El-Sayed said Democrats face a pivotal test in the months ahead. "If you can build a movement, brick by brick on a conversation about who we are and who
we want to be that you can take on $70 million of outside spending and 11 to one spending
disadvantage by voting people to be a part of their democracy. We look forward to continuing to build that movement to get money out of politics, put money in your pocket, Medicare for all, into November to defeat my Rogers a historically corrupted congressional member in Michigan and want to be Senator." Senate races this fall. A federal judge has dismissed the seditious conspiracy case against members of the far-right oath-keepers group at the request of the Justice Department. The jury convicted leaders of the Grouping Connection with the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol Building in 2021 and PR's Kerry Johnson reports.
A federal judge had sentenced oath-keepers leader Stuart Rhodes to spend 18 years in prison calling him an ongoing threat to democracy, but the Trump Justice Department backed away from the case against Rhodes and other members of the group, so Judge Amit made out reluctantly agreed to dismiss it. In a new court filing, the judge says the move diminishes the gravity of January 6th and denigrates the work of prosecutors and police who tried

Stocks on Wall Street opened higher this morning on the heels of Big Gains Tuesday, and PR's God Horsley reports the Dow Jones industrial average shall more than 600 points in early trading. Both the Dow and the S&P 500 and Exclosed at record highs on Tuesday boosted by strong corporate earnings reports as well as hopes for a diplomatic resolution with Iran that might lead
to a reopening of the Strait of Hormuz. The Walt Disney Company reported better than expected results for the quarter thanks to the billion dollar box office success of Toy Story 5. Disney theme parks in the U.S. are also doing well despite a drop in the number of international visitors. SpaceX reported financial results for the first time since going public earlier this summer, the company run by Elon Musk lost more than half a billion dollars, as strong
revenues were clips by big spending, especially on artificial intelligence. Scott Horsley and PR News Washington. President Trump is in Las Vegas today where he's expected to highlight his economic agenda and also drum up support for Republican candidates ahead of the midterm elections. This is NPR News.
China is restricting drone exports to the United States and sanctioning seven American entities in response to recent U.S. restrictions on Chinese companies. The measures come ahead of President Xi Jinping's expected visit to the U.S. next month, and PR's Jennifer Pack reports from Beijing.
“Beijing is requiring reviews of Chinese drones, key components, and technologies for export”
to the U.S. in response to recent decisions by the U.S. to ban new imports of Chinese made drones, humanoid robots, and robot dogs over national security concerns. The U.S. Biden added 43 more Chinese firms to a list, over ties to the alleged forced labor of weasers and other Muslim minorities. In both cases, the affected Chinese companies cannot export new products to the U.S.
China's Commerce Ministry says the U.S. violated the recent agreement to stabilize relations with China, a spokesperson added that China's countermeasures have been restrained and hopes the U.S. can meet China halfway. Jennifer Pack and PR News Beijing.
Both officials in northern Virginia are investigating the state's first documented case
of locally acquired Dengay fever. The patient had not recently traveled outside of the state, but had been near someone infected during international travel. Officials believe a local mosquito likely picked up the virus from that person, and later transmitted it to the second patient.
