

king of addiction and queen of codependence. I had this massive body image issue because I just knew I had to get bigger and stronger. And I was an arrogant, ego-tistical maniac. Literally, any part of big ego that was possible. I was big times 10. I was the leader of big egos. And in the 90s, folks, there wasn't support. There just wasn't. The internet didn't exist. I didn't have a cell phone. You know, the rotary phones were still around. Literally, our touch tone, or those types of phones.

I had a beeper. There wasn't 1,800 call somebody. It didn't exist. I lived for seven years,

$3,000 a year, $250 a month. Try that. Try it. Well, why did I have to?

Back then, I didn't know. All I knew is I wanted to stop hurting. Now I know because it was through that period of time that I had all this memory, remembering of a God and a power greater than myself. I went from hating God because I was in so much pain to considering myself a God guy today. Literally. And two books came through me back then, with both of those books are now going to be published here in these next months. I've got three

books coming out soon, over these next months. So make sure you get to wepodcast.global and sign up for our email list. And trust me, I'm like, I say anything. You know, I tell people all the time. I don't need anything from anybody. I know. I need to just get this message out so I can sleep

and be check in my own personal website. It's called JoeMidigat.com. Right now it's pointed to a

TEDx. But eventually JoeMidigat.com is going to be where you can download all of my books for free in digital form. You want it in hard book, you're going to have to buy it. I don't know how to give that away. But digitally, I can. And so visit JoeMidigat.com, you know, just keep going there because over time you'll see it's going to be a whole website with all my books. And those books were channeled through me 30 years ago. Back in the 90s, I had an argument with myself, you know, you're going to write,

no, I'm not. You're going to write. You're going to, they have to understand. I lived in a room with no phone, no television, no radio, no nothing, a room in a bedroom and a bathroom. So the only voice as I heard were my own. And I eventually wrote that book channel through me. I wrote in legal size, Paces of Paper. 16,800 and somewhat words. I called it your inner child has rights too. A common man's quest to become one with God. That was the original title. And literally,

a second book came through me back then called 21st Century Sales from a soul. And both of those

books were literally channeled. None of it. I can't really take credit for any of it except God can only do for me what God can do through me. Well, the through me was the voice I heard, the higher power voice I heard, the for me, you know, I had to do the writing. God can't write

on a piece of paper without me doing you. So that's how we did it together, literally. And then

life happened. Looked across the room, saw a woman. I was at a local church that I'm going to marry her and sure enough I did. Had two babies Joseph and Ryan, had a great marriage for 10 years. And we outgouraged other. We grew different directions. 100% me, not her. She's the same. Beautiful, kind, loving, sweet, good mom, good wife. But there were things she needed and a marriage I couldn't give her. And I understood, I didn't at the time. But she laughed and a

single that ever since. And through that period, my books were on the shelf. My books were literally in disc form in a box in my closet. And then out of nowhere, September 20th, 2022. A folks who just jumped 20 years more. I'm listening to a podcast at the time. I didn't even know

what a podcast was. I first I read a document on Facebook. I knew what Facebook was, but I didn't

have a Facebook page. I came across this woman. I clicked around. I read this document. And she's talking about having a grander tomorrow. And I felt my divinity wake back up, open back up. This same woman I listened to on a podcast. And as I listened to the podcast, she shared from her heart how her only failure in life was her marriage. And I heard the same voice screaming me with me.

You didn't fail your marriage.

in that moment that a book called unequal a yoke starts pouring through me 25 years later. It happened to me 25 years before. I didn't know where literally I didn't know where. I've been a single dad in a single man for over 11 years. Still I am. I don't have a social life. I went to a social event

for the first time a couple of weeks ago because of my life coach Dr. Karen Louise. She does

test the organization called a live collective. What you're going to hear a lot more about Dr. Karen because she's my life coach. And trust me, I'm not somebody to tell you to go get one

of me not have one. I have a life coach. That's why I get to tell everybody on this who's listening.

If you need deep therapeutic help because you're hurting, get a therapist. If you need behavioral changes because you can't stop drinking, druging, sexing, co-dependent, eating too much. There are meetings out there to help you. I was involved with AA for years, years. That's why I get to

tell people to go do it because I was and still am. And in this particular event. So, you know,

I went out into a social environment for 25 years. If I had my brothers folks, if it was up to Joe and only Joe, I'd find a nice lady, find a lake house somewhere and be in silence. That's what Joe loves to do. Sacred silence. Some of you know, I did an 18,000, some odd piece of puzzle as I was recovering from my marriage. Sacred silence. 18,000 pieces because I'm special. No, because I love silence. But my divinity is telling me something else. My divinity keeps getting

me on a podcast like this. My divinity keeps having me share with the world. My experience

strengthened hope. And I'm glad you're here. My divinity is talking to yours. And that's why

the we podcast is spanning the globe. Well, when that happened and unequally yoke came through me,

I start hearing these biblical phrases. You have to understand. I am not a Bible guy. I wish I could say I've read it. But I have it. It's too confusing for me. And I'm not a great reader anyways. It's like when I read on a piece of paper, it's like the word start jumbling up. So years ago, I just kind of accepted that about myself. But I could ask chat and I start hearing these voices. This guidance as I'm writing this book and unequally yoke, it'll come out. It's not done. It's

about 70% done. And interestingly enough, it just flooded through me. I have to write as fast as I can hear. And while I was writing that book, I would hear these phrases created in God's image. Like, where did I have to that come from? You shall do what I have done in grandeur things. Now, that's a phrase I remember hearing for the past 40 years. Christ consciousness. Do what you love because when you're doing what you love, you're doing God because God is love.

I would hear these phrases over and over and over. Like, they were supposed to mean something to me.

Now, again, that's my divinity talking to me. And then I had this thought. I said, you know what?

I wonder what the man named Jesus said the last time, like before he was ascending. And for people out there, they asked me all the time, Joe, are you a Christian or you a Buddhist or you a Muslim or you native American? And my answer is yes. Do I think any one religion is greater than any other religion? No, I don't. I just don't. Truly don't. And even though the religions themselves isolate infections, I say do it my way, our way because this is my interpretation of what the Bible

says, are you burning and hell? I don't really care. It's perfectly fine. Human interpretation is just that. Human interpretation. And people say, well, the Bible was divinely inspired. Yeah, no kidding. I don't disagree with that. Through humans. And unless, now I might, Iran, unless all of the different authors of the Bible, because you know, there's like 40, 50, 60, something like that. Unless, whoever said that, divine art saying that those people are equal

to Jesus, which I don't think they are, then they had human interpretation of that, which was divinely guided through them. Hear me. Do I believe in the Bible? Yes, thousand percent. Do I

Believe?

wrote it, because I do believe there are people, Jesus being one of them, who was pure divinity.

Nothing more, nothing less. Pure divinity. That's why when Jesus used the pronoun "me,"

he didn't have any other part of himself. He only had divinity. So when he was describing and the

biblical phrases in the Bible, and Jesus says, follow me. He was basically the "me" in his pronoun

was his divinity. Now that sounds fantastic, right? Yeah. But what did Jesus say about that divinity? Do you know what the last thing Jesus said? And why is that important? And quite honestly, I don't really care what your religion is. If you believe that today is May the 27th at 1205, because that's when I'm recording this. If you believe the day is May the 27th, 2026, do you know what the 2,026 represents? That's a year. Where was zero? Oh, ATBC, after death before Christ. So our calendar,

global calendar starts around one guy. Now you can debate which day you can debate which year, but you can't debate the beginning. So I don't care your religion. If you believe that today's

day and this year is the 2026, then you have to understand it started around one guy. And for Joe,

I was like, doesn't it just make sense? I should at least consider what the man has to say. The man who all time was created around in the answer was yes. Now, I wish I could say, you know, Mr. Scholar over here, I went and read the Bible. No, heck no, couldn't. I couldn't. I could no sooner read the Bible than moving. I couldn't. I love it. I can't do it. So what do I do? I asked Candy Dandy Chat. My kids introduced me to AI. And sure enough, I asked Chat,

because I again, none of everything I'm saying here, it wasn't my idea. It was while I'm being inspired and the book on equal yoke was coming through me. And I asked Chat, what was the last thing Jesus said? And the last thing Jesus said, as his disciples are like, "Backing, where are you going? We need you here. You can't leave us. This is a really messed up place." Jesus's last words, and I'm paraphrasing, of course, and there were a bunch of really cool biblical phrases.

Jesus's last words to his disciples, his friends were, "I have to go sit by my father." So he can put the same spirit that has guided me in you, in you. Well, I just tend to believe the man that all time was started around. I believe in. And the difference for most is that so many people were taught as if their divinity or their God or their Christ consciousness is outside of themselves. And folks, it's not. You are a spiritual being, having a human experience.

And those phrases, and I have an entire podcast on this, you should do what I have done in

grander things. Listen to that one. Because I go into depths, there's 20 different biblical phrases from Matthew and John, and I don't know them well enough to re-quote without reading. But there are numerous places in the Bible that say that Christ consciousness is in you, inside of you, not outside. And part of the biggest disconnect that people have is that society in our unconscious

delusion has identified self as something separate from everybody else. Literally. And the truth is,

it's not. We're not separate. We're the same. How do I know? Because Jesus said, Jesus didn't say, oh, Christ is going to be put in, you know, you seven and not you six. No. Christ consciousness is within everybody. Literally. Because he sent so. And I just tend to believe the guy that all time was created around. And from that whole idea, from that whole question, you know, it kind of starts changing the question on, not how do we connect?

How do we become one? That isn't really the question anymore. The question is, why did we separate

from it in the first place? That's the bigger question. And the why we separated from a power

Greater than ourselves inside from our Christ consciousness inside?

rest of this episode is about. The personal emotional and spiritual growth required to truly remember who you are. And I'm going to give you some how-to's to do that process, to truly remember from the personal side of yourself, from the emotional side of yourself, and from the spiritual side of yourself. Please understand folks, we are multi-dimensional beings. We are not an isolated ego. That's a falsehood. It's not true. Even though that's the projected delusion of

organizations for millennia. And I'm not going to get into the debate of why it was like that. I don't really care the why of the yesterday. I care about the how of today. And the how we reconnect to a power grander than ourself is not by any particular action or action step. It's not a

light switch experience. It's a growth. That's why it's called spiritual growth. Personal growth,

emotional growth. You grow. And the more you grow, the more you awaken, and the more you awaken, the more you grow. And that whole concept over time we just start remembering the truth, the higher truth, and the higher truth is that we are all created in God's image. And I remember the

first time I heard that concept created in God's image. I'll never forget it. I'm getting stoned

with a buddy of mine. And I look around the room. I'm like, listen, how is that even possible? Now you can imagine that I'm in my late 20s, right? You can imagine this picture. Here I am. I just got done working out. I'm in work out close. The female I was dating worked out more than I did. She was just little body builder beautiful little thing. And our connection was because

I mean, we were friends. But our connection was because we like smoke and marijuana together.

You know, I was like, man, we are made in heaven. We are a match made in heaven. We like smoke and marijuana the same. That's true story. And my buddy, who was a black guy, one of my closest friends, hitman smoke and marijuana 20 years longer than me, like literally. So I'm looking around the room. And I'm saying, "Created in God's image." Wow, that's like, what? I'm a white guy from Atlanta. My girlfriend's a female from Connecticut. And my best friend is a black guy from Florida. How the heck?

Can God be created and it looked like all of us? And all we did is get more stone than we kind of, you know, hypothesized about the possibilities with that. And I'm sure we thought we're having

some enlightened conversation stoned out of our brains. But I never did get the answer.

About 10 years later, I was sober in a meeting, heard the same concept. And I realized then, oh, God's image, it isn't God's image of our physical. It's God's image of our spiritual,

the spirit essence in each of us is identical. And that's why I say more and more. And whether you've

heard this concept or not, whether you believe what I'm getting ready to say or not, whether you understand it, as sure our false does not matter. The truth is, you are a spiritual being having a human experience, not the other way around. And how do we know that? And why is that so important? Now, why is it so important for a podcast like the we podcast to get out there and to share a truth with the world that the world kind of understands, but doesn't really. And how do I know the

world doesn't really understand it that well? I'll tell you, because I always try to be as honest as I

can be. Was it long ago, folks? I didn't know what a real was. Now, I have a staff of people, we've got about 15 employees. And there's one woman named Jackie, she did everything that my company Avian energy ever needed to do online. If she needed a picture of me, she'd come in my office, take a picture, Mr. Joe, I'm putting it online. Okay, great. They're about five pictures. I didn't have any personal, anything. Well, so I didn't know about podcasts and reels and I knew the term.

I didn't know what it was. Well, sure enough, the whole real concept, you know, became something in my world. And I started watching. And if you go to my Instagram page, I've got about, I don't know, 28, 29,000 people that follow me, which is fabulous. I appreciate that. And I follow about 30. So, those 30 people that I follow, these clips come up, these reels. My son told me, they have to understand, my kids make fun of me unmercifully. Dad, how can you be online? How can

you this? How can you that? I'm like, listen, Miss Wendy, who is my producer, who is fabulous, Wendy Stevens. You want somebody to produce your podcast, get with Miss Wendy. She said, Joe, you push play, talk, push end. My self and my staff will do the rest. Well, they've done it,

Which is fabulous.

Well, anyways, I'm watching Reels. And I see these people with 10, 20, 30 million followers.

And they'll say, I just heard this stud. I don't even know the guy's name. I hope to have all these people on the podcast sooner or later. Just this handsome stud black kid. I kid everybody's a friend and kid. He's in his mid 30s somewhere. And he's reading this beautiful, there's two men talking, reading this beautiful article that this woman wrote about what she's not getting out of her marriage and what she's not getting from her male partner and this, that and the other thing. And I have to say,

the world has become very practice and becoming more and more aware of what's missing, which is fabulous, quite honestly. But I kept waiting and then he read this and I'm like, memorize for a minute in his so beautiful. And I'm waiting for the answer. Like, how do we do it? And then the other guy shines in and he says, how that hits you? And he says, oh, man, that was beautiful. And I'm waiting. Kids got five million followers. I'm waiting. He went four minutes telling

all us men out there what we're missing in a relationship with our wives or girlfriends or lovers.

But he never told us how to change. He never told us what to do. He never said, do this so she

feels better. Why do I say it like that? Guys got five million followers and if he had an answer to what he just read, he had to share it right then. Now, am I criticizing this young man? No, I think it's beautiful. I love the awareness that people have awareness that things are changing,

but nobody does the how-to. What do you do about it? That's why the we podcast is so popular.

You know, there's 27 major categories on Apple and the we podcast is number one and one of those 27 go figure the how-to category. Why? Because I'm a how-to guy. And that's what we're going to talk about now. We're going to talk about more. Like, how do you? Why were you separated from this

power greater than yourself? We live in God's image. Why don't we know it? Well, first off because

society as a concept has taught us that your reality is outside of yourself and it's not true. Life is not defined by that in which you see. Life is defined on that in which you experience. Your feelings, your emotions, your awareness, your concept, anything and everything about you is in you. Not outside of you. This whole idea of creating in God's image and the whole concept of becoming one with God. And why is it so important now? Why is it speeding up? Because humanity's

waking up. Humanity is waking up. And as I was listening to this whole concept and I heard the last thing Jesus said and I said, "What the heck? I believe him." That's where the concept of we came from. We was born as I was writing the book on Equal Yoke because a woman had the courage to share her divinity and speak from her heart. I mirrored that. And unequal Yoke came through. These biblical phrases came through. I go to chat, start asking what they mean. And when I read

the phrase, the paragraph, the ending paragraph, or the last things Jesus said, that God put the spirit in you, I said, "Well, that's talking about me." Now, of course, I've been in A.A. for 30

years. I know all about a higher power. I know all about the inner child because that's how I heal.

So what is the we, the we, human self, higher self, our God consciousness, our God or whatever you call it, higher power, Jesus, Jesus Christ. But I don't care what you call your higher power. I'm not here to tell you what to call your higher power, but there's a higher presence in you. How do I know? Guy all time started around said so. Not Joe. Guy all time around said so. Higher presence in you. And then inner self. I call the inner self for inner child.

And that's why I go back to, if you've got deep emotional hurts, if you've got a abuse you're trying to get through. You've got pain that bothers you every day. You can't wake up and you're not in pain. Get help. That's therapeutic help. For the rest of us, you're waking up to

something grander than yourself. Why? Because that's what's happening in humanity. We as an essence,

we as a human being are multidimensional, not an isolated eye, an isolated me. That's ego that creates the separation. And quite honestly, for generations, large organizations validated

That are projected that you're an isolated individual.

grander than yourself. That's why quite honestly, the particular religion I was involved with,

I couldn't connect with. I just didn't believe it. I was 26 at the time. My friends thought I was

nuts. I didn't care. I just knew they didn't care either. We drank alcohol together. It didn't matter my spiritual belief or not. But the point and all that, right? The point is that humanity's waking up and it's waking up to something grander. How do I know? 67% of society considers themselves spiritual over religious. That's the indicator, if you will. More and more people, not right or wrong, growing into something grander, growing into something different than society's

norm. And the whole process of awakening is happening more and more. How do I know? Because there are these massive influencers out there. One woman, she has one of the largest, how to do something

podcast out there. 20 million followers. Another man talks about, you know, she has a what to do

podcast. Another man has an emotional treasure, how you're feeling. 20, 30, 40 million followers. One of my idols, Mr. Tony Robbins is out there. And this man has a massive following. He talks about it all the time. Once you move from into a place of service, your life fills. Now this guy's been

around for 40 years. I remember when he was brand new, literally. And now he's evolved into talking

to people. Not necessarily about goals as much as service. Why? A service is a spiritual entity. Service is you're living in your divinity. Now the question is how do you get there? And what I want people to understand is that enlightenment is an action step, not an end result. Enlightenment is the bringing light, bringing awareness to the you as the you continues to grow. And the you continues to shift. The you continues to expand. And when you look at each human being, there's a

male side of you and a female side of you. And that's not gender specific. That's not race specific. That's not religious specific. Everybody has a male side and a female side. The male side of self represents your mental and physical bodies, aspects of you. The female side represents your spiritual and emotional sense of self. And the whole concept of humanity waking up to a feminine side of self at a rate faster than ever before is a real life thing. How do I know? There's

a hundred million people online right now seeking self discovery, seeking self awareness. There's

tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of 20 year 12 stepers, people that have been in AA programs, Allen on programs, 20, 30, 40 years, millions and millions and millions of people. All of those people on that kind of path are waking up to something grander today than what they were yesterday. And it's the process of the awakening that when you understand enlightenment is not about the end result in enlightenment is about becoming aware each step of the

way and the process that it takes. Well, from a personal growth position and what is personal

growth? And why is it important? Personal growth is the manner is the way that you see yourself

personally, how you identify you. And I can tell you that each time I started seeing myself differently, it was confusing as heck. 30 years ago, 40 years ago, I would have identified myself as a wannabe body builder who drank every day, drugged every day, loved chasing girls every day, and was this kind of this big macho tough guy. I don't mess with me because I don't want to know the

result. I was just an ego maniac. Now, I would be the first guy to run out in the middle of traffic

to save a kitten. I would be the first man to walk an elderly person across the road. I would be the first man to jump into a middle of a fight to protect somebody who's getting their backside whipped. So I was kind and thoughtful, but I was massive and egotistical. And as I started to have awarenesses, personally, the very first awareness I ever had was after my third DUI. And I realized my very first conscious thought. I realized that the police officers were not

trying to get me to stop drinking and driving. They weren't trying to get me to stop drinking.

They were trying to get me to stop drinking and driving.

but at the time it was huge. Why? I never got another DUI. Why? Because when I went out,

I wouldn't drink and then drive. I would smoke marijuana, then drive, but I didn't drink and drive. So I never got another DUI. So in my world back then, a fourth DUI meant two or three years in jail. So think about how big that awareness was, as silly as it sounds now, back then, kept me out of prison, literally. Well, did I equate that as spiritually awakening? No. But year after year, day after day, there'd be after therapy session. Awareness is continued to happen. And the

process that we go through during the awakening process is just that. Today, when you have a

new awareness, something waking up, something you become aware of that you need to change,

you're moving more from the glass empty position to the glass full position. And what is glass empty? Glass empty are the voices in your head that are eco-based, shame-based, guilt-based voices. They're the glass empty voices. The voices in your head that said, I can't do it. I'm not good enough. I'm too fat. I'm too ugly. I'm too skinny. I'm too this. I'm too that. Well, the way that you identify the difference when you're in that position, because when the guidance system in your head,

when you're being guided by the voices in your head and the voices are glass empty voices, you're going to be guided into circumstances over and over and over that calls you pain, that calls you angst, that calls you to hate life. Why? Because by design, that's what a glass empty voice is. Now, where do the glass empty voices come from? They come from an emotional hurt underneath. I'm going to talk about that here in a second. But literally, when we start to understand

when we start to understand that the glass empty voices in our head as we become aware of those voices, that's the beginning of a spiritual enlightenment process. Literally, that's the beginning. And when you can really start to identify yourself, as right now as you're sitting here, you're on a spiritual path. You're in a fast lane to remembering that you're a spiritual being, having a human experience. And does that make you better or worse than anybody else? No.

It makes you, you have a podcast out there. There's only one spiritual path that matters, and it's yours. Why? Because no one can do your spiritual path with you. No one can do your spiritual path for you. And you can't do anybody else's path for them. We all individually have a power greater than ourselves. And it's in the relationship, creating a relationship with that

power greater than ourselves, that we start changing our life. How do we create that relationship?

We create the relationship by following the voices of that power greater than yourself. Well, what are those voices, Joe, I've been told? Well, those are your glass full voices. Well, how do I get to those? Well, the way you get to those is we have to help you remove the glass empty voices first. And the way you remove it, I just literally was listening

to a real. And I always have to kind of make fun, because every time I say that, I kind of

chuckle with myself. And this real spiritual looking, Korean sounding, beautiful man says, you know, you have these challenges in your life, and you just have to remove it. And then move on and then another one and remove it and move on. I'm like, well, okay, I'm ready. I'm ready. I'm ready to remove it. How crickets? There's never a how? Well, how do you remove the glass empty voices in your head? You write them down folks. The how to write them down.

You know what they are. You can hear them. And you write them down. Why?

Because as you start writing down the glass empty voices, I'm too fat. I'm too skinny.

I don't like myself. I hate myself. I'll never be successful. No one loves me. I'm always a band

and those voices as you write them down. Then you start living as the multi-dimensional you. The part doing the writing is the glass full you. The part being written about is the glass empty you. Now does that heal you? No. But it's the first phase of awareness that the glass empty voices are in you. Why can't you hear your higher powered glass full voices? Because they're not loud. They're not boisterous. They're all inclusive, but they're softer. And when you have these big,

massive, I can't do it voices, we have to get those voices out of the way. First, that's the whole

Concept of why I just don't believe in the positive affirmation perspective a...

Because it doesn't heal anything. How can I be so absolute on that concept? Joe, that

concept's been around for 40 years. I know it has. And if it healed anything, all of us would be

walking on water as we're sitting here. If all you had to do is change your mind by change your thoughts, you would do it. And you wouldn't ever have to go back. You'd already be walking on water. All those thoughts should be away. Well, you're here. You're listening to my podcast. Your 63 minutes into a podcast, which means you're searching for something more. You're feeling something different. Well, instead of trying to change the voice, write the voice down. In the program, it's called

a first step. You write them down. And you write them all down. I've probably done 300 first steps in my life. At least why? Because I had a lot of crazy voices. So the process of writing them down

is a really, really powerful one. It is. And as you write those voices down, you get them on a piece of

paper. And then you'll realize because there's going to be five or six big ones that dominate you. But there's going to be a hundred small ones. You don't even know where they are. Well, as you write them down, and you get them out on paper, you start identifying really what the voices are. And how you get on the other side of the voices, awareness of the voices is the first key, awareness, personal growth. If you don't even know that you don't even know that glass empty

voices are guiding you, that's why you feel so powerless. That's why you feel so disconnected.

That's why you feel so hopeless. You feel so hopeless because you don't even know why your world is the way your world is. Now, for a lot of you on here whose worlds are really cool, great. Tell somebody else about the podcast. Have somebody else get on here. You know, go to wepodcast.global and sign up, but tell people about this podcast because most people are guided by their glass empty self. They are. And in that process, as the glass empty voices,

you start identifying those voices and you write them down on a piece of paper, then the next thing you have to do is have to tell somebody about them. Have to tell somebody the voices. Why? Or two or more are gathered. God is there. Two or more. Not you and yourself. Two or more. Now, let me caveat. This is not your job. This is not your wife's responsibility, sir, to listen to your voices. And, man, it's not your husband's responsibility to listen to your voices.

It's nobody's responsibility to listen to your voices. In fact, these voices are sacred. You only share with somebody who's done it themselves already. Now, we're going to be doing

live seminars where I'm going to guide people through these exercises because they're powerful

exercises. But I need you to understand it's not your mom, your dad, your brother, your sister, your kids responsibility to support your personal growth. It's not. Now, your husband's job is to be there if you lose your job and you're having a tough day. Yes, hopefully your husband can sit and listen. Are it your wife's responsibility, sir, that if, you know, you had a tough day at work. Are you hurt yourself at a job? Are a parent died in your grieving? Yes, it's your wife's responsibility

to love on you and to hold your head and to be there for you. But your growth, your personal growth, no one's responsibility in your sacred world. It's yours. And when you really get that, then you can even be more honest with all the voices you're writing down. And through that process of writing them down and then telling somebody else, it's the telling somebody else that really

starts creating the separation between the glass empty voices and the glass full voices. Why?

Because the part doing the writing is also the part doing the speaking. The part doing the writing

of all the glass empty voices, folks, the first time I did it first up, I had 12 pages. So if you

got five or six, great, keep writing. And the first time I, you might only have five or six. Over time, you're going to have more, which is fine. You will. And as you tell somebody about them, it's not their job to rescue or to fix or comment. Is their job to hold a safe space? So the glass full you who's doing the writing can get practiced at speaking that which you wrote. The more we empower the glass full you by this particular exercise, the more the glass full you,

becomes part of your guidance system, part of your world, part of your ability to live

Out there on the planet.

the whole process is different. Your glass full voices are going to guide you into more abundant

situations. They're going to guide you into more loving circumstances. Your glass full voices are going to guide you into more of a connected communion world. Unlike your glass empty voices by design. That's why they're called glass empty. You can call them ego. You can call them addiction. You can call them whatever you want to call them. I like calling them glass empty glass full because I'm not judging. It is what it is. Well, the more ego through that process and you empower the

glass full you, the more you're going to be awakening to the part of you that wants to guide your

life differently. You know why your life is, the way your life is right now. I'll never forget.

I was so mad at God forever. And then one day I realized God wasn't the reason my life is the

way it is. But of course we live in this world. God saves. God's everything. Love heals everything. That's an nonsense life. Love done healing. Love heals zero folks. Strength heals. Why? Because you have to have the strength to walk through the depths of your pain. You do. Now strength comes from the same place. Love does. Love can create a safe environment, but love doesn't heal anything. It doesn't. I lived in a belief that if I just believed in God,

everything would be fine. False. False. Believing in God doesn't do anything. It's what you do with the belief in your higher power that causes change. What you do with it, which action steps you take.

And for Joe, to more I learned that, to more I learned how to follow my glass full voices,

to more my life changed. I'll give you a perfect example. I was 31, 32 years old. For the previous five, six, seven years, I shot pool at the same bar five and six nights a week. The people that worked there were my friends, the men and women there that, you know, I shot pool with were friends. Well, I stopped drinking, and then my pool queue got stolen, but I stopped drinking. So I would sit at a traffic light and if I would go left,

it would take me to the old bar. Well, I didn't know where to go. I just knew there was a voice in me saying, don't turn left because that's the old turn right unless you would happen. Turn right, unless do something else. Go a different direction. That was the new glass full voice. That voice eventually took me to Stone Mountain, which is a beautiful state park here in Georgia, and that voice guided me into nature instead of late night bars. That voice

guided me into connecting with the trees and the animals and stone mountain the rock instead of bars and drinking and shooting pool. And as I learned how to follow that voice, you know, follow the glass full voice. It literally, that's what it did. Help me do that. And everything changed. Every night I didn't go the old way, a new way, opened up. Now, I wish I could say it was

simple. I did it all the time and no problem. Falsehood. No, that's why you have to pray for strength,

because the more you change the mannerism in which the voices are that guide you, then you have to identify and for a lot of us, we have to feel the reason you have the glass

empty voice in the first place. And that's where emotional growth comes into play. Personal growth

is really how you see yourself. Emotional growth is how you feel about yourself. And for most of us, if you're hurting, if you're wounded, if you feel neglected, if you feel abandoned, if you're hurting, how you feel about yourself is going to be low. Nobody says, I am on cloud nine and I feel like I'm going to die today because I've got deep memories coming up. Or I'm hurting all the time. Or no, no, low self esteem. You see somebody with low self esteem, somebody that doesn't

feel good about themselves. The answer to the why they don't feel good about themselves is because they're hurting. And where does low self esteem come from? Low self esteem comes from years ago, not receiving the emotional support you needed period. That's where it comes from. Now, does that make our parents our environments wrong? No, it doesn't. I was born in the 60s raised in the 70s and it was a teenager in the 80s. The whole new thought movement didn't

Start to the mid 80s, 90s.

empowering of self, the emotional, none of that existed 30, 40, 50 years ago. Now does that mean

that we didn't live the consequence? No, we lived the consequence dramatically. And that's why,

quite honestly, folks, we are the generation of change. We, you, me, everybody on this podcast, every person around the globe that can listen to this and it's expanding by this. We are the generation of change. Why? Because we can give to our kids what our parents could not give to us. But we have to learn how to do it. How to ourselves that young man that I was listening to had that beautiful thing about what women are missing and I kept waiting for him to tell the

man how to go do it. Well, folks, what's the answer to that? Men, what's the answer to it? You want to know how to embrace your wife? You want to know how to give your wife what she wants emotionally? Do it to yourself first. The answer, the how to do it to yourself first. Learn how to embrace the deeper parts of you first. And then naturally, as you learn how to ask questions of your inner self, as you learn how to be patient with your inner self, as you learn how to

listen to your inner self, as you learn how to be there for your inner self, as you learn how to connect with your inner self, the natural consequence of you doing it with yourself. You'll effortlessly do it with your partner. If God ever blesses me with a woman, as a female partner in my life,

the one thing she will never have to worry about is my ability to love her, my ability to listen,

my ability to support, my ability to help. Why? As I've been practiced at doing it with the depths of myself, now for almost 40 years, 30 plus years, the how to do it with somebody else, learn how to do it with yourself first. Now sounds great. You'll be guy, yay Joe, ready to do it. Let's go for it. I'm ready. Well, good. If you're truly ready to heal, buckle up. Why? Because it's not easy. That's

why I say love doesn't heal anything. Strength. Why? I will never forget the day. Never. It happened

to me twice. First time I just ignored it. Hey, Joe, you know, my first therapist, Mary, every time you have a finger pointing at somebody else being so critical, you got three fingers pointing back to yourself. I didn't think of thing ever when Mary and said it to me. I was still drinking drug. Well, years later, second therapist, Nancy, now I'm sober. No drinking. No druging. Nancy said to me, you know, Joe, you can't keep coming back here because you're getting close to the

deeper emotions. You can't keep coming to therapy. Drunk or stoned. I was never drunk. I was stoned.

That was all prior to the story. I told you February of 94. I've been seeing Nancy for a couple years before and it was in that process, right, that she said, you know, Joe, every critical voice you have about somebody else, the voices you have about your girlfriend, the voices you have about your family, the voices you have about your friends, the voices you have about all of those voices. They're actually describing you. That's you projecting your hurt onto them.

I'll never forget it because I heard exactly what she said in that moment.

And I remember thinking, oh my gosh, that can't be good, because if all of those critical voices that I have in my head have an emotional wound associated with them, that can't be good. Now a lot of you are saying, well, I don't have any wounds. I'll have five. I got plenty of money

and my wife never left me and my job's okay. Great. Perfect. And change the guidance system in your head.

You know, figure out, have the personal growth and just follow more glass full voices versus glass empty voices and you're fine. And I believe you. I really do. For most, you won't have to go into the emotional reasons why you have all the voices. You'll be able to do the first step, write them all down, tell somebody which is a humbling event and then live more from a glass full. Now the way you really live from the glass full and do it consistently, I suggest having a life

coach. That's why I have Dr. Karen. You know, I bounce my ideas off her. A lot of what I see and I do, she lets me celebrate my glories with her, which is important. It really is. So for a lot of people you're there for all the rest of us, do you know every glass empty voice you have, every critical voice you have, every shame-based voice you have, every addiction you have, every codependent belief, every narcissistic belief you have, all of them are because there's a

Hurt part inside of you.

all your low self-worth, all of it is because you have a hurt kid inside. And that's why

so many of these big podcasts they tell you what to do and you know, get your backside off the couch,

get your backside off the couch and just go do it. No kidding. If he could just go do it, he'd already done that. Why can't he? Because he's got so many massive voices telling me to stay on the couch. Why? Because he's got a hurt inner child inside causing the voice. What do we do about

that? Well, the answer is dual hand journaling. You get through the unloving voices by first step.

You write him down, you tell somebody else. Writing them down is the first step identifying how many you have is the second step, telling somebody else is the third step. That's personal road that really helps and it will help you move from glass empty guidance to glass fold guidance. When your time comes time to truly heal the source of why you have the voice, that's a different thing.

And that's where I learned the whole idea of dual hand writing. I would write down and that's where

I called it the inner child. Some people call it intuition. Some people call it gut self. Some people call it the small voice. Again, like your higher body. I don't care what you call it. But there's a deep quiet voice in you and innocence in you that needs to have a voice. It does. First real, I ever saw the first one. Talk show host been around for 40 years, abused by her grandmother and there's a new thought leader telling you just have to forgive.

I wanted to come through the screen. First off, the new thought leader doesn't know what to heck. She's talking about even though she's been spewing that nonsense. For 40 years, forgiveness is not an action step, folks. For goodness happens as you heal the part who is hurt in the first place. I have an entire two podcasts on that. Find them, you know, you'll see them. They have forgiveness in the title. I share my whole story on how I was able to

literally forgive one of my perpetrators. Took me a while, but I didn't. Not because I was trying to. I was trying to stop hurting. Well, in that whole concept, right? This whole idea of this particular person has had issues with weight gain and weight loss for whole life. Why? Because the little girl inside of her that every so-called guru, every so-called new thought movement, every so-called

fricking person that acts as though they know what to heck they're doing. They always tell her and tell

this little girl that she's not hurting. You're okay. We move back all of the BS. How do I know it's not true? Because the woman still has challenges with her weight, a steam, and worth as we're speaking worth a billion dollars. What's the answer? Give a voice to the darkest parts. Give a voice to the darkest parts. In that particular example, all out of knees one hour. All I would need is one hour with this person in a room with she would have to have somebody that

she truly trust, which wouldn't be me. I'm a stranger. She's truly trust. And I would guide this person to sit next to that seven-year-old little girl. Ask her to ask the little girl to start talking. Folks, you've got innocent parts inside of you that need a voice. They don't need to be told what they're thinking, or how they're thinking, or what to think. Those deeper, innocent parts of you folks need to share. You are multi-dimensional. And a lot of the dimension is wonderful,

but there's some dark parts of self that it just needs a voice to heal. That's it. No. I wish I could say it's that simple. It's not. You're guided to do deeper inner child work, buckle, up, and make sure you have help. Make sure you have help. There are professionals out there that

do it. Literally, I always had help. And how to how do you give a voice to your deeper part?

You hear the critical voice? You wrote that all down, right? Then after the critical voice,

then you can ask the deeper part of yourself, how are you doing? How are you feeling? How can I help you? I remind tire first book, which is coming out. I have an entire section on creating a dialogue with my inner child. And I did. And my inner kid in the beginning, he didn't know what to say. But eventually he would talk, dominant, non-dominant, handwriting. I would write down with my dominant hand, which I'm a right-hand person. I write it down with my

dominant hand, and then I switched the pencil and my non-dominant, and I would just listen.

I would write very slow, because you have to write it out with your non-domin...

looks like a child's chicken scratch. Literally, I'll never forget it. I had a four-year-old in

me that I heard. But she said she loved me, but she said she loved me. But she said she loved me.

Over and over and eventually that part, it went from, but she said she loved me, which was a co-dependent attachment he had to, I want my mommy. I want my mommy. And when my little kid started saying that, I had memories of being four-years-old, my dad and his girlfriend lost me at the freaking lake. And you know, at four, and yeah, my dad was still married, a female friend. At four, all I wondered was my mommy, and they lost me. And that traumatized my four-year-old.

Now did I live in trauma, my whole, no. But when it's time to do deeper work? Yes. And I had to listen. And I had to let get that little part to have a voice. And it takes time. It takes commitment. It takes honesty. It takes trust. It takes safety. Why could I be so connected to a female partner today? Why could I have the ability to listen? Because I listened to the deeper parts of myself. Why would I have the ability to have empathy, if she's hurting? Because I have empathy

with my deeper sense of self. Why could I be, you know, there and help and support? Not be codependent. Because I'm there and help and support the depths of my inner self. The how to folks, how you do it with somebody else, you do it with yourself first, these deeper parts of self first. And literally, this is where the whole concept of healing the depths of you,

why it's so important. For those of you that are going there, literally, now not everybody's going

there. A lot of people aren't. But if it's you, the same woman that is doing this reinvent yourself on this website, I came across. She used this term emotional IQ. And I thought that is the coolest term I've ever heard. I have to understand. All of everything I learned and I grew and I awoken to and all that. I was in the isolation of my room. I'm not a social person. I mean, I'm literally private. So as I'm coming back out in the world a little bit, I'm hearing these concepts, these terms,

this, it's just fabulous to me. Emotional IQ never heard it. I knew exactly what it was. I'd never

heard it. I thought, I hope to meet this woman someday because she identifies herself a high emotional IQ. That's a beautiful thing to have. What does that mean? That means she knows how to deeply connect emotionally. And all of us can, how by giving a voice to your darkest parts, giving a voice to your deepest parts of self. How dual hand journaling? Right hand writes it out, left hand journals, writes it out. Where did that concept come from? Beautiful man named John Bradshaw. John Bradshaw

was back in the '80s. I know there's other people do it. John Bradshaw was the one that taught me that 50 years of sobriety when he passed and just a beautiful, beautiful man. And it worked. Helps. This host, why can't she stop eating? There's nothing wrong with her. There's nothing to fix. There's nothing wrong. Just because she's powerless to the behavior. Does it mean there's anything wrong? Powerlessness to a behavior is a red flag that says there's some part of your

inner-child hurting. Give a voice to the deeper part. And yeah, as that part gets a voice, is that part feels safe? Is that part feels heard? You know what's going to come up?

Greaf. Deep, dark, painful, grief. Yes. That's why I say all the time, buckle up. I make sure you

have help. Why? Because it's not easy. And anybody that says the spiritual, emotional, and personal growth path is easy hasn't done it. Period. It's not easy. And embracing the depth of your inner-child and feeling the depth of that pain. No, it's not easy. It's not. But can you do it? Sure you can do it. I did it. You can do it. I can't tell you the number of releases I had around being sexually abused. The powerlessness of being abused. The powerlessness of being neglected

by my father and abandoned by my mother. Were they trying to know? They were just normal

unconscious people. But I dad never spending time in my mother having no emotional availability

caused me emotional pain. Period. Did they try to? No. But it's my responsibility to heal it.

How did I heal it?

I gave my inner-child the awareness no one else ever gave him. I connected with my child. I

put in first, kept in first. I started literally changing my behavior patterns in my external

world by asking the depths of me. Do you want to go here? And I would let the deeper parts of me have a voice. Have a say. Talk about what it wanted. Literally. Right hand. Dominant non-dominant handwriting. That's the how to. That's the how you heal the reason you have all the voices in your head. The voices in your head are the bandaid. Every glass empty voice you have in the head is the belief of a wound. How do you get rid of the voices in your head? Not by positive affirmations.

heal the reason to have them in the first place. Period. Which brings us into spiritual growth.

Why is spiritual growth so powerful? Because the world's waking up. Humanity's waking up.

Literally, you're hearing voices in your head. You're feeling things in your heart. You're intuitively sensing it in your bellies. More and more and more. Why? Because the vibration of humanity is changing. How do I know? 67% of humanity considers themselves more spiritual than religious. Good or bad? No. Fact. So what does it mean? And how do we do it? Well, your spiritual sense of self is not an

action step. It's a remembering process. Literally. And how do we remember it? Well, we remember it

by the more you live from the glass full you, the more you're being guided by the glass full sense of self. And from the multi-dimensional perspective of things like literally multi-dimensional, human self, higher self, inner self. The reason you can't live from the glass full you is because

you've got a hurt little kid who needs your energy first. You give the time. You give the space.

You give the patience. You give the awareness. You create an oven full with the depths of your self first. Then you'll build a do with any human you come across. But as you do that and the depths of you heal, the more you heal, the full of you become, the full of you become, the more you have the ability to heal. The more you heal, the full of you become. And the full of you become eventually you move from a place of full to a place of overflow. Literally. I used to expand more and more and

more. The psychic death process. There's an emotional component of spiritual growth called psychic death. Literally. I would go through two, three weeks where I was literally grieving as if I was dying. I thought I was dying. Literally thought I was physically dying. Then I learned the concept of psychic death. So if you're in this place sometime and you just start grieving and you feel like something's dying, well, it is. What? The old you. The old you. The shedding of the skin. A snake

sheds at skin. Every time the snake grows, it sheds the old skin. Folks, the more you're on a spiritual path, the more you're shedding the old skin. The emotional component of shedding the skin is psychic death. And when you go through psychic death emotionally, the emotional side of it

is going to feel like massive loss. Grief tears, loss, psychic death. I will never forget

there were different times where I would go through these huge shifts and I would wake up on a Tuesday and everything I believed on a Monday was different. Now again, I was confused all the time. That's where my pant took so long because there was no support. But the spiritual sense of self, the more you live from overflow, the more you live from overflow, the more you're sharing of your overflow, the sharing of your overflow, that concept of sharing of your overflow.

This is what's called spiritual growth. And the more you awaken to the overflow, the more you're living from a spiritual sense of self. Spiritual awakening, the whole concept, it's not an end result. Were there people born and died and were divinity only? The only name I know is Jesus.

Now, you have to understand, I am sheltered. I don't know of others. I'm sure there are. You know,

I'm sure there are. I just know of one. Jesus. And this guy walking on water. I get it. I say to people all the time, until I'm walking on water, I still have more emotional growth to do. I still have

More spiritual growth to do until I'm walking on water.

there's so much human interpretation associated with the Bible because so frequently,

Jesus uses the pronoun me. Well, in Jesus's case, there was only divinity. He was only divinity. There was no humanity in Jesus. There was no inner wounded self in Jesus. He was only divinity. So when he's identified himself in a public way, he called the me divinity. Now, that same divinity that was only Him. He told us, He placed it in all of us. Now, the difference between us and Him is where are we? Divinity, human self, inner self wounded self from all of us. So that's where I

came up with the concept of we, human self, inner self, higher self, spiritual beings like Jesus,

only divinity. That's why there's so much confusion in my opinion of human interpretation.

It comes to the Bible because Jesus says it all the time. Jesus is basically talking about a

pronoun where Jesus would talk about a pronoun and say me, if I was in the same sentence, because I'm not fricking Jesus. That's for sure. I would have to say we. We, the Jo, the We, the higher self, human self, inner self. Now, I will tell you more and more. I live more and more from a higher sense of self all the time. How do I know? Because what we're doing right here on this podcast folks, at the end of this, I'm going to share how you live it. I'm going to tell you

some stats of this podcast that are only justified. If you understand, there's a power greater than Joe doing this. There's no way the human Joe could be doing this. I'm going to tell you about that

in a minute. So the question is, how do you live from your spiritual sense of self? How do you do it?

What are you trying to accomplish? And why is it happening more and more? Well, all part of the

human, the consciousness of where the generation of change is because there's more people that have more money that have created more sense of success younger and life than ever before. And they're looking for their next thing. You can be grateful from a place of humanity, but when you move from humanity to divinity, you move from gratitude to grace. gratitude is the internal experience you accomplish every time you put your overflow out into the world and you receive back. It's gratitude.

gratitude lists and being grateful and all of that's beautiful. It's a wonderful experience. The challenge is not the challenges, but most people believe that gratitude is the end result. Folks, it's not. gratitude is the launch point. It's the launch position. When you're in so much gratitude and you still have money, you still have time, you still are ready to do something. That's when you move from gratitude to grace. What's grace? Giving back.

Listen to some of the newest Tony Robbins stuff that Guy is iconic. Listen to it. That's what I've

been listening to recently. Service, service, service. He says it all the time. Good enough for him. He's been around billions. Got a hundred and some odd companies. Like he said, I could do anything. Why do I still do this? His words, I'm paraphrasing because I yearn for service. Why? Because when he's in service, he experiences grace. When he experiences grace, he experiences purpose full sense of self and all of us can do it when you're at that place. Now, if you're hurting

and you're still trying to change behaviors and all of that, it's fine. That's just where you are on the growth, on the path. Not everybody's at the place to move from gratitude to grace. A lot of people aren't. But if you're on a path that you're having awareness like something today seems or feels or looks different than yesterday, it's because it is in you. Every time you have a new awareness, you can identify yourself as a spiritual being.

Why? Because you're on a spiritual path. How do I know? Because a awakening from new awareness is a spiritual event. Now, there's emotional components and there's physical consequences, but that's a spiritual event. With each new awareness, you're living your spiritual path, more clearly, period. How do people say that? No. Why? Because they don't know. Doesn't make them red or wrong, but it's true. So if you get nothing out of this podcast right now,

nothing except look back at every spirit, every awareness you had, every awakening you had, every time you thought of something different and you identified that as a spiritual process, you're going to see you're already on a spiritual process. You're already in spiritual growth. Today, even if your bank accounts low, even if you're having challenges with your partnership, even if you can't get out of addiction. If you're having awareness is your own

Spiritual path, period.

How do we heal? Give a voice to your darkest parts. Dominant non-dominant handing. How do we live?

Is we dream big dreams? Dream big dreams. Dream big dreams. Dream big dreams for your family. Dream big dreams. Why? Because dreams, which move into your imagination, literally your imagination is the freest position of your humanity. You can imagine something at any point in time. It's endless. It goes forever. Literally. And when you're dreaming big dreams and experiencing those dreams in your imagination, literally, that's your

humanities, simplest place to start. And when we're in an awakened process, we have to get in the understanding that we're already doing that, which we think has an end result.

Folks, until you're walking on water, there's more. There is. But if you understand that you're

already doing that, which you're trying to seek, it goes back to the beginning of what I was saying in my intro, that you don't have to be fixed to be on a spiritual path. You don't have to be connected to be on a spiritual path. You can be hurting and still be on a spiritual path. You can still be in addiction and still be on a spiritual path. Yes, it's both the overarching concept is called the human experience. Why? Because your humanity is experiencing all of these

disconnected realities, but your spiritual sense of self. You are a spirit having a human experience. And that spiritual sense of self is waking up more and more. How do I know? 67% of society

considers themselves spiritual versus religious? What's the biggest difference between the two concepts?

Spirituality and religion? Religion is beautifully there to create a relationship between you and a power greater than yourself. Most people call it God. Some people call it Jesus. Some people call it Buddha. Whatever you call it, but that's literally like you and Jesus walking hand in hand. Spirituality is about you becoming one with the Christ consciousness. You becoming one with a higher power inside of yourself. How do I know it's there?

That's the guy all time started around and said it's there. That's your divinity. And as you move from that place of imagination where all possibility is the possibility, that's where your humanity can feel the freeest is in your imagination. And from that over time, it starts whittling down and it starts becoming smaller and imagination moves into inspiration. And an inspiration are those two or three things that are in your heart,

in your belly. You have ideas about it all the time. It wakes you up at night. Even when you're having a horrible day, you can think about your inspiration. It makes you feel about it. Those inspirations folks, that is not of your humanity. Your inspirations are from

your divinity. They are sourced from your divinity. That's why an inspiration transcends the human

experience. That's why an inspiration transcends the emotional experiences. You can be emotionally high. You can be emotionally low. Your inspiration stays in you. You can be physically poor. Are physically, you know, traveling the world. And your inspiration stays in you. And it doesn't matter what country you're in. You can be an India. You can be in Japan. You can be in Hong Kong. You can be in Australia. This whole concept isn't defined by geography. That's why the

we uponcasses in 14 countries already will be in every country sooner than later. Why? Because divinity is waking up everywhere around the world. And when you truly understand whatever your divinity is, whatever your inspiration is, it's yours. Mine was the right

of a couple books. Mine was to be a public speaker. Until Miss Wendy, I never knew that I was

supposed to be doing a podcast. I didn't know. I was just asked to do a referral for her. And I told the story. And she just has this beautiful way of kind of pulling it out of me.

She would listen. And she said, Joe, you'd be great. You should do a podcast. I said, okay,

you know, that's where that whole concept came. I didn't know that. I didn't have any awareness of that. She helped me do that. And that's all part of the reinventing of Joe. I was a single dad with a traditional business and a big dog Zeus. Now I'm a global speaker. Author of three books, fastest growing podcast on apple podcasts, literally because of all of you,

We're doing something special here.

the living from the divinity comes from those inspirations. And when you truly understand that

one thing inside of you that's been there and you've put away, you put aside, you push down, you made wrong, you made, whatever. That's of your divinity. When you really understand that, that's another spiritual awareness that you have a spiritual path. Right now, as we're speaking, you're on a spiritual path. Inside, now your outside world might be completely chaotic. You might be hungry. You might live in a community with no water. You might live on the top

penthouse and do buy. I don't care where you live because I'm talking about stuff that's inside of you. And those inspirations are in you. And if you hear them, it's time to start moving forward.

The how do you move forward? First off, you have to understand this very clearly. It is not your

inspirations responsibility to pay your bills. So if you're guided to write a book, write a book. If you're guided to start a park, start a park. If you're guided to become a chef, or to learn the piano, or to learn the guitar, I don't know what it is. I don't know what you're guided to do. But remove the yes or no to taking action based on the external result. Because your divinity, your inspiration has nothing to do with the outside world. There is

everything to do with you experiencing and expressing your inside world. And that's where inspirations the how to how you do it. That's where I would write down. I'm a big writer. When you put things pen to paper, inspiration start moving from out of you into creation. Creation is when you're

living your inspiration. And I don't care who you are. You know, the man who invented the computer

on a Tuesday. The idea wasn't there on a Wednesday. The idea was there. Where did that come from? Oh, his divinity. The man who created glasses, the person who created the drug to heal leprosy, the person who created the concept, the flying in the air, the right brothers. On a Monday, it didn't exist. On a Tuesday, it was there over time, then they lived it out of the world. Where did the original idea come from? There was a whole, any new concept at one spot in time didn't exist.

And now it does. Why? Well, because the people that had those inspirations brought the inspirations out on a piece of paper and started living it in creation, and then eventually started manifesting it. And people say, "Well, Joe, if it's that easy, why doesn't everybody do it?"

Fear. Fear. Wound. Wounds. That's it. Why? Because that's what keeps people from doing it.

Famous speaker, less brown years ago, said the cemeteries of the planet are the wealthiest places

on earth because people are born, and they die, and they never bring their inspirations out of

the world. They never bring their value out into the world. How do you do it? What's the how to? The how-to is in that spot right there. When you understand the difference between imagination and inspiration, when you really understand that your inspiration is from your divinity, not your humanity. I'm talking to your humanity, but your divinity is hearing me. That inspiration is from your divinity. But it's your humanity that has to bring it out into the world. Creation phase, it goes imagination,

inspiration, creation, manifestation. Imagination, inspiration, creation, manifestation. 99% of all dreams and inspirations die between the place of inspiration and creation, because humanity lives in the ego-based perspective that says, the eye have to do it all by myself. The eye is responsible, and folks that's a falsehood. The eye, meaning your humanity, it's in that spot. When it's time for your creation to come out into the world by writing,

by writing down a list or whatever, it's in that spot right there where your humanity needs to

ask for strength and courage from the divinity that gave you the idea in the first place.

Here's the answer, folks, to the how-to, how-to you, how do you get your inspiration out into the world. Right here, the how-to is ask the same source that gave you the idea for the inspiration, the first place, which is your divinity, ask your divinity for the strength and courage to take action. And as you ask in the 12 step program, that's the seven step, humbly ask for strength and

Courage, humbly ask for things to be different.

And it's interesting that the promises of the program happen after the seven step for you 12 stepers out there, read it. Well, it's that spot right there, because when you move from inspiration to creation, like Joe did with my books, I wasn't the one writing them. I was the one physically writing it on piece of paper, which I still have all those pages. But it was my inspiration given me all the information. I would write as fast as I could. The God of my understanding

cannot write on a piece of paper without me. I have to do the writing. I wasn't the source of the

writing. I was the in my inspiration was. Now you have to understand the other thing you have to do is

remove timeframes. My first books came through me in the late 1990s, pre millennia, we're talking

25, 30 years ago. It didn't matter. I still wrote it out. Now, the how to ask for strength and courage. The what to do, whatever your creative idea is, whatever your inspiration is, get a piece of paper and just start bullet point ideas, bullet point bullet point bullet point. I had so many different inspirations all the same time. I had to get different vanilla folders and I would put different pads of paper in it. Right now, if you were in my office, you would look around my office.

I probably as I'm looking just in my eyesight, I have 30 or 40 different folders with book ideas with workshop ideas, with travel plans. Will I do any of them? Probably, knowing me, but each one

of them every time I have a new inspiration, I write it on a piece of paper and I put it in that

folder. And then eventually the folder gets full and up and that's where the books came through.

My second book called We, which is going to be launched here soon, it's exactly what happened.

It happened right after unequally yoke. I don't have the end of unequally yoke done, but another book started coming through me. So the three books I have three books coming out, two of them were inspired 25 years ago. One of them was inspired three years ago. That's the creation phase. God can only do for me, for me what God can do for me at whole concept. And that's where inspiration and creation works together. Eventually the file folder gets quicker. Eventually the

file gets big enough. Eventually your creation, you're going to take it out into the world. And when you take it out into the world, it's through the manifestation of your creation where the world benefits. The world benefits by your inspiration when you get it out into manifestation. Now does that mean everybody's going to have a global podcast? I don't know. I don't know why not. Does that mean everyone's going to have the best selling book? I don't know. I don't

know what's going to happen with yours. All I know is that your world will be completely different. Your world will be completely full. Your world is going to feel fabulous. Why? Because you're living from your divinity, literally living from your divinity. And then the last phase of that whole thing is to commit to being very good at what you love to do. And this whole idea of manifesting what you love putting love out into the world. Why is that so important? Because if God is love

and love is an emotion and emotions are in your heart, when you're doing what you love. You're literally doing IE living God. You're living God. Now how does all that connect that all connects in the feminine side of self? Why is that important? Because humanity's waking up to the feminine side of self. And as your feminine side of self is waking up, you're going to be inspired to do

things you never knew possible. How do you do it? Ask the part. Ask your divinity that gave you

the inspiration, the first place, where the strength and courage to live it, for the strength and courage to go out and produce, put it in the manifestation stage. And as you become, the best you can be,

that's why you're living as God's image. Creating in God's image isn't the little you.

When you're living in God's image, that's not the drunk you. That's not the codependent you. That's not the small you. That's not the low self esteem you. The end result of spiritual awakening is that you really become consciously aware that you're living as your higher sense of self. And sometimes you can feel it in your heart. Sometimes you can experience it in your belly. But sometimes you see it out into the world. And folks, I shared earlier, I wanted to share

something with you. It's because of all of you, I'm literally living my divinity. My divinity is who speaks in this microphone, and it goes on into the globe. Each one of you are being guided to

Listen to the Wii podcast through the divine sense of yourself.

has been ranked number one on the how-to charts in Apple podcast. How? How did that happen? The Wii podcast has been between number four and number seven on the education charts on Apple podcast. How? Sitting next to global brands. And even bigger than that, folks,

the Wii podcast has been in the top 200 global podcast. I asked chat, how rare that was?

Chat said there's approximately 4 million active podcasts in the world. For our podcast to be in

the top 200, it puts it in the 0.005% top. Basically, what chat told me, the Wii podcast is living the impossible. It's statistically impossible to accomplish what it's done. How am I doing it? Because it's not me doing it. It's not. What's Joe good at? Listening. What's Joe good at? Channeling God through. And all of you together, we are coming together doing something different.

My goal of 100 million downloads a month. Why? Why do I want that? Because I believe if we can

get an environment where there's 100 million of us together, moving from gratitude to grace,

from humanity to divinity, as we can get a movement of people that understand you're already on a spiritual path. You're doing it as we're speaking. Different phases, different levels, different places, and a spiritual path doesn't mean you're not going to have a hard life. You can have a hard life too, and still be on a spiritual path. Right now, you are.

And the more you understand that, the more strength you're going to have to make it on the other

side of the behaviors that are causing you pain. The more strength you're going to have to embrace the depths of pain you've been so afraid of. And quite honestly, it's going to give you the availability to live as the grander you move from gratitude to grace. And as more of us move from

gratitude to grace, and grace is the experience you get by giving back, that's how we heal humanity.

And every day, folks, more and more of us are doing that. Every day, we're coming together and that's happening. And every day, I live in grace and gratitude for each of you, because together, we're doing something different. Together, we're healing humanity, and together, we're making a difference, one smile at a time. Thank you so much for your support, and I genuinely appreciate you being here.
