But here's the thing, Bachelor fans hated him.

If I could press a button and rewind it all I would. That's when his life took a disturbing turn. A one-night stand would end in a courtroom. The media is here. This case has gone viral. The dating contract.

Agreed to date me, but I'm also so suing you. This is unlike anything I've ever seen before. I'm Stephanie Young, listen to Love Trapped on the iHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. I'm Amanda Knox, and in the new podcast doubt, the case of Lucy Leppby, we unpack the story of an

unimaginable tragedy that gripped the UK in 2023. But what if we didn't get the whole story? The moment you look at the whole picture the case collapsed.

What if the truth was disguised by a story we chose to believe?

Oh my god, I think she might be innocent. Listen to doubt, the case of Lucy Leppby, on the iHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Hi guys, welcome to an episode of Legally Brunette. I will be your host, Emily Simpson, with my co-host.

Jane. Alright, so today we are going to, I'm sure if you have watched TV or have any kind of social media, you've heard or saw or read about the Las Vegas cheermurt or suicide. We're going to talk about that today and go into it as much in depth as we can as far as the information that is out there. Also, this happened a couple of weekends ago, Anabel and I

were actually at the same cheer competition that we're going to discuss. It's called Jams. It's a large cheer competition. They have it in Vegas every year. It's always Valentine's Weekend because like how many, how many teams are kids or, I mean, thousands, yeah, I mean, it's from all all the states. From all, from all the states, from all the cheer gems, it's a big one. It's called Jams.

This was Anabel's second year going. We were there last year. It's always on Valentine's Day

weekend in Vegas, which is always ironic to me because Shane and I actually got married in Vegas on Valentine's Day. So now I celebrate our anniversary in Vegas without Shane, but Anabel and I spend Valentine's Day together on our anniversary now. Go cheer competitions. Go. There we go. All right. So Adalyn Smith, this is the name of the cheerleader. She was an 11-year-old cheerleader from Utah, who was found dead alongside her mother, Tanya McGeehan, and a Las Vegas hotel room on

February 15th. Concerned first grew when the pair failed to appear at a scheduled, this is a cheer competition and stopped responding to messages. Later that afternoon, hotel security entered the room after repeated concerns and discovered both victims, authorities later determined that McGeehan, this is a mother, fatally shot her daughter,

and then shot herself. You know, first of all, I will tell you, when it comes to the cheer

competitions, they're very strict about schedules and you have to be there at a certain time.

Yeah, it'll be like star time. It'll be like 503. Oh, no. Well, that's like the performance. That's what I mean. It's very specific. It's very specific. They're every three minutes or whatever it is. And they keep a very strict schedule. So then your specific cheer gem, for example,

Annabelle's cheer gem sends out a very strict schedule that says you have to ...

time for your warm-up, for your practice, here and make up ready, and then they will perform

shortly after that. So I'm sure that when she did not arrive to a warm-up or to a practice right

before their scheduled to perform that day, it immediately alerts red flags because that's not something you miss. You traveled all the way to Vegas for a cheer competition. So if you're not at the designated time, and you're missing, and then they see the like everyone sees each other before, everyone's probably, all the cheer moms are talking, so it's like everyone knows. And everyone's there. And usually you stay in the same hotels, so it's like if someone isn't there,

then that's an immediate. It's not like, oh, they'll just come later. So let's give a little background to this, to this family. So back in 2017, the divorce was finalized. This was between

Adel and Smith's parents. Tonya McGeehan is the mom, and her dad, after the divorce,

the two parents continued navigating custody arrangements for their daughter. Then in 2020, there was a temporary custody change. A judge temporarily removed a custody of Adi from Tonya. The decision is tied to concerns described to court records as parental alienation. And what that means is you can talk about parental alienation. You know a lot about that. So what does that mean? Okay, let's say one parent says, hey, we're having family over on Tuesday,

can can so-and-so come over, so we can celebrate together even though it's not our day. And then the parent says, no, or the parent doesn't let the kid call the other parent, or, or they argue in court, not because it's the best interest of the child for their schedule,

but rather to get away from mom or dad, all kinds of crap like that. Yeah, I just think of

specific examples like even when it comes to bad melding the other parent to the kids about the other parent. So then you're instilling into these kids that mom or dad is bad, and then they don't have a, they don't grow with a relationship with the other parent. It's bad. It's, it's for the sole reason of the parent because they hate the other, the ex. That's the sole reason. It's not

for the best thing for the child. In fact, the stupid thing is if you're really selfish, you would

embrace the other parent, and allow the other parent to be a part of it, because then it would offload some of the parenting that, and, and being with the child, you would have some days off, which I'll be happier. You'd have another parent, another adult that can help out as need it, but they're too short-sighted to see that. I would just have to say for a judge to order an actual order where her custody was taken away. That means that was some serious parental alienation.

It wasn't just like, she wasn't letting her call or she wasn't letting her pick up the phone if the dad called or she was kind of messing with the schedule. That was like, there must have been clear evidence that she was doing everything possible to prohibit the daughter from having relationship with the dad. So then then the idea is it would go to the other parent, in this case, because the judge is likely going to think, okay, you're a parent that will facilitate

a relationship with mom. So we're going to put the child in your hands and then you will facilitate, because then if that guy is just alienating the mom, then you're just, you're no better off. Right, but I guess in this decision, he was the better choice at that time to allow her to have a relationship with both parents. So then in 2024, the custody is modified again, and there's the new court ruling that updates the arrangement, both parents are then granted joint legal

and physical custody of Addy. I would assume that over those four years between 2020 and 2024, that she showed some type of change in behavior that would allow the modification, it to be modified that she has physical custody again. Probably. So let's talk about the days leading up to this discovery of this incident. This is February 14th. This is the day before

the incident. So this is actually, I believe it was a Friday, because I think that's the day we arrived

in Vegas. So Addy attends chair practice in Las Vegas. Her father later says that he spoke with both Addy and Tanya that day, according to him, nothing seemed unusual during the conversation. I also believe that, you know, I told you this, when I was there with Annabel, she didn't go, but there were a lot of kids that went to New York, New York. That was like a big thing for all those cheerleaders, because there's the roller coaster. Yeah. And I believe the mom and Addy both

went to the New York, New York, New York, New York, hotel that night. Probably did the roller coaster who knows, but I believe she posted some photos of the two of them together in Las Vegas, talking about day one there, excited to be there. Then the next day is February 15th. This is in the morning. Addy and her mother scheduled to attend a cheer competition in Las Vegas. Like I said before, it's like her coach would have put out a strict timeline as to when

They're supposed to be there.

and then Addy's father and her cheer coach become deeply concerned. So then at 1043 AM,

the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department dispatch receives a welfare check request

from Addy Smith's father and stepmother. Officers go to the hotel room and knock on the door. This is in the morning, 1043. No one responds and police do not believe anyone inside is in immediate danger. For the dad to initiate that, that means either parents, no one can get hold of the mom out. So the parents were probably reaching out to some of them reaching out to him. Have you heard? Yeah. Or maybe he had communication with his daughter and that ended and then he was like,

what's going on? I did read, and I don't know if it's later, but I did read that he was able to communicate or to, they must have like life 360 or something because I believe he was able to see what they were or what was going on, but it got cut off at a certain time and then he didn't have access. So maybe they called and ended up dying or something or she turned it off or I don't know what happened, but there was a period of time where then he knew he didn't know any longer.

You know, I'll tell you the first call that was made was the cheer coach and the cheer coach called

the dad and that's what happened because as soon as she didn't arrive on time, it was the cheer

coach that made the first call, obviously. Then more calls start to come in. Addies coach contacts 911 twice. I actually listened to the phone call where the coach calls 911. The coach calls at 11 18 AM and then again at 11 27 AM after realizing the two still have not arrived at the competition. She told dispatchers. This is the call that came in from the coach. Is this the first day of competitions? No, this is the second day, but I don't know what

their schedule is. I don't know if they competed the day before. Well, that's my man. So you don't you don't know if it was their first competition or not. Okay. Because I don't know because I just know Annabelle's on two teams and each of her teams competed twice so she actually competed four times. So this is the call that came in from the coach. She said to 911, her mom has a bunch of medical issues. They're staying at the Rio but no one can get a hold of them. We think the child

because she doesn't have custody. We think the child possibly is an imminent danger. So but the hotel won't give us any information on if they're in the room or not. It has to go through you guys. Now, I don't know why the coach said she doesn't have custody. Maybe the coach was just confused with the custody arrangement because as far as I know, she got, she got physical custody back in 2024. But maybe the coach wasn't aware. Maybe the coach just knew that they'd had

well, a lot of people use that term loosely and aren't familiar with, you know, nor should she have to be familiar with exactly what their arrangement was. Well, you know what else it might have been when the coach said she doesn't have custody. They might have switched a weekend around or something so that the mom could take her to the cheer competition. It might not have been her

actual custodial time. So maybe that's what she meant. I don't know. So then at 11 26 am,

at a stepmother calls 911 saying quote, we are extremely concerned. We believe that something might have seriously happened. You know what I kept thinking about because, you know, Annabelle's and cheer, you have daughters, Annabelle and I traveled to cheer competitions. I can't really, it's hard to fathom the panic that this dad was going through because he talks to the mother and the daughter the night before and they're in Vegas and they're at a cheer competition and

there's clearly been issues with custody. It's probably been very volatile in the past and then all of a sudden he can't get a hold of the mother and he can't get a hold of his daughter and no one else can get a hold of them and he's got cheer coaches calling him. He's probably got cheer mom. It's calling him. He's aware that no one can find it. And he is not there. He's not in Vegas. They live in Utah. So I can't imagine the panic that he has to endure trying to figure out

what is going on. And he might know a lot more about how the mom is and the dynamic and what she's capable of. Maybe he's like does he know that she carries guns? I don't know. So then on the afternoon of February 15th, a hotel staff finally entered the room at 227 p.m. Inside they discover both Addy Smith, 11 and her mother, Tanya McGeehand, 34. They were both dead. Fire officials at the scene reportedly found a note on a door before the bodies were found.

The details of the note have not been released. You know, I did read about the note,

but I can never find anything that says what the contents of the note are. They call it a suicide note.

I don't know what it says. And I also read that it was found on the door, but I was assuming it's found on the inside of the door. Right. Right. Anything on the outside of the door. Otherwise they would have known that they needed to enter. But you know, we'll talk about this more. But first of all, it was gunshot wounds.

She carried a gun with her.

did she bring a firearm? Well, was the intent when she brought the firearm to me? Yes.

I mean, they drove. They clearly drove. They didn't fly. Right. They drove from Utah to Vegas for a

cure competition. She brings a firearm with her. It was her intent and bringing the firearm because there are a mother and a daughter and they're traveling alone and they're saying in a hotel. And so she was scared. So she brought it as a safety precaution. And then she had some mental breakdown later. So then Attie's father keeps calling at 2.39 pm. Not yet aware of what authorities had discovered. Attie's father contacted dispatch once again.

This is what he says. I'm trying to file a missing person's report from my daughter. He told the operator. At 3.13 pm, Attie's father and stepmother call again, still searching for answers. We just need some information. There was a room check done around 3 o'clock. We really don't know where to start with all of this. Can we have them call us back immediately? This guy's freaking out.

I mean, he's calling over. Understandably so. At 4.05 pm, Attie's father was finally connected

with an officer. Desperate for clarity, he urged police to act quickly. I need someone there. I need someone there looking in that room. What's sad is this is at 405. And the bodies were discovered at 2.27. So at this point, they already are aware that the mother and daughter have been dead for an hour and a half. But he's panicking and saying that he knows that something severely wrong and someone needs to enter the room. He just doesn't know. Which makes me think he knows

what she's capable of. I'm not putting any fault on him. But he knows what she's capable of. Maybe he knows she's violent. Maybe he maybe she's thrown out threats like that before. I need someone there. I need someone there looking in that room. The officer told him that while enforcement was already inside the room, Attie's father asked what officers had found. The officer explained that he was not at the scene and had only limited information.

I'm telling you, I can't even fathom what this dad is going through. The multiple phone calls, the not getting any information calling 911 repeatedly, telling them to go in the room, knowing now that they are inside the room, but they're telling him that they have limited information.

Like you have to be in complete panic mode. Why wouldn't they release that information to him right

away? What barriers do they have to go through and things to check off in order to tell the father that his child is dead? I don't know. I don't know if they felt like they did. I can respect there's some protocols and they're not going to shout it out from the rooftops, but here's the guy that's saying I am the father. I'm the one looking for them.

I don't know. So then at 5.23 pm, nearly seven hours after the family's first request,

for a welfare check, Attie's grandmother also contacted police. She described confusion among relatives as conflicting reports for circulating. Dispatch said officers would reach out once more details were available. So then again, this is the problem. You're calling and instead of you're not getting a, oh, we walked into the room and everything's fine. We found them. So they know there's a problem. Because otherwise, because they know they went into the room.

So the fact that they know they went into the room, but they're not saying, oh, yeah, we went to the room and she was taking it out. You're in full bloom. Panic mode because it's not good, right? Then around APM, the Las Vegas metropolitan police department held a press conference confirming that Attie and her mother, Tanya, had been found dead inside the hotel room. Investigators conclude that the mother had shot her daughter before turning the gun on herself.

Authorities state that no motive has been publicly identified. I do know. I mean, this is it's terrible, but she, she shot her daughter in the head and then she turned the gun on herself. Correct. And you know, here's again. I know we talked about this a little bit, but just to bring it up again, what is hard for me to understand is if it was pre-meditated and she knew all along

that she was going to do that. And that's why she brought the gun with her

then why go through all the hoops of like letting your daughter get excited about a chair competition, getting the uniform, getting the hair and makeup ready, packing, traveling to a cheer competition. Obviously, they all met there on a Friday. She was there the first day. I don't know if they competed or not, but if they didn't, I'm sure they had some kind of team building activity. Sure. You know, I heard, I don't know if this is true, but I did read some articles that said

that the mother had some words with some of the other cheermoms. You know, I don't know if that had any effect on like what was going on in her mind mentally. I mean, if you've ever watched dance moms or anything, like some of those moms can be pretty volatile towards each other.

I've never dealt with that on the Annabelle's team. That's the moms. I haven't dealt with that

specifically. I feel like I'm very lucky at the gym where Annabelle goes to. All the moms are

Pretty cool and everybody gets along really well, but there are a lot of chee...

places where the moms get so competitive and they end up fighting among themselves and talking about

the other daughters and having, you know, that's why they make reality TV shows about dance

moms and cheermoms because they're, they're a whole, another breed of women. So I don't know if this mom had some words with some cheermoms. I don't know. Well, my, my thought is she was probably on the verge of suicide. Like she probably had those thoughts. Maybe she entertained him every once in a while and she swayed back and forth. The gun did she bring it for that reason. I don't

know. I don't know. She always carries, but nonetheless, she did bring it and I'm guessing something

happened that pushed her over the edge to follow through and probably what she was always contemplating. So you're saying she probably always visualized it or thought about her mind and then something just, well, yeah, like when someone commits suicide and I'm not going to speak for everyone, but I can imagine that when someone commits suicide, it's a thought that rings in their head for a very long time, whether it be a month or six months or years and then they pull the trigger, right? It's

not like they wake up one morning, have a bad day and then you just can't handle it. So it's likely

that she, she lived on the edge of, you know, suicide, close to the line of suicide, right?

Yeah. The motive hasn't been released. I would assume maybe there was some type of motive or something written in the letter that she left behind. Maybe there's something that explains it. I don't know, but that'll be interesting because I feel like at some point will know maybe what her last, or if the dead speaks out, maybe he can kind of elaborate a little bit on. Yeah, but that was it. That's going to be a while, though, because that magic can run into the news.

It was a tragic, tragic story and I'll tell you, just being so physically close to it, like, I don't know, maybe I walked past her on that Friday at the cheer competition. I mean, every day when we left, we drew a half or so. Well, that's a really easy team has a huge loss. Yeah, that's great. And it's going to be etched in their minds forever because not because the cheer competition is important, but then they couldn't compete, right? One because emotionally,

they're all hurting, and then two, they miss a teammate, right? So I mean, it's just, it affected that, which affects the whole weekend, which they're already emotional. So now they go home,

and they're always going to remember, it was like, you know what I mean? It wasn't just like

they went to school in day and heard that heard that, unfortunately, there was a death of a student. It's like, this is, it tore a piece of everyone's heart away. Right. And those kids were right in the mix of them trying to find her and calling. I'm sure they were all standing around. And then it's you said earlier, they're on this high, right? They're all excited. They're having fun, team building, you know, moments, and then boom, this gets just out away from this. What sad is there always

going to associate cheer and cheer competitions, which are supposed to be empowering and, you know, girls working together in teamwork and camaraderie, and all those things. And now for this poor team, you know, they're going to associate it with a tragedy. And anyway, that was a deeply depressing story. But I, you know, and I always, I try not to, I don't know what was going through the mom's mind. I don't know. I mean, I can look at it as a mother and think there's,

there was no way. I always wish, why can't you just take yourself out? You know, it's like,

even all these other cases we talked about like Josh Powell or Chris Watts. You know, it's like, why, why the kids? You know, like, just, we don't, like, say, we don't know what's going ahead. It's her head thinking that the dad's an evil person. And so my child can't be with him. And I can't survive. I don't know. You know, there's one more thing I wanted to point out. Maybe you know this better because I don't really understand guns or anything. Like,

I've never even shot a gun. I've, have you? Like, a real gun. I've never shot a real gun. Yeah, I don't like to. But I had like a target shooting range. You know, when with some friends. I've never even been to a shooting range. But the hotel guests said that they did not hear anything. They didn't hear a shot fired. There were two shots and no one heard anything.

So is it that the hotel rooms are just that? No. Or do you think she like?

It's not like it rings throughout the building. It's not like TV. But even the person next door wouldn't hear anything? Oh, there was someone next door? Well, I don't know if they're what I'm assuming. I'm assuming that probably because it's chair competition. I'm assuming that most of the rooms are book. There's a lot of people. That's true. Hi. In 2023, a story gripped the UK, a Vulcan horror and disbelief, a nurse who should have been

in charge of caring for tiny babies is now the most prolific child killer in modern British history. Everyone thought they knew how it ended, a verdict, a villain, a nurse named Lucy Leppi.

Lucy Leppi has been found guilty, but what if we didn't get the full story?

The moment you look at the whole picture, the case collapses. I'm Amanda Knox, and in the new podcast doubt, the case of Lucy Leppi, we follow the evidence in here from the people that lived it, to ask what really happened when the world decided who Lucy Leppi was. No voicing of any skepticism are doubt. It'll cause so much harm at every single level of the British establishment of this is wrong. Unfortunately, it didn't go according to plan. He became the first bachelor to ever have his

final rose rejected, the internet turned on him. If I could press a button and rewind it all,

I would. But what happened to Clayton after the show made even bigger headlines?

It began as a one-night stand, and ended in a courtroom, with Clayton at the center of a very strange paternity scandal. The media is here. This case has gone viral. The dating contract. Agreed to date me, but I'm also suing you. This is unlike anything I've ever seen before. I'm Stephanie Young. This is Love Trapped. to reports. By Variety, I also saw I think TMZ was the one who broke the news. That's where I first

saw it. So authorities with the California Highway Patrol reportedly stopped and handcuffed the singer around 930pm. She was later booked into custody early Thursday morning at approximately 3am. Records indicates she has since been released and is expected to appear in court on May 4th. I did read that she was taken to the hospital, but it wasn't because she was injured. It was because they took her to the hospital to get her blood alcohol content, her BAC. And what is the legal

limit in California? Point zero eight. Point zero eight. I read. I don't like to follow the rule of

point zero zero. Well, you've never had a drink of alcohol. Never had a sip about alcohol. Never

shake some tears. Never had a sip of alcohol and as entirely. Despite everyone shoving it in front of me, tempting me to take it. Have I ever done that? Probably. I've never had heroin either. Or cocaine. Well, I have any other. Yeah. Yeah. All right. So I read she was taken to the hospital

Just for the blood work.

Why? Because it's more accurate. I think so. Yeah. Because what if you just like did some mouthwash?

Right. Or you took some night. Well, like it's going to be it could affect it. Plus, I think blood

alcohol like if you do the blood tests, it's a little bit more documented versus some officer like in the field. I think defense attorney could challenge a breathalizer or no, it's just more than and doctor that did it before or cop could phony up a breathalizer. I don't know how well those document those are documented. Yeah. I read and I don't know if this is true. I did read that

people I always like how they say people close in her camp said Britney's camp and Britney's camp.

Like people close in her camp. All those mooching off of her have said that she claims that she blew it or not blew her BAC was a 06. One of those cops think when they pull her over. You know, maybe they didn't recognize her until they get her license. They're like, man, we need your registration license and then she hands it and they're like Britney's beer. Yeah, why you have this fake ID. Yeah. I wonder what photos on her license though. Do you think

it's like from which era? Yeah, like is it a recent one like a recent? Is she in a little school girl outfit or is it like a hit me baby one more time? I don't know either. And about some of my license the other day and she was like making fun of it because I don't know. You know what, my grandmother,

I remember when I was growing up I would look at my grandmother's license and I kid you not,

she was 80 and her photo on her license was like when she was from like 35 or something. Oh, yeah, I don't know what your mom's photo on her license though, but it's just for a long time ago. Right. Yeah, because they just renew it. Yeah, they don't make you choose. Well, I think recently

she did go on the knee and be anyway, that's besides. But I remember that too looking at her licensing

and that's from a long time ago. Yeah, right. Is that what you want? Do you want yours to stay from a long time? I want it to be permanently young and youthful looking. Yes. Isn't parasol on the one that showed up or was that hard actually in that showed up to get their license picture and they brought like a glam team and a ring light. So they'd have like good lighting.

I think it was parasol. I was like, that's a good idea because the lighting is always so bad.

So I feel like next time I have to get a new photo for my license, I would like you to just bring a couple of ring lights and set them up and I'll get my hair makeup done. No. No. All right. So what are the next steps? So in the state of California, if you get pulled over and you get a rest of her DUI. Yeah. But you call the DMV within 10 days of your arrest. You can keep your license valid. So her team is likely contacting the DMV to set up a hearing date so that she has a valid

license. Then the California Highway Patrol will submit their police report to the Ventura County Prosecutors Office. Once they get that report, the prosecutors office will read it and determine whether there is enough evidence to charge her. See, she shouldn't be driving. Yeah. You know, she's got the funds. I mean, she shouldn't be dancing on Instagram. Yeah. She's not good answer. No, Britney Spears is a phenomenal dancer. There is no one like Britney Spears. Sometimes when I'm on

Instagram, sometimes I get into a Britney Spears algorithm where everything I just flipped through is old Britney videos. And I tell you, it just takes me back to like 98, 99, early 2000s when she was just the queen of pop there is no one like Britney Spears. The talent, off the charts, the charisma, the girl next door. I don't know about that. I. Well, but she was entertainment for sure. Yeah. She was popular. She was huge. She's a huge.

Well, no doubt about that. Okay. So back to she shouldn't be driving. Okay. She should have a driver. Yeah. Why doesn't she have a driver? I don't know because it's same with

a who was a Justin Timberlake. Remember a while ago? He looked a party and he got it. Did he get

it? Do you why? Yeah. And it's like, why are you doing that? Have a driver because then if there's an accident, whether it's a driver's fault or not, you get out of the car and you get a new driver and you move on. They don't sue you. They don't involve you. You're totally clean. Yeah. I don't know why more people don't have a driver. I mean, I plan to have a driver. I would love to have a driver. I plan to have a driver next queen of pop. You get a driver. No, Heather DeBro has a driver. I feel like

I could have a driver too. I don't. I'm tired of driving. I'm 50 years old. I've been driving since I was 16. I don't know. You don't want to drive or see. You can look at Instagram while. Exactly. Yeah. I just want to sit in the back row and look at Instagram or make phone calls or read emails. I don't want to drive anymore. So I don't understand why these celebrities don't have a driver. I mean, they have the money. I don't get it. All right. Anyway, that was pretty worse.

Do we know what kind of car she was driving? A black BMW. Because I solved photos of it being released from the M-pound lot. So yes, I mean, kind of boring. Yeah. What did you want? You want to

I don't know something flashy.

Her agent or her manager released a statement and said, this was an unfortunate and inexcusable incident

Brittany will take the right steps, comply with the law, and we hope this marks the start of long overdue change in her life. She needs help and support during this difficult time. Why? Pretty much admitted guilt, didn't he? Her boys will be spending time with her and her loved ones are putting a plan in place to set her up for success and while being. You know the way the sounds to me is that they're saying, you know what? We're all hoping that this is like a rock

bottom moment for Brittany and maybe she'll, where did she, where was she coming from? I didn't ask her. I don't, because like, did she like to text her and ask her? Well, you read Instagram. Did she like go to like, oh, she like at a bar? She left? I don't know. She was alone. I do know that. There was no one. Again, was she at a bar alone just drinking? Well, you don't have to go to a bar to get a DUI.

Maybe she went to a restaurant. Maybe she drank before she left. That's what I'm asking.

I'm saying like, I want to know what kind of entertainment she was doing, like prior to the DUI. Why, why is she entertaining people? Well, if she's at a, no, not entertaining people. Like, what was she doing for herself that she got drunk and then got in a car? She can't just go sit at a bar.

There would be 8 billion photos of her sitting alone at a bar. I know what's going on. I'm wondering,

what was she doing? I think she was drinking at home and then she drove somewhere. Or was she going? I don't know. To a bar. I can't. I don't know. All right. We will keep you informed. May 4th is her hearing. Yes. May 4th. And we will keep you up to date on any information we find out about. May 4th be with her. The Queen of Pop. Hi. Unfortunately, it didn't go according to plan. He became the first bachelor to ever have his

final rose rejected. The internet turned on him. If I could press a button and rewind it all I would. But what happened to Clayton after the show made even bigger headlines? It began as a one night stand and ended in a courtroom with Clayton at the center of a very strange paternity scandal. The media is here. This case has gone viral. This was a page six article. According to records from the federal bureau of prisons, Diddy's release date has been moved up to April 25th, 2028.

His previous release date had been listed as June 4th of 2028. Oh, he just got like it got moved about a couple of months.

The update of timeline follows Diddy's acceptance into a rehabilitation initiative. What is he rehabilitating from drugs and sex and baby oil? Changes name all the time. Oh, yes, his newest name is his name is two four six. Oh, one two four. Is that what it is? Well, that was John Feljohn from Leibus. Oh, all right. So I guess he's agreed to go to some type of rehabilitation initiative in November, and then that participation is what got him a few months

shaved off of his sentence. So the participation in this federal residential drug abuse program can sometimes

result and reduce prison time. So that's like he mentioned when he got the news like, hey, good news. Your prison date moved up. It's like, oh, yeah, what is like packing it? Yeah, he got four weeks off. He's like, oh, I get out in four weeks? No, we just took four weeks off. He just shaved four weeks off. His projected release date has changed before shortly after he was sentenced. He saw his release date pushed back from May 8th of of 2028 to June 4th of 2028. Reports at the time indicated that the

adjustment came after officials disciplined him for consuming homemade alcohol. This is bouncing around. He's making homemade. How do you make homemade alcohol? How do they drink? It's prison made alcohol. He's been a little bit home. Right. It's prison made alcohol. You're right. It's jail made. Yeah. Right. What are they using? Just. Michael? I don't know drugs. I don't know. See you ask me questions. I don't know about prison. I don't know. I ask you questions about Brittany and her drinking. You don't

know. Well, I mean, I feel like if Brittany Spears ever listens to his podcast, I would like to let her know that I feel like I could be her friend. And if she needs someone to support her and be there for her, I feel like I could be that person. So if she would like to reach out to me, I am open. I am here with open arms and I am happy to be your friend. What about Ditty? No, no, no, Ditty. I have the Queen of Pop can call me. I feel like she needs like an Emily in her life. Like I'm a good loyal friend. I feel like I could

point her in the right direction. You know, we could do like a good fix her. We could do like an Instagram intervention. I'd be like, no girl. Like we don't pull your pants up. Nobody needs to see your thong. Let's let me take you to the salon. Let's get your hair extensions fixed. That doesn't rehabilitate people hair extensions. Well, that's a good start though. I like a little some veneers, some good hair extensions, a makeover and cheese puller pants up. It's like so super low. I'm like

girlfriend pull your pants up. But there's a lot of people on Instagram because I get into this algorithm too that don't even think that's Brittany that it's a clone. So we won't even go there right now, but that's another, that's a whole another, that's a whole another podcast. Anyway, back to Ditty soon afterwards CBS News reported another infraction tied to a three-way phone call,

which is not permitted in federal prison. Can you do two-way phone calls? Can this can do three-way?

Comes reportedly said that he did not realize that third party or three-way calls are not authorized.

Because I didn't know, man, his reference, that was drunk. That was homemade. I'll go on. I didn't know. Right. I wasn't thinking clearly. The new release date comes as Comes continues to challenge his four-year sentence. His legal team filed an appeal in December, seeking his immediate release and asking for either a reversal of the conviction or a shorter sentence. Prosecutors have pushed back on the appeal and February urging that the court reject the request. He's got so many

Civil suits against him.

they're just like coming out of like boomerings. He's got like a hundred different civil suits

against him or something. So I mean, good luck with all of that. All right, let's do one more update. This is Brian Coberger. So we're going to head, we were in Nevada. Then we went to California with Britney Spears. And now we are taking a trip back to Idaho. Well, not back to Idaho. Over to Idaho. Over to Idaho. So just recently there have been some grizzly leaked photos that show blood soaked rooms of the Idaho College students that were butchered by Brian Coberger. At the end of January,

thousands of previously unreleased crime scene photographs connected to the Idaho murders briefly appeared online after they were published by the Idaho State Police. The images, nearly 3,000 in total were quickly removed from the agency's website, but not before some outlets,

including the Daily Mail of Tane copies of these photos. How did they were leaked?

Were were they posted? No, this was on the police website. Okay, they were posted on a website. So they were on the police website. Well, what I think happened was after he was convicted and sentenced, probably the file opens up. The file opens up and probably someone just uploaded the entire file to the website without thinking that there has to be some without without screening what should it shouldn't be posted. Right. The images show heavy blood

standing across numerous surfaces throughout the bedrooms, including doors walls furniture, mattresses, bedding, and floors. Additional graphic photographs captured personal items belonging to the victims, including cell phones, laptops, shoes, and clothing. These were left inside the ransacked bedrooms where the four students were killed. In one photo, what appeared to be smeared bloody fingerprints could be seen on a white nightstand while another image showed blood

running down a wall. It is unclear where the new images were uploaded than removed from the department's website. I assume the family probably immediately called when they started seeing

those photographs circulating out there. And then that's why they were removed. You know, again,

I just have to say, I just have Brian Cober and Idaho murders. Every once in a while, I'll lay

in bed at night and there are a couple of things I think about. Again, I always go back to because

now that these images are out there and you can look at them and you can see how the rooms are ransacked and how much blood is everywhere. The fact that there were other roommates in this house that did not hear anything is mind-boggling to me. Oh, it only furthers that. I just like because I thought, okay, well, maybe they heard nothing because he was in stealth mode and he just quickly went to each victim and like, and like overpowered them very quickly. And they didn't even

know what hit them and that's why there wasn't any fighting back with them. We learn later. You just somehow, yeah. But then you also worried about that, we're curious about that gunshot, like people in Vegas, the hotel couldn't hear the gunshot. And I think, I mean, have you ever heard someone fire gun next to you or murder? I mean, I'm just saying like, like, maybe you're assuming things are louder than they are. And I don't have any answer. I'm just kind of playing double

that up here. I don't know. I just feel like if I was at home and I had lots of roommates and there is a crime scene and the whole upstairs above me that is shows a house being ransacked and four people were murdered and there's blood everywhere that I didn't hear any of that just seems.

Well, I think it was back to blaming them. No, I know. I know they had nothing to do with

those back to with. We also think they were like intoxicated so they were probably passed out or they were deep sleep. I mean, I lived in a house with almost 14 other guys, I think. 14. Where the heck are you talking about? In college. Every time we do a podcast, we've been married for 17 years. Let me just remind everyone of that. It's been 17 years. And every time we record a podcast, some new bit of information about this man coming up.

Maybe you got to get to know me a little bit of that. I guess so. I have never heard 14

other guys. There was like seven of us, let's see, one, two, three, four, five, six of us upstairs and then there was about seven downstairs. So whatever, 13 or something like that. That's crazy. And so you talk. And I don't remember ever once waking up in the middle of the night because they were allowed and I'm sure they were allowed from time to time. Really? Yeah, I just go my room closer. Don't go sleep. I don't know. Well, no, but I don't know. I know. I'm not trying to be funny. I'm

really just saying like now, I think about it. Yeah. Like, I don't know. You just go to sleep and especially if you're intoxicated. Just pass out. And that's it. I don't know. The my other point is after the odd top sea reports came out, we did know that Zana threw a huge, like she was, she fought, yeah, fought him hard, fought him. And she, we have to give this girl credit for her bravery and just fighting back as hard as possible because I think they believe that that was the

Reason the knife she was left behind.

because of the DNA that was left on that little tiny button on the knife. Yeah, so all her fighting

didn't go to waste. It actually solved the crime. And then my last point is in the still bugs me to this day, Idaho has the death penalty. And the fact that the prosecution allowed him to plead out and take life without parole is just, well, did we talk about the death penalty last time? How maybe like Idaho didn't really prosecute or press, they didn't pursue the death penalty in many cases ever. Like it's not really a death penalty state, even though it's legal, right? So maybe the

prosecutors aren't really like gung-ho about it. Maybe it's not really enforced very much. So they all know like it's not really a likelihood. So they just plea. They come to some plea agreement. I don't know. I just know that if anyone deserves the death penalty. Well, there's lost people to deserve it. And he's one of them. He's one of them. That's for sure. So we talked about the lost biggest cheer mom, which was tragic. And then we gave you guys some updates. So thank you for listening

We unpack the story of an unimaginable tragedy that gripped the UK in 2023. But what if we didn't get the whole story? How does this been made to fit? The moment you look at the whole picture, the case collapsed. What if the truth was disguised by a story we chose to believe? Oh my god, I think she might be innocent.
