Why do you think so many people don't make the time to relax?
I wanted to tell the word that "seal care" it should be "puzz of life." It should be "puzz of routine."
“It's like, "Ha, you need oil here, you need a car clean, you need to make your car to run longer.”
A body exactly is the same." Need a gootier is a grounded community focused in compassionate entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Subite High Spawn. Leveraging her deep cultural heritage, she helps individuals and franchise partners embrace authentic Thai self-care, creating a lasting legacy of holistic healing,
mindful leadership, and meaningful connection. Michael, if I can convince you to do the "seal care" to be passive routine, I believe you can leave longer, and that's my way to keep back. Helping people to be better version of the "seal thing" more clearly, more healthy, become a better wife, become a better husband, because the mood of better there will be more
smile, calm, more kindness. You can offer this space for people in your own community that people can look good, feel good, and be better version of themselves everywhere, and I already gone to with 20 years that might own business from nothing, literally nothing. I mean nothing, it's nothing.
“I can tell you what that's story if you want to hear it.”
It spans the goal, like a super high school, internet elders. Today, Apple is going to reinvent the phone. It's not over, I'm telling how we're... The living your legacy podcast for those who live to leave a legacy.
Welcome back to another amazing episode of the Legacy Maker's podcast for Insight Success.
I am Regretiers. Joining me today is a founder of something that everyone needs, and it's only spelled with three letters. I have to stop because when you said your last name, it's my last name, Gutierrez. And your husband's last name is Gutierrez. Gutierrez.
Gutierrez. So what is your full name again, my love? Nita Gutierrez. Nita Gutierrez. Beautiful.
“Do you tell us who you are, what you do, and why you're here?”
I'm the founder of the Thai spa and CEO, and I'm here today to share my story. So you and I are about to film your episode. What are we going to learn about you today? Oh, a lot. Hopefully we have full day together.
So let's talk about a full day together. Yes. But now with me, but just with you, what happens at a full day spa with you at your establishment? Let me bring you back.
When I started my first business in Canada 20 years ago,
I'm from the well-net already, working spa for many years. Move to Canada to build new life, fight love, get married, move to the city, and want to start a business, right? I went to work in different spa. What I found out is missing, missing the warm, the culture,
the journey, the experience. And I would like to bring the little piece of Thailand to the community, the way I was, where I was in Vancouver. I said, I want to build the spa that offer the warm, that you feel like you're coming home.
Like, visit family and friend, the high hospitality,
good quality so it, and then the first step that you're coming in,
I want to feel like a journey. I want to transport you to Thailand without getting on airplane. I think it, okay, first step, they just transport to Thailand. After that, okay, we need to get five cents to take care of the sight, the sound, the touch, the taste, and the... I don't see the smell.
We had a smell and everything, and I said, okay, I have my own, we have a custom music. I, you know, we built it for ourselves. I want the music to bring them in, somewhere else, that just... Soon you step in, the music is just bring you down. Sure.
The calm, the flow with the music is follow with the heartbeat, and we'll flowing in and flowing out. And then there's a bit of Thai instrument in it because you try to... You've been to Thai spa here, you have that, and the smell of that Thai herb,
The lemon grass that just hit right in your senses, and then just bring you d...
Sure.
Even before you start to treatment, you already feel calm and relax.
That's what I want, right? And then the technique of massage. I want the time because there's people who take time from work, from family, from kids. To your games. Bring them to the spa.
I want this time that they're in a spa, feel worth it. I want to get the mouth benefit in there. My body and spirit. Yes. And that's what I get.
We get time to start technique, you know, we... The ancient technique that we're using Thailand over 2,000,000 years ago, with some pressure point, some stretching, compact long stroke massage, that you feel so much relax, relief, and how many right after your treatment. Why?
I'm sorry to interrupt. Why do you think so many people don't make the time to relax? That's why I'm here today. I want to tell people, I want to tell the word, that self-care, it should be past of life. It should be past of routine.
It's like... You need oil here, you need car cream.
“You need to make your car to run longer.”
A body exactly is the same. We need to take time to take care of self-care. Should be really routine, too weak, money. Not once a year. Yeah.
And then what I... When I come to North America, I just... Some people said... Also culture. Also...
I never get massage before.
What? You never get massage before? No. You need to change. The way you're thinking, you need to get massage more legally.
And some people only go on my anniversary or birthday. Two times a year. No, no, no. You need to change. You need to take care of yourself.
If you... Can you imagine this? If you get massage weekly? On going the less of your life? Would you think you will leave longer?
Would you like to leave longer?
“Well, you told me before you got on the podcast”
that you're actually 300 years old. Remember when you told me that? 2,000... Find it years ago in my life. So you're 2,500 years old?
Yeah. Perfect. That you're look great for your age. Thank you. And that's me.
But... I'm positive 50. No, you don't have to say that, honey. That's why I'm like 500 years old. So what is your why?
Do you really just want people to relax and smell the roses? What month? Start at this journey. My why? 30 years ago.
3,000 years ago. 3,000 years ago. My why? Start in 3,000 years ago. Okay.
So why is... I want to help people. Hmm. I want to help people to take care of themselves. My go.
If I can convince you to do the self-care, to be part of the routine, I believe you can leave longer. And that's my way to keep back that. Helping people to be better version of themselves.
Think more clearly, more healthy. Yeah. Become a better wife. Become a better husband. If I can mood a better, they'll be more smile.
More calm, more kindness. And the kindness that...
“From you, you have to be kind to yourself.”
Take time to take care of yourself. When you be kind to yourself, take time for yourself. You feel better when you feel better from your insight. Oh, yeah. You will spread out to the person next to you.
And the person to you, do the same. The world will become more beautiful. I'm so sure. And that's my why. I want to spread the typhoid of wounded everywhere.
And I want to help people to leave longer. Become a better version of themselves. And that's my drive-in. That keep me going and just have so much fire in me. I want to help people.
Let me bring you back in Thailand, you know, long time ago. massage is just normal. Just go and hang out. Let's go for massage. From a let's go for a spa treatment.
Let's go get no done head and a body work done. Just normal, right? It just become routine. Bath house is very routine, very normal. It's just nothing.
Don't have to be special or luxurious, right? Sure. Just become normal. I have less earning less income. This bill.
No, this bill. I spend share the money. Like this is my budget for myself. Wow. Because we believe what we really live in there is a parenthesis.
And hostility killing.
That's the first thing we go to.
Before we go to a doctor to get paid. Absolutely. To get everything that's a mentality that, you know, being taught that so many generations. Get less.
What can we do to take care of yourself first?
Let's go to.
Okay, hostility killing anything until we could not do that.
“And then we go to the modern medical to go to.”
To get paid killer, right? You don't absolutely don't just. Oh, my body is egg and pan and go to see doctor doctor. Oh, here. Get paid killer.
Oh, not working. Oh, double the dose. And you know, we don't do that. We get a massage. Okay, we might have to go two times a week instead.
One times a week now. Right. For sure. For sure. That's why there's good car parker.
Car parkers and there's terrible car parkers. And it completely different. A part of the body and a part of a relaxing and anointing. Anointing. It's funny.
Anyways, let's go back and talk about how folks see. Well, self care as a food food thing. In America, they don't have a budget to self care. They don't have a budget to get by.
And they always go straight for low hanging fruit.
And I don't mean fruit lightly. I mean, the cheeseburgers, they drink.
“They're polluting themselves by trying to mask and try to be somewhere else that they're not.”
Yeah. You're quite the contrary. You're, you are about being present and healing and growing. Talk about that philosophy. That is just how we grow up in the culture.
It has peace and and future. It just, in a DNA, I guess, in my DNA. Maybe not everyone. But, you know, we try to live the moment. Sure.
Try to fight a joy and happiness and contentment. That's why my company named Sabai. Sabai means like comfort contentment. Wow. Happy.
You just enjoy. And that's my company name. And yeah, the peace and the peace is already past. You cannot kill it. You can learn from it.
The moment is now. You take the moment to enjoy the moment. Try to fight, sort of make a small win. Even the small little thing that you cheap men, small thing. You just be cheerful and happy and enjoy the moment.
The future haven't come yet. But you can chop the future by your decision that you're making today. And the action you're taking. And that will sharp your future. Absolutely.
And. Well, how can folks find you? Do you have, actually, let me, let me rewind a little bit. What can folks do at home to find a place of zen? And you have the kitchen.
You've got the bathroom. You've got the bedroom and the living room. Folks should really have a room of zen, correct? Yes, is what I learned in here. People, I like, there's a lot of good things about not America here.
People are ambition. You have a goal. You know, I want to do this. I want to achieve this. And I'm just like an expectation.
So high, right? And then. Be kind of that. We achieve a lot. That's why we have a real rocket ship.
You know, we add one. Something. That is amazing. But. However.
However. You forgot one thing. You forgot to take care of yourself. Right? That's what we hear. And for me, what I want to bring is the best of both work.
How well we still have ambition. We have this thing. But we just take time. One hour a week or two hour a week. To get a massage.
So care. Anything that to make a still feel better. I don't think is a lot. When you're thinking about it, you can do that. You know, instead just drinking a lot to do something.
You can put that budget. Okay, I put that budget toward, you know, massage, weekly massage. I don't think it's like, oh, I don't think I can't afford it. And I think everyone can afford it. If you would.
How many aside for it. If you think it's value in a. If you think this is going to help you. You have to invest in yourself. You should invest in yourself.
Because you're going to think more clear, you're going to be. Well, effective. No, you're going to be more productive. And then not just only that, you're going to be. Contributes a better version of yourself to the community.
How do you share your vision? Are you on stage speaking to people?
“Are you communicating this via videos on the internet?”
Or because you have an amazing presence.
And I would pay to come watch you talk. Not yet. That's it. Yes. Not yet.
Isn't that insane? How are you like your your presence is so calming? Like if people need to hear this because I believe you. And I hear this all the time, but I don't believe them. But I believe you.
Thank you. Yeah. So I talk about that. Being a believable CEO that is working in such a taboo. Weird, eccentric.
I lead everything with heart. And I believe a power belief is just. You know, believe in yourself. Believe in your worst. Believe in your vision, you can do anything.
If you have the belief and consistency. Is it okay or anything to to help to yourself?
Even you hear in the North America.
It's a different in Thailand.
You can take time. You can learn how to do meditation. Don't have to be an hour to. You can start with one minute. Thirty second.
Okay. Good morning. Have time for yourself.
“After you when you wake up, you know, just thirty second.”
Increase to one minute, two minute. And then even just five minute a day. Just get to calm and just think about the day. Okay. And then set your tone for the day.
And be gratitude. And be thankful for each day that you still live. You know. And then just after that. Okay.
I'm going to set my day today. I'm going to be.
Happy and five joy every day.
I'm going to do my best today. I put 100% in two would work. Do it husband, family, or friend, or, you know, anything. You just. Okay.
I'm going to say something that nice. And I'm going to treat everyone around me night. I'm going to treat myself. Well, I'm going to be kind to myself. If I.
If you don't set the tone out of the day. You. You just up. Even just spell the coffee. How are you?
You know what I'm going to get mad at you. So just. You just spell the coffee on your shirt. It's not a big deal. It's okay.
Right? It's just something.
I need to hear more of this.
Especially living in Miami. I need to hear. It's going to be okay, right? It's going to be fine. It's going to be fine.
Just coffee. And it's nothing with it. What? How can find people find you? A website, a YouTube channel.
“How can people find your your personal relax spa ministries?”
Yeah. You can find me on a website. Active and Lincoln. And my personal. If you want to reach out to me.
I'm always available. It's called people to reach out on a website. You know. Survite high dot com. Or survive.
Finch eye dot com. What the opportunity of finchizing. Beautiful. Oh, the opportunity of franchising. Yeah.
What are you interested in it? I was going to say, what are we going to learn out in your legacy makers episode today? We're about to literally go down to the studio and film it. What are we going to learn? Give us a preview.
Yes. The reason why I'm here. I want to share the sale care. But not just only that. I want to share the opportunity for other.
I truly believe that every community. I need the ties by a woman. Something different. Something that high premium quality. That people can affordable.
For sure. With the journey and the experience. And so it did again. That's why I. Design.
“To open up the Finch eye opportunity for other.”
Because I have done for 20 years. And then, you know, of course. You can talk detail. The journey they're going. But fast forward for the Finch eye thing.
I would like people to, you know, learn more about us and just deep drive. That you can offer this space for people in your own community. That people can look good, feel good, and be better version of themselves. Everywhere. And I already gone to with 20 years.
That might own business from nothing. Literally. Nothing. I mean, nothing. It's nothing.
I have let it in a thousand dollars. And then, I just have the vision. I have the dream. And I want to open the supply tie spot. I want the tie concept.
Into my local community. I started with. That's it. I just don't mind when I have this vision. I have this dream.
I want to bring it to life to people. And here you are. And building a little bit of a little magical. Yep. I can tell you what a story.
If you want to hear it. Well, what is there for the episode? This is just the teaser. My love. It was such a pleasure to to get to speak to you and have this opening act.
I can't wait to go down to the studio and get to know you some more. This concludes yet another episode of Legacy Makers for Inside Success. This is Ray Gutierrez.
