I love the girl.
trial that we've ever seen. I mean, it was hard to watch almost. And where does that get us?
“That gets, I mean, she has her work cut out for her now. Like this race is she may have lost the race.”
I mean, the interesting thing though is like position on the bike is something that you could control. You know, I mean, you can't necessarily control the road or, you know, it's she going to be a great time trialist. But you could with the amount of time that it sounded like they've worked on it. Actually, have dialed in the position better because from what it looked like it looked like the bike wasn't even comfortable to ride. I mean, it looked unstable.
Yeah, we are back. This is the move podcast. I'm Lance Armstrong joined by Mari Holden. Allison Tetrick, by the way, Olympic medalist in the time trial. So appropriate. We can talk about. I mean, you know, time trials. There's often times not a lot to talk about. We could probably spend most of this time talking about Pauline's time trial position, which it is something we, I mean, we have to talk about it. It was, it was, it was not what we were expecting. Now what we expect in
very newsworthy. I think drastically affected the race. Before we get into all that Mel, Mel, Heencappy, what would we do today? Stage four from Jevrechamberta, Fujijon. Jevrechamberta, Fujijon. She did all speed that one up back there. I was like she was in a hurry for that one. Now, fun fact, Mel Heencappy is from Dijon. To Joel know that. That's her hometown. That's where she grew up.
“Maybe that's why she was in a hurry to get to it. Nobody wants to talk about their hometown.”
Plaino to Plaino. Not a lot to talk about. We have a tour of Texas. You can tell us where we're going. I don't know that's going to happen. We did it in the day. We had a great race back in the day. Marlon Rooster. I mean, exceptional performance. So good on a bike. I mean, I saw this, because we are going to talk about the positions, but if you compare and contrast her, who won, and as you saw, she was riding in the world champions jersey. So she's clearly the best time
Charles in the world. You compare her position to Paul Wayne's and some of the others. That was that was special to watch. It wasn't. But I mean, when you look at the second place,
and I'm going to butcher this name, Lika Knoya Noyan. Noyan, you know, she had an incredible ride.
Her descent had to be, we didn't really see it. But her descent had to be pretty insane for
“Marlon to have lost so much time to her from the top to the finish. Yeah, Marlon was in there.”
There was a lot of the ladies were talking about the wind. You saw them on this final run into town, not able to be out on the air position. I looked at Demia, I thought, boy, she's going fast. She wasn't on the bars commentary told us she's going 82 kilometers an hour. That's just over 50 miles an hour. So if you do, if you're in, you know, this is parts of Europe you get windy days. And if you're finishing in a town, it doesn't take a lot. Like you're riding through houses with there's a gap.
This sounds kind of crazy to even say for the average person to understand. But if there's a gap between the houses that wind with an arrow bike, you feel it. I mean, it can catch you. And that's the last thing you want, especially when you're going 50 miles an hour. But a lot of them were just being cautious out on the drops and not out on the arrow bars. But frankly, I would do the same thing. Yeah. I would be nervous. Yeah. You don't want to lose the race there on that descent. But I do think
Lika getting second place by four seconds to the Raining World Champion is an incredible ride,
24-year-old Dutch rider. And she's like the current national road race champion for the Netherlands. But Marley, let's go back to her real quick. I mean, she's the current World Champion as we saw in the beautiful rainbow stripes. Also one European championships, Olympic silver medalists, just like our host here, Marley. Yes, our very own Marley. And she didn't start riding until she was 26 years old. She's currently 34. And she's a medical doctor. So she has, she was working as a assistant surgeon.
And then she actually got a silver medal in the Olympics in 2021. Finisher doctorate in it is now a medical doctor. And this good racing or bike. She's fascinating here, man. Dr. Roycer. Dr. Roycer. Not only did she win the time trial. Dr. Roycer is also in the yellow jersey.
Also in the yellow jersey. It's incredible. And a very good GC rider. I mean, we've talked about
this that she hasn't finished the last couple because of crash last year. And maybe it was illness year before or something like that. But it'll be really wild to watch her this year, where she's the leader of the team. Because before when she was riding, while she was on SD works and having to work for the team. So I think it's going to be, yeah, I think it's going to be really interesting.
Watching her in the mountains.
women in the Palatons, just by size. Five. Five 11. Five 11. She has proclaimed like selffully that she goes by flying elephant because you know, she's so much taller than a lot of these these women in the Palatons. But this year, she did win the tortoise was. Last year, second over all the blelta. So she can do these climbs. She just has to do them at her own pace. You know, she needs to climb more like a Tom Dumoulin or somebody that's more of a time trial.
I mean, you're just just stay with, you know, your pace and manage if there are losses,
“manage the losses. Yeah. So I think it's going to be an interesting way. And she has a”
interesting perspective too. She's really, she was dealing with long COVID. So she had this chronic illness for a couple years. So this is the first time she's coming this year where she feels like as a GC contender. And she has, she left SC works. She feels like she has a team around her. And I think she's really looking to hold on to this yellow. And I mean, God speed door. But I think that, you know, time trial and youth guys both know being excellent time trials yourself.
Like it's how you approach this pacing and kind of, you know, lands in the we do team. We talk a lot about the suffering. And but it's like this controlled suffering where you do a little more. And I put my grandfee up behind us today because he loved time trial. I mean, great. You want 17 national time trial champions. Yeah. So what do you think, Ali? Yeah. You wanted to be here with the time trial. But what is this like the mental,
like I'm like, what do you talk about? She talked about the suffering because she can control it versus when she's working with her patients, like women giving birth or people's chronic illness. They can't control that suffering when she's out there doing a time trial. She's controlling her effort. How do you approach that? Look, and forever it's been called the race of truth in cycling. And it really is. It's the individual. It's the machine.
And it's obviously the course and the clock. And there's no hiding. And we saw that with Paul Lane. But the best of the best can, they, you know, somehow find this magic in being alone
and being in. And there are certain folks too that are that you would never think are going to
be great at time trials. But they just, whether it's the position or they can't find this zone and they get into this place where they can produce great results and suffer. By the way,
“I mean, in terms of her, I mean, she's, I think now of the last 11 time trial. She's done.”
She's one nine of them. One of them, she was not able to finish. So she basically wins every time trial. So she's got to figure it out. Right. This, this hurt locker. And with regards to the GC, you know, I keep, as you're talking, I agree with you. Like you get a rider like this matter that they're, if they can manage their efforts and minimize their losses and play the game, I still think this stage in Denise is tricky. But look, she's got, uh, don't think for a second,
she's not thinking she's not reading all of the reports of Paula Blossie getting a new contract coming to Movistar allegedly, which I think, you know, uh, pretty much likely. Who was also very close to her teammate in the time trial today, separated by seconds, right? One second from Lamborghini. So, so Marlon knows that next year it might be a different. She might be back to this role of supporting somebody else. I mean she's in a perfect position. I love it.
So I'm going to play one game before we, we, we, we talk about what we don't want to talk about.
Is, uh, Jenga. Never have I ever, no, um, would you rather, what game is that? Never have I ever,
like, you can say something like, never have I ever, uh, bra mast, bra mast. And then, like, if you have you, you take a drink or whatever. I was, we were, we were like that. Yeah. With Maristie. But, uh, uh, uh, the bra mast was, uh, continued to be talked about today. But the funny thing, and we're not gonna talk about it, but I was at the house watching the race. And Anna just had kind of come down. I was making a couple of, and they start talking about it on the
coverage. She was like, she hasn't been tracking. And she's like, what did they just said? Like, she was so, I was like, I mean, you just, you got to watch yesterday show. Like, I don't know. Like, we had fun with it. But to her, like the average, but you don't listen to it. You know, it was in the news though, today, because someone sent me a Fox News thing that it had gotten published in the news. Yeah. And Liz brought up yesterday. This is, this is, you know, these sports that are not,
it's, you know, one of the big five, right? We had, of course, the, the ski jumping at the winter Olympics last year with the men, when there was like, uh, cock-maxing or something, package-maxing. And that was in the, that's the only time I ever knew ski jumping was going on that these dudes, you know, saying, like, I mean, it was, some might mean, we're helping others. I don't know. No. I feel like I could say the C word, because we're on peacock.
Yeah. So it's just like in there, a peacock-maxing.
“Peacock-maxing. No worries. Rooster today was doing a 60 front chain ring. I think it's great idea.”
62th front chain ring by a 10 in the back. That's crazy. Yep. So my question, would you rather
time trial or mountaintop finish, Lance? Um, I, I would always have a rather, uh, have a mountaintop finish.
It's time, time trials are, you know, it's funny that you're alone.
Yeah, today was not a flat time trial, but not that hard. Like it's, they make your nervous.
Like you get everything about it. Makes your nervous. The preparation, the warm-up, the equipment, the skin suit, everything about it, the pace, you know, but like you know, really messed, you mess up a warm-up and have a terrible time trial. The road race are not pill finished with 200 other people. You get in there, you feel your way around, you look at everybody else, see the climb, and I'm like, okay, let's all, I'll race you to the top. Like it, it's not, there's not a lot of
“thought that goes, you have to get obviously nutrition right and, and your team has to be right,”
but there's a lot less nerves in that. Yeah, me, I would do the time trial. Of course. We'll see you. We'll see you. Yeah. I, 100% just like the suffering by yourself,
pushing yourself against the clock. Um, yes, easy answer. Yeah. Amazing. Um, I, you know,
are, we, we, uh, me Paul Lane, we have a, you know, she's, they're sort of three favorites here, right, Jimmy Volaring, Cassie, Newdoma, and PFP, right, Pauling for approval. Who, of course, the defending champion, uh, and there was a lot of questions about this woman has one, world championships in every discipline, right, road cycling, cycle cross, mountain bikes, so then you just start to think, well, she can ride any bicycle, right? Uh, that's what I
would say if they gave us tricycles, she would be good. Um, uh, and they could have been better. Love it. We looked at our position. Yeah. And they, you know, they talked a lot in the coverage. Now, whether or not, they, we really know about just quote unquote, how much time they had spent working on this. And I don't know. I mean, if I'm getting texts from Johan Bernille saying, I cannot believe this position. It is the, this is the worst, and I love the girl. This is the
worst time trial position. And one of the worst performances in the time trial that we've ever seen. I mean, it was, it was hard to watch almost and she, where does that get us? That get, I mean, she has her work cut out for her now. Like, this race is, she may have lost the race. I mean, the interesting thing though is like, position on the bike is something that you could control. You know, I mean, you can't necessarily control the road, or, you know, it's she
going to be a great time trialist, but you could with the amount of time that it sounded like they worked on it. Actually, have dialed in the position better because from what it looked like, it looked like the bike wasn't even comfortable to ride. I mean, it looked unstable is how high there was in the stack that was there just made no sense. So super wobbly around there. I definitely wanted that time trial over for her sake. Yeah. And you saw her, and we like her. She was glad. I
love her. Yeah. At the finish where they showed her, I was like, that woman is glad that's over. Yeah. She was happy too. She was Ms. Yeah. And it just goes to show. I mean, this is a really specialized discipline here that that, uh, well, we didn't expect the time gaps to be so big either. When we were talking about it yesterday. So, you know, it was definitely a hard course. And then it was just two minutes, 13 seconds, more than Racer. That is, that's a lot of time.
That's a lot more than I said. Yeah. And you can't help yourself. But think about the first four
“stages before the four, three or four stages before this. And just one is how does she look?”
Is she in position? Is she letting gaps open like yesterday? Then you see this. And now you see the work that's cut out for her. I don't know. I mean, I think today, Jimmy, Jimmy baller is a big winner. I mean, she looked great. She got third in the time trial. She's, um, but of those big three demies right there, Cassie did a decent ride. But I'm worried about PIP. Yeah. Well, it'll make up onto and tomorrow really exciting. Um, she has to, I mean, she, if you're sitting in home going, I don't
know what's going to happen. We can promise you what's going to happen. So, me, she has the likes because you still have to have the likes. She now has to open up the race. It has to be super aggressive. Two minutes is two minutes. So, start tomorrow? I don't know that it will start to, I think tomorrow as we're going to get to tomorrow. I think it's a very hard day. I think I don't know that it's a day where you could open this race up and take time back. But you can certainly soften people up and
then, you know, the stage and Devon to up onto the stage and then he's just opportunities. But it's still got to have the likes. And can we give a nice little soft round of applause to see great? Yeah, a beautiful day in yellow. We expect. I mean, she had a hell of a day yesterday. She started. She had, you know, I didn't have time traveling yesterday. We were rooting for her journey. We were. I want to also point out, Kristen Faulkner had a nice ride getting her sixth place
“because she struggled a little bit. This year, bringing it back together again. And I think that”
shows that she's back on track to, you know, being at the top of her game again. But just a secret nose, too. We are huge fans. And Mari is the nice one sitting at the table here. And I, your face watching her time trial. I think I'm so nice. You guys look my tier up. We wanted her to
Do well.
or the world tour, whatever they call it. World tour. She's got a stage win in the tour,
“she had a day in yellow. She's had, you know, she's Norwegian national champion. Bravo. 10 out of 10.”

Honey stinger has been fueling endurance athletes for over 25 years, including your
streelie here. Oh my, it's Armstrong. Real fuel, not candy dressed up as sports nutrition. And they're right up the road for myself. I'll be in steamboat next week, actually right in across
the Rockies. But they aren't resting on their laurels and have just launched two incredible products,
electrolyte gels and a hundred milligrams caffeinated choose. And all of it is easy on the stomach, three hours in. I don't think I need any caffeine though. He might use the goat. We agree. Use like, I tried to have some of the choose this morning and bolts took my way from me. He was like sugar, caffeine you. No, I get it. Yeah. Use code the move 25 for 25% off at honeystinger.com/themove25. Boom, boom, boom. What are you racing? Are doing or riding? What? I'm going to go ride it with the
folks from SBT gravelwind. What is that thing? Um, that was in June. Super fun already had it. Yeah. I thought it was around the time of Leadville. They moved it. Um, I think that's good. Yeah.
“He had these weirdo. I mean, this was always it. Remember when you did Leadville and Steamboat?”
Yeah. I was like, this sport. Okay. This fucking sport. Leadboat. I did this sport. Take it for me. This sport is weird. All right. Years ago. I did Leadboat. My fearless leader over here. Did both. Leadville one day. Steamboat. I'm like, you are out of your mind. It's okay. I signed up that Leadville trail run this year. So I'm talking on Monday. Just go do an Iron Man or whatever. It's. Hey, you're giving me feeds. You're giving encouragement out there on Leadville.
You're be a nice guy. Bull chat bourbon for you. That's accurate. Um, okay. All right. All right. Just to recap these the big three. Uh, and let's just use, although it may be maybe more than Rooster starts to play. We got to put Marlin in there. Okay. Well, then if I would say she needs to be in there. Even though she's not as punchy of a climber. I mean, is he other but she's a diesel and she. Yeah. I mean, I, I, I, I had your little because I want to. I've done it so many times and I've
raced it so many. It is so hard. Yeah. That is the hardest climb in France bar none full stop end of discussion. It is very, very hard. Um, but if you go off the other as we talked about in the pre show,
the other three damage was just called her level time. Cassie a 55 second. She also has to open up the
race. Yeah. The 55 seconds is a lot. Demi ballering can climb. Demi ballering does have a team to support her PFP 159 down on Demi. I mean, this is game on and my on nose Demi. I mean, they were teammates for years. She knows how Demi rides. She, you know, if there is anyone who's probably going to be able to figure out how to ride their race against her, it would be someone who's been around
“her for so long. Control your control bulls and I think Marlin's got that down as a T.T. Specialist”
and a doctor. By the way, the peloton is smart. The women's peloton is incredibly intelligent. Well, I think Paula Blassey also, um, she's right there with a Lisa Longobergini. Still after working and everything. So we'll see. She said she's going to let the road do the talking and she's been working and still doing very well. So that's going to be an interesting 15 seconds behind Demi. Yeah. The race was in the race. The UAE GC fell. 46k an hour on a very hilly course.
Or a course with a climb in the middle of it and Wendy. I said 27 minutes yesterday. It wasn't far off. What do you ever have for you? How far off are you? 27 seconds. Something like that. Yeah, that's not bad. I did okay. You didn't even take a stab at it. So I went. Talk about tomorrow. Let's look at tomorrow's stage. Tomorrow I asked Blaze though. Tomorrow is exciting. Guys, um, we do get to watch it. According to my report to kilometers zero. So to stage five, we watch from
Kilometers zero.
That's another one of these starts that stresses people. These ladies are going to go to bed tonight. Thinking about the start straight out of the gate category two climb 10k. Not too steep, but it's, you know, it's a category two. Yeah, they're tired and it's hot. It's it's projected. I look at the weather for the finish. It's approaching 90. So you can just am basically at a six p.m. European time finish. This entire stage is going to be hot. I mean, you saw a lot of Kopecki having so many issues
the other day with the heat. And you could see it too yesterday at the finish. She was weaving across the line practically when she won. So that's, you know, not just her effort, but the heat affecting a lot of this thing. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven. A lot of categorized clients. 10,000 feet of vertical gain. That's, in this seed. That's intense. You know halfway through the
tour, a never flat. Well, in these kinds of climbs are the kind that really wear on you because
it's not like you can just get in a rhythm and ride. It's kind of like people are attacking. You're going hard up the climb. It's just constant. It's not something where you can set a
“pace and get yourself comfortable. So I think we're going to see a lot of, you know, tragedy out there.”
It's going to be more sad pandas for sure. Because it's like a dash pad pandas. It's sad pandas. No, but this is a region of France like we do the tour of our dash. Like these like these roads are like back to your chips. There's slow roads. There's slow narrow. And the descents are like shockingly hard. Like they're very like technical and twisty, the climbs and like even like noncategories climb can be super hard. So I think the tour of our dash is like in these
roads. I know a lot of these climbs is one of our hardest stages. And we're basically doing a stage
of tomorrow. And so also time bonus. We'll move about 20 kd go. That's going to be, yeah. One of the fact that the last climb is a category two. If a break hasn't gone, we'll probably see something like we did the other day where the DC riders attacking. I mean, as I said here in the start of the profile, that last climb is 3k. It almost 8%. The top of it is only 11k from the finish. And you got a factor. And there's a, you know, you can see it there on the profile,
significant downhill. So they're to your mind. You're saying, listen, maybe this is the rate, the races to the top here. I'll figure out the rest. I'll figure out the downhill. Well, and we'll see if Demi and Marlon how they play it. If someone like, you know, PFP attacks on that last one, who's going to be doing the chase is Demi going to make Marlon do everything or she, like, what's going to happen? I'm worried about PFP. I don't know.
Let's be honest, Cassie always does the first time. Well, I guess we should take on.
Cassie will always do the first attack. Come on. But no, to get this. So the sprint lands is 600 meters before the last climb. So they do the bonus sprint. And then you go up the climb and it doesn't look super hard. But it, the last second half rarely goes below 10%. And then it's that looks hard. Yeah. It's hard. It's a hard finish climb. So they do the bonus sprint. So it's a perfect launch into that last climb. And then 10.7k mostly downhill into the finish.
“So I think it's going to be a ballistic race person. Yeah, they actually do break down this final”
climb if you look at this profile here. The second half should be like super hard. Oh, it's the second half really hard. Nine and a half, 10.2, 11.5%. So this is the, just to hold my beer. This is going to be fun. Yeah. I think it's the watch's whole thing. Yeah. I've been getting up early. Yeah, yeah. I'm going to get to watch it. I internet was a little weird today. And that means streets of Aspen. The mean streets of Aspen. But we got it. Watch out my iPad, but
it's your call for tomorrow. Oh gosh. Reduce G.C. launch pad. I think Damien went to say Damien went to stay. I'm going to put something. Did we just do that? Yeah. We agreed. We agreed. We wanted to empower. No more of these cute, weird things, y'all. All right. Let's listen to our callers. Koltman, what do we got here? Who's your answers, Brian? I was watching that stage three. I know it's already over. I was just
watching your commentary after the fact. You know what was surprising to me is it really felt like when you were watching on TV that the Peloton in the last 10, 15 kilometers they almost kind of sat up. Or at least that was the impression I was down. I was just kind of curious if that was the
“take you had on that or or comments. Yeah. On court. And hello, y'all take a step at that. I think we agreed.”
Yeah, we agreed. They did basically sit up because everything had been neutralized behind. And they didn't think that she would be able to hold onto the yellow jersey. So. Are we talking about yesterday's stage? Yeah, yeah, stage three. It was up. I'm getting one. Thank you. You had the the hitters. There was a smaller group up there. And then they look around. And the only one that was really motivated was look for it because she had the opportunity to be in yellow.
Everyone's like, now that's fine.
it's like, and like there was they was all neutralized each other. Right. You know how that goes
lands. It's just what's the point. So, yeah, they were saving it for today tomorrow. Yeah, the future. All right, caller number two. Hi, Mari, Alice in lamp and really enjoyed the show. My question is about tires and sponsorship. When you guys are racing,
“did you always use the tires that were the team sponsor tires? And is that a common thing?”
For the racers to pick out the tires that they like and just write those, even though the team had different tires. Yeah, it's great. Thank you. I felt he was alive. I was like, talking. You know, you know your tires podcasting in July into August when you're talking responding to somebody's voicemail. Hey, man, appreciate it. Okay. It's a good question. It is a good question. It is a good question. And I think it's an even better question now because
at least for for my take, the tires and the tire pressure and the tire technology has become, it's been a game changer. The way I view it. So it's but but and I'll just give a short answer and let the ladies jump in. I mean, you're locked in. You're locked unless I miss something here. You were locked in to whoever is sponsoring the team. I know in our day it was Hutchinson was our sponsors. We had to write Hutchinson tires. They were paying to sponsor the team.
And it would be like on a car racing team course and forming the one on the tires are they sponsored the entire series, everybody rides or drives with the same tire technology, but we we had Hutchinson. So we had to be like being on a NASCAR team that was sponsored. I good year or whatever. You're saying, no, I want to rock Porelli's can't do it.
Not going to happen. Yeah. And by the way, that's that's not always ideal.
Right. You know, the team and the team management might take a little more money from an inferior company or somebody that's just a little behind when it comes to tire technology, but and that's not just tires that I mean, it goes. It does. I'm sure. I would say they are not
“already in sponsor correct tires. I definitely, I mean, I think you've seen this where”
you get leaks in the in the tour where maybe it's prototype things that aren't launched yet. I know legally they have to be available to sell like at the bike frame, you know UCI has these rules. But you could be writing a new prototype tire a different brand branded as your sponsor tire. I have done that. I mean, there's a little Sharpie technique. You know, that's that's a thing just Sharpie out labels. But now photographers are so good. Social media people catch things.
But I have written non-sponsor correct tires that are labeled as sponsor correct tires. And that like, I mean, racing gravel to like tires or huge thing as well. So like, I wouldn't bet that everyone's doing sponsor correct. But the teams know that's with like permission from the management and usually have cleared it with the sponsor and made sure they're labeled appropriate. So there's now like throwing anybody under the bus. Well, on these teams, there's no way that they
“would be able to do it without their mechanics knowing that that was. Oh, I mean, the mechanics.”
So I mean, the mechanics would be having to do it. So yeah, but agree. Yeah. Like. And there has been what I will say. I mean, and without naming names, uh, and naming teams, there has been programs in the past where tires have just started to fail. And so then the tour this. Yeah, whether they're blowouts or whether they're just they just are not sticky enough. And the riders just say that the teams say, we can't ride. We cannot race on
these tires. And they will make a switch. Now they'll have to they got some, you know, like the Leverning Shirley, Ricky, you got some spawning to do. But they would have to, they got some spawning to do the sponsor. But if you jeopardizing the safety of the rider, you got to make a switch. But that's, uh, there's a lot of great tire tech. I look, I don't follow a bunch of bike tech these days. But my favorite thing is just the tires and going too close and going lower pressure and less
flats. I mean, it's so amazing. It feels like the bike is incredible. Like, I, you know, I've
buddy minds doing an Iron Man. And he's still rocking like some, you know, maybe a arrow ram with tubes and he's like, where do I buy speed? Where do I find speed? I'm like, we'll get all those wheels and those tires. Probably not a great by Camler said, here, buy these wheels, put these tires on. You will think that you're in a Cadillac, like it's going to be amazing. It's been to me the biggest shift and saying the same goes for the mountain bike too. Yeah. I mean, this is good
like a gravel mountain is um, wider tires are a lot faster. I ride 32 millimeter. My road bike now. And you know, the vice for everybody is just lower lower tire pressure is lower life pressure. Really, that's a good one. And people say, wow, I don't know, it's the way I translate that is there's more rubber touching the ground. Yeah. Right. So whether, and if it rains, it or if it does get slick, you want rubber on the ground. Yeah. It's good for aerodynamics, safety, grip. Yeah.
Look at you getting bike door covered there.
back in the day with both tires front and rear, 19 mil, pumped up to 140. I know.
“I don't know. It's so crazy like 90. I know. I was a world champion. It's like riding on a steak knife.”
Yeah. I mean, and we were like, these are so arrow. They're so fast. And you know, and they
tires are blowing up. But times have changed. So all right. Well, good thing we get to get up very early
and watch the entire stage. So excited. There will be bodies everywhere. Yeah, it works. I can't
understand this. If you're in the sort of friends fan of ex-wift, ignore that. It's going to be hard
“tomorrow. Hardness. Hardness. Hardness. And they should call us again. Remember, our voice now.”
Oh, yes. Yeah. Call us. Call Lance's personal number. 9707182736. Or maybe play the answers. We don't know. Yeah. I will not be in. But I'll respond. Yeah. That's it. I mean, thanks a lot.
“Just follow up. Thank you. Never mind. All right. Everybody. Thanks for tuning in.”
We will see tomorrow. Rainerly. Okay. 321. Bye.
