There are about 2,3 million people.
We are ready to continue.
“The biggest advantage of Shopify for me is”
that we don't need technical information for all of us. We all know the background and the background. And as soon as they start the online shop. If you are ready for Shopify, then you are ready for the platform. You are simply right.
Our whole journey is over Shopify. Now, let's start a new test of Shopify. Welcome to the level of podcast. I'm your host Paul Alex. I went from being a cop to a figure entrepreneur
that helps average people like you and me make money every single day. I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together.
Remember, I have your six. Get ready to level up right now. What's up everyone? Welcome back to the level of podcast. I'm Paul Alex.
“And today we are exposing a highly nuanced trap”
that keeps good people from becoming great. The danger of a supportive circle. Because let's be real. If your friends, family, and coworkers are constantly validating your mediocre efforts
and telling you that you did your best after a massive failure, they are literally loving you into poverty. Let's break down why unconditional applause is toxic for a founder. First, understand that comfort creates delusion. When you are trying to build your first business
working a nine to five, it is incredibly hard. But if you launch a terrible product and your inner circle tells you it is amazing just to protect your feelings, they are blinding you to the truth of the market.
The market does not care about your feelings. The market only cares about value. If you surround yourself with people who cheer for your minimum effort,
you will never develop the operational
calluses required to survive an economic winter. Whether you are writing copy or building software, you need raw brutal honesty. If you demand constant validation, you kill your ability to iterate.
“Second, you have to actively seek out rooms”
where you are the least impressive person. People do not reach the top tier by being the smartest one at the dinner table. They reach it by sitting with giants who look at their business plan and tear it apart.
So instead of seeking comfort from your peers, seek friction from your mentors, make harsh, constructive criticism that ultimate currency you trade in. Lastly, when you surround yourself with people who hold you
to a terrifying standard, your execution skyrocket. Radical accountability, thick skin, and a rejection of unearned praise create an elite operator. When you trade the applause for strategic friction,
you finally build something undeniably great. Bottom line, do not let the people who love you protect you from the truth you need to hear. Seek the friction, audit the flaws and raise the standard.
Because when you do, you will refine your business faster than ever. Thanks for tuning into the Level Up podcast. I'm Paul Alex reminding you. True friends tell you where you are weak,
so you can become strong. Hunt for the truth, build the armor,
and as always, keep leveling up.
