Hello and welcome to our Tuesday edition of Gunnar of Amir Host Maureen, Call...

my throat, but we have got to deal with the surface of cultural criminal updates. We've

got action is happening. Now, Feasants is a foot we're going to begin with the Duchess

of despair and endless grievance. And what her attendance at screening of a documentary that nobody cares about in Los Angeles last week really means we've got more updates on the developing Jared Leto scandal. Plus, we've got the latest on what Sonny Hosten is up to. Not enough that she showed up on scene to try to get her 24-year-old son's misdemeanor, not just knocked down from a citation, but just forget just forget

him. He's just geometry to fourth grade. We've got more. You're not going to believe it. You're not going to believe it. And we've got another, another, another, another indicator

of how fast and how far the nerve has begun moving the culture in our very young tenure.

We've been blocked by yet another major cultural offender. And we cannot wait to tell you all about it. That's right. Number two, blocks the nerve and me and Marlene and our two producers on Instagram. We are loving it. We're loving it. That was a little bit too over inflected. I'm sorry. You know, just like so much darkness. It finds its way in.

It's always a struggle. Stay in the light. Stay in the light. Just like in Poltergeist.

Stay in the light, Carolyn. Okay. We are going to also then get to Trouble Maker art and feedback. And then when I tell you that we are going to cover a scandal that is hiding in plain sight that involves one of the most a list celebrities of the last 100 years. I mean, you know this person well, but I promise you, you have encountered a news item about this. That's sort of like, oh, this thing is happening. That's nice. We at the nerve think

major scandal. Like important investigative work needs to be done. And and for the first

time, Teddy Van Halen joins us on camera with a very, he's been on camera before. This

is true, but he's never spoken before on camera. And I know some of you may have thought

it was kind of a joke. You know what I said? I sent him to Montesito to try to sniff out Harry's alleged reported other woman. And if he had the extra time to walk by Oprah's estate and see if he could sniff out Stedman's remains, he's really there. And he's got a report for all Trouble Makers. And we all need to show up for Teddy. He's a little nervous, but you know, he loves, he loves what he does. And we love him for it. And so we ask, are

you ready? Are you ready? Let's go. Now that it's summer, many, many people are looking to feel less bloated, more energized and more confident. Try adding cowboy classroom to your daily routine. Travelmakers join me in welcoming my favorite travel maker of all. For the very first time,

Betty Van Helen reporting to us live from the on-clave of Montesito, Teddy, tell us what

you know. Morine, I'm reporting live from California. Sources close with situation tell me there may be trouble in paradise. I can't reveal everything just yet, but let's just say my leads are extremely solid and I'll report back with any major developments back to you in the studio.

Teddy, thank you for that report. I lovingly say you're a little light on specifics.

You know, we're working with you on your burgeoning journalism career. I understand it's quite a step up from homicide. Is it? I don't know. Great work, however, in the field. Okay, further evidence that what Lady C told all of us exclusively on the nerve at night two weeks ago, further evidence to the reports that Harry may allegedly reportedly have another woman who Harry is quote unquote in love with and who is quote unquote in love with Harry and that

Meghan knows reportedly allegedly because Meghan reportedly allegedly discovered

incriminating texts on Harry's cell phone. Meghan has not been wearing her engagement ring in public for at least five days. Now, Yahoo is actually reporting she hasn't been wearing it in public for four months, but most news outlets only realize this about five days ago, which tells us a lot about the waning interest in Meghan Markle in the marketplace. Right? Imagine,

remember, we're going to talk about this with Rob, shooter tomorrow on the nerve at night,

but do you remember for those troublemakers who were alive back then when Princess Diana sat in front of the Taj Mahal surrounded by the world's media alone. And she was sending a message, seated alone one of the most beautiful women in the world in front of the globe's most famous monument to romantic love. She was saying nonverbaly the rumors are true. The palace may be denying them but the rumors are true. My marriage is in deep deep trouble. You don't think Meghan's

a student of this shit. Her engagement ring is worth $140,000 and as we will see when we go through what she was wearing at this premiere, this bullshit premiere. She showed up at last Wednesday. She loves to flaunt her large apps. She loves, she's very new to reach. She loves to flaunt her riches. This engagement ring is a three carrot cushion cut center diamond from Botswana, which has significance because Botswana figured very prominently in Harry and Meghan's

origin story as a couple. It is surrounded that three carrot diamond is surrounded by two side diamonds once belonging to Princess Diana. Normally that thing would come off with like a crowbar. Like the jaws of life would have to remove it. So we're not wearing our engagement ring. Interesting. Okay. Now last Wednesday, July 29, Meghan attends a loan. A special screening of the documentary cookie queens. This was the doc that premiered at Sundance. Harry and Meghan are listed as executive

producers. I believe Netflix just slung their names on there to fulfill the contract that Netflix

would, you know, was looking to just exit as quickly as possible. The high stakes, this documentary concerns the very high stakes enterprise of Girl Scouts selling their Girl Scout cookies. So this was worth Meghan driving down from Montesito a two-hour plus drive to attend this premier. And she's out on stage. I think with the director and she spoke about, did she speak about the

Girls that we know of?

the sound bite that has been zooming around social media and the dying entertainment shows,

the accesses, the entertainment tonight. What have you? Is this here we go?

I mean, it has been told me ages ago. It'll all go through experiences and like the supposed surprises. But, you know, here's a helicopter pilot in the British Army for 10 years. And sometimes I'm really hard days. You know, once he says, "But my love, you know, even if there's a storm happening,

about the storm, the sun's always shining." And that's a perspective that only comes when you

think about zooming out a little bit. So I think we can really zoom out and think, "Oh my gosh, how many things have we gone with that felt hard?" And then you still get... Okay, that's enough. That's enough of Meghan. Oh my god, my favorite is when she relays conversations

in which Harry says to her, "My love, my love." And the way she said it there,

you know, my husband said to me, "One day, you know, hey, my love, you know, you know, like she's zoomed through it, like she, it doesn't sound right in her mouth because

nobody in the year 2026 talks like that. Nobody does. Plus, we know Harry's occupied elsewhere,

allegedly reportedly. Anyway, of course, she turned a night that was about otherwise anonymous girl scouts into the Meghan Markle show and the ongoing trials and tribulations of what it is to be the Duchess of Sussex for how much longer we shall see. Wearing on stage a pair of Hermes sandals, that retail for $1100. She's wearing a Cartier love bracelet, base retail price,

over $9,000. Like a half a sense of proportion. You know, you're in front of Girl Scouts

and their families and they're all most of them. I'm going to guess, or modest means. Can you just

fucking bring yourself down to earth from this, it's like she's so, it's it's not even like you could say

as with Harry. Well, you know, she doesn't know any better. She grew up in a bubble. She grew up middle class upper middle class in LA, but you know, she wasn't rolling around in $1100 sandals. She knows better. She just can't stop bragging. Now, we are going to also see her engagement free hands in a close up on set hands in a real that she posted to her as her feeling as ever enterprise the official Instagram account, which I will give Megan credit for this.

She is not blocked me more Laina are producers or the nerve from either her personal Instagram account, whoops, sorry, her personal Instagram account, or the nerve from her personal Instagram account, or her as ever accounts. I will tip my hat to her for that. I will. Anyway, let's take a look at this reel. She's showing us all how to make a nice cream someday. Look, you're going to notice look, look, look, there's the left hand. No engagement ring, just the thread bear wetting ring. Oh,

it of course, what's we're done. That's it. What's a Megan reel without like a Johnty little laugh. Like we're just so we're so everybody's having the ball, everybody's having a ball. Okay, on to Jared Letto, page six Hollywood published July 30th power Hollywood agency, WME, William Morris Endeavor, stands by Jared Letto, despite disturbing sexual assault accusations. I quote from this report, WME, which has represented the Oscar winning actor since 2018 told page six

Hollywood that he remains a client and that doesn't appear to be changing anytime soon. The nerve would like to move this along. I continue from the report when asked if the agency's client advisory committee was reviewing the very serious sexual assault allegations made in a documentary by Premier Broadcaster, the BBC, an agency spokesperson said, no. Now, before we get to more of what the BBC has to report regarding Jared Letto, I'm just going to read from this page six

item that ran on Saturday, August 1st. And it may sound slightly frivolous in light of the very

Serious sexual assault allegations that we're discussing now.

intertwined. It's the allowing for enabling of

and servicing of this kind of bad behavior that gets someone to legitimately commit criminal offenses. And again, we're where Letto's concerned, these are alleged. These are alleged. This page six report from August 1st titled Scaly Antics on set. Jared Letto had bizarre demands while working on the film, Tron Ares, a production source claim to page six dot com. quote, the source alleged that Letto did not want quote, I contact of any kind. How often do we

hear about that? Continuing on, and that he was allegedly on a diet that quote consisted of eating

only fish and quote. Continuing from the page six report, the source said that Letto demanded a fisherman be brought on to the set in Vancouver, Canada to quote catch and prepare fresh fish every day and quote. A rep for Letto did not respond to a request for comment. I take that to me that's true. And that's to say nothing of the reports of what Letto was doing on the set of that film

with Margo Robbie. God, I forgot what it was called. I think he was playing an antagonist of

Batman or a version of the Joker. I forget, but he was leaving things like dead rats in his co-stars trailers, allegedly reportedly, allegedly reportedly condoms filled with semen, allegedly reportedly his, you know, these were covered at the time by like the entertainment media as his pranks, pranks. Apparently, nobody at the studio intervened and said, hey man, knock it off or we're going to fire you. I probably can file criminal complaints over that. Is it any wonder

we're here that we are where we are? We're going to take a look and a listen to a further report from BBC Deep Watch and BBC News. This is Jessica Sartner, journalist and producer. This was posted to YouTube on July 29th, 2020, six again. This is the official BBC News YouTube channel, the title. Hollywood starcast open secret. I take umbridge only with this being Hollywood starcast open secret. There are far too many dark open secrets, far too many, but you know, shine a light on

one, lights on, rats out. Here's Jessica on just one of the women she found, who speaks here and this will sound familiar to you. Here we go. One of the women I found was Etta. She met Letto in 2014 when he approached her outside a modeling agency in LA. He asked for her emails so he could invite her

to his Oskapati. The first email, he just sent an image of the invitation. I said, I think you're

for the invite, but I couldn't make it even though I'm sure it would have been fun. And he responded, text me and gave me his number. Did you know you were 60? I know for sure if not then I did tell

him a couple days later when we were texting. The text quickly turned into phone calls with Letto always

calling from a private number. Like at first it was like, you know, who did you sign with or how did it go? But it quickly moved into, um, oh well, you're a virgin. Do you have any kinks? Like what are you interested in? Oh, can you square, like he seemed very interested in squirting? If you haven't

seen our Friday nerve with Billy Bush, we were talking about Jared Letto and what an open secret,

I will put it mildly. His perversion's have been in Hollywood for decades. And Billy said, oh, I know this personally because I have a very close friend who's daughter was approached by

Jared Letto when she was a teenager.

if this young woman, this girl, this adolescent, was proficient in a sexual act that rhymes with and he said something like squirming. This is a middle age man. If a middle age man is calling your teenage daughter, your teenage sister or niece or godchild, the act of phoning them alone is enough to make it very clear that if that doesn't stop, there's going to be a real fucking

problem here. He's got the gall. He's got the fucking why not? Nobody's told him no. That's what's

known as grooming. She says, oh, first he would call he invited me. She shows the invitation

on her cell phone. Jared's official formally done invitation to his Oscar party at a private residence. Then he starts calling her, oh, how did your day go? Did you get casted for this job? Like, what's going on? And then it goes into this stuff, this sexual stuff. What a lot of these girls and women who alleged this stuff often don't say and I think it's because it might be a source of embarrassment for them and it shouldn't be because it's exactly what creeps like Jared

let a leverage is that they're very flattered. This is just my interpretation. They're very

flattered that this older famous wealthy guy who's been a heartthrob from a very young age. You know, we got famous as Jordan Codalano on my so-called life. All these girls and women throwing themselves at him. He's a rock star. He dated Cameron Diaz, Scarlett Johansson. He's interested in me. He said, I'm nobody. He's interested in me. That is very heavy stuff and these guys fucking know it. He's got no business as a middle-aged man, phoning a teenage girl that he doesn't know. Let alone

talking to her about her sex life. Is she a virgin? Does she have kinks? Does she engage in

something known to squirt? Like what the fuck is this shit? With the actual fuck? This is the

coverage we should be seeing on access and e and people magazine. What the actual fuck?

Here's Edda on feeling nervous and uncomfortable while talking to Jared. But keep in mind again. This is how he fucking shit. This movie star. This Oscar winner now is interested in her. Here we go. He did at least once mention him and I having sex at some point. Everything like nervous, a little anxious, a little uncomfortable, but like at the time I remember I had a really hard time like saying like, no, the things are like putting boundaries up. But obviously, I was 16 so I shouldn't

have to. Edda is one of five women I spoke to who received strange calls from Edda. Four of them were teenagers at the time and they say the calls were often very sexual in nature. I'm going to guess there are hundreds if not thousands of girls out there. This is a guy who tours the world with his fucking mediocre band, who by all accounts was running weekends on remote islands in which his fans paid thousands of dollars to attend

and worship him as a cult leader. He would dress all in white in these like calftanny kind of things.

Entertainment Weekly published July 31st. Hey, you wonder why you're dying? You should have

been on this shit a long time ago. Back when everybody fucking knew. Dylan Sprouse, the former Disney star. Dylan Sprouse is shady tweet about Jared let a resurfaces amid sex assault allegations. As Jared Letto faces new accusations of sexual assault by 10 women, this tweet sent by Dylan Sprouse nearly a decade ago has come to light. I read from the quote, "Yo Jared, at Jared Letto." Now that you've slid into the DMs of every female

Model aged 18 to 25, what would you say your success rate is?

writing on Twitter, which is now ex on May 18. Sorry, May 15th, 2018. At the time, Sprouse was newly

dating his now-wife Victoria's Secret Model Barbara Palvin, the implication being that Barbara Palvin

told Dylan Sprouse that Jared Letto had tried it with her when she was a very tender age. Just my interpretation. Despite WME standing by Jared Letto again for now, for now. NBC News reports that Hollywood has begun distancing itself. This report published July 31st by Rebecca Keegan, the headline as Jared Letto allegations mount, Hollywood keeps its distance. NBC News has learned that one upcoming film set to co-star Letto has stalled and another potential

role for the actor never materialized this, despite being in a claimed actor, he's an Oscar winner

no less. And a global music star represented by two of Hollywood's top agencies. The 54-year-old

Letto has not appeared in a hit film in years. Recent studio bets on him, including Amazon MGMs, Masters of the Universe, 2026, Disney's 2025 release, Tron Eris, as discussed, "Get me fresh fish with a fisherman who goes out to the ocean every day to catch it and bring it to me, are you fucking kidding me, Hollywood?" And Sony's more of ES from 2022 all dramatically

underperformed at the box office that is a polite way of saying they were bombs. Letto was set to co-star

with Lupito Nyango, Harvey Weinstein accused her. The more things changed, right? In the cold,

war thriller, Lunick Heist, who came up with that title, which remains listed as in pre-production

on IMDB, but search light pictures has not moved forward in more than a year, according to a source with knowledge of the production who was not authorized to speak on the record about it. A spokesperson for the Disney-owned studio declined to comment on the film's status. This is the beginning. This is the beginning of the moving away from the problem that Hollywood helped create and is now going to pretend they had no idea about at all not continuing from the NBC report,

the producers of assassination, a movie about President John F. Kennedy, had been eyeing letto for a lead role, but back to way after the 2025 airmill, expose on letto, according to a source with knowledge of that production, who was also not authorized to speak publicly. Elinormic Manis, who works in crisis PR, said the nude accusations surrounding letto will be hard to recover from professionally, particularly given that multiple accusers say they were under

18 at the time. McMahon says this isn't just one allegation, this is a lot and quote adding that if those who accused letto initiate civil suits, he could have quote a legal liability. We've seen this before. This is reminiscent to me of no one as much as Kevin Spacey, who cannot get work and the reason Kevin Spacey can't get work is because everyone in Hollywood knew and he's a liability to them. That's it. Everybody knows and so Kevin Spacey is selling off

every piece of real estate that he amassed during his time as a very grabby, grubby, overpaid, allegedly abusive monster in Hollywood. The skincare industry has been selling lies for years, pushing over-priced chemical-laden creams that just sit on your skin, doing absolutely nothing. Van Man has taken a completely different approach by combining the ancestral power of grass fed tallow with one of nature's most potent secrets wild caught pearl powder.

Their pearl eye cream isn't just about vanity, it is about deep nourishment, infused with deeply penetrating emu and castor oils, this formula smooth skin tone while actively supporting eye health,

organic green tea, frankincense and rose, it delivers the ultimate skin tightening, collagen boosting

results, using ingredients that anyone can actually pronounce, imagine that. Plus, their routine

doesn't stop at the face. Van Man just launched a brand new tallow and honey body wash, available in unscented vanilla or a spectacular grapefruit made with extra virgin olive oil, grass fed beef tallow, macadamia oil and raw honey. There are zero fillers and zero junk.

So go to vanman.shop/marine-26 and use code marine-26 for 15% off your first order. That's vanman.shop/marine-26

code marine-26 for 15% off your first order. Van Man. Real ingredients. No exceptions. Now, onto another kind of monster, Gabriel Haustin and his mother, TV's Sonny Haustin of ABC's The View. This is a story that is lit you guys up. As it has all of us here at Nerv HQ,

I think we might fly Teddy back to cover this one in person as well. Now, Gabriel was due to a

peer in court having been issued a citation for trespassing down by the train tracks near the porta-potties. He and his mother said he was just working out. We here at the Nerv and many of you troublemakers theorize that Gabriel was looking for one of two things down by the train tracks near the porta-potties. We surmise just our supposition, either rough trade or drugs.

Third option both. Just our opinion. Now, it's a citation which means he can't get any jail time.

He won't be, like, at most maybe he'll get a fine. I don't know. Like, that's it. It doesn't go on his record. He doesn't get points on his license. He's sunny happy with this. No. It was knocked down from the misdemeanor. She got this case adjourned or his current lawyer and we're going to get to his current lawyer and you're going to die. His case was due to be heard at 9.30 a.m. last Friday and we had moles at the courthouse who got in touch with Nerv HQ down on Long Island and said

guess what this case was suddenly adjourned. And our understanding is that adjournments don't happen

morning of adjournments are issued after a letter is sent to the court asking for an adjournment, which is if you're not in the US, it's just like, can we postpone this to a later date? The thinking and the strategy being the further we kick this can down the road, the less it remains a pressing matter and it feels minor. It feels minute. It feels like too tiny for the court to deal with. The Nervs mission is to make that the absolute, the absolutely not the case. Okay, we're going to stay

on this. We're going to stay on this. Now Gabriel's case has been adjourned until September 15th. Now the view should be back on the air on September 15th and that is a weekday and the view

airs live. So if Sunny Austin is off that day, the Nervs going to be all over it, okay?

Remember, Sunny works for she's a legal analyst for ABC News and she attempted to intervene in the in law enforcement, you know, issuing a citation to her her son. I wonder if ABC News, I wonder if those exacts had something to say to Sunny about this because Sunny is no longer his legal representative and we got this update by the way, you're not going to read this update in on ABC News or on in people magazine or TMZ or radar, even the New York Post,

any major mainstream media outlet. No, do you know where we got this from? We found this at the Nerv courtesy of a hyper local news outlet that we believe is digital only called talk of the sound. You see Sunny, there's nowhere to run and there's nowhere to hide from the Nerv updated July 31st, 2026 Gabriel Austin's appearance postponed the Westchester County

DA's office director of communications and public affairs and a young accordi...

on Thursday. The Gabriel Austin is now being represented by defense attorney,

Teney Garagos, not his mother. I'll get to Teney in one second, court records, however, still list,

but Teney Garagos is going to represent Gabe in court. Who is Teney Garagos? Teney is the daughter of famed criminal defense lawyer, Mark Garagos. Teney, again, this is a citation for trespass. Teney is a founding partner at Agnifolo, intrader LLP, and was a member of Sean Ditty Holmes's defense team in his federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial in which the team secured

not guilty verdicts on the most serious charges that carried potential life sentences.

Her father, Mark Garagos gained fame representing clients including Michael Jackson, Winona Ryder, Scott Peterson, who killed his wife, pregnant with their child. She was nine months pregnant and dumped the body in water, serving life hunter Biden, Colin Kaepernick. I don't think he belongs to that cohort. Mike Tyson, Jesse Smollett, who Dave Chappelle calls, Jose Smollett and the menandest brothers, Sadie. Are you elevating Gabe Reels criminal activity? I don't

even know if we could call it criminal because it's just a citation knocked down from a misdemeanor

with the menandest brothers and Scott Peterson. Is this the way you really want to play this?

Are you for fucking real? Okay, you want to play? Let's play. The nerve is going to play. Sunny Austin and her husband, Dr. Emmanuel Austin, otherwise known as Mani Austin, retained Mark Garagos to fight a major federal Rico and insurance fraud lawsuit filed against her husband by the American Transit Insurance Company. The lawsuit was subsequently dropped with an apology from the insurance company. So Sunny and her husband have a good record with Garagos Inc.

I mean, you know, but I got a we got to find out what her hourlys are. Nerv HQ. I'm just going to put in a question. Now that Teddy is still in Montesito, can we call over to Teddy's office and by the end of today's episode, find out what her hourly rate is. I'm going to guess it's $800 per hour. Marlene says, okay, it's a go. Okay, follow me up. Okay, news. Sunny Austin's son offers essay tutoring sessions after she tried to get his trespassing

citation dismissed by boasting about his Harvard education, published July 31st by Stephanie Kaplan, the 24-year-old revealed, what kind of writing is this? It didn't reveal it. He's trolling for customers. The guy's trying to get some work. You reveal something that is here to for

been a secret. reveal is the improper word here, Stephanie. Sharpen up. Sharpen up.

via his Instagram story that he's continuing to offer tutoring sessions for high school students. I'm going to read from said post. Have a few tutoring slots left for the summer. You, I'll bet he's got it. Why do I open? Why do I open? There's many jokes we can make here, but we will refrain. Continuing on from Gabriel's job posting. Harvard grad, we know Gabriel, we know your mother said it 800 times to those cops on that body camp footage. We know

offering SATACT prep academic tutoring and college essay help. Gabe went on to list his accomplishments. Writing, quote, "I've spent this year teaching in NYC classrooms three months, three months. The year is now eight months old, three months of the year, six months of the year, not teaching. So Gabriel is elastic with the facts, just our opinion and co-founded and award-winning mentoring

did not hold strings. Good Morning America is also an ABC production. Now, we went through Gabriel's

LinkedIn. It's extremely unimpressive. The average length of his job ten year is one month.

Hey, if I had a rising senior and the kind of money that could get a private tutoring all

summer long, I don't think Gabriel Huston would be my first call. I also don't want a distracted tutor,

you know, who's got the white red spotlight of the nerve on him. As his mother hires, fucking Teddy Garigos, who got Titi off of the worst charges to get him out of this thing. He's preoccupied. Let him just deal with this shit over here. Get someone a little less notorious, if you know, when I'm saying, again, notorious being just my opinion. Now, on to the second cultural

criminal offender, who may in fact be a criminal offender to block the nerve. Monday afternoon,

I'm going to say an hour before sitting to tape today's edition of the nerve. Marlene attacks to me and I'm going to read her text. I'm going to read it exactly. Moring. The text just said

morning. Second text. Check Amy Griffin Instagram. Third text. Tell me if you're blocked, fourth text,

looks like I am same with Alyssa Morgan. By text back, emoji laughing, laughing, crying, laughing, laughing, crying, laughing, crying, response, I am. No, I'll call shortly. That's my response. Amy Griffin blocks the nerve, not the first, not the last. Andy Cohen was the first to do it. Amy Griffin followed suit. Apparently having Billy Bush on the nerve on Friday in which we whipped her around like the pinata she is. This trick, she blocked the nerve. Amy, sister, I got

news for you. We can still see what you're up to on Instagram. It's not that hard. But you know,

it's this kind of elevated thinking that leads one to pen and publish a memoir that alleges violent repeated brutal childhood sexual abuse by a man who may have been given a pseudonym, but he was known to everyone in her hometown that doesn't seem to pass the smell test just my opinion. And who is now being sued by a Jane Doe in court. Now, Amy Griffin counter sued Jane Doe. Jane Doe, as we have discussed here on the nerve discussed with Billy Bush, is the woman who is

suing Amy Griffin, claiming that Amy Griffin stole her account of being raped as a child at a school dance by a teacher wearing a dress that Amy had loved her. So Amy has immediate adjacency to this story. Jane Doe says that the story that Amy told in the towel of that rape at the dance, that's

Jane's. She stole the rape. I'm not even going to say stole the rape story. I think I do worry

for the culture because it seems as though there's nothing that can cause shame any more including if Amy not only fabricated her story, her stories of violent childhood sexual rape, but then stole at least one story from Jane Doe. She's beyond vile, beyond vile. And by the way, one of the major, major figures in the culture, one of the major celebrities who has propped Amy up from the very beginning. She's getting it. She's getting it in our final segment

on today's show. You see what I mean with the nerves, fucking venn diagram? All of these offenders. They're all in cahoots. They all prop each other up. Billy posted on his Instagram on July 31 that Jane Doe's court case against Amy is going forward. The judge was ruling as Billy and I were talking on the Friday show as to whether this case could proceed or whether the judge was going

To knock out all of Jane Doe's complaints and say this doesn't hold merit.

bring this to trial. Four of six of Jane Doe's causes will proceed among the counts in

invasion of privacy. Jane Doe, Amy Griffin will proceed. Publication of private facts will not proceed. False, light, Jane Doe, Amy Griffin will proceed intentional inflection of emotional distress, will proceed negligent inflection of emotional distress, will proceed unfair competition will not proceed. Do you know how I read this? I read this as akin to the ruling the judge in the Blake lively beat V Justin Bell Donnie case handed down knocked out like 97% of Blake

lively claims. The most important ones. The most serious ones. This is fine of her complaints.

The judge's sick at the fuck out of here. No. Amy's in a world of shit now. It's not going to

get any better just my fucking opinion. Washington Post published June 16th, 2026. It's about a month and a half before this judge is ruling. Amy Griffin sues woman who alleged she stole Amy stole her stories of sexual abuse. Amy sued the former classmate, known as Jane Doe for defamation on Monday. I'm reading from the Wapa report saying the woman's statements in a New York Times story and a subsequent lawsuit alleging Griffin appropriated her stories

of sexual abuse for Griffin's best selling 2025 memoir. The tell are false in quote,

every element. Well, the judge disagrees. Amy, the judge disagrees and it's Billy and I discussed. It's very telling that Amy Griffin is suing this woman who does not have Amy's marriage to a billionaire named John Griffin who is otherwise known as the man who owns New York. And if you're wondering why you're not seeing this story in very many places, look no further than that, just my supposition, just my supposition.

Jane Doe works as a home health care aid for a senior citizen who has Alzheimer. She makes like 26 bucks an hour. And then in the rest of her time, she works at an at a halfway house.

I believe it's a halfway house or it's a refuge for survivors, children, teenagers, adult survivors

of sexual assaults abuse rape. Usually people who get into that field of work have regrettably some personal experience of their own. Jane Doe doesn't have the deep pockets of an Amy Griffin, which is what Amy Griffin's banking on, because Amy Griffin's suing Jane Doe. Do you know who Amy Griffin hasn't lost a defamation lawsuit against the New York fucking times? I don't see how one does not follow the other. Again, this is just me. If I may be Amy Griffin and I'm saying

that this woman is defaming me and saying that I lied about being raped violently and repeatedly as a child. And my husband was a fucking billionaire who knew fucking everybody.

You can best believe I'd be launching a defamation lawsuit against the New York fucking times,

but she's not, I wonder why. But Amy thinks I suppose that by blocking the nerve, that's going to solve one of her problems here. Amy, we think not. And if you thought this was going to stop us from continuing to report, it's only strengthened our already strong resolve. We love it. The nerve is moving the culture. If you'd like to lose weight, but have no interest, call you crazy and painful weekly injections

begin with two regular contributors in the travel maker community, first, Paul from New Zealand,

as depicted detective Teddy, as none other than Columbus. I said in the sub-stack that

I think Teddy has been picking up some tips and tricks from watching, from having lazy Saturday

morning, viewings of Columbus reruns with me. I find nothing more comforting, and the little thing that Paul wrote on the right-hand side of that, just one more thing. That was Columbus, one of Columbus's big tricks, and they call it a door knock moment, a door knob moment, rather. They say this in psychotherapy, too. The door knob moment is like, when you're on your way out

the door, it's like, oh, I just remembered the most important thing. But in detective work,

as Teddy can explain, you do that as a way to disarm your, the subject of your interrogations. Oh, I got the important stuff out of the way. I'm on my way out the door. Oh, yeah, just one more

thing. It doesn't mean anything. Just one more thing. Paul says this was inspired by trouble maker

Rebecca on Substack. I would also like to address an email sent to me by Andy Kiwi, who emails regularly and is very active in the live chats when we drop our lives on YouTube. Andy, you sent me an email in which you were sort of hazarding a guess as to who among former nerve contributors may have been a disappointment in not being the friend that they claimed to be to me and to the show. And you were right about it. Your theory that this may be a binary mind at

work, where something is either all good or all bad or all transactionally helpful for said person or transactionally a loss leader for said person, you were right. The troublemakers, you know, you know, I don't need to say. Okay. From troublemaker, Rebecca, we got a lot of feedback to the Tracy Ellis Ross mini nerve in which she traveled to Melbourne and spent a lot of time behaving like a dummy in a creep to put it crudely. Thanks for highlighting that one should

consider giving one's children feedback about ticks and habits. In my observation, it typically involves the mouth. Because Tracy was doing this thing on camera where she was like, and I was like, that's creepy. She's 53 years old and clearly nobody when she was a young age or

as a child took her aside and said, listen, you need to stop doing that because it's going to mark you

as someone who is weird and not in a good way. Like at a certain point, you do need to integrate. Becca, troublemaker, Becca says, my husband and I had to do this with our daughter at age seven and exactly in the way you relayed and she listened fast forward to my son at 23 at his age. I said, you need to stop doing X. You're in the workforce now. It is off putting and he listened from troublemaker rich. It is merely a subject line. No email in the body. I think Tracy is a

drunk, just rich as a opinion. Hi, Maureen, Tracy Ellis Ross, doppelganger from troublemaker C. As I was watching your take on Tracy's riveting, a shrubble show. I could not shake the

nagging feeling. I've seen another person of this ilk. I finally landed on it, Kristen Wigs,

Target Lady from SNL. They are so like, unfortunately, one of them is a real person, more ene. Thanks for another entertaining mini before the nerve. I only knew who this woman was because she had done commercials and watched what happened live. I couldn't tell you what movies

Or TV show she has acted in.

drive russia. As someone who lived in New York City and took the subways for 15 years, that behavior

only compares to the time, a homeless man was clipping his toenails on the detrain. This is so disgusting to me that I even took the time to submit a question about this to Andrew Cohen last week's

sea attached. But back to your mini. This week, troublemaker J says, I think there's a bigger problem

today. And I agree and troublemaker J, this is exactly why we did that mini. She writes, we really need to look at who is running things in our culture. The people at Roku who are paying

this person to do a travel show are probably cut from the same cloth as those who are telling

Tom Brady to do ads for candy companies and get into bitch slapping fights with YouTubers. Agreed. Agreed. Trouble maker J writes last week. I stumbled upon a rerun of No Reservations Venice, the Anthony Bourdain show, the late great Anthony Bourdain. Who she writes and agreed

was a truly curious person who traveled the world and I suspect inspired a generation of

creators. He met with locals, experienced what was great and unique to any given area and was often

thoughtful and genuinely witty in both the narrated segments and the conversations he had with others.

Is this elevation of a nepo-baby like Tracy Ellis Ross, this nitwit, travel maker J writes, a reflection of how these channels and outlets are so desperate for content that standards have declined or is this some long game to get to her famous mother. I came to Andrew Cohen hiring Mercy James, daughter of Madonna, to get to Madonna, to be discussed,

trouble maker J with Rob Shooter on Tomorrow's Nervant Night, our final email from a trouble

maker Paul, a frequent writer, a 72 year old trouble maker in Casey. We, we surmised at the nerve. That Tracy Ellis Ross, working herself into his sterics of joy and disbelief that she had found some hair care products at this retail store in Melbourne and was so overcome by the innovation and uniqueness of said products that she had to face time and known associate. I won't go so far as to call this person a friend of voluntary friends and say look what I'm getting. Do you want

one oh my god and collapse into his sterics? Our, our supposition was that these were items that could be obtained on any given global website but most specifically in America. trouble maker Paul you did us proud also available at your local target and we're showing them here the kitsch hair care products online at target USA, trouble maker Paul writes. I admire her courage to speak in the absence of knowledge. I mean you know it's very, it's very kind of you Paul.

I would also like to issue a very special thank you from me Marlena and all of us here at nerve HQ to trouble maker Jessica Cardosa who has not only been sending us Teddy running through the streets and been hat and trying to make it to my desk and beat me to my share to take over which is not happening anytime soon hence the reports from the field. But Jessica also is responsible for Teddy's report he's inaugural report from the field in Montesito

that we all watched and enjoyed at the very beginning of today's nerve. We thank you Jessica you are a true artist and a genius your contributions will be enshrined when the nerve gets its wing at the Smithsonian we have another huge thank you to Teddy's voice over artist slash translator he is seven and he is a genius I will call you trouble maker s we love you trouble maker s thank you for

Your contributions to the nerve.

that one of the favorite observations of his that I've made on the nerve thus far is nominative

determinism again he's seven do you think Tracellus Ross could speak let alone define nominative

excuse me this cold is really got me nominative determinism we think not let's call it quits while

we're ahead one other programming note we ran out of time and I am running out of vocal energy

to get to the segment on the prime cultural offender one of many prime cultural offenders

who has been propping up Amy Griffin who has since gone silent and who is now in for a potential world of hurt regarding something that the mainstream media is ignoring completely again

this is why the nerve exists we are going to get to that on a very imminent future episode of the
