on Al Gore's amazing internet, and it's for sale for $80 million dollars, $80 million dollars.

Now it's the entire floor, the apartment is the entire floor of the building, $6,000 square feet. It's a four bedroom apartment, and that one was only $80 million dollars. It was actually, I noticed that they shaved it down a little bit and make it sound under $79 million, $900,000 for the four bedroom apartment in that building.

But this hedge fund manager, Ken Griffin, who's grown on me very quickly, I've got to say, bought himself a $238 million dollar for a story penthouse apartment in the same building. Pretty good stuff.
