for more, knowing something is missing. Then this podcast is for you, so here's your host, Joe Middigan. Hello and welcome to we, there was a time in my life when I believed that if the world around me would just change, then maybe I could finally be happy if people would change. If my relationships would change, if my circumstances would change.

If the world would just become a little less divided, a little less angry, and a little less afraid, then maybe, I don't know, just maybe I could finally feel the peace I've

been looking for, but something is happening to me, that honestly I never expected.

The world hasn't necessarily changed at all, but I have. And as I continued changing internally, I'm beginning to see everything around me differently. The people in my life look different to me, my relationships feel different, success looks very different, my dreams look different.

Even the things I once believed were important, don't always feel as important anymore.

And as exciting as that can be, to be honest with you, quite honestly it can feel pretty scary, because when I begin becoming someone different, I can't always see the world through the same eyes I used to. For much in my life, I viewed the world through my fears.

I worried about what people thought about me.

I worried about whether I was successful enough. I worried about whether I was good enough. I tried to control people, circumstances, and outcomes, because I thought controlling my external world would somehow give me peace inside myself. But the more I healed my internal world, the more I'm beginning to understand something.

Maybe my external world was never where my peace was supposed to come from.

Maybe peace begins in me. Maybe love begins inside of me. Maybe purpose begins inside of me.

And maybe just maybe when those things begin changing inside of me, the entire world I experience

begins to change too. And that doesn't mean the world suddenly becomes perfect. People are still going to hurt each other. Relationships are still going to change. Life still becomes uncertain.

And there's still fear, anger, division, and pain all around us. And I'm beginning to realize that I don't have to become what I see around me though. I can choose something different. I can choose love instead of fear. I can choose understanding instead of judgment.

I can choose compassion instead of anger. I can choose faith instead of trying to control everything. I can ask my higher power to guide me towards the person I was created to become. But even that can feel scary because becoming someone different sometimes means questioning

things I've always believed for years.

It means looking at relationships differently. It means looking at success differently. It means looking at myself very, very differently. And sometimes it means realizing that the life I once thought I wanted may not be the life my soul is asking me to live.

So today, we're going to talk about what happens. When our internal transformation begins changing the way we experience our external world, we're going to talk about why growth can feel uncomfortable, even when it's leading us somewhere beautiful.

We're going to talk about why seeing the world differently.

Doesn't necessarily mean the world has changed.

It means we did and we're going to explore how trusting our higher power can help us stop

allowing the fear around us to determine the life within us. Because I'm beginning to believe I don't have to wait for the entire world to change before I can experience love. I don't have to wait for everything around me to change before I can discover peace. I don't have to know exactly where the transformation is taking me before I begin living

with purpose and passion. Maybe I simply have to keep becoming, keep trusting, keep loving, and keep allowing my higher power to show me differently how life can look when I become different first. My name is Joe Mitigah and this is we. Welcome to We Everybody.

It's an amazing night here in Atlanta, Georgia and super excited to be with you guys tonight.

And we're finally getting a little bit of the break here in Atlanta, the southeast. We definitely have the four seasons and our summers can be pretty brutal, you know, 100 degrees and my son, especially knows that he's a college athlete now, he's out on Astro Turf, 100 degrees outside, 120 on the field and they work through it, you know, they're tough and it's all part of the sport, it's all part of living here in Atlanta.

And you know, we get a couple months that it's pretty cold, nothing like the north where

I grew up and quite honestly it's hot here in Atlanta, but not near as hot as it can be,

you know, Texas, South Louisiana, high humanities, but it's getting a little cooler and it's just it's beautiful when this time of the year happens and over the next couple of months it'll be extremely beautiful here. The we podcast is something that I have a real passion about and today we're going to talk about passions.

We're going to talk about purpose. We're going to talk about the why like so many of the episodes and I'm talking about the emotional healing and the grief and the anger and the angst and the I can't breathe and all that and you know that's real life, it is and the other side, the reason we need to do it is because living from that same emotional sense, but where fullness and overflow

is your guidance system versus empty and fear, life becomes a totally different thing. It really does and we're going to talk about that totally different thing today. We're going to talk about the human transformation of why the we podcast is here and what

I believe all of you have the potential to do.

So welcome, again, I want to just thank everybody and want to thank you for your support. I really, really do.

I always like mentioning that the we podcast now, I think we're like in 25 countries around

the globe, we're ranked in eight or nine or 10 countries, Norway, United Kingdom, Canada, Kenya, Malaysia, South Korea, Germany and a brand new country on board now, Oman, and I thought I kind of heard Oman, I didn't know where it was, well it's right there in the Middle East and welcome everybody from Oman, I am so excited that you're here and every time I share that part of the global experience called we podcast, I have to remind people

why that's so exciting to me and it's exciting to me because as a humanity, we're waking up and it doesn't matter where you live, it doesn't matter the color of your skin, it doesn't rematter the religion or your gender, doesn't matter your sexual orientation, none of that matters. If you're human, you are waking up and what is it that you're waking up to, you're

waking up to the feminine side of yourself and the feminine side of yourself is where emotions and your spirituality lives, it's where it resides inside, your Christ consciousness resides in your feminine side of self and as that part is waking up and as we're becoming more and more connected to it, I'm going to give you some examples of people that have followed that over their lifetimes and you'll know their names because they've created

billion dollar organizations that have literally changed the way the world functions and

we're going to talk about that, but we're also going to talk about them, you know, the emotional side of stuff and because it's necessary, you know, I tell people all the time, if we're

Going to heal humanity, we have to help everybody understand that emotions ar...

they are part of who you are, we are a spiritual and emotional being equal to a physical

and mental being and the challenge with the emotional component of ourselves is that's the

part that's so very often is used against other people, people get anger and then they take their anger out, it causes harm, it causes fear, it causes destruction and I say it all the time, you know, fellas, just taking your anger out on your partners, that's got to stop and hopefully if you've been on my podcast for any length of time, you're taking my advice and for new people, the advice is 15 minutes a week, get a whiff of all that, a bunch of pictures of people you don't

like, take them into the bedroom, either at your house or your buddy's house, I always use the

example, it's football weekend, go 15 minutes early, your buddies won't care, your beer will be waiting for you when you're done, go in the bedroom and get your anger out in a healthy way and what does it look like, it looks like book pictures on the bat, literally human pictures, you put them on the bat, you take the bat, you put it over your head and start slamming it down on the bat, that's it, over and over and over and you'll see the energetic movement will start to happen

and say what you need to say, you're in a sacred space and if people can hear you, go somewhere

they can't because this is private to you but it's important, the more we can teach people how to get their emotions validated but then experienced in a healthy way, then the taking of emotions out on each other, the harm caused by unhealthy emotions, it goes away and that's all part of the healing of humanity and of course, you know, after you mind you that the anger is not the source, the anger is kind of the first layer, especially for men, most of the time, the layers underneath

the anger is hurt, it's suppressed emotion and that suppressed emotion is always there because

when we were kids, this whole idea of validating our emotions, it didn't exist so that's why we are the generation of change and that's why we're doing it differently, the adults on this particular podcast, we're doing it differently and it's time to truly embrace and feel and emotes the depths of stuff that weren't felt embraced and honored years ago because it's suppressed inside of you, all of your unloving voices have an emotional source in your heart, regardless of what's

being said out there and you know there's a lot of different influencers out there that have a different approach to the voices in your head, if it's working for you great, I say it all the time, keep doing whatever's working and in that the we podcast is exploding around the globe we're literally

ranked 60 second in the rankings of the global rankings in Apple podcast on 20 countries around the

world and we're 10 months old literally tomorrow, it just tells me that there's a lot of us that the old styles of healing aren't working anymore and we're searching for and seeking the next thing does that make the other things right or wrong? No, it just means that we here at the we podcast, we're here, I'm here to teach and support and talk about things that will help you literally heal. I also tend to challenge some of the human norms and if most of you know I'm sure that the

country of Nepal was just decimated and I hear this constant I'm going to pray for them. All right, but what the heck does that do? You want to know what it does? Nothing. It gives you a little bit of a cop-out relief, I prayed for them but you know what folks, God's not codependent.

What is God going to do without a human being doing something for? And that's what I get the

I prayed for. Am I making fun of that? No, I'm not. But what I'm asking you as part of the generation of change, I'm asking you in your prayer to ask for something different instead of just saying oh dear God please help the people in Nepal and say on your knees whatever for a long time and then you feel all better about yourself because you're afraid for them. It didn't do anything. Why? Because God's not codependent. Now I'm asking you to say dear God, show me how I can do

something I mean. Joe can do something to help the people in Nepal. That's what I did. Well I started a GoFundMe account. Everybody on this podcast can start to die today, whenever you're listening,

A GoFundMe account.

something and move on with your day feeling better because you prayed, I'm asking you not to ask

for something you can do to help. God can only do for us what God can do through us and that whole

concept is a very different thing. They say it all the time. God is not codependent. It's not God's job to rescue anybody anywhere and you can ask for God to help. But you know what God is doing. He's sending hundreds of thousands of people from around the globe to Nepal to help. He's sending millions and billions and billions of dollars to Nepal to help rebuild and to help kids and to help whatever. Well each one of us can be part of that just depending on how you're guided. So if you don't

want to do your own, go fund me. Go to mine. I literally started one. Go to help. Nepal. World. And give

five dollars to me account. I would love to be able to tell the world that the WePodcast helped

raise a hundred thousand dollars on my GoFundMe account. And I trust trust me folks. You will see

where every penny of it goes. I'm right now interviewing and seeking out caregivers on the ground. Human beings in Nepal who've been there forever. Just like my Uganda guys. I've got a couple people right now in Nepal. What do they need? Money. Why? One one group. They just got like 20 more kids. Why? As mom and dad are gone. Gone. An infrastructure doesn't do anything to kids. Just sit

there. So if you're not guided to start your own and if you're not already involved somewhere

to take an action step. Not praying is not an action step. It's not. praying is a great thing. Of course it is. But as part of the generation of change, it's now time to ask for guidance from your higher power what you can do. Start your own GoFundMe account. Well Joe, I don't know how. GoFundMe.com. Trust me. AI will walk you through the whole thing. I don't have anybody to send it to. You have a family. You have church. You have people at the baseball game. Send it to

20 people. How about if all 20 people gave $10. That's $200. Where do I send it? Go online. Or come to mind. Help Nepal. World. Just see my GoFundMe account. I know what to do with people. I know how to get it on the ground. And I'm doing it now. So please, $10. You want to donate $10,000. You can do it there too. But $5 is fine too. It really is. And I want to continue to help people understand. We're different. It's time for us to start taking the old action steps and the

old behavior patterns and expanding. I literally have seen numerous people. I'm praying for all the people in Nepal. Okay. What do you literally think that's going to do? Nothing except make you feel better in the five minutes. Nothing. Why? Because God can't do anything for us that God can't do through us. So it's time to start putting any level of action step associated with your prayer. And if you ask for guidance, which is really what this entire podcast is about, the asking for guidance,

then everything ends up being different. Unfortunately, I have to share about some really add a really tough day yesterday. I did. For those of you that are new, my 12-year-old, 11-and-a-half-year-old German Shepherd Zeus, I had to put him asleep on August 5. One of the harder things I've ever had to do. Not the putting him asleep because, you know, it was his time. The decision wasn't hard to make. But as you make the decision, the grief is hard. It is. And it was very hard.

Look at, you know, the episode 46, I think, in my catalog, I can't let go because I'm feeling anxious

or something like that. Listen to that one. That's me telling you what I did in a very deep sense of grief. And, you know, what we're building here at the Wii podcast is a library of episodes where you can go in wherever you are emotionally in anyone given day. If you're feeling scared, go listen, go find one of the episodes about feeling scared, feeling overwhelmed, not able to forgive, you know, ready to pursue your passion. Whatever the action step you're in,

I can promise you if you look through the 50-some odd episodes I have, you'll...

that'll help you. Something that'll keep you company in that day, that night, the dark times

and the glorious times. We're going to start adding a third episode here soon over the next couple

months or so, a couple weeks, actually. But what it's going to be is kind of an encore playing at some of my original episodes. Because there's so many brand new people, it isn't typically, it isn't the technique of a brand new listener that sees 60 episodes or 54 episodes to go all the way back to the original episodes. So, once a week on Saturdays, we're going to start republishing the original episodes, not all of them, but a bunch of them. Just so new people can listen to those

too. And I'm really, I'm excited about that. I think it's something that, you know, will really

help and just gets that information out. Well, yesterday, literally how I knew it was Zeus's day. He had a sore on his stomach. He had stopped eating a week ago before. And I knew the days were coming because he stopped eating. Zeus used to eat 50 pounds of fruit a month and he'd stop eating it on his seventh or eighth day. And I wasn't going to let him starving himself. So I didn't know how I was going to make that decision. But I asked for guidance. My higher power said Zeus will

tell you. And he told me by this stop eating that he was getting closer. And then he had this sore on his stomach. He wouldn't leave alone. And I kept wrapping it in cotton sheets, but he tear through those cotton sheets. And then I'll just the fifth. I come down stairs and he's sitting

in a pool of blood. And a pool of blood, I mean, he's a big dog. He was probably, I don't know,

six eight inches around him around his backside. And I knew that was the day. And I knew it was the day because no matter what I did, I couldn't get the bleeding to stop. And in the moment, I'm doing the best I can. I'm in the flow. I'm in the allowance. But I knew I was going to have to grieve that. He was talking about powerless. I couldn't get it to stop. And I tried and I tried and I tried. And past couple days, I've been grieving that. You know, like, matter what I did, I couldn't

get it to stop. And that's hard. It's painful. So I've been in my silence. I'm asking people to do five or six minutes a day. I'm doing like five or six hours a day, guided back into silence. And the difference this time that in years past, their silence and stillness, stillness,

meaning no motion. My oldest son is at college. My youngest son lives in an apartment of my basement.

And my good friend Zeus, my hundred pound German Shepherd, isn't around anymore. So when Joe was in his silence, I'm also in a stillness that I haven't experienced in a really, really long time. In that place, I get a lot of awarenesses in that place. There'll be multiple hours and a where, rowal, he'll nothing. And silence doesn't mean lack of motion. I work big puzzles.

I'm almost done. I'm working a 40,000 piece puzzle. I'm almost done with the first section.

I've got probably about five hundred pieces left of the first section, which is about four thousand pieces. And I listen, a lot of times I hear nothing. I just do the puzzle. And it's kind of my sacred space, sacred silence. Well, I come up, then I hear things. I hear ideas. I come up with things. I come up with ideas for the podcast. I come up with things we need to talk about. Conversations I need to have. Difficult conversation sometimes. I said not a couple episodes

ago where I was supporting a family who's been in the program a really long time. And the dad, he's a drunk. He hasn't drinking a bunch of years, but his behavior patterns are completely inappropriate. And their daughters taking it on the chin. And the mom calls the daughter whiny, calls the daughter, drama queen, and all of that. Well, when I was on podcast a couple weeks ago, you hear me, I'm mad. But I realized, you know, nothing to do about those parents.

But I can do something about the young woman. I call her a little girl. She's 17, 18, 17. She's a high school student. And I started texting her. Mr. Joe loves you. Mr. Joe's really proud of you. Have a good day today, sweetie. You know, I'm proud of you. Keep in touch. Let's talk.

Talk about a week or so. I finally got an I love you back. And why do I say that? For me, no, I could

care less. I don't need an I love you from this young girl, woman at all. But what I want is to

Create a sense of safety.

telling her she's pretty, telling her she's beautiful, telling her she's trustworthy.

And I can't change the parents. I can't. They don't want to challenge me because I will absolutely

tear them new ones if they push me because the behavior is so ridiculously unconscious that I will do everything I can to protect the young woman. And is there any abuse? No. Is there any intent for harm? No. It's just unconscious behavior, cloaked in Allin on phrases cloaked in AA phrases and at a certain point folks, if you're living in an environment that's unhealthy, you can look at your side of the street plenty. You can look at

you and yours a lot. But sooner or later, if the environment is toxic, it's time to change the

street. Well, this particular experience, no one's there in the street being changed. These people

have been together for 40 years. But I can start empowering this young woman on how to handle her

dad. He ain't gonna like it. And I don't care. And if the mom gets involved, she's not gonna like it either. And I don't care about her either. Why? Because I'm gonna teach this young person, just like I teach my own boys, you ask for your needs, you ask for your needs, you ask for your needs. And if the person you're asking for your needs from, eventually can't give them to you,

it's up to you then to take additional action. For example, in this particular case,

I'm gonna teach this young woman that when her dad calls and she's not ready to talk to him and he'll text five and six and seven times and then he'll call, I'm gonna teach her to not answer

the phone, say hi dad, I saw you called. Can't talk right now. I'll call you tomorrow.

He's gonna fall over and his mom's gonna get pissed. I hope they come to me. Because I'm gonna tell this young woman that Mr. Joe taught me that. What am I doing? I'm empowering a 17 year old. You know what happens? If 17 year old little girls aren't in power and 15 16 and 17 year old young men aren't in power, do you know what happens? Later then they're at a party, late, tired and they don't know how to say no. That's where craziness happens folks. That's where

tremendous amounts of drug addiction starts at random fun parties because the young person there doesn't have the ability to say no. Why? Because in a lot of environments, if you tell your parents know, your shame, your blame, your punished. How dare you? But you know what folks, if you don't teach your kids how to say no, then there will be a consequence of that. There will. Because they're going to grow up older, not knowing how to say no. And then circumstances are going to happen,

that you would have wished you taught them to say no. Well, this particular environment, this group does these parents don't know how to teach no. And I'm not saying no for the absolute. I'm saying no in a moment. So this young woman can be composed and empowered when she calls her dad back instead of trying to answer his whiny-ass phone in the middle of, you know, her friends are around. We're going to see how that works. I'll keep you posted. And that's us folks. We are the

generation of change. We have to stand up for each other. We have to help and be willing to give back. So, you know, I talk about on any given day. Our emotions are mad, glad, sad, and scared. Well, I can tell you yesterday, I was deeply sad about Zeus. And, you know, when you feel that sense of powerlessness and grief, all you can do is sit there. And it's so new. I knew it was common because I just felt my body kind of frozen, literally, and grieving. Because in that moment,

even though I was trying to rap, I was physically moving. I was powerless to the bleeding. I couldn't get it to stop. And I don't have any regrets. And I have no remorse. I did the best I could. And, well, Zeus wasn't living alone. So, Zeus was kind of making his bad, literally. But, doesn't mean there's everything can be perfect. And there's still emotional consequence. And powerlessness is a tough one. It really, really is. And when you're feeling it, it's just grief.

I say just grief.

I always support having somebody around. If you're somebody that feels more comfortable in communion,

I'm somebody that tends to do it with just myself, having all these years. And that's okay. It really is. Earlier today, I get an email from an old business associate that I was trying to get a referral. And of somebody that I wanted to promote on the Wii podcast. You know, the Wii podcast is an awareness podcast. I'm not a solutions guy. I don't have long-term solutions. I'm looking for long-term solutions. I am. And I get this gating email back from this particular

female accusing me of all sorts of crap because I'm trying to be kind. And you know what?

No, you can say what you want to know how you mail back saying exactly my intentions, exactly my beliefs, exactly my desires. And any implication, any implication that anything I'm doing is anything less than professional is insulting, literally. And you know what, folks? It's okay to be mad. If someone, if somebody calls you something less than perfect, it's okay to be angry back, set the boundaries and share your truth back. Just like I did with this person.

Now, we're probably not going to talk anymore. That's not on me. I was doing nothing wrong. I was trying to frickin' help. And what I wanted to literally say is, I'm the one literally willing to share a particular service on the Wii podcast that's probably two or three hundred thousand downloads a month asking nothing. I'm not monetizing this podcast ever. I'm not. Why? Because y'all aren't here to be monetized. You're here to get here my experience

strength and hope. That's why you're here listening. And I honor that. And I feel, I feel that.

It is a sacred honor to me to build an audience like we're building. And I will never monetize

the Wii podcast. I won't. I see a lot of these podcasters out there that charge a monthly fee. And I'm not saying it's wrong. I'm just saying that's not me. I do the podcast from my 12th step. Any 12th step program. There's a service component. The 12th step is the service component. And I get back. Bottom line. Now does that mean I won't be monetized? Of course it doesn't mean I won't be monetized someday. Literally I will. How about if I, how about if through the Wii

podcast I tend to give away 10 million books. But then sell a million books. I think there's a little profit and a million books folks. Of course there is for Christ's sake. And am I doing it for that? No, I'm really not. Am I doing it to get a hundred million books out there? Yes, I am. Why? Because the books were channeled through me. My divinity, my divinity channeled the books. Visit jomitagod.com, you know, get my first book, filling the void. But we're almost done.

So keep visiting. There's going to be book clubs there. You're going to be able to download it

for free. You are. You'll always be able to download my books for free. We've also got the technology

out there to where eventually sooner than later you're going to be able to get it in audio. In your language. So thank you, Germany for being here. English is not the primary language of Germany. Germany is. So when people of German descent that live in Germany when their primary language is German, they'll be able to get my book and hear it in German because of technology. And I'm very, very excited about that. I am because I'm about getting the message out.

And that's why I say all the time. It's not the man. It's the message. It is. And I mean that.

A genuinely mean that. This whole campaign we're getting ready to do called the man in the microphone. Why it's so powerful? I know it's not me. If you knew me, you'd know. It's not me. I'm just a guy. I'm no different than anyone out there. I'm the guy in the grocery store. I'm the guy sitting next in Little League. I'm the guy in the middle of the road when I go to church. I'm that guy. I'm not a therapist. I'm not a researcher. I'm not going to sit here to tell you what to do.

I'll tell you what I did. I'll tell you the experiences I go through. I will. And over time, I'm going to have different people's stories. I don't know yet if we're going to actually do literal interviews. I keep going back and forth with that. Every once in a while, especially in the future, you know, when I feel that there's a really cool story that I think people would really want to hear. I'll probably have that person on. But you know, I want you to, I want you to know

that I'm here because I care. I really do. I'm here because I need to sleep a night. In the

Way I sleep a night is sharing of my overflow.

episodes and episodes like this, humanity's waking up. And what does it mean to wake up? It means

that humanity, the consciousness of humanity is shifting. It's shifting from a male dominated, mental, male dominated perspective to more of a feminine perspective, an emotional and spiritual perspective that is demonstrated in different polls where there's large percentage of people's considering themselves spiritual versus religious. And from that spiritual perspective, the reason that's happening, like, and it's not right or wrong, it's just about growth. And there

are plenty of people. Literally, some of the closest people in my life, they are nourished in their religion and there's as they grow spiritually, their religion still feeds their growth. It's beautiful. I love it. I love it for them. And for for others, that isn't the case. So you're looking to be, you're looking for a growth. You're looking for nourishment of your spiritual growth.

The mirror back to your spiritual growth in a different place. Well, that's what the we podcast is.

And I'm the perfect guy to talk about it because that's what happened to me. Again, if I was a Christian, this podcast to be about Christianity, if I was a Buddhist, this podcast to be about Buddhism. If I was a therapist, it would be about telling you what to do. If I was a researcher to be about telling you what everybody else did, I'm none of those things. I'm me, a guy. I've been on this path for a long time, 1990. February 16, 1990, pre-internet, pre-salophone,

pre-texting, pre-everything. Yeah, that's me. So I've been doing it a long time. So I can share the thing that makes me different than a lot, I'm practice, I am practice. But I can share how I got to this place. And that's what the we podcast is. So the whole experience of humanity waking up and where's the benefit? Like, why do we want to do it? So yeah, John, I'm healing that,

I'm healing my stuff. But so how does my life get better? Why do I feel better? Why is it important?

Because the truth of the matter is what we're seeking is wholeness. What we're seeking, I always

call it a sense of okiness. And that sense of okiness is when you feel full from the inside out. Society teaches us that if we have the right bank account, the right person, the right car, the right job, we live in the right place, we have the right house, our kids are getting grids, that will feel better. And then when we don't, we start questioning ourselves. Well, you can have all the external successes in the world, which is wonderful. That's called living life.

But that doesn't cause any sense of okiness inside. It doesn't. Okiness inside is when you create a communion inside yourself. From an emotional sense of self, you ask, from an emotional sense, you ask the deeper parts of you that are hurting in mad gladzard and scared. You ask those parts for in conversation, how you're feeling, how you're doing, what do you need, how can I help

with your dominant hand? And you write out the answers with your non-dominant hand. That's why

I hope you get my book filling the void. Joe Mitigot.com because we're creating book clubs,

12 week book clubs, where my entire first book is all about the embracing of your inner self.

I call it the inner child in the beginning sections. But then the last sections are about as that all happened, then how to live it out in the world and why it's been official out into the world. Because in that same side of self, the feminine side, the emotions are there, but your spiritual communion is that's where it's located. The part of you that is the source of all that is. The Christ consciousness that lives within you, it's in you, created in God's

image, not physical spiritual. Folks, you are a spiritual being, having a human experience. Even though for millennia society has changed that around as if we are separate from each other. We're not. The same divinity in me who's speaking is the same divinity in you who's listening. Right now, and anything you're learning here, you're not really learning, you're remembering. It's in you already. And when I say something, people are saying, "Oh my God, I get that.

I felt that. I feel so empowered by that. My heart opened because of that, Joe." Yes, that's the whole idea. Did Joe do any of it? No, Joe the man? No. Joe the man right now,

10, 25, and I'm tired.

still grievances a little bit, so Joe the man right now, I'm tired. I really wish I could have

gone to bed an hour ago, but I can't because I got to finish this podcast. And I will. I love doing it. I really do. And I had to deal with different communications that catch me off guard, accusing me of crap when I'm the one helping, trying to help. That's just unconscious people

being unconscious. Is that a bad thing? No, that I same in blame. No, did I speak my truth back?

Boldly? Yes, I did. Yes, I did. And so what is the benefit of this communing with a power greater than yourself? Well, the benefit is eternal love. The benefit is complete over to flow. The benefit is autonomy. The benefit is fullness. And folks, when you are filled from the inside out and have more money than month, then you're in eternal world and your external world are more congruent. There's plenty of people out there that have plenty of

money in the bank, but they're trying to fill their internal voids of aloneness by buying things. Loneliness is disconnection from you and your inner child, your inner emotional self. Aloneness, the sense of being alone, is disconnection between you and a power greater than yourself. And that power greater than yourself. I called the vanity a lot. I call great spirit a lot. I call God a lot. A lot of people are going to call it Jesus. Some people will call it universal law. Some

people will call it infinite love. Whatever you call it, you get to put the adjective on it. But what's happening in humanity is more and more of us are waking up and that parts in us. And what I'm here to tell you is it's time now where on a daily basis you can start asking your divinity for guidance. And then when you're practicing your five minutes of silence, listen for what the

part says. In the past, I think it's always been there. But in the past, when energetically as a human race,

we weren't as keenly aware as we're becoming. Now does that mean everybody is? No, it doesn't. In fact, most of you on this podcast, if you have a couple of other people that have some type of

spiritual communion and emotional connection in your world, you're fortunate. I literally had never

met somebody consciously connected to the heart as dramatic as I did back four years ago. And I've come across people that are very kind and loving people. Yes, of course. I've come across people that were really hardcore, you know, 12 steppers, spiritual 12 steppers. But the combination of both, it's unique. It's very rare. And my heart expanded. So I tell that story all the time. Well,

anyways, over this past four years, for me, what I've realized is that literally we can

communicate with that power greater than ourselves at will. And people say, "Well, Joe, if God's in us, why doesn't God just do it for us?" It's the same reason that when you pray to God, please help the people in the pot doing nothing. There's no functional anything to that because God can only do for us what God can do through us. I've got that presentation where I talk about the creation phase where our inspirations are coming from a power greater than ourselves. Imagineation

is our humanities, is our humanities desires. Inspirations are the energetic guides, the energetic pictures, the energetic perceptions of your tomorrow that are greater than you're today. And those voices, those inspirations, they're a motion free. They don't have a motion associated with the voices. They don't. And from that emotional it, from that emotionless place, the divinity sticks with us high our love. Happy our sad. It's all the same. And when we get to the place where

we go from inspiration to creation, it's the creation phase. Inspiration is your divinity. Creation is when your divinity and your humanity have to come together. God can only do for you what God can do through you. And it's that spot right there where your inspirations,

if you don't ask for support, so many times your inspirations never get lived. Now I'm going to give

You some examples of people that had inspirations and they lived it.

others. I just think they had an ability to be in tune with parts of themselves, that other people

weren't. Well that ability to be in tune with that higher part of you, you wouldn't be on this podcast.

Now you wouldn't be able to make it through my podcast. If you didn't have some type of conscious communion with a power greater than yourself, are you acting and living and connected with it constantly? No, am I? Yes, I am all the time. And I say that not to brag, but just to tell you the truth, how did I get here? Well, I did all the depths of emotional work. So the only reason we're not consciously connected to a power greater than ourselves, which we would all call love.

One word to describe God is love is because the mad, the sad, and the scared emotions get clumped up and we then get kind of cut off from the ultimate emotion, which is love, but just do. Well we can un-unclog those emotions by doing the inner child work and embracing and emoting

suppressed energy of the past. We can do that. We can, but do you have to do all of that to be

guided by a power greater than yourself? The answer is no, you don't. I want you to do some of

the inner work just to get some rest of all the crazy voices in your head. And if you don't have any crazy voice, it's great. But you then can start asking for a power greater than yourself to guide you. And how are you going to listen? How you going to hear it? That's why starting the practice of silence is so important. It's literally as simple as in what my words are dear God guide me. Guide me. And that's why I hope that, you know, if you're guided to do something

for an appall, go start it. Go fund me. If you don't want to start your own, go to mine. Help Nepal.world. You'll see it. Help Nepal.world. Why do I put world? Because there's 25 continents, 25 countries on this podcast right now. Anywhere from around the world you could go donate $10 on my go fund me. Where did I get that idea? Did I say dear God help Nepal? No, I didn't. I said, dear God, show me how I can help Nepal. Here are the difference. If you're praying for God to do it,

you're living in the delusion that God has go dependent. God isn't go dependent. God is going to empower people. It takes people going. It takes money going. It takes resources going there, literally physically. God can't lift the shovels. God can't run the tractors. God can't create the water. Humans do that. But we can be inspired to support. So instead of next time you're praying, those prayers, which are beautiful. I'm not making fun of. I'm asking you to ask a different question.

Instead of dear God, please help them. It's dear God, please guide me. So I can help them. My go fund me account. Help Nepal.world. Please visit. Please give 10 bucks. Think about it. Everybody on this podcast gave $5, $10. We'd make a difference. I can promise you. We'd make one or two orphanages over there. A huge difference. These places are being just trampled by vacant kids. We can help. We can't. Now, if you're guided to do something else,

do it. I guarantee your church has something. The schools have something. Every place around you we have something. And why am I so insistent on that? Because you want to move from aloneness to oneness. Oneness happens when we're living in the place of giving. Literally, oneness happens when we're living from a place of giving. Well, Joe, I don't know what to give to.

I know. That's why you ask. Dear God, please guide me. And then once you hear,

however you're being guided, follow. It could be as simple as. Help Nepal.world. You'll see. Mr. Joe needs your support. I want to raise, I think whatever it says. $100,000, the ultimate goal.

I think we're starting at $35,000. I'd love to raise a million. Like why not? 10 bucks,

please. Right. And where's the benefit for you? It feels good. So next week, when you're at the next week, when you're at the baseball game and you're a 10 year old son's out there and doing the best to can. You're sitting to the mom next to you. You could tell her. Ben, I'm listening to this podcast. And after listening to him, he told me to ask God how to, you know, how I can help the people

In Nepal.

You know what? It felt really good to donate the $20. Yes. That's an example, folks. I don't know what

your higher power is going to be guiding you to do. I know a man named Tom, 25 years ago,

was guided to go to the Dominican Republic and for 25 years. Full career, launch kids, made millions for 25 years. He's been helping the water situation Dominican Republic. Got another guy named Jack. He does Somalia and Wells, literally $5,000 as well. I could give him $50,000 someday. He's going to go do 10 wells in Somalia. He's in his mid 40s. He's been doing it since his late teens. You might be guided in a huge way. You might be guided in the $20 at

help Nepal.world. However, you're guided by following the guidance, you will feel fuller. You will. And it's in that as you feel fuller, you'll feel better. The oneness starts happening. Now people say to me, what do I have to heal all of my wounds to feel one with God? No, you know, I don't know. How do I know? Because the oneness with God, the communion in that sense of grace, having grace and feeling serenity are very different things folks. Serenity,

yes, serenity, this real sense of emotional, everything emotionally is okay. The experience of serenity, you can have to heal most of your deeper stuff. Now, can you feel really, really good by just healing some? Yeah, woman, not a woman, not a Texas, I support does. Yeah, I mean, she's feeling fantastic. She did some interchild work and we know when more stuff comes up, so go to it. I'm not asking you to search for hurts and wounds. I'm saying when they're up, learn how to win mode,

fellas, pictures, went football bat, buddies, bad 15 minutes. Keep it going, get it started. And the other thing I want people to understand, as I kind of finish up with a couple of stories, is divinity is not a feeling. Your spiritual communion is not a feeling. It's a state of being. Here are the difference. A feeling is a mad, glad, sad, scared emotion. Connecting with your divinity, connecting with your higher power. It's not doesn't have

an emotional sensation to it. It has an experiential sensation to it. You're going to experience that presence more from a sense of knowing than a sense of emotion, a sense of connection, a sense of grandness, a sense that there's something there that's not me.

That is not a feeling. It's not a motion. And that's why people get so confused.

They say, well, you know, I'm feeling all this mad, glad, sad and scared, so I must not be spiritually connected. Good enough. That's a complete falsehood. Because your spiritual connection and spiritual communion is not a motion based. It's not. It's a state of being. It's like forgiveness is not an action step. Forgiveness is a state of being. Surrender, not an action step. It's a state of being. It's a state of living as an essence of that noun, surrender,

forgiveness, same with divinity. Now, when you have that sense of connection with your divinity and then you start giving from it, giving back out into the world, where you're going to feel something wonderful? Yes. Simply connecting to it, are you necessarily going to experience mad, glad, sad and scared? No, not necessarily. Living with it, you're going to feel better.

I promise you, you get off this podcast right now. And some part of you says, you know what?

I've never done one of these GoFundMe things, because I never know where the money is. But I've

been listening to Joe now for a month. I know he's got two caregivers in Uganda. I can trust that if I put $25 in this GoFundMe account, that he's going to get to Nepal and then follow it folks. And watch how you feel by following that part. Now, are some people totally connected? Yeah, that guy named Jesus was. So, all the time, any Jesus is out there? If you are getting touch with me, please, I'll definitely have you on as a podcast host. The bottom line folks,

you know, where there are others like Jesus, I don't know, never seen one before. Never heard

one, never read about them. So, you know, I am an absolute without question mark. Jesus,

Believe her.

I still have a lot of ground to do. I still have a lot of mistakes I'm going to make. I'm going to step on people. I'm going to do crazy shit that I wish I hadn't had and make amends. And I'm going

to get back to the best of my ability. That's why I'm here. Tire at 1040 at night. So, now walking on water

anytime soon. And for the rest of us, right? Can we live from a sense of divinity,

even though emotionally we're not completely healed? And the answer is absolutely yes.

It's an absolute yes. And divinity for me, how do we know when we're doing it? You have voices in your head. And the voices of, I can't do it. I'm not good enough. I'm too fat. I'm too stupid. I'm too skinny. I'm too black. I'm too white. I'm a man. I'm this. Whatever those voices are, the shame-based guilt-based voices, those are the voices of your hurt. Those are the voices of your humanity. Those are the voices of your humaneness. The voices that say, "Oh, I could never

start a GoFundMe because I don't know how." That's the voice of your humanity. It is. How would that exact same experience sound if it's the voice of your divinity? Your divinity would say, "Wow,

I've never started a GoFundMe account, but I'm going to go. I'm going to trust that I'm going

to learn, and I'm going to take whatever time it takes me to learn how to do it, and then I'm going to send it to 20 people and see what happens." That's your divinity. An all-inclusive, all supportive, slower moving, but committed voice. I could never learn. That's your humanity. I'm too stupid to learn. That's your wound. I don't know how I will learn, but I will figure it out. That's your divinity. Whenever you hear voices producing and predicting a grander tomorrow,

those are the voices of your divinity. Do you have to heal all your wounds to do that? No. Let me

give you some pretty big examples. The whole idea. Way back when, 2000 years ago, there's a quote by Jesus that I remembered I heard 40 years ago. "You should do what I have done in grander things."

Now, of course, Jesus never said what, and Jesus never said how. Jesus said, "Why?"

Now, was Jesus talking about you and me going and feeding 5,000 people with some bread and some loaves. No. He wasn't. Why? Because that how took a literal miracle by a divine being. You and me ain't him. We're not divine. But Jesus also said that our divinity is inside of us. That's the last thing he said before he sent it. So what did he mean? You should do what I have done in grander things. Basically what he was talking about is, as the future presents itself,

you're going to come up with ideas that are sourced from the same divinity that Jesus said was put in us, that are create a grander tomorrow. That's it. It's that simple. Now, how do we hear those voices? If you've got 10,000 ugly shame-based voices, we have to write those down in the first step. If you've got all those voices in a bunch of emotion coming up, you've probably got to deal with some of that. But a lot of you are already

beyond that. You're 20 years in a program. You've been seeing it there up as done in offer 15 years. You emotionally feel pretty good. And now you're lost. What's your next thing? What's the now moment next? And from that position of now moment, following the grander you, it's following a part of you that is predicting a grander tomorrow. I.E. You might have a small voice say, I'm going to go to that help default.world and donate $15. Great. That's a grander tomorrow,

donating, knowing that it's going to go and help people. That creates a grander tomorrow in your now moment giving that. But let me give you some other pretty big examples. Everybody knows

Thomas Edison, right? What he do? Was he this spiritually connected one with God? All of that?

No, he wasn't. Do I know his background? Not really. I just know that because of him, we all have electricity. So think about this. Early late, 1800s, no electricity. By mid 1900s, electricity everywhere. Where did it start? Now, I know there's some controversy about who literally started. I don't care

The who.

On a Monday, the idea wasn't there. On a Tuesday, it's there on a Wednesday, they start taking action. Where did it come from? It wasn't there on Monday. Tuesday, Thomas Edison wakes up and says, I'm going to create this thing called electricity. Well, did Wednesday, was there electricity around the world? No, it wasn't. And I don't know what the numbers are, but I know he had an idea.

That was inspired. The part that inspired the idea was his divinity. How do I know?

Because it wasn't of his humanity. It was his divinity. What was this divine part telling him? Create this little glass thing that produces light and you can make the night times look like day with electricity. That was his divinity talking to him. Did he know that at the time? I don't know. I don't know a story. Do I know it looking back? Yes. How? Because on Monday there was no such thing as a light bulb. On Tuesday, he was inspired. And then on Wednesday, he just kept taking the action steps

over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over until eventually there's something coming up. Well, that same divinity in him is in you. And a lot of people will say, well, you know, I don't know what to do. I know you don't know what to do. The how to

is wake up and asked, dear divinity, dear God, guide me. What am I supposed to do? How can I give back?

And if you're here to build a business, great, you know, I have different websites. I try to support that are divinely guided websites. They are. I believe different websites are. Truly. And they're divinely giving back. People with plenty of money that are doing a website that are service-based. They don't need the money. They're doing it because they're guided to do it. They are. The difference with a lot of people though. They'll hear that guidance and then they start taking

a little bit of action. But then by Thursday Friday, it didn't work fast enough. And then they

stopped taking the action and then they blame as if the inspiration wasn't real in the first place.

I think Thomas Edison tried the light bulb like 10,000 times something like that. I don't know. A lot. And that's the difference. If you're here to build something big with your divinity, understand it takes time. So once you have the idea because you can literally humanity is waking up and that the consequence of the waking up is you can have more of a conscious communion, a conscious conversation with a power greater than yourself, grander than ever before. It's available to you

now. I do it all the time. Literally. And so can you. And once you have the inspiration, then you change from asking your divinity for to guide me. You change then you ask for strength and

encourage. Dear God guide me. What am I supposed to do is the first prayer is the first asking.

Ask and then in your silence, listen and then live act. It's kind of a tagline I have. Ask, listen, live. It's in the living the way you live that you change the question. It changed the communication with your higher power because your higher power who gave you the inspiration in the first place, the great idea, the new tomorrow, the wonderful idea of a tomorrow. You'll also gain the strength and courage you need from that same part to take the action steps

you need to take consistently over time to an eventually at manifest of the world. And why do we

do it? Because as a manifest, it benefits everybody. In the benefiting everybody is where near then giving to the world that which was inspired, divinely, in you. And that's where the full circle comes. Literally. And it's in that part where we ask for strength and courage, where it's going to take some strength. Then it's going to take some courage. And quite honestly,

if you're doing something big, that's why when I had my life coach, she basically said to

me the other day, she says, "Joe, you don't need me. You know, success. I've been successful. You don't need me." And I said, "Well, I get that. I kind of enjoyed talking to you, but she was right." You know, I had three different conversations with her. And I didn't need advice. I didn't need guidance. I wanted feedback. When she had no feedback, it was because everything I was saying was working. And here we are. We podcast is working around the globe, right? Blah, blah, blah, blah, right? So it's

working. And if you're trying to create something bigger than normal, there's a whole world of people

Out there.

your inspiration, put action steps to it, and create something grand. And what is the benefit

of creating that grand experience feels good inside of you because then you're living to the

grander you. And whatever it is, you're creating, make sure you love what you're doing in the creation phase because as you do what you love, if God is love and love us in your heart and emotions are in your heart and love us in emotion. And that means as you're doing something you love,

you're literally doing God. And that's a powerful place to live. I genuinely love doing these podcasts.

So I'm literally living God as I'm doing these podcasts, living my divinity as I'm doing these podcasts. The part of you that enjoys listening to the podcast is your divinity. Why? Because if you hated it, you'd click off. I got my second one star. Like the 75, 76 stars. And I have to tell it's kind of funny. The very first time I got a one star, it kind of hurt my feelings. And I can't admit to it. I had 10, five stars, and then one one star. And I, you know, it kind of hurt my feelings

the first. And then, you know, I kind of processed through a little bit. And then I said, well, I applaud that person for having the courage to share their feelings. They didn't like it. And that's fine. It is. It's not for everybody. And I'm not calling that person better or worse. And I'm not calling everybody to give me five stars better or worse. But I am telling you, if you love what you're hearing here, that's an absolute definition of spiritual warrior. And you are an absolute

spiritual warrior. Well, the great news was just the other day, I got my second one star out of 75.

And I went in hurts of that. I just kind of looked at it and kind of laughed. And I say that kiddingly, but the first one was it's kind of tweaked. But it's all about you're loving what you're hearing. How do I know? Because you keep coming back. That's your divinity, literally. And if you do things you love giving or receiving, you're doing a grander part of yourself. You're living as a grander part of yourself. Think about the right brothers. You know those crazy guys? Yeah, we're going to

build a contraption to where we don't have to keep our feet on the ground anymore. And we're going

to fly through the air. Can you imagine how society had to think they were just completely nuts?

Did they care? No, obviously not it worked. Do I know their stories? No.

Where did that idea come from? It never had existed ever. Not once, ever did it exist. On a

Monday, it wasn't there. On a Tuesday, one of them was inspired to create wings for men. And then over the following days, weeks, months and years, they did it. They created the first airplane. I think the first flight was 26 seconds or something. I don't know. Don't quote me. But Monday, it wasn't there. Tuesday, the inspiration was there. Then they acted on the inspiration. Where did the go from zero to something in their divinity? The same divinity that created the

concept of flight that same divinity is in you. It's in me. We're all created in God's image. We all have a divine sense of ourselves. The other one, how you're listening to me now. A guy named Bill decided 40 years ago. I'm going to create a box and have it on everybody's house in the whole planet. Well, Mr. Gates created the concept of the PC. Now, don't quote me on the details in all of that. Basically, Bill Gates was kind of the founder of the PC. How did it go from there?

I don't know. All I know is I wish I had one back in 1990, which I didn't. I wish I had one in the mid '90s, which I didn't. I spent seven years. There wasn't computers around. The internet

barely existed. Where I was. That's why we're the generation of change and everything's happening

so much faster now. So, where did these in this particular case three different men? Where did they get these ideas? They got the ideas from their divinity. They were inspired ideas. That same divinity that lives in them lives in you. How do you connect with your divinity today? Dear God, please guide me. If your heart is wanting to help these poor people in Nepal, start and see what your God tells you to do. I don't know what you're going to be

God. I keep giving you the example. Go to my website, help Nepal.world. Maybe that's it. Maybe it start a little fundraiser at your church. Something of something with the giving back.

Where we are, as humanity's waking up, are capacity to communicate.

Ask and then listen is getting grander every day. Are any of these three men of the past here that I mentioned? Were any of them in history called spiritual gurus? Not that I'm aware of? No. But they all, those three examples all had humanity changing concepts. Where did it get sourced?

Their divinity. In my opinion, that's what Jesus was talking about. Jesus wasn't talking about,

hey, y'all are going to all go out there and cure disease with your hands. Jesus never said that.

He wasn't meaning that. He never said how he said what? Now, somebody out there curing people with their hands and you think your Jesus reincarnated? Beautiful. I'll have you as a guest. In the meantime, basically, as we're waking up, literally waking up, humanity's waking up, are conscious availability to communicate and commune with the power great in ourselves becomes grander than ever. Can we literally become one with that part? Yes. He'll adeps of your inner child.

He'll adeps of your suppressed emotion. The only thing left is your one-ness, your overflow.

That overflow, its sensation is called love. That sensation will connect you with a communion with a power greater than yourself as you're acting on that communion. You will feel the sense of love. I live there most of the time. Why do I say it? How could a guy who 30 years ago is completely

homeless? How could a guy that described himself as an F-view God guy 30 years ago?

Move forward today and become a global podcaster talking about emotional growth and human transformation, talking about healing the depths of ourselves and becoming one with a power greater than ourselves. Did I have any idea that it was happening through the different times? No. That's a different pod guest. But today, I consider myself a God guy. I do. And everything I knew to be true is literally being lived through the episodes of the Wii podcast. Visit my website, JoeMidega.com, get my books.

as I help 100 million people connect with the depths of themselves, the heal. As I help 100 million people commune with a grander part of themselves, they feel fuller. They feel more one. And it's in that oneness that you want to give back. And it's in the giving back where we heal humanity. More of us heal. The more of us give back. The more of us give back. The more we feel better. And together, we're making it a difference. Together, we're healing humanity. And together,

we're literally able to create an environment as the generation of change, where we're leaving the world a very different place for the next generations.
