This is NPR. A federal judge says a justice department does not have to return the 2020 election ballots from George's Fulton County. They were seized by the FBI from a warehouse near Atlanta. The judge issued the ruling Wednesday.

Lawyers for Fulton County had argued for their return, saying the seizure was improper and unconstitutional. Fulton County is at the center of unfounded election fraud claims by President Trump. The deadly cruise ship outbreak of Hontavirus is a strain called Andy's virus, an impairs Gabriella Emmanuel reports it is known to spread human to human.

People are typically infected with Hontavirus after inhaling virus particles from rodent urine feces or saliva, however, Andy's Hontavirus is known to be transmitted between people who are in very close contact. Carry Devink is at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. What they're doing is isolating people mostly in their rooms, like allowing them to go

to kind of the open decks where, you know, the ventilation is good. The World Health Organization says personal protective equipment has been brought on board. Three passengers have died and there are five other patients, including one in the hospital in South Africa and another in the hospital in Switzerland. Devink says the risk to the general public is very low.
