We're here to talk to you about the news. For once, we're going to start with a little bit of good news, a little bit of a sign that America is waking up from its coma. No guarantees in here, but there are some encouraging signs out there that at least some people in America would like to give a shot at, I don't know, reclaiming the country, restoring
democracy, addressing the problems of its people, crazy stuff like that. What am I talking about, Minnestine? Well, I'm going to take what I can get and cling to it and say that this is a lot of good news. It's not just a little bit. In a major victory, I do a major major major one, Michigan's Democratic Senate primary
overcoming a nearly $65 million spending on slot from establishment back to opponent representative Haley Stevens. Having a strong night from Michigan Progressives that also saw in Surgeon Canada, William
“Lawrence, secure the nomination in the state's key toss up U.S. House district.”
I'll say it now advances to a critical high stakes November general election matchup against
Republican nominee Mike Rogers and a race that could determine control over the U.S. Senate. Yeah, and that is good news. There were other victories for progressives out there in Michigan, outside of Michigan. There were also victories for Democrats in defeating Republican ballot initiatives that were trying to limit democracy.
Net net, it was a pretty good day. There are folks, establishment Democrats who are made a little bit uncomfortable by this, particularly since Haley Stevens spent so much money. I've seen bunches of estimates this morning, but one said the ratio was 10 to 1 once. It was 9 to 1 once, it was 8 to 1 once, it was 5 to 1.
Whatever it was, L.S. had ran a good campaign. He won by a couple of percentage points and people who were saying, well, he didn't win by as much as the polls are neglecting a couple of things. One, polls in primaries where the turnout is much lower are notoriously inaccurate. In fact, I saw also this morning that the margin of error in primary polls like the ones
that preceded this primary is often 13 percent, which is, by the way, roughly in the zip code
of what some of these polls were wrong, of course, there was also a poll yesterday that should Stevens would win by 7%. Leave the polls aside. Let's focus on the results. The results say that increasingly across the country, people are seeking reform.
But it's not what the Republicans are calling it. Oh, my god, communist coming to take us over. It's people who are running on, let's address the problems of people. Let's get healthcare. Let's get the money out of spending out of politics.
Let's have normal tax reform, let's have better schools, let's have better roads.
“And that's the secret sauce here, people oriented policies of people who are frustrated”
that the establishment hasn't gotten it done and are willing to fight for it, stand up against Trump, stand up against other candidates that are magna candidates, stand up and fight to get things done for the people. This shouldn't be considered radical. This is politics 101, and I saw this morning, L.C.E. ad on morning Joe, and it was like,
"Well, doesn't this reveal a rift in the Democratic Party?" And he shrunk it off as he should, because that's an inside the belt-way story designed
to make political reporters excited, because they're always looking for content.
But he said, "Look, I'm what I'm trying to do. As I am trying to represent the people of Michigan, help address the issues that are of the concern of the people of Michigan," and he ticked off the things that I just ticked off, and I thought, "Well, that's a very good, healthy response." Of course, the Republican candidate was running unopposed, micro-odgers, immediately took
out with saying, "Mr. Abdul Mott-Rachman, this has been this side," in other words, immediately playing to racism islamophobia, because what does he have to do?
Run on the Trump administration's track record, which is terrible, which has ...
for Michigan, or it is own track record, as I'll say pointed out, when micro-odgers lost
in the house, what he did next was moved to Florida to play golf. He stopped caring about Michigan. Now he is a big money guy. He's a big money in politics guy. He's sort of corrupt Washington character in that regard. In any event, the other wins at the house level, and I saw another
number that showed the 11 out of 16 of yesterday's races were won by reformers or progresses.
This is very positive for America, and if you are a centrist dam, let's look at it and see what we can learn from it. Now we've got a win in November, there are a few more
“primers to come, but the bulk of them are behind us. Let's focus on now. How do you win?”
There's less than 90 days to go. What is working for the progresses? People are handed
policies. Let's learn from that. What's working for more moderate candidates, Talorico,
for example? Let's learn from what's working for them, and let's focus on winning. Taking back the house, taking back the Senate, being able to hold back Trump from doing more damage, being able to investigate the damage that's being done and get the country
“back on track. That's what our collective focus ought to be. It shouldn't be this kind”
of factualism, but I actually believe that's what's going to happen. I mean, some people are going to scream and how, because, you know, their gigs are coming to a close and I mean you James Carville and a bunch of others, but guess what? The rest of people are going to focus on winning, defeating Trump, fixing America, responding to people, and restoring the Democratic Party to its own mission. I thought it was good news. Of course, I take
all my cues from Riley and Bennett because they're, you know, they're Jensy, you know, they're, they're the people who are. The future and my way of staying, you know, is just imitating that.
“But am I dressed properly for today? Am I doing it? Am I? Are people going to think I'm a zoomer?”
You look just like one of us, dude. You're blending in perfectly. Yeah, that's because I have a receding hero line, Riley. That's the thing, you know, he joined the club, that's it and that's hot. Yeah, no, it is. It's it. I see. I see. You feel left out because you're joining in. Yeah. Yeah. Why don't you go for that? Do an in tomorrow. Yeah. Or do that thing where some people they like shave just one side of their head? What have you ever thought about that? That could look cool. I have maybe I should consider it. Yeah, that's really starting. Yeah, that could be really cool. Can you imagine going home, seeing your parents
Hey, mom, hey, they would freak. All right. Let's go to whatever our next story is, it won't be as uplifting as this. No, it's certainly won't. And as the Iran War correspondent, I have to chime in with an update of proposed agreement broke by Oman, congruent Iran control and transit fees over maritime traffic in the straight of four moves, marking a potential concession to Tehran. We've heard this one before a million times, but let's get into it again. Because yeah, but different this time. Yeah, but you've got the White House and, you know, the Treasury Secretary going, we've got a big deal coming that we're going to be able to announce. And it's like, oh, the big deal that we're going to be able to announce is that the straight of hormones,
which was open to free flowing traffic on February 27, will now be controlled by Iran that we've just spent hundreds of billions of dollars to plead it all of our weapons stores, destroyed relationships with allies made the region unstable. We fought to make it safer for Iran to control the the straight of our moves for Iran to make more money. And we're going to say, hey, we've got a deal. This deal is not good for the United States. I don't know how other people are going to accept it, but you're right, probably.
Now, none of this is good news. And we're going to, on deep say radio, we're going to take a deeper dive into one big portion of this. I mean, look at the whole thing, but one of the things that just I find mind blowing is that the United States has depleted so many of its conditions, including a vast percentage of its long distance precision munitions. Fighting this war that we shouldn't have been fighting, it's going to take years to restore this is the one of the biggest acts of national security malpractice that I who've been writing about studying and participating in national security for 30 years have ever seen.
I don't understand why people aren't freaking out about it, but people don't ...
And everybody was like, okay, next day, store it, change the page. It's like shouldn't they be freaking out that the Trump was involved in money laundering? I mean, frankly, they should have known for a long time, but it's these stories just roll off everybody's back. But that's one of the reasons we're here. We're here to stop them from rolling off of your back. We are here to help you get outraged again at what you should be outraged by and if you have outrage exhaust and find ghosted by the pool recover for an hour to and then get back at it because if you're not outraged at this stuff, we won't change. If you're accepting this stuff, it's going to continue. So it's a choice.
You know, you've got to be out of your mind, crazed by what's going on in the world like minutes.

I sure am and I've got another story to be outraged. So I'm really I love it when you sort of tune in with this book. I sure am. I really am outraged. Yeah, go on. I am outraged and let's put outrage on top of outrage. Okay. Missouri Secretary of State, Denny Hoskins, has rejected a citizens petition that sought a statewide referendum on the state's new Trump backed congressional redistricting map.
Despite supporters submitting over 300,000 signatures, well above the required threshold, Hoskins claimed the petition was unconstitutional under state law because redistricting plans cannot be subject to voter referendum's. The move pays the way for a newly drawn GOP leaning map to remain in effect, while the advocacy group, people not politicians Missouri, to challenge the decision in court. Yeah, because it's obviously corrupt and partisan and ignores the facts, but this is the way they play. They're desperate to cling to power. They will do anything to cling to power. Their president doesn't follow the law.
The guy they want to have attorney general doesn't respect the law.
“They're trying to reap the system everywhere they can legally and not so legally. And that's what's happening here in Missouri, which is, you know, a state that's kind of crossed over to the dark side.”
And, you know, I suspect there will be some victories in court for the opponents because the other side's lying, but it's, it is a sign of what's happening here. It is a sign of what the stakes are, and it is one of the reasons that minute is double outrage. Outrage, maxing. Great work. Thank you. That's me. I'm Gen Z. All right. All right, Riley, are you still Gen Z or are you, are you, you know, are you a millennial or.
No, actually, what year does Gen Z start? So I was born in 1998. You're your last, you're a last century. I think that is like the first year.
I just, I just made it in there. Typically, starts in '97, according to my Google AI assistant, who might, my wife calls her chat, bought assistant, her chief of staff. I should do that too, because there's so much hate out there for AI. So I'll just say, well, my chief of staff has told me that your Gen Z, Riley, hope you feel good about that.
“It makes me feel so much better. At the, the agency is almost over. Aren't we on to Gen Alpha now?”
I mean, aren't Gen Z over the hill? Are we past Gen Alpha now, too, or no, are we still? No, we're just, I think we're just on, you're getting past that into beta.
Yeah.
I mean, who knew about all these Gen's? When I was growing up, we didn't have Gen's. I mean, I guess we had baby boomers.
“But I consider myself to be generation jealous, which is the end of the baby boomers. You know why?”
'Cause then it makes me feel less close to death. Um, anyway, Riley, I'm that cheery now. What do you have for us? Well, a federal judge reluctantly granted a justice department request to dismiss seditious conspiracy charges against eight oath keepers, members, including a leader, Stewart Rhodes, following President Trump's earlier commutation of their sentences. Expressing deep regret and acknowledging that his hands were legally bound to yield to executive branch authority.
Judge Ahmed Mehta, sharply criticized the move for bestowing uttering great, for bestowing uttering grace and excusing severe criminal acts against American democracy. A couple with similar recent ruling involving the proud boys, this decision effectively erases the landmark January six prosecution, despite the government presenting no evidence of legal errors or insufficient proof. Yeah, and then that's because Trump got elected. So, you know, I blame the people who elected Trump, 80 million Americans elected Trump who ran an interaction against the United States. What if they think he was going to do?
I also blamed the Supreme Court of the United States, which said above that Trump has immunity and that he controls the executive branch and he can do whatever he wants with it, which has enabled him to turn the Department of Justice into his own private law firm and to use it to defend his friends and do attack his enemies. This is a huge, you know, I mean, read the decision by Judge Mehta, he was not happy because these are serial serious crimes against the United States. He points out that this was a crime that was attacking a foundation of American democracy, which is the smooth transfer of power.
And there's nothing he can do about it because if the sentences are commuted at the Department of Justice decides that they're not going to pursue it, and he's got to let it go. And so, all these bad guys, some of whom have been, you know, convicted or prosecuted for other crimes since this, they're back out there in the system and they all feel a sense of loyalty to Trump.
“There's a big group of armed violent people who feel loyalty to the president of the United States who apparently has the power to absolve them of crimes and who know that the only way that they can stay out of troubles if Trump stays in.”
That isn't a formula for disaster as we go forward. I can't imagine what one is. This is, you know, thugocracy at work and, and that's where we are. You know, I, isn't there a song lyric that says, you know, thug life shows me, well, we chose this. That was a pretty, that was a pretty millennial reference, you probably won't get it. You're officially not jins anymore. I'm so sorry. I've been telling you. Yeah, yeah, my doctor told me that I won't have to go. Okay, our last story is a fun wrap up from our freedom to 50 July 4th, extravaganda extravaganza the UFC's freedom to 50 event health on the White House South lawn resulted in approximately 30 million dollars in losses.
Oh, too good. They're in company decay of room holdings due to high production costs and a lack of public ticket sales attended by President Trump and Vice President JD Vance, the non-ticketed event catered
directly to an invitation only crowd of 4,300 political allies, sponsors, and military members ultimately weighing down the company's quarter two profit margins. So, hooray.
“But on the other hand, you know, they know Trump will pay him back somehow. They'll plump the stocks somehow. He'll, you know, I mean, he will put people in charge to give people breaks. That's what he does.”
So, you know, why, you know, why did Jeff Bezos waste a similar amount of money on a millennia movie? Which was also a flop. Same reason catering favor with the President. Why did the Qataris give him a plane? Same reason, get paid. People are giving millions and millions tens of millions to Trump to, you know, why are they putting money into the White House ball?
Why, you know, there's a woman who's raised something like 800 million dollars on behalf of Trump's little projects. Why do they give money to those projects?
Not because they like Trump or they believe in his ideology because he doesn't really have an ideology.
It's because of, you know, the fact that at the core this whole thing is corr...
And that's why they do this kind of stuff. I did notice that the President who's, you know, spending money like a drunk and sailor in every possible respect.
“I'm not just blowing up our deficit, but also with all of his crazy little projects.”
Decided that he didn't like the way the White House helipad that he is having built on the south line was going. And if you looked at the pictures of it, it's, you know, he's building a helipad that has the presidential logo in it in granite.
I mean, you know, this is, this is his sort of Las Vegas sense of good taste.
“But it should make it easier for grown targeting in the future, I suppose, that the big presidential logo right there in case you don't know where you are.”
But then he looked at it and it was he didn't like the angle of it. And he feels the south line is tilting a little bit and so perhaps it needs to be dug up and leveled out again.
Now, presidents or, you know, I don't know half a century have been using the south line to fly out of unhelicopters, and they didn't need this Trump needs it.
“I think it's all an excuse. I think he wants to turn the White House into a construction site so that nobody asks him, hey, don't, where's your wife?”
But she don't live there, you know, so, and he, well, they know this is construction and just wouldn't be the appropriate place for her to be. Of course, do we know what she's to, who knows, you know, who knows, who knows what she's doing. But I suspect she's just looking at her watch waiting for the next chapter of her life to begin, and I won't go any further on that. Well, we have a deep state radio coming up.
