City officials have not yet confirmed this.

The recording continues for several minutes, calmly narrating events as they unfold in real time. It ends abruptly, mid-sentence. That sentence is, "If you're hearing this live, you still have time to." Hold on, our studio lights just flickered. If you're hearing this live, you still have time to.
