went to the polls today to decide contests that are expected to help shape the fight for
control of Congress in November.

Wesley Bell in a rematch of 2024, with a closely-watched contest for an open-signancy seat in Michigan, has yet to be called Democratic voters heir to seem between progressive of dual-out site and Congresswoman Haley Stevens, who has a backing up top establishment Democrats. The race has seen as a test of the party's direction heading into November.
Primary voters also went to the polls today in Virginia, Kansas, and Washington State. A man and ice-cust today at Delaney Hall in New Jersey has died. The facility has been the site of intense protest as impairs Vanessa Romo reports. Edwin Giovanni Lopez, Courtney Ho, was 41 years old, originally from El Salvador. Authorities say he entered the U.S. illegally 20 years ago and has lived here ever since.
He was a nice custody for less than six weeks and died on Saturday. Lopez suffered from several ailments, including high blood pressure and diabetes. His mother Maria Codnejo told an immigration advocacy group that they spoke the day before he died.
“He told her he wasn't feeling well, that part of his face and his right hand were numb.”
In a statement, DHS says Lopez experienced a medical emergency, and that staff called 911. The cause of death is pending.
Lopez is the second person to die at Delaney Hall detention center in the last eight months.

There are no approved vaccines for boondabujo, which is important why the virus has already claimed over 1,700 lives. In early June, the coalition for epidemic preparedness innovation, or sepate announced an
investment of over $60 million to jumpstart vaccine development.
Maderna got the bulk of that money and trials started in Canada. Researchers will be testing the safety of their vaccine and whether it induces the body to mount an immune response in healthy volunteers. Last month, another sepate backed vaccine began similar trials. But it will still likely be many months before any vaccine gets tested on the ground, Jonathan
