About 350,000 Haitians living in the U.S. officially stripped of their temporary legal status
Wednesday. They're now vulnerable to detention and deportation weeks after the Supreme Court sided with the Trump administration, and PR's Adrian Ferrito reports. TPS allows people from certain countries to live and work in the U.S. because of dangerous conditions in their home countries.
People from Haiti have benefited from TPS since 2010.

Court said he could do so, that ruling has now taken effect. Haitians now face being deported to a country that even the Trump administration acknowledges is very dangerous. Armed gangs control much of Haiti, many of the 350,000 Haitians affected have U.S. born children. The administration is urging Haitians to self-deport and warning that it will come for them
if they don't. He'd re-inflate even, and fairness.
The FDA has approved the first flu vaccine that uses the same technology as COVID-19 shots,
but Dernas has FDA approved its mRNA-based vaccine for seasonal flu for people aged 50 and older. The Director General of the World Health Organization visited the Democratic Republic of Congo as the country battles a growing Ebola outbreak and at living some reports. Top of the agenda for WHO Director General Tedros Gabriel Yases is Ebola, which continues to spread
at breakneck speed across conflict-torn eastern Congo.

The online prediction market CalShe can no longer do business in the state of Utah. On Higgins, with member station KUER, has more on a federal judge's ruling that the
company is not immune to Utah's ban on gambling. Gambling and other games of chance are explicitly banned in the Utah Constitution, driven largely by the beliefs of the Church of Jesus Christ of Letterde Saints, which is headquartered in the state. Earlier this year, state lawmakers added proposition bets, like the ones made on CalShe and
other similar websites to the state's definition of gambling. CalShe sued Utah in February over the law. It argued the state couldn't treat its sports futures contracts as bets because it operates as a federally registered exchange. The court disagreed.
