they're having a press conference today. Their reports are they're going to have AK 47s and Spears, when they show up for the press conference, because, umga, balunga, umga, balunga.

But in any event back to Jonathan Curley. So the Virginia Supreme Court reject the results of the Democratic effort to wipe out Republican representation in the entire state that keeping in mind
they're doing it from Richmond, Virginia, the seat of the Confederate states of America. Democratic pundits and activists have latched on to a proposal by Michigan State law professor to gut the court by forcing the retirement
of the current justices appointing liberal activists and then reversing this opinion. Uga Buga, Uga La Bungla. It is extremely telling that summer, pushing the raw muscle play to retake power in Washington,
particularly in light of the calls to pack the United State Supreme Court once the party is back in control. And then they'll have what they really want,
“which is all out-civiled war in the United States”
America for the second time, the Democrat,
criminal conspiracy. So Professor Yurgen in Michigan declared on sub-stab, sub-stack that there is what he said, a simple and lawful solution. Send the entire court into early retirement.
Let's make sure that his university is shut down and concrete is used to fill all of the buildings that I used to teach classes there. So here's the other professor Yurgen in Michigan. A simple and lawful, no, it's not a solution.
Send the entire court into early retirement. Under this plan, the Virginia Democrat, all of them, they would adopt an absurdly low age for mandatory requirement and a gut and pack scheme. Yurgen, the professor, suggested that they could set
the mandatory retirement of justices and judges after they reached a prescribed age, beyond which they shall not serve. Regardless of the term which elected to which they were elected or appointed, the current retirement age
for judges and the Supreme Court in Virginia is 73, 73 years old, right? Shouldn't be a mandatory retirement age anyway. Yurgen, the professor in Michigan, dismisses that number as arbitrary.
Then he came up with a new arbitrary number and as a criminal, he said. And says that the Democrats need only make the retirement age 54, 54 years old, mandatory retirement for Supreme Court justices.
The age of the youngest justice today is 54. Steven McCullot who joined the majority opinion and make it in effect immediately. See, immediately force the retirement of the seven justices and then the Union Army forms in the north of Virginia,
the Confederate Army forms in the southern part of Virginia and the Democrats with suicide bombers, they love Hamas.

but they're not Democrat at all. They acknowledge, however, that the court could likely declare these moves as unconstitutional,
unless they first take control through a packing scheme.

Ironically, the Virginia Supreme Court declared the redistricting effort by the Democrat as not only unconstitutional, but wholly unprecedented in Virginia history. The Democrats really don't care.

Pundits regularly fail to mention that the Democrats previously gerrymandered state such as Illinois, Massachusetts and New York, while claiming the right to win by any means necessary. That's what they said.

that demanded that the court wait to rule on the merits
until after the election.

The Democrats would simply adopt a ridiculously low retirement

Can Kuchanelli wait in and said, Actually, the Virginia Supreme Court protected the constitutional rights of all Virginians, including the value of their votes.
