Welcome to The Bostics, starring Lauren Bostic and Michael Bostic together, t...
Rachel Passman is back. She is my friend and the founder of Peevall. In this conversation, it feels like we are having drinks and you guys are invited. In this episode, it feels like
“a conversation between two friends because that's what it is. I think you're going to love”
all of Rachel's tips. I was taking notes and we have a very exciting announcement that I think you guys are going to like. Peevall is a clinically proven fitness method that I'm obsessed with. Strength, mobility and stability. I have been doing this workout for like six years. I'm so passionate about it and it's so cool to have Rachel on for her third time. She came on six years ago and she is back and we are getting all the juice. Rachel Kasman, welcome to the show. We have Rachel
third time on the show. Solo episode with me. We're talking beauty, health, diet, fitness, all the things. I have been hanging out with Rachel a lot lately. I love it. I know. I feel like I need to move here. So I'm going to miss you. Maybe. Yeah. We met now. We had drinks. Well, you had tea. What's that tea you drink? I love that Dr. Stohlberg, Rusty and I just tea. Rachel drinks this tea. You
guys, like you have never seen it so good. You carry it in your purse. I too. A little travel pouches.
Why not? I mean, what is it with this tea or obsessed with it? Tell us about it. I like anything that is going to suit inflammation, calm my digestion. And like I love a margarita. I love a spreads, but you know what, on the day-to-day, when I'm working and I'm super busy, I just I can't. I need to sleep and I need to prioritize just my health and why not be prepared and have your favorite tea in your back. Jill told me that you're so disciplined that you brought salmon in your
purse. Okay, that's a lie. That's a lie. She just loves that story so much, so I just let her have it. Okay. But like I would. So it kind of tracks. So you didn't bring wild salmon in your purse. No, but I feel like maybe I should. If you pulled out wild salmon at the pole lounge, I would not have been surprised. Because you know what, I like what I like. And I think, so today's my birthday. And I'm so excited to be here with you on my birthday. Happy birthday. Thank you. And you know,
over these past 34 years, I think it has been an evolution and just I never started out really
into with my body and myself, but that's something I'm really proud of and I continue to work on
“every day. And I think it's so important that people know what works for you. Like what works for me”
isn't going to work for you. And so on. And it's like knowing what works for you in that season is so important. So you know what? If wild salmon's working for me and I need to pull it out of my bag to eat it at a restaurant, so be it. Like that's what makes me feel good and fuel me to get ready for that next day. Also, who cares? Right. I literally don't care. I like iPads at the gym. I just don't care. I don't know if that's just my age. I don't care. I think so. I think just like
you're busy. You have too much shit going on. Like your mom, I have a business. Like I don't give fuck. Like I'm going to do what I'm going to do to make me happy. It's so interesting to me
when you say that you haven't always had it all together, because I feel like you're so disciplined and
meticulous. Oh my god, no. No, no, no, no. When I was like in my early 20s, no. What was it like hot mess expressed? Hot mess expressed? Yeah. It's funny. I was writing in my journal this morning and I'm
“never good at being like, oh, good job. Had on the back. I'm always like, that was all full. You need to”
do more. Go, go, go. And I just was like from where I was at 20 to now. It's such like a full just 360. And I was like, didn't have a clear path and wild and crazy and going out. I'm partying in all the things. And now, you know, really having my purpose and my why. These are the things that fulfill me and make me happy. What's the biggest difference between 20 year old Rachel and Rachel now? Hi, my discipline and self motivation. And just, you know, I think I always had
my parents would always get really frustrated with me in school, so I never apply myself and they were like, but you're so smart. But it's so serious though. You know, but like, I just never could funnel it to the right place. Right. And I think now with my business, because I am just so fired up and passionate about it. Like, it's putting all of that good energy to you. I really respect you as a founder. I think you've done such an incredible job of evolving. And also, I look at the brand of
people and I told you this is almost like you've mixed fitness with, and I don't know if this is on purpose, but like with editorial fashion, it feels very chic at the same time. I think you've managed to blend those two so beautifully. Thank you. Is that something that was a strategy or something? No.
No.
I was 23 years old. I had no idea what the fuck I was doing. I didn't go to college. It just like,
so as I've evolved as our member base has evolved, I think it's just constantly been an evolution and been up leveling. You know, at the end of the day, like, Peevolve is for everybody, but we really super serve a 45 plus female. And there's a sophistication. There's a taste level and even my taste level. I think it's just, it's been so exciting to kind of watch it unfold into what it is today.
“I don't think people talk enough about how important taste is. I think it's one of the most important”
things. Maybe just to me, selfishly, as a founder, to have the taste. Because without the taste, it's hard to get the creative vision you want. Well, one thing I learned from you, which I love that you say is a point of view. Because I think, like, yes, taste, like you have it and daily. But it's okay to evolve your point of view. You know, and I think sometimes people are a little bit afraid of that. And my point of view from when I was 25 to when I was 30 to where I am now is
completely different to always listening to what your members want and what they're asking for,
that needs to evolve and needs to change. I think the taste level of always making sure that you're delivering on your promise, they're going to get the results that you're telling them to, you know, those things need to always be there. But like, yeah, if you change kind of up level
“as you grow, like you need to to survive in today's world, you have to be able to change your mind.”
And that's okay. It's one of the highest forms of intelligence to have flexibility of the mind. It's so to me, it's it's hot. Just someone to be able to be flexible and change their mind and pivot. You've done a really good job of that. Is that something that you are an eightly talented at? Or is it something that you work at? I just, I feel like I'm very open-minded. You know, like at the end of the day. As you know, I'm very shy. I'm not like, oh my god, this is the
me show, take a picture that I'm very like, I just be in the corner and my sweats and my eggs with, you know, my mask and no makeup. And like, it's to me about the work. So I think it's like, I don't really care whose idea it is. You know, we're all here for the same goal. And if it's like whatever way is going to lead us to that end, I'm cool with. You're really good at not being in your ego. That's what I've noticed
“working with you. Thank you. It's it's a very, I think it's the Midwestern in me. Yeah, what is that?”
I don't know. It's just natural. I just, this method, this workout, these products just changed my life. Yeah. So much. And like, I hear from our members day to day of how this changes them. And so I think it's like, it isn't about me. Nobody really gives a shit about me. Like, we're here for something so much bigger that like, who is time for that, you know? Well, I think one of the things that both of us try to do and correct me if I'm wrong, but the customer is the hero. To me, I am happy to
be the guide. Yep. I don't want to have an agenda with it. I just think like, just guiding and showing
like, here's what I do. Take what you like, leave what you don't. But the customer at the end of the day
has to be the hero for sure. We've all seen brands where like, the founder is like everywhere. All like, it looks like projectile of the founder and there's something that makes it almost feel like self-important. Yeah. You know what I mean? Yeah. You do a good job of bringing other people up, I feel like. Thank you. I bought eggs because of you. I'll get the best. I got them back in their hot and the best because of you. You were wearing ones with flames on them. Yeah. You told
me to size up. I sized up. I got them in the mail. I did my skin care in the car. I put on my iPads and how good do they feel? I touched them. Yeah. No, no, no. I touched them after the skin care. Oh. Do not touch eggs after you put skin care on? No. Do not touch them. The oil in the skin care is there's fear of it all over them. Yeah. So to go back and get new ones, I'll still wear these ones, but sometimes it's a little rough, but it's a little vintagey vibes. We like it. You're coming to the
Hampton. That's cool. Okay. Yeah. I got the, I went back and got the olive ones. So I love and the great love. I wasn't bold enough for the flames. Not yet. Maybe steps. What are other things that are very particular and niche that you love besides your tea and your ox? We like your taste. I mean, I would say, skin care, hair care, but like I just keep everything so simple. I think what I've also learned is I've gotten older is less is more. Like my skin truly does the best when
I use like four products. You know, prior to the four products? Well, I don't know. I saw
Your girl last night.
simple gentle cleanser. I do the tower 28 SOS spray, a hyrolog something moisturizing for my barrier and like a nice thick cream. I'm crazy. I check all my ingredients to make sure there's nothing like poor clogging. But I just like to keep a basic. You know, put it through charity PT. Yeah.
“That's what I do. Yeah. I'm like, what's toxic? Yeah. Every again. Yeah. Me again, asking you what's”
toxic here. And then I'll challenge it. I'll be like, are you sure that's not toxic? I don't think so. I think that's toxic. And it'll be like, you're right. Thank you a lot of degrees of me. I think
what's so amazing about like the world that we live in today is that there is so much information.
There is just like podcast and books and everything coming out. But then it's a little overwhelming. Yeah. You know, about any kind of whether it's nutrition or health or longevity or skincare, that it's really taking that listening and adapting that of like what works for me. I think it's really comes down to everybody is so personal and also like what works for you in this season. Made a longer work for you in a different season. Like I think of even when like what I'm craving
and what I'm eating and like something this summer time, it's completely different to when it's cold. When I'm in New York, it's very different to when I'm in LA and the winter. It's just tuning in. Like your body will give you those signals. And it's really learning how to like my body's craving this. You know, to eat or my skin is really wanting this or just learning what works for you and what doesn't and being okay with that as well. You know,
it's not overwhelming. Everyone's new fitness routine. Mm-hmm. No longer. No longer
“overwhelming. Now, should we tell them? I think we should. I feel like you should tell them and”
then we'll get to the story of it all. So finally, we've known each other for seven years. And I'm so excited. I just feel like it made so much sense for us to do a collaboration. So exciting. And we are launching our new strength evolved bundle in the gorgeous French blue, which I want to circle back on because I have a funny story about the color. Okay. But you're going to get this beautiful box and it's going to come with a very curated four-week plan. And I think it really
stemmed from like, there's a lot of work out trauma and a lot of this overwhelmed. You know, I
listen to a million podcasts and it's all about strength training, resistant training, weight training,
don't bulk up cardio, VO2 max, but don't spike your cortisol, but then you need to rest, but you need to be consistent. And it's, where do I start? What do I do? And it's kind of like, let's take the guesswork out of it. This is a one-stop shop where you are going to reach all of your goals. And you're going to get the strength that you want, but really what makes this special and different is you're going to get this ability and the mobility that people have has to offer. I have been a fan
of this brand for seven years. And to be able to do people of times Lauren Boston can do a kit and do it with all of my favorite pieces from your line, but also put my own spin on it with you. Like, this is the heaviest you guys have ever done in weights, right? Yep. I'm so passionate about weight lifting. Everyone who's listening knows that. And I have had DMs over the last couple of years about how to start and where to start. And I'm obviously not a fitness teacher. We have Danny
for that. Danny, it people have shot out. But I'm a practitioner and I've had access to all different kinds of things. And I don't know how to teach fitness, but I know what works and weights work. And when you guys were open to adding heavier weights and doing a custom package for the audience, I was freaking out. So this has been in the making for a long time. Yeah. Tell us kind of the story
“behind that. I mean, we've been talking about this. We should do something. What's it going to be?”
It just like never felt right. Yeah. And then this whole concept came to life. And I remember like
I had my team mock something up. But like, oh, let's just get excited. And I obviously didn't the pink because I didn't know. And I sent it to you and you were like, oh, no, we're doing with the pink. We're evolving. We're going to French blue. And I was like, okay. And then they showed me the picture of all of the equipment in blue. And I was like, I don't know. I don't know. Oh, oh, oh, sorry. And then I got the first sample of the people and that French blue. And I was like,
this fucking girl knows man. She always knows. And it was perfection. And I just think like the equipment in that color is so fresh. And it pops and everything. But just see importance of think there's a lot of stigma around weight training still. And really having like this guided program and everything you need just to get started and build that habit and build that muscle and build that routine of like you're sculpting your weightlifting, but really having that
extra component of all of the amazing other benefits that people have to offer like stability and mobility. And it's really funny because I feel like last year you were calling 2026 to be the
Year of the nervous system.
And I'm calling right now. Like the next trend of fitness is going to be stability and mobility. I think you're right. I think you're so spot on, which is why I'm so proud of this kit. Not only did you and I get to work together to make something so custom for the audience with the colors and the different weights, but it also represents stability, mobility and strength, which is so important. So not only is it like gorgeous and great. I feel so good about the customer getting this
gorgeous box to their door and opening it and really having every single thing they need. Like it's it's an investment in your health. It's something that if you have friends over for a date night, say you have like a dinner party. You can leave this out because it's so gorgeous. In fact, you're going to want it out. You're going to want it out. You're like literally not going to put it away and in your cupboard, you're going to want this out because it's really beautiful,
but also it's infusing the market with weightlifting and strength. And getting the mobility and stability. To me, this kit represents longevity for women. I really think it's like the future fitness. Totally. I think when you think of longevity, people are so used to and need to sleep
seven and nine hours. I need to eat organic and whatever. But movement, that is such a critical component
of how you are going to age. You know, and I think like stability, it isn't sexy, but what's less sexy is falling over. Right. You know, and it's like when I look at even like my grandparents,
“like during COVID, they sat home and guess what? In their late 80s, their life is just like deteriorating.”
And then I look at my sister-in-law's grandparents for the same age who are out and about their active and it's like too completely different people. And it's really like, you're going to you want to look amazing now, but it's really more important about how you feel and how your body functions. And even with mobility, if you think about it, the more mobile you are, the better results, you're going to get. Because if I can't, you know, open your hips up and kind of get you in that
position, I'm not going to be able to target really high up in your ass. You're not going to be able to have like that perfect shape, but then it's really important to have open hips and strong glutes. So they all kind of the aesthetic results really play in to kind of the way that your body functions. But again, overwhelming, it's very confusing. So it's like with this and this program, don't think. Just show up, get on the mat, get your equipment out, push play, and you're getting
all of those amazing benefits and every single workout that you're going to do. This podcast is brought

So think from their first period to well be on the last. What I like that they have is there's this product called Euro-vaginal probiotics and it's one of the top five supplements on Amazon. They have multiple number one products in target for intimate care, PMS and menopause, but I like that vaginal probiotic.
I've actually interviewed the founders about it and it's really interesting. O-positive is committed to breaking down stigmas and addressing issues many women experience. So think hormonal health, vaginal health, menopause, and so much more. Euro, the vaginal probiotic, is a probiotic blend specifically formulated to support vaginal health. It helps support vaginal smell, maintains healthy vaginal flora, and balances healthy vaginal pH. A lot of things can disrupt your vagina health. So

He was skeptical at first, but after having tons of experts on the show, he has opened up. So he has a whole routine right now, which is really cute and sweet, and he does look younger, and he does look lowy. You can see this on the show. That's right, Lauren.
It's called the regimen by Caldera Lab. This is designed specifically for men's thicker skin. It's for symbol products, and it takes a couple minutes, morning and night. Most importantly, to me, it's clean and non-toxic ingredients, which we love. And I know that he tried Caldera Lab risk free for 60 days. So, into it, after a few weeks, people started commenting, like Lauren said, my skin looks healthier,
and I started talking to so many people on this show about healthy, radian skin,
“and really being aware of it myself. So again, I think a lot of men just aren't taught”
about these things. We're not presented products that speak to us. We don't know where to begin. We don't know how they work, and Caldera definitely solves that for us. And for the skeptics out there in clinical trials 97% of people agreed their skin looked more youthful in just four weeks. That's legit, and I feel the exact same way. So, I love Caldera. It's clean, simple, and most importantly, it works.

I think you're really on to something when you talk about the aesthetic of an older person. When you think about the aesthetic of an older person, when you can tell someone's old, they could be really skinny, but there's like a crotchity like movement pattern.
Yeah. And I think as all of us begin to age, the way to combat that is through stability and mobility. And so, yes, so many people are weightlifting, but you want to make sure you're getting the other
“component, and I think that's what PeaVolv does so well, is mixing those three together.”
And now you can do it in the most beautiful way. I'm such a flu. French flu because pink is the skinny confidential. Bornvastik, I feel like I'm doing my own things. It's gonna be confidential. I love more than life, but like, and that's my baby. But my own brand to me needed to be something different. And I don't do a lot of Lordenbastik ambassador collaborations like this. So, I was very meticulous about
if I was going to put my name on a workout, it has to be the best of the best. It has to be something that I actually do. It has to be something that I enjoy. But also, and this is really important one, and I would love for you to speak on this. I travel a lot for work. I am booked in busy. Yes, you are. And I will not fuck around when it comes to my workout. It's an hour negotiable. And I have been doing this workout with Danny, the VP of training.
We literally go out on the grass with a mat and put on Boston Ova and put our...
grass and ground why we do this workout. And when I tell you, I walk outside my hotel room and
do it for 45 minutes, and it gets the job done. And then I walk back in my hotel room. It's seamless. And I think that there's so many moms listening that are so busy that only have time for 30 minutes or 45 minutes. And we got you covered. Yep. That's important to me. It's like, it's saving them time. And you know how I am about my time. I love that about this workout.
“I think, first and foremost, I hope it's peeve off. I think I can be peeve off. You have to”
like what you're doing. Absolutely. That is number one. Like it's supposed to be pretty. It is. And it's like movement is too important. So you have to actually, it has to feel good.
It should not hurt you. You shouldn't feel depleted. You should feel energized. You should feel
taller, longer, and all the things, right? Okay. So we're past that. But yes, these are portable pieces. Like, I'm traveling right now. I was doing the pee band while I was getting my makeup done. I'm like more in t-shirts. I got to show my arms. I want my posture to be right. But like, it doesn't need to be that 50 minute class. And that's great. If that's what time allows for. But like, it's all about consistency. And like, I'm in it for the long game. I'm not about a
quick fix. So yes, I want results quickly in whatever. But like, I'm playing the long game here. I want my body to be set up for success. Not only today tomorrow, but for the future. In the 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes every day or five days a week. Whatever you have,
“it all adds up. You look so hot. How do you use the peeve off times Lauren Boston kit?”
Meaning how many days a week? How long? Which weights are you choosing? What's your favorite piece? And it gives us like the Rachel way. Okay, the Rachel way. So I'm probably doing something at least five days a week. Okay. Six. Maybe seven. But usually five. And depending on how my body's feeling, I'm doing like three sculpting workouts, two weight training. And it could be something like 30 minutes one day, 50 minutes in the studio another day, 20 minutes at home,
because of my schedule. But I like to mix it up. Full body, upper body, lower body, full body. And I'm definitely going up my weights. I was somebody who was very, very, very scared of weights. Heavy weight. I was petrified. I was honest. I didn't even want to use a two pound weight. You know, I was like, no, no weights for me. And now here I am. I've got my 12s, my 15s. And like, I'm, it's just like, it's just feeling. And it's like, I think people don't realize how hard it is
to actually like put on muscle and like the amount of food that you would need to be consuming. Like the reason body builders look like that is because that's our job. Like that is their job to, you know, eat and work out. But like that isn't what we're doing. So it's the amount of benefits having muscle on your body is going to give to you. It's going to speed up your metabolism. You know, as we age, you start to lose muscle mass. As you get into your 30s and it accelerates
into your 40s and your 50s. And as women, we go through metaphors and all of our hormones, like muscles, your protection, you know. And so having those weights, like, just feel like hot and strong and like that ass and like my favorite product, that's probably so the people like, and now on this blue, I have like a whole new love for me. Let me show it. If you guys are watching
“YouTube, you should. It's just like, there's nothing like it. I love it. It's, are we like,”
in France and summer? Yes. It is. It's so pretty. Centro pay. We just spreads with the people. It's literally, I think this is the most gorgeous workout it is. Situation I've ever seen. Yes, it's cuter. No, not there. No. It's so beautiful. Yeah. And I feel like one thing I like about my people, the equipment since I've been doing this workout for so long, it holds up. You know, I think that's important. Sometimes like you'll buy like a workout band and it like stretch it.
Like this, your stuff is like really well made. Well, I mean at the beginning, when we had no money, I invested everything into the products. Like I'm like the fancy website and all the cute branding and all the evolution of that can come later. But like if the product doesn't work, nobody's coming back. What is Jenna for you on a stand-up to tell us about Jen? It's been in saying. It's been so crazy and wild and just having, you know, her be like the biggest fan and streamer
and partner. It's just been incredible and like her voice and how much she loves it. And I think
you can really see even her evolution with the company and, you know, all of our marketing that we've done and just how much she is a Peevall girlie and all of her friends doing it and her stories like
Mine and it's like all of our members of like I don't want my body to feel br...
there something for me that's not only going to make me look and feel strong, but have my body function at the place that I want it to. I heard a little rumor that she does Peevall only four days a week. I think that rumors true. Huh. Yeah. She doesn't hour. I think you can ask Danny maybe some specifics but that's yes. We got Danny. We got to get Danny. Yes. Danny is her trainer and we got to ask her the specifics of what she does because she looks she looks amazing. She does and like
the one thing she always says is I wish I had this in my 20s. Like I wish I didn't destroy my body
“when I was younger to look a certain way because that's what I thought I had to do. And now with”
Peevall, like I look better than I did back then, I feel better. I'm stronger. I'm leaner. I'm just have more energy and like I think it shows and you can tell it's kind of like exuding that Peevall's exuding out of her, you know. Yeah. She is radiating like at a really high frequency. You can tell. Yeah. Like she just feels like she's in the pocket. Yeah. She is. Yeah. I can tell. And that's big thanks to Peevall. Yeah. What are some little Rachel way tips when it comes. I know you mentioned
earlier. You only use for skin care products. Tell us like nail color places that you're shopping of things. Trends that you're liking. What you don't like give us like all your little tidbits. Okay. Now color usually I have no polish on my nails. I think that helps grow the nails. I did put polish on for you. So it's coming on here. But I like I love a wind down routine. I am all about
“kind of getting myself ready for bed because I think your sleep sets you up for your next day.”
So what's the wind down routine? I want to profit like preface this by saying I don't have kids. So like I can't take 45 minutes to like do it. You got to let it rip. Someone's got to go out to judge anyway. Okay. We're going upstairs. We have our jammies on, but we usually are in our jammies all day. So I hate getting dressed. So I'm upstairs. I have the PEMF matte down. I wash my face. I'm on the matte with my legs up on the bed. I have the saluma
red light on. I'm usually listening to honestly sometimes listen to your podcast or I'm doing like a hurts moment. Sometimes I also have like the Palcetto thing here for like the nervous system. I'm really stressed. So we have like all different machines going at once. And then I go back in the bathroom and I do all the serum. So whatever, get ready for bed. I need to watch like a bravo show for 30 minutes just to like totally check out and go somewhere else before I close my eyes.
And then it's noise machine. I mask and your mouth tape. And then when you wake up, what time is it? Between like 6 and 615 and I'm usually rolling over to get on a call because I work on East during standard times. So that's usually not so fun while I'm out in LA. But like I get up, I get at it. I work for three hours and then I go and take a class at the studio. I work out at home. Do the trainers get nervous when you come into the studio to take class?
It's so funny because I was talking about that today because I visited an Austin location that I love so much and like unbelievable class and the trainers like to have any notes. I'm like
honestly, no notes and like I usually always have notes, except for Danny. You're pretty easy going.
I am. I know. I don't get the notes thing for me. I don't know. I'm some people maybe get nervous but also just like I just want to move man. I just want to have a good time and move my body and like it's not that serious, you know? It's not that serious. No, what when you open all these different studios, how do you conceptualize where you're going, what you're doing, who's working in these studios because that's like a whole other world than the online world. It's a lot of work.
It is. You know, I think the thing I say with Peevol, it's like it's three separate businesses in one business. Yeah. It's the streaming digital component. It's a physical products and then there's a studio on franchise business all wrapped into one. It's insane that like these amazing women either are fans of Peevol and they quit their job because they want to bring Peevol to their community. It's actually wild. I kind of get chills and like goosebumps about it.
“But I think that's what makes it so special is because having the option, like there's always”
going to be people who want to work out at home but you never can replicate that in person community
aspect and community is so important when you think about longevity. So having that option to go be able to work out in person and kind of getting it wherever you want to be able to get your Peevol then. Let's take a quick break to talk about why Keon Amino's is one of my favorite companies,
One of my favorite brands.
I take it in the office. I have it at home. I take it every time I work out. And here's why your
“body needs all nine essential amino acids and Keon Amino's provide that we've had Angela the”
founder of Keon the show multiple times talking about the importance of getting these essential
Amino's in your body on a regular basis. Many of us are very aware of protein and how important it is. But Amino's are just as important if not more important. So if you're looking to have lean muscle, a more efficient metabolism, more radiant hair, skin and nail health and easy, daily protein support with faster recovery, Keon Amino's is the way to go. The way that I like to take it is every single time I go for a workout, I personally take two scoops, the recommended
dosage is one but you can take up to three to four per day. So I take two in the morning when I'm working out and then throughout the day I'll maybe add another scoop to get a little bit more in. This is such a great way to make sure that you're getting all nine essential amino acids and there's no caffeine or stimulant fuel. Basically it just enhances the water. It tastes great. I love the mango flavor but they have this berry flavor, a lemon lime flavor and a watermelon
and again they're all good. It's an easy daily habit. It tastes great. It makes easily into water
“or whatever beverage of your choice. So if you're looking to enhance your routine, if you want to build”
more lean muscle, if you want to light your metabolism on fire, Keon Amino's is the way to go. All you have to do to try it is go to getkeon.com/skini for 20% off. That's getkeon, which is spelled keioan.com/skini for 20% off. Let's take a break to talk about Armour Colossum. Unfortunately,
we live in an environment our biology was never designed for EMFs, artificial light,
seed oils, microplastics, endocrine disruptors, all these modern stressors that are disrupting our body and our signaling and our health on a daily basis. Many of these things which are becoming much more topical and much more frequently talked about. We've been talking about these issues on this show for a long time, which is why we have trusted and love partnering with Armour Colossum for so long. your health from within. And Colossum is nature's first whole food with over 400 bioactive nutrients that fortify gut health, strengthen your immune system, fuel performance, and more paving the way for your best health and vitality. That's ARMRA.com/skini. This episode is brought to you by Zaisal. I am so allergic to cats. The worst. And I use Zaisal allergy 24 hour. Okay. If you're like me, if I like even smell a cat,

24 hour relief in my handbag. It starts working and I can tell you guys this quick. It's like in as little as 45 minutes. This episode is brought to you by Lauren Bostick for people. That's right. I have launched a kit with people. I designed
every single aspect of this kit with the people of team and it is gorgeous. As you can see, we have eight pound weights, 12 pound weights, 15 pound weights because I am so passionate about getting women to lift heavier. And this kit has heavy weights in it. And it also has everything you need for stability and mobility. So in this kit, you're really getting everything you could ever want when it comes to fitness. You're also getting access to my PeaVolv trainer, Danny Coleman.
She also happens to be Jennifer Aniston's trainer. She's coached me along this PeaVolv journey. PeaVolv has been something that I keep going back to for the last seven years. I've had three
“babies and it's helped me stay in shape and tighten and tone up. I love the founder Rachel. I think”
she's an absolute genius. So when she came to me and wanted to create this custom kit for you
Guys, I was like, let's do it.
box ever. And the best part is everything is built with intention. So PeaVolv's core strength
pillars are strength, mobility, and stability. And this kit hits all of them. This is product that you want out in your living room in your office. It's aesthetically pleasing. It's gorgeous.
“But most importantly, it works. If you want to shrink your body composition and change your”
life, start lifting heavy and implements stability and mobility. Lauren Bostick for PeaVolv has all of the things. Like I said, this is a limited edition kit. It's called strength evolved and once it's gone, it's gone. If you're looking for a low impact, but intense workouts, check out PeaVolv. Head to PeaVolv.com/Skini and use Codeskini for 15% off sitewide or on class packs at a PeaVolv studio near you. And definitely grab this kit you guys. Because like I
said, once it's gone, it's gone. Lauren Bostick for PeaVolv. Jessica Sandi and I were working out with Cecil. Yeah, in person. And that was so much fun. But I joined one of those. It was so fun. Are you joined? Yeah. We should have got a cocktail afterwards. Yeah. But I also don't sleep on like I said, just turning in when you can. Just like literally you could lay them at down and just have it out. That's a trick that I do. I just have it all set
up. I have my my clothes like my clothes for working out laid out the night before. Oh,
Mattish. You're one of those. You're like Michael. I can't. I've always said me and Michael are so similar.
Really, really are. I know it's kind of weird. Yeah, it is. Michael leaves his clothes out. I'm like, well, though, I'll be in like the same sweatsuit for like three or four days, but like the workout. No, I don't think you would. But like the workout clothes. I just like it. That with the socks because I'm always in a rush. So just to grab it and go. I don't know why I can't do that. Why can't I not plan ahead? I tell myself I'm going to do it
every single day. That's why I just leave the PeaVolv equipment out. Yeah. And you know what you can do too. What I did is I got a set for my office too. Perfect. So you just lay it out and you just have it there. So you don't have to worry about it. You can just figure out a way to get it in. I think it's knowing what's going to set you up individually for success. So it's like if that's what's going to
“set you up for success, that's what you do. If you need to lay your clothes out, then I before it”
to get you there, do it. It's like the little tiny habits of just starting to do it so that they become integrated into your life. Like who gives a fuck to what you have to do to get you to that point. You know, so you can start kind of incorporating all of these different aspects into your life. I think that is such a good tip. If anyone is listening and they feel overwhelmed, what I would say is exactly sort of what Rachel just said, which is like, how would a high performer act?
And you could, you can ask Chad, she peed. How would a high performer act? And it'll tell you like wake up at this time. You know, drink water before coffee, have a electrolyte. It's like you just start to embody what a high performer does and then you become a high performer. Like I lay out everything on my kitchen counter. I have the hot, like the tea kettle. I have the electrolyte. I have the mug. I have every. So when I come downstairs, I push it on. It's just like,
“I don't want to reach into the covers for things. I just, I want it all laying there, you know?”
I don't want to reach either. I want to have it all in front of me. I totally agree with you. My problem is, I think I have ADHD. I've realized and it's, I like get distracted. There's a big distraction for me. I'm not just laying my clothes out. You just start. And if it doesn't feel good, don't do it again. But you know, maybe it might feel great. I mean, you're going to keep doing it. I'm going to be like, this is, I'm trying to, it's about going to send it to you. We'll have it
laid out. Yes. Yes. Yes. And we do have to shout out Chris Dillon in this episode. We do. Because he does your hair. What do you ask for in your hair? If you're watching us for the Chris, what is the Chris? This. Go watch YouTube, you guys. This is like, um, I haven't watched my hair in three days. Yeah. And maybe we just had some fun in the bedroom for a couple hours. And I just showed up. It's very like soft effortless. And then you're wearing the new blue people of
shirt. Yes. Is this launching with the collection? Yeah. It's coming out at the end of the month. It's so cute. You guys have to go watch a kind of up level. All of our merch for trying to evolve all areas of the business. It really is beautiful. I can't wait to wear it. So I guess my last question would be like, why do you think that this partnership is so synergistic? And what do you think
differentiates it from everything else on the market? I think I've always just respected you as a
thought leader in this space. And like, it just, you know, watching you evolve your brand and your
Business into what it is today.
You know, we want to be able to provide people and give access to people, like the best of the best.
“And like, I firmly believe that no matter your age, your fitness level,”
everybody can benefit from people and really we all need the strength, the mobility, the stability and all those kind of aspects that are going to set you up for your movement longevity. I would not put my name on anything that wasn't a 10 out of 10. And I can tell you guys that this is not only a workout that I do. I love it. I talk about it. I've been doing it for six years. I'm so passionate about it. I tell all my friends about it. And if you're looking to hit all the
buckets. And this is also for someone who's a beginner weightlifter. So say you're like, I'm overwhelmed. I don't know where to start. You can get this kit. And you can start there. But it's also for someone who maybe is like me and has been weightlifting for a while and is more like
intermediate advanced. But because I promise you, you've never weight lifted, our way.
That is so different. It's unique. You know, you're going to be lifting the heavy weights with the people on and doing all the stepping and the balancing and then lifting and doing the rows.
“It's so different in unique. And I think no matter where you're starting and kind of having that”
four-week plan because it takes 21 days to build a new habit. So having that plan of like, it's also not overwhelming. It kind of starts with three days. And then three days and four days and four days because I always say like when you're starting something new, start small. Like, even if that four-week plan might take you two months or eight weeks, like that's okay. Start two days a week and feel good and confident about that. And then the next week, you might want to
go up to three. Like, do what is right for you to set you up for success in the long game. Because that's for a plan change. Just whole body. I mean, he did.
And he's always looked amazing. But he does peeve all the how many times a week.
Five. Five. You guys, when I tell you that whole body is it's the most beautiful muscle I've ever seen. It's like toned and gorgeous. And I do want to say, Sandy Brockman, who is one of the best trainers we love, Sandy. She's amazing. She trains me here. She's been training me for a while. She told me more and on your days off, go to peeve all. And not only on my days off, she said you could do peeve all of as a workout. And she is one of your biggest fans.
And Sandy does not mess around now. She's all about opening the hips to pop the butt. She's all about the mobility. She's all about the foot. She's all about the foot. She's all about all this. So when you have someone to me that is such an expert, also signing off, like
I just think it's such an incredible workout. This is an investment in your health. Every last
detail is curated just for you. We really thought of the customer with us. Even the packaging, the opening, the experience, even this is so weird. But even how the box feels, it feels like when you open an apple iPhone and it's like a slow reveal. I like feel like I kind of took this project away from the whole team. And then like when I showed the broader peeve all team, they're like, how could we, this box? This is what we're doing. Whoa. Like what? And I'm like, yes,
so we are up leveling. We're doing this with Lauren. This has to be a fucking plus. It's a fucking plus. Yeah. I'm screaming this from the rooftops, truly. Like I'm so excited. This is the collaboration of a century. I'm just telling you guys, the peeve all of time's Lauren Baustick. You guys gave everyone on the podcast a code. It is limited. Yeah. Once it's gone, it's gone, it's gone. Once it's gone, it's gone. Although we may be in the
Hampton's and August drinking spritz with stress and bring it back. But I would buy it now because it's kind of one of those things. It's a limited color way. We made a certain amount. It's just so good. What's the promo that you guys gave everyone? So we are giving all of your listeners 15% off
“and it is available to use on peeveal.com. If you want to buy the bundle for at home,”
if you even want to sign up for a studio class and I'm just so excited for everybody to experience this. So comment, tag, let us know. Let us know your results. Let us know how you're doing on the program and I'm just like, I'm out of my mind over it. I cannot wait for you guys to get this kit. Definitely tag us. We will repost all the tags and I think you're going to love this because peeveal is quite literally. The opposite of everything we've been sold about fitness and it's going to
change your life. This is the kit to ask for on your birthday. It's the kit to buy now. It's a good gift to do. It is a great gift. Rachel, I adore you as a friend, as a founder. I'm so happy to
Know you and I'm so excited to see where this brand goes.
on. Where can everyone say how do you ask questions? We got to get you to post more. I'm posting more.
“Okay. I'm training. This is the year I'm trying. Once a week is not enough.”
Okay. We'll talk off. You can find me at our cat'sman but follow peeveal because that's
probably works. I didn't peeveal but I'm trying. I'm shy. I don't think you're that shy.
I'm comfortable with you but like I'm shy. Have you ever listened to the audiobook excuses
be gone by Wayne Dyer? No but I just heard you talking about Wayne Dyer and I want to start listening to him. Listen to excuses be gone. Okay. And he talks about when you say you're shy. Okay. You're not shy. Right. Like to me you're like not shy. That's not how I would describe
“me. Okay. It's interesting that that's what you say to yourself. Not that being shy is bad.”
It's more than you're not like I'm not as comfortable with like the. So I got to sign my thing. You just got to like you just got to fucking do it. You just got to. I just got to let him sit in here trying to help you out. You just got to do excuses just start and I you know
“it take my own advice. Okay. I'm going to start. Also where can we get the shirt peeveal off.com?”
Okay. Thank you for coming on Rachel. We adore you. Thank you.
