All right, brothers, we have another exciting, the butcher legacy audio book update, baby.
We really do, and I'm so excited to finally announce another incredible voice joining the cast.
Drum roll, please.
“The only carry height is voicing John Leroux, which is honestly kind of surreal.”
Carry brings so much depth, so much intensity, and so much heart to every performance. And the second I heard him, and honestly the second we all heard him.
As soon as we heard him as John, we said, yeah, yeah, that's him.
That's John Leroux. We all knew it.
“It's one of those moments where a character that you've lived with for years at this point suddenly becomes a real person.”
It's so cool. I know it's so wild. This cast continues to blow my mind. I mean Sophie, Joe, and now carry. I can't wait for everyone to hear carry bring John Leroux to life.
It's iconic. Trust us, guys, you are not ready.
“The butcher legacy audio book is shaping up to be something really freaking special.”
EAH! Here's a quick excerpt of carry height as John Leroux. Detective extraordinaire. Purchasehead.
The call came in at a shitty time, but they always do.
The Roost stretches himself out of his car, throwing the wrapper from a candy bar onto the passenger seat. He had just left the precinct to go home when they called him out to the middle of fucking nowhere. Dispatch said something about a possible deceased person being used as a haunted house prop, and in response, his eyes almost rolled into the next parish. Seems to him like a stupid prank.
Just the kind deployed every year near Halloween to waste their goddamn time. But even before he reaches the mass of barn, the familiar scent of decomposition sneaks its way into his nose, humbling him immediately. The next parish is a very good place to be a good man.
